El hotel está lindo y limpio, pero no vale el precio y no es un lugar para descansar; hay muchísimo ruido en el área a todas horas día/noche: cañones, cohetes, campanas de iglesia, perros etc.) todo el ruido de los otros cuartos y área común se oye muy fuerte, ademas solo tienen 2 opciones de desayuno y el internet nunca sirvió

An absolutely beautiful setting. The Casa itself is a wonderful building, charming, spacious and extremely comfortable. Room was large and entirely comfortable with a stupendous view of the gardens and mountains in the background. Attentive but non-intrusive service. And a caring and delightful hostess. Easy access to all the attractions of Tepoz 15 minute walk away.

Me and my mother stayed here for 2 nights when we originally were just going to stay for one because we were blown away by the beauty and tranquility of the property. It’s amazingly well decorated, the rooms are spacious and super clean. The bed and sheet quality is actually to die for and felt like I could sleep for days in them. The breakfast in the morning was perfect and fresh.
I have no complaints whatsoever regarding this property. If you are to stay in tepoztlan you must stay here. I will be back very soon!

Its an OK property. Home transformed into a hotel. 20 min walk to downtown. Clean, nice simple pool, garden is smaller than it appears in photos. Friendly staff. Check-in and check-out takes a long time, I would change this given that it took 30 mins to check-in and again to check out.

The hotel was amazing and very unique, sorrounded by lots of vegetation, very green, the view to the mountains from the hotel are breath taking, the facilities were very clean, the staff attention was awesome, they were so nice to us, Marcela was an excellent host. This hotel offers much more than comfort and natural beauty. It is decorated with extremely good taste, practically constituting a museum of Mexican folk-art carefully selected by its owner over a period of decades. So much to see, so much to enjoy. That also goes for the gardening. The variety of local flowers is immense, and constant care makes you feel like living in a botanical garden. Add to this comfort everywhere, in first class furniture in living rooms, dormitories, and bathrooms. Great swimming pool with heated water. We are definitely returning.

I booked this hotel last minute because where I was staying fell through in Tepoztlan and I was so happy that I did. The entire staff is SO friendly from the person answering the door to the hotel manager. The scenery of the terrace is absolutely beautiful and gives you just the vibe and feeling you want when visiting a pueblo magico like Tepoztlan. Delicious breakfast and very yummy bread and juices. I would totally stay here again.

As a visitor from Cleveland, OH I found that if you want to stay in an outstanding place with authentic Mexican hospitality while visiting Tepoztlan, just go to Casa del Angel. I expended a couple of days here, stayed in an impeccable room with a great view to the Tepozteco, enjoyed excellent homemade food and the personal attention of the owners. Very convenient location, about 10 minutes walking distance to downtown and few more minutes to the path to climb to the Tepozteco.

Casa del Angel es un hotel boutique en el que vale mucho la pena quedarse. Es atendido por sus dueños, lo que te garantiza que van a cuidar cada detalle para que estancia sea lo más agradable. Incluye el desayuno, con un toque de comida hecha en casa, por lo que si te gusta este estilo de lo familiar es una gran opción. Todo el personal es muy amable y se esmeran por consentirte. Nosotros sin dudarlo regresaremos. Quizas lo único es que en la habitación que nos toco daba a la calle y es muy ruidosa, aun en la noche, porque además esta muy cerca de la autopista y al no tener aire acondicionado tienes que dormir con la ventana abierta. Muchas gracas a la dueña por siempre estar al pendiente de nosotros durante la estancia.
