Would stay here again

Perfect for my 3-day stay in Rome before taking train elsewhere. Would stay here again and recommend to others with similar needs.

Pros:
* Location: Excellent location, almost a straight 5-minute walk from Via Marsala exit at Termini Station which connects to both Metro lines and trains all over the country.
* Access to Essentials: Besides the shopping mall & grocery stores in the Station, there are many restaurants & cafes in the area.
* Customer Service: The owner, Massimo, is very friendly, speaks English and patient.
* Room Comfort: Quiet area and rarely heard neighbors or noise. Mattress was on the firm side, pillows were extremely soft, but thin.
* Climate: Room has excellent air conditioning (a must in summer months)!

Cons
* Accessibility: Located on 3rd floor (that’s 4th floor to Americans), the elevator can fit only 2 people or 1 person and 2 large suitcases. It’s a tight squeeze for the heavy set and requires 4 steps to get to elevator.
* Bathroom: Shower’s water pressure is very low and the hot water does not get very hot, if either of these are deal breakers for you. Water sometimes smells sulfuric. Stand-in shower is also a bit small
* Walkability: Being on the eastern side of Termini, be prepared to walk 25-40+ mins to main sights

Office staff was very friendly and helpful. Be aware that the room and hotel sign and very small. Small hotels in Italy (a subset of a building) aren't allowed to have a big sign, so its only a 1x2 foot plaque. Look for the street address and enjoy your stay. Easy access to Termini.

Central to bus and train station quiet location, room spotless and roomy, WiFi free, ensuite, and breakfast optional in cafe over the road. Massimo took time to explain places to visit and provided map of Rome. He Emailed day before for arrival time, we were early and he was here promptly as it was Sunday and we were only arrivals desk was not open all day. Will stay again

Massimo, the manager, is a very pleasant and calm Italian who obviously cares about his customers and is always ready to help. His wife made sure that our room was always clean and well supplied with bathing accessories.

The residence is very close to Termini and every conceivable service you might need.

Will certainly be back.

An outstanding place

I was vacationing in Rome with my grown son and daughter. I've been to Rome many times so I am familiar with Italian hotels. I was pleasantly surprised with the overall experience at Residenza Praetoria. The hotel is 5 minutes from the Termini station in a quiet residential area. You would not expect a hotel to be in this area. We were greeted by the owner, Massimo. who could not have been nicer. He treated us like family and was genuinely interested in making sure that our stay was positive. He escorted us to an immaculately clean room with 3 very comfortable single beds. During our stay he often asked if there was anything he could do to assist us. With the modest price, I would rate my experience with Praetoria as outstanding. I would recommend this hotel to anyone considering a trip to Rome

the hotel was in a 120 year-old building, the room was very out dated, especially the blankets were worn out and a bit dirty looking. The washroom is clean but the shower door was broken so it couldn't be closed when I took shower. Room was facing a yard so was pretty quite. Overall not worth the price.

Perfect for a short stay

Friendly and lovely family run hotel. We only stayed the one night and it was perfect for seeing all the sights, and for the airport bus taking us back to the airport at 4.30am which was just over a 5 mins walk away. Clean and comfortable, with a 24hr reception desk in a quiet area right by the main train station.

We needed a hotel within a few minutes of the train station in order to walk very early in the morning with luggage to catch our train. This hotel fit that perfectly. We were however disappointed that there was no air conditioner.

Great family run hotel close to Termini station

We stayed here for 4 nights .Its about 3-4 minutes walk from Termini station which is a good base to explore Rome as both Metro lines meet here . Moreover a bus stand is nearby where you can get direct buses to all major attractions.

The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable . We read the reviews about Wi-fi problems , but they seem to have fixed it . Wi-fi was reasonably fast.

Staff was very friendly and helpful . Breakfast was ok . Overall a very nice place to stay.

One suggestion : Please have a bigger signpost or a board . It might be difficult to find the hotel since there are hundreds of other hotels in the area.

Great location

It took me awhile to find the hotel as the link in Hotel.com directed me to a different address than what is the actual hotel address. The main thing to remember is follow their listed address not the GPS link. Also, remember to look for the Italian flag.

Central location in Rome, close to the Termini station, metro and restaurants. At first, the location threw me off a bit (didn't look like the best neighborhood), however, I got used to it and felt safe enough. The staff, Joanna (serves you freshly made coffee for breakfast) and housekeeping made me feel welcome.

When in Rome, I wouldn't hesitate staying again at Domus P. primarily due to the central location and their great staff.

Great kindness of the staff

We ended up needing to stay longer in the day due to sickness and the staff was more than wonderful at working with us. They let us stay a bit longer, provided extra towels and water, did everything to make our stay more pleasant. I would definitely go back if I have a chance.

The hotel was nice for the price but was not in a very nice neighborhood and located a little further from the attractions but close to train station. It is a little difficult to find as there is no signage on the outside of the building.

Clean, Central and Convivial

This hotel is exactly what we were looking for. Quiet, friendly and room was so clean you could eat your dinner off the toilet floor. My wife requires gluten free food and this was easily dealt with by the hotel after an email.
We booked because we had an early train at the end of our stay and wanted to be near Rome Termini. You can see the side entrance of the station from the hotel entrance.
Being to close to the station puts virtually every Rome tourist site within a very little time frame via Metro Line A or B, bus and trains right on the doorstep as well.
OK the slight down side is the \"homeless area\" on the side of the station where people sleep, but they cause no problems, don't approach anybody and are packed up and away to wherever every morning. They cause much much less bother than the myriads of umbrella/selfie stick sellers and pure beggars that are all over Romes tourist spots and other areas. The area has a bit of \"urban art\" on the buildings and shop shutters. I would not let this put you off. I felt safe. The whole area has hotels right up to 5 star. There are lots of restaurants of all standards around the area as well.
Totally recommend this hotel, brilliant.

Basic hotel that was ok

The hotel was fine but nothing special. Breakfast is basic and rooms are small. Quite a noisy area. Wifi worked really well so this was one plus for this hotel. What you get is reflected in the price. The area is not nice but as I needed to be at Roma Termini early, this was fine.

Good hotel, conveniently located just a few blocks from the train station. Staff was excellent and very helpful! rooms are big, clean with great furniture, the bed was comfortable, however the Wi-Fi internet connection was VERY bad and the TV is extremely small. Breakfast under on the other hand was a little disappointing, it's not much just coffee and some croissants or yogurt and that's about it, don't get too excited about free breakfast, I would call it a small morning snack. They will hold your bags at no charge after you check out if you need them too. location is good also being that is so close to the train station and Metro. The elevator is on the smaller side, two people the most could get in there, but not with large bags, if you have a larger bag then just one person. From the outside it is a little hard to find and looks a little bit run down area, you will need to press the button from the outside it's like a gate and they will open the door, as soon as you open the door you get inside it's nice, Rome is quite dirty city anyway, I don't believe Rome has any clean areas anywhere. I would stay at this hotel again if I'm back in Rome.

Room is cozy, clean and well maintained and secured. The only drawback with this room is the shower is so tiny, other than that i recommend this to all. Breakfast is complimentary but no options, other than 1 cereal and couple of different croissants but coffee is very good.

We were about 3 blocks from Termini Station in Rome. Great restaurants nearby. Super staff. I was injuried just as we were checking out. The clerk scrambled to find some first aid supplies. Took care of me until we could get to a pharmacy. Excellent girl in the breakfast room. Would stay again. As I said, so close to the main station.

It took a bit to find the hotel since there was no large sign (look for the Italian flag above the door!). But it was well worth the search. The staff was most friendly and helpful (family business; three brothers run the hotel). The desk was staffed 24/7. The room was large and comfortable for 3 people. We had everything we needed. Breakfast was simple continental, but the coffee was really good - and made to order. The neighborhood was just ok. The hotel was about 3 blocks from the train station which was a big plus for us. Our room was quiet, and that was a good thing considering the street market each morning. If we return to Rome, we will stay here again.

Large rooms, close to Termini

From the outside this hotel does not look appealing at all, it is located in a quiet, narrow road (which is not the nicest to walk down after sunset) but inside the hotel is very nice.
The staff at the hotel spoke very good English and were very helpful at suggesting places to visit and places to eat.
The rooms were very large for a 2 star hotel and for the price.
They had high ceilings, a large queen sized bed, 2 mini bedside drawers, a large wardrobe, a sofa, a desk and a chair and a large TV.
The zircon works very well (it was 30 degrees Celsius outside, but felt very comfy and cool inside as we had the air con on full blast)
The only thing I did not like about the rooms were the bathrooms, it was very clean, but rather small in comparison to the bedroom.
It had a very small shower (with good water pressure and a lot of hot water), but it was very cramped in the shower, it also had a bidet in the bathroom which took up space in the bathroom (if they removed the bidet and placed a larger shower I would have given this hotel a 5/5 rating). The breakfast is very basic,cereal, hot drinks, yogurt pot, pastry, no hot food, but the pastry were very tasty and tasted very fresh and of good quality.
Overall a very good hotel at a very good price, it is located 5 mins from Termini station and walking distance from many major attractions, no doubt, I will stay here again if I come back to Rome.

Nice European experience

Stayed 2 nights. Very accommodating to meet our needs. Friendly staff. Traveling with one other single women, it felt safe. If you are looking for a modern, \"American style\" hotel, don't stay here. It was fun to experience a stay in the old building and see the layout of the building with the courtyard. Very convenient to Termini and other public transport. We only took Metro once to Vatican City and it was extremely easy as was the train to the airport. There is some graffiti in the neighborhood, as mentioned in other post, but we didn't take it as a negative. I've seen it in all cities I've visited. I'd stay again.

We were in Rome for 1 night and decided to stay here, so glad we did. We took the Terrevision bus from the Rome airport to the Termini. From the train station this hotel is only about 5 blocks. We walked with our suitcases with no problem. Check-in was quick and we were helped with our suitcases to our room. Very nice staff at the hotel. The rooms are small but there was enough room for the two of us with suitcases. Good AC and nice TV and very clean room which I appreciate. The bathroom was updated and had nice large towels. Our room was on the first floor and we heard no noise at night, very quiet. As others described breakfast is small but adequate. Juice, coffee, cornflakes, pastry. The breakfast area has nice small tables and is well kept. We would definitely stay here again. The Metro is at the Termini so easy to get around.

This was a perfect hotel that is close to the train station (Termini). Very clean, staff helpful, breakfast available early with cappucino. Although the neighborhood around the station is not great, we felt safe and pleasantly surprised by the entire experience.

Basic hotel in convenient location

This hotel is typical of a type common in Rome, but not in the US (or a lot of Europe). It consists of several floors of what used to be a residential building. I was on the top floor of the hotel but there were apartments rented to local residents above me. The first room I was in was very noisy as the tenants were up until after midnite doing what sounded like renovation work. The manager moved me to a quieter room after 2 nights.
The room had all the basic necessities and was large enough. There are essentially no public areas other than the front desk and breakfast room. Breakfast was minimal in selection and quality.
Location is about 4 blocks from Termini station so access to Metro and buses is excellent. The neighborhood is not a luxury one; many of the residents seemed to be Africans or South Asians. As a woman travelling alone I am very sensitive to safety but I have to say I never felt I was in any danger. In the mornings there is a local market in the same block as the hotel, including a fruit and vegetable stand.

A really nice, friendly hotel and for central Rome, unbelievably good value. Rome has a reputation for pretty rubbish and expensive hotels, but our experience here was totally the contrary. Lovely room, great bed, everything impeccably clean, very warm and helpful staff, and they are dog-friendly! Wonderful.

Beware the morning market

Avoid room 101. The shutters are nailed shut (so no natural light) and we now know why! It's on the ground floor and EVERY morning a street market sets up at 6:00am. Lorries unloading, people shouting, scaffolding scraping - the lot! We eventually got moved to the 3rd floor, where the noise was just about tolerable. They really should not be letting this room

Great hotel in a wonderful, safe location.

This hotel is in a great location. The room is a good size, not tiny, and very nice. Lots of really nice woodwork. The breakfast is very basic but was very good - exactly what we needed to start the day. The staff was wonderful - spoke very good English. Having never been to Rome, I knew near the train station would be a good location but was a little concerned about how safe it was. We loved the location and felt safe even walking back at night. We noticed that the local Police precinct is about 5 doors up from the hotel. Being so close to the train station makes it easy to walk to catch the Metro (subway) and the Leonardo train to the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel and if we ever get to return to Rome we would definitely stay here again.

We got there. Old room. Paint peeling off bathroom ceiling and mould in shower. Need I say more. Only after complaining did they put us into a better room. Still was nothing to brag about. Only had breakfast once, after that what a waste. I wouldn't even call it breakfast. No toast, or eggs and the size of my pantry at home. Poor

Inexpensive Rome

If your looking for a hotel under few hundred euros that has faculty that will treat you amazing this is the place. The rooms & shower are nothing to call home about, but the location is pretty good. The staff is really awesome they made sure we made it to our flight at 3:00 am on time. They had a taxi ready for us and helped negotiate our flat rate. Very great service, but the star rating definitely reflects in decor. Overall very nice!

Arriving by air, I had an overnight stay at the Domus Praetoria Hotel in Rome before traveling South by train. The location is very good, an easy short walk to Roma Termini, but one has to look for the house number and the list of occupants in order to find the hotel.
My room was very small, enough for one person. The available space was very well utilized, featuring all the necessary amenities and very efficient remote control air conditioning. The unit was very clean, the bathroom fixtures were up to date (I loved the rain shower), and the bed was very comfortable. The Internet was sporadic, but good in the corridor and other public areas. The room was quiet, despite a market in the street next morning.
I had to contact someone South of Rome and had great problems getting through. There was no cell phone reception in my room; however, the receptionist went out of his way to help and called for me. Next day I got information about a sightseeing buses and could leave my luggage for later pick-up. Upon my return the desk clerk made another phone call for me, and reminded me to hurry if I wanted to catch my train. Everyone went well beyond the call of duty. I certainly recommend this hotel especially for service and cleanliness.

Wonderful Family Owned Hotel

The hotel had everything we needed- a helpful staff available 24 hours/day (with a secure front door that you needed to be buzzed in to get into the hotel), wifi!!!!, a working safe, nice bathroom and shower, breakfast included, and located on a quiet street yet so close to Termini Train Station. The room was ready as soon as we arrived, by 1 pm. The only downfall was that we woke to a 'flea market' right outside our window. Not sure how often this happens, but it definitely turned the quiet street into a hustling and bustling one.

Domas is a wonderful very small, comfortable hotel. The security is excellent and the owners are so nice and helpful. The rooms all have their own character and are quiet. No cookie cutter chain experience here. The neighborhood is home to many small sidewalk restaurants. Eating out is very pleasant and no more than a block or two away. Domas serves a Continental breakfast every morning with fresh baked pastries and breads. The hotel is just three blocks from Rome's major transportation hub so getting trains, the Metro or buses is very convenient. Loved our experience.

Overall it was a fantastic experience! We felt welcome & enjoyed our interactions with the owners who spoke excellent English. It was very close to Roma Termini - perfect for train travellers/exploring the city by Metro, though on our arrival, it was a bit difficult to find. They provided excellent advice for public transportation & sights to see. Breakfast was sufficient - various baked items, yogurt, cereal & juice/water/fancy coffee. Our bed was a little hard (though apparently it was perfect for my husband). They upgraded us so we would have space for our infant daughter. Shower did have a bit of mould.

Nice hotel, close to Termini station

We really enjoyed our stay and will be coming back again. The hotel was conveniently located about 4 blocks from the Termini station (a 5 minute walk). There is no sign on the street outside, so you have to watch the street numbers to find where to ring the bell. Inside, the rooms were quite small, but quiet and very clean, with a simple but adequate breakfast. The A/C worked great. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed the open market on the street there in the morning.

Would recommend this hotel to a friend!

This is a great place to stay if you want to be close to Termini rail station for a few days. The rooms are small, but so is the price. We were in Rome for three days and two nights, and just needed a clean place to stay without paying an arm and a leg. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. We felt safe and secure. The walk from the terminal is about three short blocks. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a room, but will not be spending much time in the room. By the way, the continental breakfast was perfect.

The beds are hard. We went in Feb, so it still cooled off at night. They shut the heat off between midnight and 4am. We were freezing. No heater in the bathroom. We seen a bug of some sort on our first night. We were booked in for 5 nights. After that 1st night, we went in search of a new hotel. We staid the 2nd night and checked out the next morning. Summer months may be better, probably wont freeze. If you're ok with a very hard bed and looking for an inexpensive hotel, then it may be ok for you. We also didnt like having to bebuzzed back in every time we came back to the hotel and having to leaveour key at the desk whenever we left.

Great Hotel but poor breakfast

A comfortable hotel in a secure location and very close to the Termini station where we arrived from Ciampino Airport. The hotel was very clean and as we were joining a Cruise Ship the folowing day, it was perfect for us. The location was excellent and the hotel felt very secure. The only dissapointment was that the breakfast was very basic-limited choice of cereal and only croissants and pastries. We would stay there again but only for one or two nights.

Great location - Great Staff

This hotel is a short 5 min walk from Rome Termini station and Metro. It is a little hard to find on the street because there is no big sign on the building - but the street was easy enough to find. The rooms were clean and the only downfall is the air conditioning is not that strong. However, I found that the AC was poor in all the hotels in Italy. The staff gave us great recommendations for eating dinners and were very helpful in setting up tours for us or telling us which buses to take to get to different tourist sites outside of central Rome. Of all the hotels that we stayed at on our trip - this one was one of the best.

Charming !

We chose Domus Praetoria on the recommendation of a friend who had stayed there for business. This is a gem of a place operated by a father and his 2 sons who are so accomodating. Don't expect an American style hotel here. Instead, expect the charm of a Roman hotel complete with marble, balconies & porceline tile interiors. No cookie cutter interiors ! Finding it is a bit of a challenge. No neon signs here. Just a 10' high gorgeous double wooden front door that leads to a common court yard area. There are several hotels housed in this same building so look for your hotel name on the intercom panel, press the button & you will be let in the front door. The closet like elevator was surprising (one person + luggage) but it works! Breakfast is great w/coffee, cappucino, espresso, hot tea, great pastries & yogurt. There is a wonderful bakery right across the street + a street market is setup Mon. - Sat. until early afternoon right outside the hotel. Laundry mat, internet cafes & outdoor cafes are 1-2 blocks & Termini Train station is a 3 block walk. This is a business district, so busy by day & quieter at night. We felt safe but always kept our eyes open. At checkout, the father helped us with our bags to the waiting cab. One of his sons speaks 4 languages which is helpful. You know the saying, \"When in Rome, do........\" Step out of your American comfort zone! Can't wait to go back!

Domus Praetoria - Next to Termini station

Nice small hotel next to Termini station. Room was clean and decent with TV and mini bar included.

Nice place to stay if you are not looking anything fancy and luxorius. Environment is not the nicest but we didn´t have any problems either.

I would recommend this to anyone who like to stay in Rome for few nights near to good connections.

Hotel is pretty close from the Termini and it's convenient for me to take the metro/bus around Rome.
The only thing I want to point is that I was informed to pay 2Euro per person per night for the stay with \"CASH.\" I had to go to the airport and tried to get rid of all cash and I couldn't pay those by creditcard...What a mess, so I had to run to the exchange office to provide 18 Euro at the last moment. Be careful!

We stayed at this hotel on the last leg of a 12-day Italy vacation. The location is very good, close to the Rome Termini train station. There are a number of other hotels and dining options in the surrounding blocks, along with what must be apartment buildings. The service is good, there is someone at the front desk 24/7. The hotel itself is actually a few floors of a larger building. There is no signage outside for the hotel, so make sure you have the address handy. It is a controlled entrance, like an apartment/condo building in the US, where you hit a button and someone buzzes you in. They also have an odd policy where you drop the keycard off at the front desk when you leave the building each time. Our room was basic, you are paying more for the location than the amenities, but it was clean and felt safe.

Very nice basic hotel in central Rome.

Our experience with the Domus Praetoria was very good overall.

This property, while a basic hotel, was very clean, well kept, and conveniently located near the Termini Train Station. The location is great for travel throughout Rome, as you can easily take the subway or bus with a couple block walk to the Termini.

The owners are extremely helpful. This is a family run hotel with at least one of 3 brothers always at the front desk. They spoke very good English, and were very helpful with directions or recommendations for restaurants or activities. They were always ready to help and make sure you were comfortable.

My wife, adult daughter and I stayed in one of their triple rooms. This worked very well for us , as the room turned out to be spacious by what I would call European standards. A simple Italian breakfast of rolls, croissants, and coffee was also offered in the morning, which made a good simple start to the day.

If you are looking for a five star hotel with that level of amenities, this is not your place. If you are looking for a good, clean, quiet, centrally located hotel with great service, this is your spot. We would stay here again if we return to Rome.

Most wonderful experience

Staying at the Domus was a wonderful experience! Just a five-minute walk from St. Mark's and near the Rialto vaporetti stop, it was very convenient. It is such a unique set-up because there are three suites sharing a living room and breakfast room on the fourth floor of a \"palazzo\". Our room looked down on a small canal which seemed to be a favorite of many gondoliers. Our suite was quiet and comfortable. We had lovely breakfasts, sharing a large dining table with the other suites' occupants in the breakfast room. My husband, daughter and I all enjoyed the place and found it a nice change from the typical hotel atmosphere. If we ever have the good fortune to return to Venice, we will stay at the Domus.

Great for sightseers

Well appointed double-room, high ceilings make up for lack of lateral space. Small balcony was nice, however we didn't really use it. Air conditioning worked well, bathroom was large and functioned well (nice hot shower). Bed was somewhat hard, which is common in Europe (as is the practice of making a larger bed by pushing together two twin mattresses). Staff was friendly and helpful, they spoke English well. Location was neat in that there was a small market nearby, as well as a small bakery that sold the best cream-filled croissants (also a good pizzeria nearby with house wine for only 1.50 euro). Definitely was off the beaten path of tourists, making the evenings quiet.
Overall this hotel is great for bargain hunters who don't mind a small room in an older hotel. Being near the main train station and central bus stops is good considering how far apart the sights in Rome lie (i.e. you can't stay possibly stay within walking distance of all of them). If you're going to Vatican City, the Coliseum/Palantine Hill, and the Pantheon.... you'll be taking the bus, so you may as well stay near the main station. Plus it doesn't hurt that the area isn't overrun with tourists, making cheap, local food easy to find. You can find nicer hotels, but it will be hard to beat Domus for value.

Very nice hotel close to Termini train station

Domus Praetoria is very close to the main train station in Rome - Termini, so its easy to take the metro to places you want to see. The hotel itself seems very safe, despite the fact that train station area isn't the poshest neighborhood.

The owners of hotel are very helpful and one of them is always present at reception.
The rooms are clean and bigger compared to some of the other hotels we stayed in Italy.
They serve very basic breakfast in the morning which could have been better.
Overall a nice hotel near Termini and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic. Such an incredible hotel to stay at. The location is perfect as it is located in the city centre just a couple of minutes away from the train station Termini so you won’t lose time travelling. We got a family room of three single beds and the room was completely spotless and clean. The bedsheets and everything was very clean. The room itself was well equipped with everything including a hairdryer and fridge. Toiletries were also present. The beds are comfy. Massimo and his wife are such good hosts and we got offered information on arrival and a tourist map. Highly recommend this place.

Wir würden am Abend der Ankunft sehr herzlich von Massimo in Empfang genommen. Er hat uns alles erklärt und uns sogar einige Informationen über Rom mitgegeben. Das Zimmer war groß und sehr sauber, sowie auch das Bad. Auch wenn das Gästehaus ziemlich nah am Hauptbahnhof Termini ist, ist es sehr ruhig und sicher. In den umgebenden Straßen gibt er reichlich Restaurants (auch tolle internationale) und Cafés. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Vi bodde tre nätter i detta hotellet. Läget är väldigt bra, gångavstånd till Rimini stationen. Rummet var rent men informationen om möjligheten till ev. frukost och transfer till och från flygplatsen stämde inte och var därför vilseledande.

Ne pas hésiter à séjourner dans ce logement.

Très bon accueil, Massimo (propriétaire) a été très attentif et aux petits soins pendant tout le séjour. Ils nous a donné quelques bons conseils, une carte de Rome avec les quartiers à visiter. Le quartier très proche de la gare Termini, avec toutes les lignes de bus, métro est idéal pour visiter Rome. Immeuble et environ très calme, je conseille vivement, ne pas hésiter à séjourner dans ce logement, chambre très grande, salle de bain vaste...la première nuit il faisait un peu froid, mais Massimo a vite réglé le problème. Même si l appartement semble un peu éloigné de l hyper centre, la gare a 2 minutes concentre de nombreuses lignes de bus, métro, hyper pratique.
