The restaurant which is connected to hotel but is run separately is excellent with a very good wine list.
Hotel is clean and tidy but rooms small and no coffee or tea making facilities in room.
Has 4 type two chargers for electric cars. Which are free to use. But they fill up early and people stay on them all night.
Very convenient for the autoroute about 3 mins from the junction.

This is the second time we stayed here and again it didn’t disappoint. It’s convenient literally just off the motorway and when you arrive it’s so peaceful, spotlessly clean and just had a lovely vibe. I couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough. Thanks for a great stay and what a beautiful town Beaune is just a short walk and it’s stunning.

Probably the least friendly hotel we have stopped at. Felt processed on arrival, no friendly welcoming, curtly told the restaurant was fully booked, unable to charge anything to the small austere room.

A one night stay while travelling long distance. Very smart hotel with well equipped rooms and modern decor. Swimming pool a definite bonus with lots of seating around it. Breakfast was good with large variety to choose from.
Staff were pleasant and efficient. Free car parking was also very useful

Bedroom was very basic - few amenities - ok for 1 night only - very small bathroom with shower -small handbasin area - no frills - only 2 towels. Bed was comfortable & fresh. Restaurant was a bit rushed with service - no break between starter & main course & then asked about dessert as plates were cleared - could have been all over in half an hour!! Not a cosy experience - brightly lit & spacious - lacking charm. Fondue was very popular - at least you wouldn't be rushed with that! Breakfast was ok - fresh fruit & coffee machine were very good. Covid precautions very much adhered to. Reasonable room & breakfast rate also a swimming pool for the summer a nice bonus.

The room and shower room were very clean and social distancing was in place at reception. The staff were friendly and helpful. A couple more hand sanitiser dispensers would have been good, one on each floor, as it was necessary to open doors to the stairs using handles. The public areas are a little tired but the rooms have been upgraded and comfortable. We didn't eat in the restaurant or use the pool. The hotel is well located for the motorway and the car park is secure.

Standard Ibis - Restaurant service much improved

I frequently use this hotel en-route to Switzerland. In th e past I have criticised the restaurant (which is open on Sundays) for very slow service. However, on this occasion I was very pleasantly surprised that despite being quite busy and apparently having only two waiting staff, the service was excellent. The waitress pointed out an alternative to the entrecote I had selected as a main course - a plat du jour that was much cheaper and although a little smaller, was just as good (in fact, there was as much as I could eat). I ordered 6 escargots to start, but discovered that one of them had left home. I ate the other 5 and when I politely pointed out the absent snail, I was presented with another full 6, complements of the chef! My only criticism was that the glass of house red wine, poured by hand at the table by the male waiter, appeared to contain rather less than a similar glass poured for the rather attractive lady at the next table! However that was a small criticism. The room itself was standard Ibis - very basic but clean, with a comfortable bed. I shall continue to use this hotel for en-route night-stops.

Amazing quality for the price. BBC always good to find on the channels. HDMI options on the tv were good to allow you to watch something from your iPad. Staff were really friendly. There was an extra tax that had to be paid on arrival, that I didn’t appreciate, but will probably take this up with Expedia at some point

Yet a firm alarm in the middle of the night was extremely worrying as the staff were not confident with procedures and guests were left to evacuate on their own or not at all as many didn’t hear the corridor alarms!

No air conditioning despite claim on hotels.com

I have stayed in this hotel before, and usually now try to avoid it, primarily due to poor service in the restaurant. However,on this occasion, I was badly let down by the Beaune Campanile who phoned me only three days before the reservation to tell me that their hotel would be closed for maintenance, so I was forced to make a booking at the Ibis. To be fair, the service in the restaurant was much better this time, although the standard of the food left a little to be desired. The kitchen staff (you couldn't say \"chef\") seemed to believe that no dish is complete unless smothered in cheese. But the hotel was badly let down by its ludicrous policy of switching off the air conditioning system in \"winter\" months, despite advertising air conditioning on Hotels.com website. This was in the warmest March for 40 years, and the room was uncomfortably hot. The only remedy was to have the window open, but the noise from the nearby railway, lorry park and coaches made sleep almost impossible. I complained, and was given a small discount, but this hardly compensated for a sleepless night prior to a long drive. I shall continue to avoid this hotel and couldn't recommend it.

We stayed here because of the advertised self service laundry. It turned out there were no laundry facilities at the hotel. I do not know if this was false advertising by the hotel or a mistake by Hotels.com but it was frustrating to then have to search for a laundry on a Sunday. Mission Impossible.

Nothing special here. This hotel is an ordinary business hotel on the outskirts of Beaune . There is nothing special to recommend it it is ordinary and acceptable if you need a place to stay. There's nothing to do with the farm at this place. There are much nicer places around to stay at in this very special town.

Location was easy to find on GPS, close enough to the centre. Check in was just normal, no comment. Room was ok to good, all reasonable for the price, compared to what it is at Beaune centre. Staffs are more typical of a French impression - not friendly at all. No greeting in the morning walking pass you for example although it is not a big deal at all. Breakfast itself is good but you don't feel there is a service. Overall, student dorm feeling, but comfortable.

Adequate hotel, dreadful restaurant

The hotel itself was a typical Ibis - adequately comfortable for a one night stop-over. The reception staff are friendly, polite and helpful. However, the hotel is very badly let down by its restaurant - it has too few waiting staff, all of whom are badly trained and surly. I arrived when the restaurant opened, but it took 20 minutes before my order was taken. After 55 minutes, when others who had arrived later than me had finished their entrees and had been served their main courses, I had been served nothing. I was so angry that I got up and harangued the manager, after which I was served fairly quickly. I have to admit that I should have taken the advice I gave on a previous visit to this hotel, when I suffered similar appalling service. I repeat it here - walk across the road to the Kyriad Hotel which has an excellent restaurant with efficient staff.

We loved the comfy bed. The breakfast was good. There are a several restaurants within a short walking distance. We liked this hotel but it was quite a ways out. The walking distance to the train and attractions were a bit too far. The staff were nice but did not speak English. If you are traveling by car and understand french, this hotel would work well for you.

Open the door of your room to find someone else

Upon check-in I went to my room. I opened the door to find that someone else was already in the room! I went back to the front desk, and the staff seemed confused that this had happened. They assigned me another room, and this time the electronic card to enter the room didn't work. I went back to the front desk, and again the staff seemed confused. A staff member asked me to accompany him back to the room, where he connected an electronic device to the door to reprogram the entry key. The room itself was adequate; the staff seemed unprepared.

The room was standard Ibis - basic but adequate. The restaurant served good food, but the staff were hopeless - when I tried to get another glass of wine, I waited almost ten minutes, waving a glass above my head, before one of the four waiting staff managed to notice me. My recommendation is to go across the road to the Kyriad, where the food is better and the waiters are competent

Ok but usual basic for this type of hotel -

We stayed twice at this hotel on the first occasion we made the mistake of eating in the restaurant - after a 25 minute wait for our order of a bottle of water my husband had to go and ask for one himself as by this time we were getting rather thirsty. Our food was ok but expensive especially what there was of it, the portions were so small we were left hungry. We were also given two beds pushed together rather than a double room which we found extremely uncomfortable, hence the reason for our score. On our return journey we were given a double room which was fine, and we chose to eat out in Beaune which the hotel staff did give us on asking a map for. There we ate at the Cavalier restaurant near the Square the food was fantastic, it came up very quickly we had our drinks immediately and they had very generous portions and we left full rather than hungry. The staff were pleasant enough but 25 minutes and still no drink - not good enough I am afraid

I usually stay at this hotel on my way to the South.I find it very convenient ,not far from the autoroute and a pleasant walk into town.The rooms are functional, the beds comfortable but they are lacking in charm and occasionally the bathroom plumbing doesn't smell so fresh.The staff can be charming, or less so at reception.The breakfasts are good and plentiful.There is usually a noisy Chinese coach party there in Spring and Summer.

The hotel gave me two twin beds side by side although we asked for a double bed for two of us. The two beds would slide and move (not screw fixed on the floor) when we sleep, very annoying. The location is not perfect for Beaune. First there is no taxi at the train station, secondly, it takes about 30 to 40 min to walk from the station to the hotel and 20 to 25 min to walk to the city center.
