Exactly what we needed - a room for an overnight stop over on our way south. Clean with all the basics necessary just a short few minutes off the Autoroute. Check in and out very swift and efficient. And all at a very good price

Staff were really helpful and friendly. Hotel was really cheap and room was small, but very clean and so easy to reach from motorway for a quick stop over. Breakfast was simple but dining area was spotless and baguette really fresh.

On the day of our departure, the cleaners banged our door at 10am and 11am for cleaning despite the check out time being noon, this was irritating especially when they opened the door with the code, why does the hotel not know who is there, if my key has been handed in or if its after noon, clean otherwise do not.

Very pleasant welcome from reception staff even though we arrived late (22:00 before 23:00 reception close). Room was very clean and tidy, if bland (bright white walls everywhere). Beds firm and pillows comfy, and plenty of space on the bunk for our two. Breakfast was plentiful if a basic offer. The major issue was that our family room was positioned right above the entranceway which has a door which bangs VERY loudly. It kept us up and awake until I took the decision to prop the door open with the outside table (as no receptionist to help at that point). That worked until just after 6 in the morning when the first staff arrived and moved the door prop.

Extremely small room (do not consider storing the usual 23 kg airline luggage in your bedroom or you won't have any space left to walk around the full size bed for two). Breakfast is a €6 supplement per person, and surprisingly decent. Room fare is - in our opinion - on the higher side when compared to similar facilities in the U.S. of course, this is France, not Georgia. Overall ok.

We asked to change and the only she could swap us given we travel with kids was a disabled people room… all evening a group of students on trip was shouting at each other from windows. Impossible to get an iron, they told us to go to ask Campanile near by, Campanile told that Premiere Class took it… Not a good experience overall…

Nous devions passer une courte nuit sur place et repartir dès le lendemain matin. Il n’y avait donc pas lieu de réserver un très bel hôtel. Nous avons donc choisit celui ci et pour 50 euros nous ne nous attendions pas à grand chose mais le personnel s’est montré performant et souriant.la chambre était très propre et disposait de tous ce dont nous avions besoin pour une courte nuit notamment la Clim!

På genomresa i Europa. Rummet var ok för en snabb övernattning men väldigt litet och för simpelt. Toalett/duschrum var så litet att det kändes som på en fritidsbåt. Hela anläggningen hade en doft av mögel och avlopp. Kändes inte okej att ha betalt runt 95 € för den standarden även om det var i en välbesökt turiststad.

Chambre double avec 2 lits séparés trop petite en surface 6m2 ressenti. Literie très ferme, ressenti plastique ! Lit collé contre un mur. Salle d'eau trop petit. Lavabo rince main seulement. Impossible de se rincer le visage sans éclabousser le sol.

Arrivée à 18h15. Accueil fermé. Recours à la borne d'accueil. Après plusieurs tentatives, la borne fonctionne partiellement : elle ne délivre pas la clé de la chambre. Obligation de se rendre à l'accueil du Campanile pour obtenir la clé. Le ménage de la chambre n'est pas fait.

Sur le site il est indiqué que le personnel est censé être présent 24 heures sur 24 ce qui n'est pas le cas. Une fois arrivé dans ma chambre je m'aperçois qu'il n'y a aucun rangement donc pas d'armoire pas d'étagère rien du tout et lorsque je souhaite changer de chambre afin d'en obtenir même pour payer un supplément et avoir une autre chambre la réceptionniste au téléphone m'indique que ce n'est pas possible et me fait savoir que je ferai mieux de raccrocher et que je ne suis pas son problème. Ensuite concernant le soir les portes qui passent leur temps à claquer dans l'établissement qui nous empêche de dormir c'est quand même aberrant. 2 jours que je suis resté je n'ai pas vu une seule fois un membre du personnel. À mon départ je suis aperçu le lendemain que j'avais oublié des affaires dans la chambre l'hôtel n'a même pas pris la peine de me contacter et lorsque moi je l'ai contacté pour récupérer mes affaires je n'obtiens aucune réponse. Meme si la chambre était bien pour son prix ( petit mais reste raisonnable), cela n'était pas très confortable car on avait une vue sur les tables où les vendangeurs, qui logeaient dans l'hôtel, mangeaient. On n'avait pas d'intimidité avec le rideau et/ou la fenêtre ouvert car on était au rez de chaussée ( de plus la fenêtre étaient cassé par son locket de sécurité en plus d'une mauvaise isolation des sons sonore ). Les vendangeurs sont restés jusqu'à 20h30 à parler dehors sans prendre en compte qu'il y a d'autres clients (Ne pas réserver lors des vendanges si il y a des vendangeurs, si on Souhaite être tranquille!)
