The property was very nice and in a great location (Chicago South Loop). The apartment was large, clean and comfortable. It has a very pleasant balcony and very good views, you also have access to a roof top terrace that has amazing views and a business centre on the ground floor. A drawback is that there is not a dedicated concierge and no place to leave luggage if you arrive early or plan to be in town for a few hours after checkout. That said, I would stay again.

Kasa South Loop Chicago was perfect for our stay. We were able to check-in without any problems. Our apartment was clean and had all the amenities needed for our stay. I slept on the fold out sofa, which was comfortable. The front desk personnel were friendly and answered any questions that I had. The location was perfect. Stores and public transportation, Target/Trader Joes and bus/subway were within a 10 minute walk. I highly recommend Kasa!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was our second trip to Kasa and hopefully not our last. We LOVE the balcony and lake view. The rooftop deck is amazing as well. The neighborhood is safe and wonderful with lots to explore. Target is 2 minutes away. It is around a 30 minute walk to the lakefront, soldier field, or the bean. Perfect location!

The units weren’t clean. The couch had several massive stains. The door handle was broken in the first unit so they moved me to a second unit. The second unit had two light bulbs that were missing and I was moved to the other side of the building where you could hear these very loud trains with bells. I barely slept. The light bulbs didn’t get replaced until the next day so the bathroom was too dark to properly apply any makeup. By the time the light bulbs were fixed it was Sunday and I was checking out on Monday. The stay at Kasa completely ruined my trip. I should have stayed at a proper hotel where they would have just moved me to a room that was functioning properly instead of having me have to deal with maintenance people. They would text me to tell me maintenance would be coming between 9:30 and 5pm and then maintenance woke me up at 9am. Who wants to deal with that while on vacation? Why should anyone be sitting around waiting for maintenance? And then they tell you you don’t have to be in the unit while maintenance is there but who wants to leave someone in their unit when they have valuable items? For the same money, I could have stayed at the Royal sonesta which had a better location and the room would have been perfect. I wouldn’t have to wait around for maintenance while on vacation. I also would find random hairs in places like the kitchen. The cleaners don’t clean the units well. They clean the floors and bathtubs but the walls were very dirty.

The hotel is within walking distance of downtown and seems to be a nice neighborhood. The room was very clean and had all amenities listed. Only negatives for me woild be to have a regular coffee pot available rather than brew bags (which are provided) and supplying a full sized ironing board rather than table top one provided.

Beautiful scenery, clean space and in-unit laundry made for an extremely comfortable and easy trip. Check in and Check Out instructions were concise and easy to access/make sense of. Parking in the garage is also super easy and affordable. No complaints!!

This hotel is a great stay! Booked for my birthday weekend and would do it again if I were to visit Chicago in the future. The location is within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. Pre-Check instructions were very easy to follow, parking was also secure and conveniently behind the hotel. We originally booked a Queen Studio room but were upgraded to a King and Twin room! The view was stunning, room had everything we needed, and easy access to other amenities.

This building is downtown, placing you in a great launch pad to see everything Chicago has to offer. The building was clean and easy to access, and home to many young professionals. This was the perfect base for our family Chicago vacation. We stayed in the 3-bedroom unit, and it had plenty of space for the four of us. We loved the views of the city, and the location was perfect for all the attractions we wanted to see. It was a short walk to the L, but we’re a family who likes to walk, so we were able to get most places on foot fairly quickly. The beds were comfortable, linens soft, and all the amenities were nice. Came for a family reunion and Kasa was the perfect place to stay between events. Located in the South Loop by the Harrison (red line) and Roosevelt lines (red/orange/green), we had easy access to visits throughout the city. We drove in and parking was so simple and affordable for its location. The communication throughout was consistent and check-in instructions were easy to follow for a hassle-free experience. The actual apartment had everything we needed (and more). I would 1000% stay here again. My only complaint was the water pressure in the shower being too low for my preference, but truly a non-issue in the overall experience of the stay. Highly recommend Kasa for your next Chicago visit!

Overall it was a nice stay and convenient for a large group with a nice view, just wish it would be cleaner. The rugs were a bit stained and the teflon pans and cutting boards were severely scratched. Other wear and tear like large scratches on the stove. The drains smelled funky too.

My only suggestion is to consider soaps and shampoos that do not contain coconut as that’s a common thing folks are allergic to, including my partner. Luckily we were close enough to a store that they were able to obtain different options.
