The building is modern and stylish, and front door staff are friendly and helpful. Our first small disappointment, arriving from our overseas flight at 1:30pm, was no offer to even hold the luggage until the 3pm check-in, just sitting in the lobby with our bags. The TV wouldn’t turn on and 2 requests over 2 days to the front desk didn’t result in any action. One of the (almost new) windows was warped and didn’t fully close on one side, so the sound of passing trams and loud motorcycles, even conversations outside by the front door were hard to miss. Seeing the lack of staff interest, we didn’t bother reporting it however.

Our only other interaction with desk staff was asking where to find a nearby postage stamp seller (they didn’t know, but we found one a block away) and they couldn’t suggest a place to post mail.

The hotel was quite full with groups of training athletes, so perhaps individual travellers were just not a priority with the staff.

Modern 3 star hotel. Could do with better cleaning in some rooms (for example Carpets grubby). Completely acceptable though for a couple of nights stay. Some good local restaurants within walking distance which anare excellent quality and are great value for money.

Not worth the deluxe room. Kitchen don’t working fridge. Missing forks. Missing cups, dirty everywhere small bugs, under bed dust years never cleaned a pack of cake of dust. Full of Rubbish under the bed. Bathroom smells never cleaned. No towels set for 2 persons, breakfast really not worth 6 euro. For 6 euro you have a full breakfast fresh and tasty in a cafe.
Security guard angry because we used the elevator of Kyriad Hotel, in the same building, our room in the site of Kyriad even our card label is Kyriad. I guess they had no rooms in Campanile, and even they said me if you booked at Kyriad you should check in there. But my booking was with Campanile, and they give me the room of Kyriad….
Horrible experience, we stayed 6 times there. And this was the most horrible experience I ever had there.

The room was okay. There was a weird smell and large stains across most of the floor, but for the price it was fine enough.

However, at breakfast I got told off for putting water from the water cooler into my drink bottle. The guy was super rude and wouldn’t give me a reason it’s not allowed just saying “it’s the rule” over and over again. I didn’t even eat breakfast so the fact I wasn’t allowed 500ml of water was pretty ridiculous.

There are hundreds of hotels in Casablanca for a similar price point. Pick one with better service.

We booked 2 nights prior to a tour that starts at this hotel
Its supposed to be non smoking but the room smelled of smoke. The walls in the bathroom were disintegrating with mosture and the floor of the shower stall was spongy

Room was in poor condition, a bit run down and carpet seemed dirty. Stains on bedsheets. Zero soap in the soap dispenser in the bathroom, same for shower gel/shampoo in shower. My bathroom door didn’t close (I was staying by myself so no major issue there). When I got there my sink wouldn’t drain, although when I complained they quickly sent someone to fix it. Staff seemed nice and were helpful.

My room was facing the street so it was very noisy in the daytime, luckily at night it quieted down and I was able to sleep with earplugs in.

Questionable stay this time around

I wasn't given a marina view that i paid for there only one elevator working the whole 5 day stay , they dont encourage to use the stairs making it a difficult and time consuming to pray on time. This experience was very difference from the last just a month ago. Hopefully management reads this comment n be better.

The hotel room could’ve be cleaned and presentable broken curtains door doesn’t fully close unless you slam it make sure slam shut the door the hotel staff are nice and the bar staff great would’ve like a better dining option only allows you to do the buffet but the bar staff are amazing the hotel reminds me of average holiday inn hotel in USA but it’s close to train station overall it’s decent with improvements

I wouldn’t stay here again

I really did not enjoy staying at this hotel. The woman at the desk in the afternoon was rude and incompetent. I bought breakfast with my room and I was told despite proving this that it was not in the system. I would not buy breakfast there is a friendly cafe across from the hotel and the food is better with proper machine coffee. The chef appears to only be able to cook for a buffet. Prawns oil pil came in a funny sauce, no garlic or chilli as promised. The chef also does not know how to cook a steak medium rare. The drinks are over priced but I think this is a Moroccan thing. Don’t buy a gin and tonic they charge you for the gin and then the tonic making the dish ink 13 euros. All this said the girl at the desk in the mornings and the guy at the bar are warm and friendly. The last issue is the hotel appears to have the oldest and dirtiest towels I have ever seen in my life. Despite having them changed three times they were still grey and tattered. Despite this I am yet to receive even a refund for the breakfast they did not give me. If you don’t eat a meal they won’t refund it even if it is inedible.

Great food, bed and room, unfortunately a lot didn't work, TV didn't have signal, mentionwd to reception, not resolved. Poor air-con, over head shower didnt work. All equipment in gym broken excluding dumbells, no bench, music ridiculously loud in fitness room. Breakfast coultry shambles, should keep cultry by plates so guests can help themselves, rather than sitting at bare tables. Overall enjoyed my stay.

Disappointed, the room was hot, I thought the AC was not working but the réceptionist told me that the hôtel has a centralized climate control, they turn on the heat or the cold depending on seasons. Not convenient or smart at all for an hôtel…

The good and the bad

We spent 2 nights here after arriving in Casablanca. The hotel is clean and well priced. The staff are kind. The tram T1, runs right outside the hotel and the hotel is walking distance, 15 min, to the train station, Casa Voyagers. The bed is firm but comfortable. The drain pan in our shower would not drain, room 1709. The breakfast was bland. My biggest frustrations with this hotel was the lack of response to my emails just trying to ask a simple question. I even reached out to their head office in France and they sent me the same email address I had been using. The other thing that would have been helpful and just plain kind would be to have small bills and coin available. It was so difficult to obtain that. This hotel lacks any business sense and for that reason, I wouldn’t stay here again. There are many other choices.

Generally the Hotel is good. Mcdonalds and KFC are within walking distance. Very convenient for taxis and tram. Staff are friendly. Rooms are cleaned on daily basis. Buffet Breakfast is the same every morning.
The biggest drawback I can point out is that there was a very foul sewerage smell every night from the bathroom. I thought there might be a problem in my bathroom but as we had booked 3 rooms, they were all the same so I am guessing this must have been a problem for everyone staying there. The smell would vanish in the day.

Following check out I tried contacting the hotel with regards to an item left in my room, the phone was not answered when I tried calling and there has been no reply or acknowledgment to either the direct email or message I sent via Expedia (it’s been a month). Unfortunately I ended up having to get a local to support and engage through an alternate route. Not what you expect from an international hotel chain.
In addition the room also had an unpleasant smell, and from speaking with other guests I met staying there mine I was not alone in thinking this.

I hate to leave a bad review but the toliet felt like it was gonna break outta of the wall. Not sure if the previous guest stood on the toliet or what. It was so unsafe that I ended up staying with relatives and did not receive a refund. There was also a extremely rude and unprofessional young man working the front desk in the evenings there.

I had to insist to have two towels for two people-we were only given one. The bathroom was very moldy and smelled terrible. It took about half an hour just to check in. The bellmen was very helpful though, and the breakfast was decent.

First time in Morocco and first time at this hotel. First of all the staff is extremely friendly. They welcomed us and even helped with luggage. With the English they spoke they were able to assist us in some things. Now the bad part

1. Rain shower head did NOT work
2. The remote to the tv needed batteries So it was constantly not working
3. The WiFi was very very slow
To be honest I wasn’t used to not at least having a mini fridge so we had no way of keeping things cold
No microwave but i wasn’t to upset about that

I will be back to visit but to be honest it will not be to this hotel. It was a cheap hotel so you get what you pay for

P.S. You are not given washcloths in the bathroom which was bizarre

I ordered two separate bed, but the hotel didn’t support it ,and only giving one bedroom, it doesn’t comply the request.

Hotel looks very nice when you come in, the area is not very nice, specially if you arrive late at night. We went to get food, kind of sketchy neighborhood. The carpet on the bedrooms was stained, and it didn't looked like it has been vacuumed very well. It was a one night stay, and we were tired. Breakfast was ok, eggs were super runny, and it was quite messy, but it was a busy buffet, so, it was kind of to be expected. The front desk when we checked out was super helpful with calling us a taxi that would take dollars, since we didn't have local currency (it was a long layover).

It started good with smooth check in, the problems started with breakfast, the tables weren't cleaned, no cutlery or plates, the food was correct and no service spoons, and the one that were left were very dirty, the staff looks that you are disturbing them when you ask them to clear and prepare a table for you ( it wasn't busy) and ask for cutlery, no cups for tea or coffee, and in the end they gave us take away cups,
Regarding cleaning the room, they replaced only one towel and left the other dirty one in the bathroom, they didn't replaced the cups, they just took them away, as well did not replace the coffee and tea.
On the positive side the room was comfortable and quiet
A pity that the breakfast ruin the all experience

The landmark was very convenient place.
But face few issues as well mostly time chip system Door keys doesn’t work then have to go to the reception to fix it. Also wasn’t Enough oxygen circulation in the room Airflow system didn’t work properly. Room temperature wasn’t comfortable Because Air conditioning system didn’t work.

Good clean hotel. Easy to get to, it is about a 15minute walk from the main train station, Casa Voyageur.
Easy to find as the tramline is in front of the hotel, so just follow the tramline! Room was comfortable, breakfast good.

The property staff was very professional. Suites were very modern.

My suite was good, however the bathroom primary showerhead was plugged, and would not operate. The secondary shower wand worked fine. There seemed to be some black dirt or grime on the edges of the shower floor.

The tramway comes by periodically which isnt really that bothersome. Its actually quite convenient for keeping track of where you are if you decide to go exploring.

The Bar/Restaurant was good. Staff was courteous.

We booked a \"Superior room\".
It is well laid out with great windows that open. Bed is very firm with clean white sheets. Towels are slightly yellowed.The red couch and brown carpet is stained enough that one does not want to sit on the couch. Fabric is fine so would benifit from a good shampoo. Biggest issue is housekeeping. No toilet paper despite asking twice, towels not changed, nor overflowing garbage emptied. Nice kettle available, but tea or coffee not replaced during a multi day stay. Front desk staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful.

A great hotel to stay at...

Charming hotel, well located centrally in Casablanca. Nice rooms with all the facilities you want in a city break. Friendly and helpful staff, no language problems everyone spoke good English. Restaurant and bar are` also available in the evenings. The breakfast buffet in the morning was fabulous, hot breakfast, pastries, fruit and cereals.

I stood 3 nights with my husband and enjoyed our stay. Had a problem with the air conditioning but they fixed it right away. Which i thought was nice. We added breafast with our stay. I am sorry to say not what i thought it was going to be. Not many options and lack some flavor. The restarant food was good and so were the drinks. Bartender was great. Staff were nice.
