Breakfast was low quality. Eggs and fruit tasted funny, we could even finish the food. The room is not well sound isolated. You could clearly hear what people speak out of your room and even when other people entered or exited their rooms around mine. Parking spots are limited, but there is a parking garage very close for $5 overnight (this was super convenient).

The room is definitely spacious and clean. However, I noticed that some of the pillow cases are worn out (literally torn) and the shower curtain doesn’t have the buttons anymore. This could use some improvement. Otherwise, our stay is perfect. We had a good night sleep and so we weren’t able to go to the complimentary breakfast. The location is perfect too as it’s near the medical hospitals.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Bed's were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Hotel staff went over and above to be helpful! Only possible complaint or suggestion I would make is microwaves in the rooms or at least one on each floor not just one on the second floor.

The front desk staff was very friendly both day and night shifts. The room was spotless. The breakfast was delicious and they kept it stocked. The pool table was an added bonus. Loved that it was located close to the United Center and a really nice variety of restaurants.

The room was good, initially upon arriving the temperature was too hot in the room (as well as other public places at the Marriott) so I was able to adjust the temperature to a more comfortable level. Stayed at this location for due to its location to RUSH University Medical being just across the street.

Turned out to be a good choice for both easy of getting to RUSH as well as quality of the room.

If you've selected this hotel for the RUSH connection, suggest parking in the RUSH hospital lot and having your parking ticket validated a the hospital for $8 per day parking.

I usually don’t do reviews but everything was absolutely amazing! Staff was incredibly nice, the beds were very comfortable, and the area is very convenient! the blue like is a 5 minute walk, and all the main attractions are a good distance from the hotel. cant wait to book here again!

Staff was amazing.. We went for the D🌹Jersey Retirement & the hotel was decorated in Bulls decor. They even had speciality D.Rose/Bulls drinks at the bar. I don’t drink but they looked delicious…We were stuck in Chicago two extra days, due to the storm, so we extended our stay. Special thanks to Toni, she was phenomenal, her energy was infectious and she was a joy.. I would definitely recommend ❤️❤️

First, we went up to our room to rest before the Blackhawks game after checking in. I woke up to a bedbug crawling on me. Happy to provide photographic proof of it on the be after my husband brushed it off of me. Thankfully we caught it before getting more than one bite, which was red and inflamed. We told the gentleman at the front desk and he was incredibly kind and apologetic and offered to comp our parking cost and free snacks, which was kind. He moved us to a new room on a higher level. However, all throughout the night we were woken up by incredibly loud thumping, yelling, and talking in the hallways. The air in the room was so dry I woke up with a bloody nose and dry, scratchy throat. The water pressure was very inconsistent, which made hair washing a challenge. This weekend getaway was a Christmas gift from my husband and while our time together was great, this hotel stay was truly awful and not worth our money. The gentleman who assisted us was the only bright spot at this place. We will not stay here again and are furious we spent a dime on such an awful experience.

The room had a few crumbs on the floor. The shampoo bottle had hair dye on it. The bfast spread was was great. However, it seemingly gets cold fast because it was only 8:30 and the sausage, pancakes and other items meant to be hot were luke warm at best. Other than that, I felt very safe and its overall a really nice hotel.

The room was great, and the staff was very friendly. The hotel has a very special and amazing history, and there is a museum adjacent to the lobby. Parking is expensive, but there are plenty of cheaper lots nearby. We felt very safe walking the area during the night and day. This location is convenient to the CTA blue line and pink line (Polk).

Lobby was beautiful, proximity to the hospital great. Room was dirty: sticky rings from drinks in the nightstand, garbage in the can, used straw on the couch, and what looked like chunks of snot on the mirror by the door. When staff was notified, their only response was to offer us a free soda from the market instead of a clean room (or cleaning the room).

I had a very positive experience at the Yatt Hotel. The professional staff made check-in a breeze, and my room was spotlessly clean, with the only exception being a slightly neglected coffee maker. The delicious breakfast was a fantastic way to start the day. Despite the minor issue, I will certainly be coming back.

The builiding and its history were exciting from the start. Check-in was good (we were a bit early and had to wait a short time for our room key) but the process was smooth. Parking is an issue...not a lot of spots and they are tiny as well. Full size vans, trucks, SUV, it's tight opening and closing doors. But the Security Guard late night upon our arrival back from the Blackhawks game gave us his spot and assured us our vehicles safety. Overall the room, shower, availabilty of ice, the breakfast, were all excellent and we'll stay here most likely on any future trips to Chicago. The location near the United Center is ideal as well if you're traveling for sports or a concert. Plenty of dining options close by as well. We felt safe in and around the area and had no distractions with an active hosptial near by.

Beautiful hotel! We reserved a King suiter and was asked to switch to a double queen suite..... Don't understand why because when I looked online, the king suite was still available. We ordered food. I ordered Chicken Caesar Salad and they for got the chicken. All in all, the staff is pleasant and friendly. They fixed my food order but I ended up having to take it to my room to eat because my husband was done eating and we had been sitting there after he got done for about 20 minutes still waiting for mine. He was ready to go back to the room. I was too. Not sure if we would ever pay the money we paid to stay there again, sorry. Was a little disappointed in not getting what we reserved for a room when we look at the food experience with it. It was a disappointing evening all around.
