Overall, I enjoyed my stay there: staff were courteous, bed was comfortable, ro9m was clean and I liked the quietness .
The Wi-Fi was a bit of a let down though, it kept dropping out at times.
But I would definitely stay there again!

Used to be an excellent place to stay, but they've gone cheap by not servicing the rooms besides leaving fresh towels, which isn't environmentally the best. Used to have ground coffee for plungers, but that also seems to be discontinued. They are doing groundworks next door so wasn't pleasant to be outside, or leave your door open. Overall an average stage. Consider looking elsewhere in future...

Accommodation was good for location and parking. Disappointing to not have a tv in our room until day 2 of our stay. Towels where incredibly old and tatty, black mould in shower, and stained carpets. Dishwasher buttons where broken and beds incredibly uncomfortable. Unfortunately won't stay again.

Very quiet. Easy access with lifts and basement carpark.
Room decor a little tired but happy with full kitchen, washing macine etc.

Peaceful, spacious and clean

Lovely spacious two-bedroom unit with balcony overlooking internal garden space. Very quiet and peaceful. Spotlessly clean. Great kitchen and bathroom facilities. Convenient within walking distance to the Newmarket Westfield Shopping Mall. Really great allocated parking space under complex. Would definitetly stay here again.

Location so good!

We book this accommodation regularly because of it’s excellent, very convenient location in Newmarket near Westfield; free parking with good, easy access. Great room facilities with toiletries, dishwasher and real coffee. Although the odd piece of worn furniture and worn carpets.

Two bedroom apartments with 2 bathrooms are excellent to give each guest private space. The only thing is the window in the 2nd bedroom faces inwards into the property ( in our case, to the lift entrance), so you would never open the curtain and need the lights on all the time. The rest of the apartment is bright and airy. It may be better in ‘deluxe’ or ‘superior’ grade rooms as ours was only ‘standard’.

Would book again when rooms are on ‘special’.

Excellent location and the staff were awesome and easy to deal with, unfortunately the room was not to the standard shown in the photos. There were holes in the wall which hadn’t been adequately fixed, carpet had numerous stains, as did the duvet on the bed. The room condition was well below the standard you would expect for the price.

Perfect Newmarket location

Great stay, girlfriends’ trip where we all rented 2x 2bdm apartments and all got our own bathroom! Very clean, full suite of amenities. So convenient to the Westfield shopping mall and restaurants. Pros outweighed the “interesting” or perhaps I should say uninteresting view of an empty lot and car park building; beds firm, carpets need deep clean or replacement.

Good accomodation! Amazing location, would have been perfect if it wasn’t for a few things. We ran out of hot water twice, two days in a row. We also washed some clothes in our in room washing machine & something was in wash machine & changed the colour of our load to blue!! & the beds are absolutely terrible - the carpet is actually softer then the beds. If it wasn’t for these things it probably would have been the best accomodation I’ve stayed at location, property & rooms itself, parking - amazing.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for 3 nights. Overall it was OK. Parking underneath was convenient. Westfield Newmarket was a short walk away. We found it strange that there were no wine glasses in the room. Biggest problem was the washing machine/dryer combination. There were no instructions for it. I put it on and then could not open the door to add something. It didn’t dry everything and ended up taking over 3 hours to do one load.

The property suited our purposes very well...close to Broadway in Newmarket, plenty of space inside the apartment for a short stay, great shower and secure parking on-site.
While very clean the apartment is starting to show some aspects of 'wear and tear'. The bedside lights are rather dim for reading but overall these were minor niggles. We will definitely stay there again.
