Great place to stay in Rouen

This is a really lovely little hotel right off of the interstate. I booked it because it had great reviews and they were not wrong. The room is large and very well appointed for a person with a disability and the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. We ate in the restaurant that night and the food was excellent.

Booked a family room for an overnight stop while travelling across France. Spacious room with 4 beds suited our needs perfectly, with a good shower/en-suite bathroom. We took the hotel breakfast, which was very welcome - excellent value. Staff were friendly, and gave a good recommendations evening meal options.

First class from check in to check out. Easy to find literally one minute from autoroute. Rooms are well furnished and comfortable

After a long day driving we arrived at hotel and had to wait several minutes before anyone came to reception to book us in. Interesting mix of antiques, modern and palette wood furniture and fittings. Our room was clean and comfortable and had a patio with table and chairs. Unfortunately this had been used as a smoking area by past residents and the there were lots of cigarette butts littering the gravel in this area. We chose not to eat in the hotel that evening because we didn't like the food on offer on the limited choice menu. We also refused the buffet breakfast which was offered at 10 euros per person. Had very little contact with staff, just receptionist on arriving and leaving and whilst pleasant have had warmer welcomes.

Enjoyed our stay in this hotel, almost right next to the cathedral and a great location to walk to everything. Hotel was clean and modern looking, although the wood veneer on our door was peeling off which looked a bit rough. Breakfast was lovely, a good selection of hot and cold food and good coffee. There is parking underneath the hotel, it’s first come first served and make sure to ask them for the entry code to drop the bollard on the street outside before arriving. Overall a great place to stay in the middle of town.

put drinking water in rooms

Hotel was fine, clean, and breakfast though simple was very pleasant -- but- there was no drinking water on premises that we could find as in vending machine etc . we needed water in the room and cold water in tap ran warm. there was also only one coffee sachet per person and one milk each. otherwise all was good.

So glad I found this place!

We booked and checked in late after 10pm, the host was very nice to get dressed and come out to greet us and check us in without any complaints. The room was beautiful, clean and refreshing. In the morning, we woke up late for breakfast due to jetlag, and the host kindly brought us an amazing breakfast plate to our room! We enjoyed this one night and morning so much that I just asked them for another night here. Thank you for your hospitality! The property of this hotel is also beautiful, can't wait to take photos of my wife here!

Excellent stopover

Despite close to autoroute, very quiet, good grounds. Close to Rouen with easy access, excellent stopover for Dieppe ferry. Good breakfast though needs to be booked in advance. Only downside is no restaurant on site though dinner can apparently be ordered in advance. I arrived on Sunday night - the hotel does not allow own food to be consumed on premises.Staff invisible but appear when required and are very friendly and helpful.
I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

odd place

a very odd place, quite an interesting building. But no way to bring a car to the door, no facility to move the luggage, a trolley, something or an offer to help. The bathroom had no doors so , a certain lack of privacy. The 'courtyard view' which one expected to mean an interior, decorated courtyard was in fact a view on a builder merchant yard and they do wake up early. I could go on and write about the very odd window but enough is enough. Oh and nowhere to eat we had stayed to avoid Rouen and had to go to Rouen and its horrendous traffic to dine.(very well indeed)

Quiet, comfortable, well equipped

A very good property, exactly as described, clean as a whistle, located in an imdustrial area but once you were in the property, the hedge and gardens screen you, easy to access right off the freeway, minutes from Rouen. Receptionists were both exceedingly helpful and chatty, welcoming and informative, offering advice re parking and dinng. Definitely dont hesitate. And the bathroom with the full bath and screen-less shower snd twin sinks was lovely.

Nice hotel which is very convenient for Rouen

The hotel is very close to the AutoRoute but don't let that put you off - there was no road noise - and easy to find. It is situated rather eccentrically in the middle of an industrial estate but that just means that its very quiet at night. Reception staff speak fluent English having lived in Ireland and Australia and are very welcoming.

The hotel is excellent value and I would certainly stay again.

We arrived in the morning hoping that our luggage could be stored until our room was made ready. Instead our room was made ready for us as a priority within half an hour. In the meantime coffee and tea were provided for us. Our room was located on the 1st floor at the rear of the property and was very quiet despite overlooking an industrial site.

The hotel is new, with clean interior, good bed and good size room. Just 10 minutes drive from Rouen Cental for dinner, as the hotel does not have a restaruant. The location is located just off the round about. Nothing much outside the hotel.

The hotel is easy to find just out of town but handy enough to find any one of a vast number of nice places to eat.The reception staff were very friendly and went out of their way to let us know what we wanted to know. Unfortunately the view from our room was of roof of the building and the general outlook is an industrial one. If staying for breakfast we would recommend being up relatively early as we entered at about 9.15 and there was a shortage of some items, and nobody to ask for replenishment. All said it was an overnight stop for us and as such was ideal. Parking is plentiful and I believe secure.

La restauration de l'hôtel le soir est a fuir. J'ai fais des centaine de nuit d'hôtel ces dernières années et j'ai rarement mangé aussi mal pour aussi cher.
Ma chambre n'avait aucun charme mais cela dit j'ai tout de même bien dormi.
Le lieu se veut en lien avec une entreprise d'évènementiel avec traiteur, je ne vous confierais pas mon mariage.

Pas grand chose à redire sur cet établissement. Seul point un peu négatif, son environnement.
Sinon les chambres sont spacieuses, la literie est bonne. Le personnel est souriant et disponible.
Concernant les repas, le pdj a un très bon rapport qualité/prix et le restaurant est excellent avec des produits frais et fait maison.

Nuit horrible pour un 3 étoiles

Première déconvenue : on a l’impression qu’il y a une piscine, c’est noté sur la fiche mais finalement non c’est un bassin
Ensuite, il y a des tâches un peu partout dans la chambre (rideaux, moquette, etc)
Enfin, il y avait un mariage et on nous dit « ne vous inquiétez pas, vous êtes à l’écart », nos fenêtres donnaient sur la salle et musique jusque 4h du matin, avec la chaleur, fenêtres ouvertes c’est pire, bref, une nuit horrible
On termine par un petit déjeuner qui est tout juste correct pour ce prix on exige mieux
Réceptionniste très bien mais le reste des personnes que nous avons croisé à peine aimable

Le restaurant sert des plats excellents et originaux.
Le petit déjeuner est sous forme de buffet et présente un choix salé et sucré. Seul regret c'est l'absence d'oeufs brouillés ou au plat avec accompagnement

Un 3 étoile qui se comporte comme un formule 1

Une chambre sympa mais SANS fenêtre ! Heu… c’est 3 étoiles ça ?
J’oublie hélas un vêtement sur place, l’hôtel fait l’effort de me rappeler et propose de me le renvoyer par la poste (super !). Sauf que 15j plus tard, toujours rien. En fait, la patronne ne veut pas sacrifier qq euros de marge (quelle radinerie). J’accepte donc de payer le timbre et l’enveloppe, mais on me dit qu’il y a VINGT euros de frais en plus. Ben oui, y’a jamais un courrier qui sort de cet établissement, faut que je paye le déplacement d’un salarié jusqu’à la boîte à lettres (stupide). Quel sens de la satisfaction client !

Bruyant. Chambre pour un vendredi soir, déchargement d'un camion de bouteille à 22h30 et bruyant des 7h dans les couloirs, portes qui claques forts, femme de ménage qui toque à la porte à 9h pour le ménage en sorti du lit.

Dommage que le restaurant soit fermé en août. Petit déjeuner cher 11 euros par personne

Sinon, Lieux, chambre, salle de bains très jolie si on ne regarde pas la vue sur une cour de matériaux au pied de la fenêtre

Ideales Hotel für die Durchreise, gut angebunden aber sehr ruhig, Zimmer modern und mit schönem Außengelände und gemütlichem Restaurant. Sehr freundliches Personal. Bei unserer Anreise war nur eine Dame vom Personal anwesend, die sich um alles kümmern musste (Check-in, Küche, Restaurant), trotzdem ging alles reibungslos und sie war sehr, sehr freundlich und ist auch auf Sonderwünsche der Kinder eingegangen. Danke!

Très bon choix, seul soucis la douche était froide. De plus, lorsque j'ai demandé une bouilloire de rechange car la mienne ne marchait pas, elle n'est jamais arrivée... Mais l'hôtel est vraiment très propre, grandes chambres, très bon petit déjeuner et repas.
