Nice hotel very close to Accra’s international airport. Our room was clean and comfortable and we had excellent hot showers! Dinner in the restaurant was excellent and they were very accommodating in making us vegetarian meals off the menu, even though the main meal was a buffet. While we didn’t use the pool it looked very clean and combo indoor outdoor. We wished we had more time to try it! Free shuttle to and from the airport. Overall a great experience and well worth the fair price!

My husband uses a manual wheelchair for his mobility. The \"accessible\" room was not very accessible (narrow doorway into the bathroom, a shower with a curb step and glass door, and the sink was too high and far back into the counter for him to use it.) However, the staff were so accommodating; after showing us about 4 more rooms we found a bathroom that had a lower sink and despite the shower still having a curb step and a glass door, we asked the hotel to remove the glass door, which they happily did for us. We appreciated the excellent customer service through this ordeal (we run into this problem in MANY places and this staff were the most helpful) as well as throughout our stay.
The airport shuttle was also convenient.
The food at the a la carte restaurant was a bit better than the buffet restaurant, but I think some things even on the a la carte side were from the buffet side.
The pool is small, but sufficient; and not very crowded except on the weekend.
The A/C was a bit finicky, but it worked overall. And overall it was a fine time with the customer service being one of the best.

I had booked my room far in advance. I got a proper ride by staff to the hotel. When I arrived I had waited several hours to get a room. One lady came in and waited only a few minutes and got a room which I didn't think that was fair after leaving me waiting. I am sure that my stay at the hotel was much longer than hers and I spent way much more money. I booked my room from the 10th of March until the 21st of March. I jave been to this hotel before and you have a pattern of overlooking waiting customers that are spending way more money than the ones just showing up. You are running good paying customers away. There are other hotels in the area please remember this.

Great location, however they advertised for a gym and when I went to the gym every piece of equipment was broken, and the room was dirty. It looked like the place belonged to a junkyard. No one had attempted to clean or fix the equipment in years. The room where I stayed was clean, and the daily included breakfast was excellent. The customers service was excellent.

The check-in process was quick and easy. We had a spacious room, which I was pleased with. There was an issue with the A/C and when we contacted the front desk, someone came very quickly and addressed it. We also dined at one of the restaurants for dinner.
