El personal muy amable y atento pero las instalaciones se ven descuidadas. En mi habitación: habían humedades, la televisión ni funcionaba, la regadera estaba tapada, el agua salió helada. Sin duda, aunque el espacio el bonito, no está a la altura considerando el costo por noche.
La comida en la restaurante era buena pero muy elevado el precio.

La atención del staff y la comida impecable. Solo que las condiciones de la habitación no fueron las mejores. Muy descuidado el lugar, el colchón sumamente viejo, las toallas sucias, pero de percudidas por el tiempo. El jacuzzi de la terraza en muy malas condiciones. El lugar de entrada es muy lindo, junto con los jardines, pero la habitación dejó mucho que desear.

Let me start by saying that property is far and hidden from downtown. Once checked in, we discovered there was no hot water. They stated pump was broken and they could not guarantee it being fixed anytime soon, this mid January. In addition, both night stand lamps did not work, phone in room did not work, had to walk across the resort to contact staff, who’s solution was to shower in the spa area which was not close to us. When we inspected the jacuzzi, it was broken and they stated our reservation did not include one, even though we had access to it. Upon immediately checking out to find a place with hot water, they stated to contact Expedia for resolution, upon contacting Expedia they referred me to the hotel and no one accepted responsibility. $176 for one night folks.

El hotel está ok pero las fotos no son representativas del lugar. Es decepcionante en comparación con las expectativas creadas por las fotos.
La alberca es más pequeña, la vista no es como las fotos lo muestran, las habitaciones son muy simples.
El lugar es agradable pero le falta mantenimiento, pintura, etc.
Lo mejor de todo es la gente, es super amable y servicial.
El precio es costoso para el lugar, lo comparo con Misión del Sol que tiene precios similares y las instalaciones son mucho mejores.

No hay gente de recepción por la noche, si te pasa algún incidente no hay quien te auxilie. Apareció en mi cuarto una araña bastante grande, por más que estuve llamando a recepción nadie contesto y cuando salí a buscar ayuda solo estaba el portero en todo el lugar

Pésima experiencia.
No recomiendo que vayan a este hotel y yo no vuelvo a ir.

No había agua en nuestro cuarto (después de 3 llamadas a recepción) y fallidos intentos. Nos fuimos del hotel sin bañarnos y sin poder lavarnos los dientes.

The hotel is in a very unique place. The nature around it is breathtaking. But it is in very bad shape. It shouldn’t be listed as a 5 stars hotel because at the most it is a 3 stars one. So it is a scam to charge an amount higher than the best hotels in Tepoztlan because it creates a very wrong impression about Mexico. I definitely do not recommend anyone to go there

The hotel is very pretty, it’s in the middle of no where and the road to get there is a little scary.
The temazcal service was great but we had to ask the staff 3 times to please see if they could accommodate us in the afternoon. The staff is not very proactive.

The hotel for the area is pricy and we were charged $100mxn for a bucket of ice to chill out wine, which seems ridiculous to me seeing that it should be included.

I liked the hotel and the spa, but our stay was mediocre I would say because of the service.

NO VAYAN!! CHINCHES!! Me hospede en este hotel con la emoción de encontrar un lugar como se presenta en las imágenes y su pagina.
Ibamos a un evento que empezaba a la 1 de la tarde, y necesitábamos la habitación mas temprano. Me comunique con hotel y nos cobraban $2,400 extra si queríamos antes de la habitación de las 3 de la tarde, a lo cual no accedí. Al llegar ese día al hotel aproximadamente 9:40 de la mañana decidí irme al restaurante para hacer tiempo en lo que me daban mi habitación (teniendo la opción de cambiarme en una habitación que si había pagado uno de los que iban al mismo evento y que pago los $2,400 extra). Tenían lista mi habitación a las 11 de la mañana sin hacer ningún pago, genial y no justo para el que si pago. Al llegar en la madrugada tipo 3am uno de los cuartos nos llamaron que su habitación con animales y CHINCHES en cama!!! lo acompañe a lobby para quejarse y no había nadie solo velador, le dieron otra y lo mismo el edredón blanco se veían, el muy enojado y con justa razón se fue a su coche a dormir el pago mas de $7,000 por las 2 noches que terrible experiencia!!! en mi habitación también había!!! que tristeza! muy bonito el lugar y pésima administración, atención, limpieza, y CHINCHES!!! son pequeñas a la vista ojo! y dejo claro que pague completo, deje mi comentario y nadie me busco del hotel.

Aire acondicionado goteando en la habitación, falta de mantenimiento en el cuarto, internet muy malo, pedí una tarjeta extra (llave) para la habitación y no tenían, falta mayor funigación, un alacrán por la noche en el pasillo del cuarto, al segundo día no repusieron shampoo ni aguas. En fin demasiados detalles para el costo y estatus que pretende tener.

¡Pésima experiencia! Definitivamente no vale lo que cuesta. A las instalaciones les falta muchísimo mantenimiento por donde lo veas y eso hace que se vea sucio y descuidado. La alberca súper sucia y pedimos limpiarla y lo hicieron justo en momentos de uso, por lo que pudimos usarla poco. El segundo día hicieron mantenimiento y nos dejaron sin agua, tuvimos que recorrer todo el hotel para irnos a bañar al spa, donde el agua estaba helada y salía sólo un chorrito de agua. no podíamos ir al baño, lavarnos los dientes, etc. pedimos cambio de habitación a una recámara con agua y nos dieron una más chica de lo que pagamos, aún más descuidada y no pudimos sacar las cosas de las maletas por qué al cuarto se metían cucarachas y a la cama se subían las hormigas. La comida del hotel horrible, las cartas sucias, los manteles rotos, y los precios altos. La caja fuerte no servía, la puerta no cerraba y mientras estábamos en la habitación se abría a cada rato, en general una experiencia fatal. Sin duda no regresaría. Si aún no has reservado, no lo hagas, puede que en las fotos se vea bien, pero no es así en la realidad.

el precio pagado alto, sobre habitación sin teléfono, sin mantenimiento, la llave electrónica sin abrir, faltaban pilas, la puerta sin pasador e hinchada con tremendo ruido para cerrar, sin instructivo para usar la televisión, la regadera sin presión y para tener agua caliente tiene que salir demasiada agua, total un abandono de la administración al mantenimiento, deben bonificarme sobre lo que pagué, es una vergüenza, estoy pulsando si acudo a la Procuraduría del Consumidor a demandar.

El hotel está muy descuidado, le falta mucho mantenimiento, la habitación olía a humedad, las instalaciones están viejas y descuidadas. Mal servicio en el restaurante, lento y caro. La relación precio hotel es muy mala, pues resulta caro para lo deteriorado del hotel, hay opciones muy cerca que tienen el mismo precio y son nuevos, definitivamente no fue una buena elección.

El lugar está notoriamente deteriorado, le falta mantenimiento, el picaporte de la puerta se cayo al abrirlo, pudiendo lastimarnos, también estaba el cuarto sin pintar, olía a humedad, en cuanto a la alberca jamás la calentaron, agua helada imposible de meterse, cobran más de lo que ofrecen, las condiciones del hotel no valen lo que cobran, inclusive en el menú les faltaban ingredientes para hacer los platillos y solo había dos clases de refrescos. Muy decepcionante porque ya había ido y ahora es otra la situación. No se recomienda
