The hotel is in an excellent location and close to amenities that you would need. It’s a two min walk to the beach. It was clean, and accessible. Having access to the pool was great. The morning buffet is wonderful. So many options. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Things that could be improved: I have never had to pay for a safe in my room before and I have travelled around the world. This should be standard. Also, paying for clean pool towels is silly, this should also be complimentary.

I’ve been to this hotel twice now, once on a solo holiday and loved it so much that I rebooked to come back with a group of girlfriends.

They all loved the wide choice of food on the buffet, the cleanliness of the rooms and the swim up bar.

I love this hotel. The value is outstanding! The pools, the spa and staff are second to none. I particularly enjoyed the hot stone massage and manicure and pedicure. Geralyn was wonderful! The staff was friendly from reception to the cleaning staff and of course the spa. The free breakfast was a nice touch. It was a wonderful place to unwind . The location is near restaurants, the beach and the airport. This hotel has it all!

A good hotel

We had a good time here, there are a couple of things that could be easily improved. For example, some days the room was cleaned super early and really well, and other days it was barely done and done very late in the day. If you’re even a little particular about toiletries please bring your own. It’s also good to know there is a small supermarket very nearby as you can buy your own (it isn’t replenished after the first night and the bar only sells small glass bottles). We also think that maybe the pools are a little small for the numbers staying. It was very hard to get a lounger as everyone reserved before breakfast even if they didn’t come down until much later in the day. The team are really good, and generally very busy but getting on with it. Check in could be streamlined with some better documentation.

Only stayed one night, check out was at 11am however as my flight home was at 6:30pm they allowed me to use the hotels facilities and showers for the day and called me a taxi when i requested (there is also a very nice pool with a swim up bar!) :)

Hotel check-in process easy. Staff acknowledged us as Expedia members, however, no wine bottle in room. The room was clean and roomy enough for our luggage and things. The breakfast option for the week was a good choice. Buffet and breakfast varies were perfect. Amenities were good, but do not like that there is no control over people reserving lounge chairs and then literally leaving for several hours. The beach was clean and easy access to it. Overall, I would stay at the property again. Beautiful weather all week.

Excellent hotel with amazing staff and services. Everything from location to easy access to transportation. Pharmacy next door, supermarket and bus stop a very short walk away. Maintenance at this hotel is the best I have ever seen. Staff are always at hand and are greeting you with smiles and asking if you need anything to please you. We lacked nothing. Beds were very comfortable and very spacious rooms. Front desk coordinated tours and taxis and everything was seamless. This is a very high quality hotel with attention to detail. The name JS Palma Stay should read JS Palma Stay Forever because you won’t want to leave, Lastly, they made us feel special and we thank them for that. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Disappointing stay and certainly not a 4* experience! Wouldn’t stay again.

Visited for a 4 night break in the sun. Arrived at 1am looking forward to a good nights sleep. Instead we found ourselves given a very basic room designed for disabled access with very smelly drains, no balcony despite having confirmation that we had a balcony room and very annoying clicking noise coming from somewhere. We couldn’t be relocated that night as no other rooms were available. However, promised an upgraded room with sea view the following day. When getting our room, we were disappointed with the ‘upgrade’. Balcony was overlooking a house and you’d do well to see the sea! Water switches between hot/cold, sliding wardrobes don’t slide, etc. We couldn’t be bothered to change rooms again particularly as other guests were telling similar stories. No conditioner in room. Safe chargeable at €4.50 per day!! Plus you need to leave deposit for towels and pay extra to get fresh towels.

Breakfast service was slow … spent more time waiting for omelettes and pancakes than eating them. Whilst staff were friendly, not enough staff cooking. Evening meal was average but we opted to only eat in hotel once.

Resort fairly quiet (excluding the regular planes flying overhead). We knew hotel was close to airport so as expected. A couple of nice bars and restaurants nearby but not great area.

Bus access cheap and convenient into Palma.

Hotel was fine for base but would look elsewhere next time.

Pros: Very helpful and friendly staff. Plentiful breakfast buffet choices though don’t expect good coffee (didn't have dinner there). Convenient for local cafes and buses to/from airport or Palma. Right on a great walking/cycling coast path- head towards Palma for a lovely stroll. Nice lounge and bar opening onto attractive pools and seating area. Great heated lap pool and well set up for cyclists. Room was very clean and a decent size.
Cons: Very slow check in (45mins) even though we’d dropped our bags and given our passports etc earlier. Staff often seemed baffled by the computer system and they need to manage the queue; it was the first day of the season and seemed like they were unprepared in several respects. Corridors and lounge didn’t get cleaned til the next day. Spa facilities look good but sauna and ‘hot tub’ were not hot! ‘Sea view’ might involve hanging over your balcony and looking up the road. Walls are a little thin take earplugs.
Overall a decent hotel for the price and we were quickly offered a room change when we had a problem so can’t fault the customer service. Free parking is on the road and you might struggle for a space even in low season.

Overall an Excellent Hotel

Things to know. Don't bother getting a taxi to and from the airport. The A2 bus is right outside the airport and was five euros from the airport and two euros back. The bus took barely any time to get there.

The hotel is lovely. The room was not massive, but definitely not small. It also had a nice balcony.

You are only a 3-4 minute walk from a nice beach and plenty of restaurants. The pool area is great, the only down side is that the pool bar wasn't open very often when we stayed. We were there early September, so could have been the off season. Most days we had to go inside to get drinks, but you were allowed these in/around the pool area.

There are two main pools and an additional \"hot\" tub type pool up on a raised section. It isn't hot, but it's a nice place to sit and chill out. The inside spa facilities are great too.

Breakfast was really good. Lots of choice and there were new items added every day.

We did stay for lunch one afternoon and it took over an hour to make nachos and a hot dog (again, not sure if this was due to it being an off season)

Overall an excellent hotel.

P.S. There is a bus that runs to Palma which takes roughly 35 minutes. There is plenty to do in Palma including the train to Soller. If you are doing the train to Soller, be prepared to as the tram back from Soller Port gets extremely busy and quite an intense experience being crammed on. Would NOT advise if you have small children or have a disability.

We only uses this hotel as it was convenient for the airport. Definitely wouldnt consider this hotel for a relaxing stay as it sits in the middle of a residential area. Location is the only thing going for it as far as I can see.

The airport is five minutes away so the constant noise from planes is hardly relaxing and the beach area is very much \"Bernidorm\" in feel.

I cannot say enough nice things about this hotel.

As a solo female traveler I was looking for a quick and easy getaway for some relaxation away from a very stressful time at work recently.

The hotel is only a 7 minute drive from the airport and cost 15 euros so it was very convenient.

When I arrived around 1am Alex on reception made me feel very welcomed and explained everything I needed to know about dining times etc.

The single room was plenty big enough, the bed was a small double with a gorgeous view of the sea and very clean.

The food was delicious and there was plenty of variety on the buffet each morning and night.

There were a few comments about rude staff, I don’t know what warranted them because everyone was extremely polite and friendly. Yes the bar service was a little bit slow at times but that was down to there being one woman on the bar when a lot of people were using the pool. However the staff still came round and offered table service. The bar prices were also very reasonable for a beach side hotel (a large beer was 3 euros 50)

There were plenty of deckchairs and beds, in the three days I was there I didn’t struggle at all to find a seat. Some of them were reserved early doors but no one went without one.

The spa is gorgeous, especially the little outdoor Jacuzzi. The main pools were very clean.

I’ve recommended this hotel to many friends and family members already. If you are also travelling alone it’s a fantastic place that made me feel very safe.

Smallish comfortable bed room, balcony and bathroom, delightful staff, enjoyable food with wide selections including watch while they cook meats, fish, eggs and pasta. Very nice pools, bars, spa, gym. If you desire a large selection of vintage wines and champagnes this is not the hotel for you. However the inexpensive Spanish wines were more than adequate. We stayed at this hotel from August 5th, and really enjoyed it. The hotel was nice and had two pools outside, an inside lane pool, a spa area, jacuzzi and a little bit of light evening entertainment. Breakfast and the evening meals had plenty of options. Most of the staff were very helpful and nice, and the location was great. Within a short walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shops, and a bus stop very close by if you wanted to go further. It was a five minute taxi ride from the Airport costing 16 Euros and the planes didn’t bother us. The only suggestion I would make is to add in a coffee/tea maker in the rooms as this is pretty standard in most hotels these days. Also, on two occasions when going for our evening meal which is buffet style, we didn’t get asked if we would like a drink until we were leaving the restaurant. This isn’t a deal breaker for us though as we had a wonderful stay here and would definitely go back!

A great location for a solo traveller (I stayed for 3 nights), to be based in as it is close to the beach and restaurants if convenience and just after a more chilled back stay.

The hotel itself has a great offering - I used their gym, sauna/indoor pool and breakfast buffet amenities. The set up of the hotel is true to pictures particularly the outdoor pool. As I travelled during peak time, this was quite busy.

My room was always cleaned promptly in the mornings with the staff always smiling and able to assist quickly with any queries I had.

My constructive feedback would be in the room I was in 203, the batteries of the tv needed changing (for those who would like to access this) along with the plug socket on the side of one of the beds. Whenever I tried to charge my device in this particular socket, it would short circuit the electricity in the room as a whole and should really be looked into for a long-term solution fix. I noticed also that the bathroom window allows my neighbours to look into it from the higher floors also.

As I read before booking this hotel, the AC is present in the room but very lightly. So for anyone who does get hot quickly, it would be best to have a fan on you too.

The size of the room I can imagine for a couple who are very tall, could be bit of a squeeze (I'm 168cm and found it personally good).

The distance from the airport is particularly a plus although I advise getting a taxi to save hassle as it's only 10 minutes.

Everything was nice , you have to pay for “safe” inside your room if you want to use it, parking is free on the street. Food is nice and tasty, 3 minutes away from the beach

Stayed here for 1 week and it was amazing, room was very comfortable, great pool area with two pools and one having the poolside bar, the cool jacuzzi upstairs is also great. We didn’t opt for breakfast at the hotel but did avail of it one morning and it was great.

Paid a lot of money for 1 night
Noisy - rooms hollow walls and hearing the neighbours at it was not expectations of a costly stay

Breakfast and dinner was consistently delicious and varied, staff were lovely and accommodating and the facilities were fantastic. If you want a sun bed in the common area around the pool it seems everyone wakes up at the crack of dawn and marks their spot with a towel, so make sure to do that if you want a sun bed :)
