This is a quiet clean affordable hotel in a central spot. You can walk to Gare de Casa Voyageurs in 10 minutes, and easily to the fun Anfa district, Marche Central, Parc du Lingue Arabe and, if you’re ambitious, to Hassan II Mosque.
And if you would rather not walk, the tramway is located a block away to go to all these places.

The location of this hotel was great and the check-in process was smooth. However, the condition of the room was disappointing. The bathroom, in particular, was in need of serious attention. The trash can was rusty with a broken lid, and the shower door was also rusty and wouldn't slide easily on its hinges. The bathroom door was also broken and wouldn't close all the way, which was a major privacy issue. The towels were old and thin. These maintenance issues made the bathroom feel unclean and significantly detracted from our stay. I hope the hotel considers addressing these basic repairs to improve the guest experience

The biggest issue was that the air conditioner were not working at all, it was so hot inside the room because of no ventilation. I told that to janitors, repair men and went down to reception to complaint but the receptionist man answered that all ACs in the hotel are not working and it has been like this for last 3-4 days and the repairman is not responding. I mean how does the hotel is running.

The reception is a nice area and staff are reasonably friendly and helpful. However when we entered the room the ground was sticky, and there were no towels, soap or spare toilet paper and a dirty pillow without a pillowcase and a stain on the duvet that looked like blood. When we asked for towels we were only given one, the towels also seemed very old and tattered. We understand it's not a high end hotel however even for a budget hotel we expect a bit more cleanliness and amenities as advertised. Location is okay and close to tram which would be a positive.

For the price, my stay was okay as I didn't expect a 5* experience. For those who would like an honest review, here it is:
The staff were fantastic, helpful and obliging. However, upon arrival there was some dried blood on the duvet cover (which was changed immediately when I pointed it out), and the air conditioning didn't cool the room (I could hear it turn on, but it was still hotter in the room than outside). The window didn't open very far (understandably so for safety reasons) but there were noisy fans outside so that couldn't help the temperature at night.
The bathroom was great, until the last night when the smell of cigarette smoke woke me up and I discovered it was somehow coming through the bathroom (maybe the fan system?) so I had to try blocking the gap under the door with a towel. There were no hangers in the room (it looked like they had been stolen as the hooks were still there). This didn't bother me but it might bother someone else!
The bed was comfy, the TV worked and there weren't any bugs or critters as I've read have happened in other hotels which cost a similar price to stay in. There wasn't any bottled drinking water in the room, my friend who dropped me off bought me some from a nearby supermarket.

Simple hotel, clean and tidy, with nearby attractions. Be careful as tax is charged twice. One with expedia and also at the hotel, they didnt take my invoice as a valid paid tax charge..... Expedia should refund the cost but as i guess no comms will happen after this post.

The price reflected the tight space in the room. But it was clean and convenient to the tram with a short trip to the Main Casablanca train station. The higher end sister property around the corner had a nice buffet breakfast that was included in the price of our room.

Not much to recommend besides a comfortable bed and okay price. The service was abysmal, save for the cleaning staff who were the only friendly ones. I would consider this place more than just budget accomodation, it's truly no frills. I'm not one for fancy amenities but this one was too basic even for me.

As a basic budget hotel it is what was generally expected. Good points were location, staff were helpful and room was clean. Breakfast was ok. Condition of bathroom was poor as the push button was not fixed properly and kept falling off but i managed to fix it in place, also the toilet seat was not straight and not fixed properly.

Its a budget hotel. I think I got what i paid for. Neighborhood seemed safe. The lobby was always clean. Fatna (the cleaner) and the lobby staff were friendly and helpful.

Terrible experience, avoid at all costs! I booked a room for my mother-in-law at this property, but the actual room was nothing like the pictures on the Expedia listing. When we brought this up with the front desk agent, they casually admitted, \"Yes, we use pictures of the hotel next door, so what?!\" Unbelievable! The room was also extremely dirty. When we reported this, the front desk said we could switch rooms the next day. My mother-in-law had to buy cleaning supplies and clean the room herself—it was that filthy. Please avoid this hotel; they don't deserve your business!

It is obvious that the hotel and the room are not new, but the room was comfortable, bed sheets and towel were clean but the rest of the room (floor and walls) could have been cleaner.

For the price it was an average hotel. No breakfast, no gym, or swimming pool. But I understand that you would have to pay for all that. The room's bathroom was however too small, and there was no shower curtain, and the shower's floor was the bathroom's floor.

I should say outstanding our suitcases were delay and Soumia had a great attitude she helped us with no attitude I was amazed of her kindness. Soumia understood my needs. Soumia is an asset to the hotel.

I needed a hotel within walking distance of the train station, and this hotel fitted the bill. It was everything I needed - not luxurious, but clean and functional. Good breakfast - lovely coffee! Dinner had to be taken at the nearby Hotel Campanile, where I was underwhelmed by the waiters, who didn't seem to care about the customers, but I would certainly return to the Hotel Premiere Classe. Good value hotel.

To begin with the place is a dump. I made a res through you and paid for the room. I booked for a friend in Morocco. The res was automatically in my name. I called the hotel and sent an email with his name and details. They would not admit him, and were beyond rude. They threatened him and through his passport in his face. They denied my call to them and said they never got the email although I know they did based on info in my own email. This was a humiliating scene for my friend. Absolutely outrageous behavior for a hotel staff.

Lovely place, although the room is small, its convenient if you dont have a lot of luggage. The front desk staff speak English so that was really helpful. The location is very tourist friendly, you can almost walk to everywhere. Its clean and simple. There's a store next door, which is perfect. One thing i found weird though, is that the front desk is almost always empty and there's no phone in the room, so if you need something or you have an emergency, you're completely on your own. But if you want to explore the city, and you dont want to blow a bag, this is your best option.
