We arrived at the hotel around 12:20 am, but unfortunately, the gate to the property was closed. It took us over an hour to find a way to enter. Once we managed to get in, we encountered further issues with the self-check-in process as my code did not work. Eventually, I found a way to contact a person at the B&B because nobody from Expedia was responding to me. It turned out to be a terrible experience overall. To make matters worse, we couldn't get any sleep during the night. The person in the room behind us was snoring loudly, the neighboring room had a barking dog, and to top it all off, we could hear a couple arguing nearby. It was an incredibly frustrating and sleepless night.

THEY REFURBISHED THE HOTEL VERY NICE BUT THEY PUT THE SAME FLOORING IN THE BATHROOM AS IN THE BEDROOM.THIS FLOORING WHEN HAVING CONDENSATION ON IT IS TREACHEROUS.MY WIFE FOUND THIS OUT SHE SLIPPED AND BROKE HER ARM ON THE 30/07/2018 IN THE BATHROOM.SHE IS NOW DISABLED FOR AT LEAST EIGHT WEEKS.SURELY A NON SLIP SURFACE SHOULD BE IN THE BATHROOM.AFTER THIS INCIDENT I CERTAINLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING IN THE B&B HOTELS.

Upon arrival, they did not have our pre-booked pay-at-hotel reservation. After speaking with manager and showing her confirmation email, she found us a room. It was bare minimum on towels and bath products, but was comfortable enough. The air conditioning was broken in our room and was not easy to get in touch with anyone for another room.
Front desk has very limited hours and main office is in Paris. When we called, operator tried 2 numbers to reach local \"owner\" without success. We were told to be at front desk between 5p-8p or try calling back; this was not easy to do since we were planning to be out and about the entire day and didn't want to be obligated to drive back to hotel at a certain time. Plus, no one wants to be held on the phone while vacationing. Note: All staff was friendly and helpful when we did have contact.

J'avais réservé une chambre avec un grand lit, malheureusement j'ai eu droit à une chambre à 3 personnes, mais dans 13 m2. Impossible d'aller à la fenêtre, quant au bureau là place pour s'y asseoir était plutôt exiguë. Et je ne parle pas du bruit de la circulation, j'étais côté route. Je suis plutôt déçue de cet hôtel, les B&B m'avaient habituée à mieux.

Schlimm war, dass die b&b-administration am Tag der Abfahrt eine Mail verschickt hat mit Reservierungscode falls Rezeption geschlossen. Wir waren eine Stunde zu früh da und wollten am Automaten einchecken. Unmöglich, also eine Stunde Wartezeit in großer Hitze. Pünktlich um 17 Uhr öffnete die Rezeption. Die Dame bekam die Zähne nicht auseinander, so dass man sie nicht verstand. Danach war aber alles ok. Das Frühstück war sehr reichlich.

On arrive avec un code envoyé par le site de réservation mais bon, celui-ci n'est pas le bon pour se connecter à l'ordinateur d'accueil, en dehors des heures de réception.
Il nous a fallu 30 minutes et deux appels sur le bouton d'assistance avant de pouvoir rentrer dans l'hôtel.

Tres bon sejour . Seul point negatif quand nous sommes arrivés le numero de reservation n etait pas bon don j ai du appele l assistance pour avoir notre chambre , problem resolu rapidement .

Déception, car chambre triple pour une famille est non conforme au descriptif sur le site, donc inadaptée pour une famille (1 chaise, 1 place pour 1 valise très moyenne, 1 support de serviette, peu de place, etc.) Et ce qui est vraiment INADMISSIBLE : la chambre est une passoire thermique; car la fenêtre n'est pas étanche : avec un vent inférieur à 10 km/h il y avait un vent très froid dans la chambre directement sur le lit double situé à 30 cm de la fenêtre (- 3°C à l'extérieur), qui passait au travers et en-dessous du rideau très fin !!!

Das Zimmer war zwar etwas klein, aber eigentlich sauber und wir wären mit unserem Aufenthalt zufrieden gewesen, aber am morgen war das Bett Blut verschmiert und wir haben Bettwanzen entdeckt! Das hat den ganzen Aufenthalt verdorben. Wir haben uns noch gewundert warum in dem Hotel fast keiner war und alle Nachbar Hotels gut besucht sind. Der Zaun um den Parkplatz zu schützen war leider auch kaputt.
Frühstücksbuffet war klein, aber lecker.
Das Personal war zwar freundlich, aber das hilft auch nicht, wenn man Angst haben muss, dass man Bettwanzen mit nach Hause bringt. Es wird dringend ein Kammerjäger benötigt.

Chambre pmr à revoir pour l'insonorisation
Chambre pmr hyper bruyante, manque une porte pour insonorisée la zone de la machine à café car les autres voyageurs ont fait énormément de bruit tard puis très tôt, on a eu l'impression qu'ils étaient dans notre chambre. La fermeture automatique de la chambre pmr devrait être enlevé car seule je ne peux pas entrer, c'est dommage. Le confort de la literie est basique mais un seul côté du lit accessible donc pas la fenêtre.

Petite chambre propre avec quelques imperfections
Petite chambre confortable et propre. Il manque une bouteille d’eau et une bouilloire avec tasses, cuillères et sachets lyophilisés / sucres pour se faire un café ou un thé / tisane. Il manque également un sèche cheveux. Nous n’avons pas eu froid mais nous avons entendu beaucoup de bruits extérieurs notamment les trains qui passent un peu plus loin. L’isolation phonique avec les autres chambres n’est pas idéale non plus. Malheureusement nous avons été gênés par une odeur de tabac dans le couloir de notre chambre les deux journées où nous étions présents. Le petit déjeuner est très satisfaisant et de qualité avec des produits français. Pour ceux qui ont un véhicule électrique il y a 12 bornes disponibles sur place. Question sécurité il y a des caméras vidéos sur tout le parking qui reste éclairé la nuit mais il n’y a pas de garde pour surveiller de nuit que tout se passe bien. Surtout qu’il y a une large ouverture dans le grillage de l’hôtel qui permet à n’importe qui de se rendre sur le parking de l’hôtel.

Juste une nuitée lors d'une Halte à beaune. Hôtel en plein coeur d'une ZA, un peu bruyant evidemment. Propre, literie impeccable. Petit déjeuner correct, personnel serviable et souriant. Pour une nuit de passage le rapport qualité /prix est bon. J'ai connu d'autres hôtels B&B que j'ai bien mieux noté !

Arrivée avant 22h. Portail fermé. Parking inaccessible sans code. Pas de code. Pas d’accueil. Après plusieurs appels téléphoniques surtaxés et de longues minutes de recherches, une personne via un interphone nous communique un code magique à utiliser sur une borne automatique pour avoir accès à la chambre et aux codes du portail. Aucun rapport avec la réservation sur hôtels.com. La chambre est petite la fenêtre de ferme pas. Le vent s’infiltre. Il fait froid. On entend le bruit de la route et du groupe de la climatisation. Les draps sont minces. L’oreiller est taché. C’est horrible. Pas d’accueil. Pas moyen de changer de chambre. Nuit atroce. Plus jamais cela.
