We booked this for a 1 nights stop over on the way to Southern France. The apartment was really clean, well presented and a good allocation for us. Bunk beds, Double and a sofa bed too. So it was really good for us 2 adults and 3 young kids.

We did not use the pool, sauna or other facilities, but the parking and late night arrival was covered with ease.

We arrived fairly late but luckily reception was open. Got to room to find that it had not been serviced. it was dirty and used! Reception guy made us go back up to room with him to show him... why he couldn't have looked on his own. He then gave us the option of 2 other rooms. He quite clearly had never even looked in rooms himself. We took one room but when we started using it, there was dirty crockery in the dish washer and dust everywhere. It obviously had not been used for a while. By this time, there were no staff to mention this to and we left early in the morning.

Perfect overnight stop for a family of 5

we stayed 1 night on the way to the Alpes. It was near the motorway, easy to find, well set up for a family of 5 to all stay together and the swimming pool was a massive bonus. We also ordered croissants for the morning so could eat these in our own kitchen - all very easy and well organised.

Friendly hotel with a indoor swimming pool

We had a pleasant 1 night stay in a Two rooms apartment at Résidence Les Allées du Green on our way down to burgundy. We arrived later passing 10 pm, there was no body in the reception but keys and notes were left for us which was nicely welcoming.

The hotels has a swimming pool at ground floor, and beutiful scene outside the windows and 5 minutes drive away from big supermarket.

We, a family of four, stayed in an apartment for 5 nights. The apartment was quite spacious with good kitchen facilities and nice view of a country-side from the balcony. Good kiddy pool. The area is a bit remote, with a 7-minute drive to the nearest city.

Excellent location near beaune and dijon.

Includes a kitchenette (stove, fridge, dishwasher) which was nice we love being able to cook from the local markets a while in that area as well. The only real downfall is that the indoor pool locks up at 7 pm and the bed in the room was the worst bed we had ever slept on. Luckily there was a pull out sofa that was actually much more comfortable.

Great for stop over

A great place for a stop over if you are travelling south in France, the apartments are big with good facilities and there is a swimming pool as well. Close to the autoroute and friendly helpful staff who all speak English. You can book for breakfast but there are no restuarant facilities for the evening - we just take some food with us and use the kitchen in the apartment.

This hotel was just fine after a long drive from Calais (and the drive in UK). the surrounding areas are nice some supermarkets 10 minutes drive, ideal for self catering option. If you are into golf just bring a 7 Iron for some range balls for the golf course opposite :)

Worth staying here

We found the hotel hard to find initially as the GPS could not locate it. There is no cupboard in the bedroom for clothes. They have to hang in a cupboard between the bathroom and kitchen. There is no jug to boil water for tea or coffee. It would not cost much to have some dishwashing detergent, scourer and dishcloth. It is definitely too far from town to walk or cycle as the roads are very narrow in places and quite busy. All this aside it is a lovely place to relax and is very peaceful. Nice to walk around the nearby area after a day in town or sightseeing in the area. Would be great for golfers. Would definitely go back if we went to the area again.

OK for a young family

The apartments are fine but let down by a very low standard of cleanliness. The pool was rather grubby and full of hair, and showing signs of a general lack of thorough cleaning. Our kids of course didn't notice any of this and loved the place. But it is very close to a lovely well kept village with three nice restaurants, and just a few minutes from the motorway but in peaceful parkland. As a compromise it just about passes as OK.

The town that this hotel is in is absolutely amazing, but the hotel is bland. The indoor pool is small, cold and deep, not at all ideal for kids. The room had a small kitchen, a \"room\" with a bunk bed (my walk-in closet is bigger than that room) and then a master bedroom.

We were staying for the night on a long trip, so it was fine, but I wouldn't stay there for more than a day.

Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet. Für 4 Personen und eine Nacht vollkommen ausreichend. Die Sauberkeit lässt allerdings ein wenig zu wünschen übrig. Insbesondere der Schimmel im Badezimmer. Das Personal war sehr höflich und nett. Wir durften sogar ein wenig früher ins Zimmer, als zur gewöhnlichen Check-in Zeit.

Ich habe nicht die gewünschte Wohnung bekommen: Côté Village mit Abendsonne, sondern Côté Golf. Die Wohnung war nicht sauber genug: Fußboden im Schlafzimmer sehr staubig. Balkonfußboden, Balkontisch und Balkonstühle offenbar lange Zeit nicht geputzt. Toilettenabfluss verfärbt. Wolldecke voller Haare von Vorbewohnern. Und das alles bei einem Preis von über 130,-- Euro pro Nacht am Wochenende. Wenn ich dennoch eine gute Gesamtbewertung gebe, liegt das an der Ruhe, der Atmosphäre und dem wunderbaren nahen Golfplatz.

Chambre réservée pour une nuit (sur le trajet des sports d'hiver) résidence très tranquille, unpeu difficile à trouver d'ailleurs car au bout d'un chemin. Accueil très sympathique, chambre propre mais vieillotte.... Chambre pour 4 personnes, une chambre avec 1 grand lit et le deuxième couchage n'était pas un canapé lit mais un lit tiroir....Pas évident de dormir presque par terre, literie ferme.... serviettes dans la salle de bain nickel et contrairement à certain avis que j'avais lu, il y avait le nécessaire pour faire la vaisselle donc point positif. Arrivés trop tard pour aller à la piscine qui ferme à 19h, petit déjeuner complet mais on nous a proposé de commander croissants et pain au chocolat.

The hotel was more or less as expected. Pros: Located close to the city of Beaune, nice and peaceful atmosphere at the swimming pool and the kitchen in the apartment. Cons: the apartment is not getting cleaned during the stay, the bathroom with shower okay but toilet was obviously overused and rusty. All in all, it is nice to stay.

Résidence très agréable et très propre située à côté d'un terrain de golf. Nous avons passé un séjour de 5 nuits dans cet endroit privilégié. L'appartement est spacieux avec une petite terrasse pour profiter de l'extérieur.
Nous avons apprécié la petite piscine couverte pour faire quelques longueurs.

Bonito lugar cerca de Beaune.

Pedimos al hacer la reserva dos cunas para bebe, de las que solo había una en la habitación. La segunda nos la proporcionaron pero tuvimos que montarla nosotros. El apartamento estaba bien, con una bonita terraza y buenas vistas, pero el dormitorio era demasiado pequeño, con una cama algo estrecha para dos personas. Las cunas hubo que montarlas en el cuarto de estar, por lo que apenas había espacio para nada más.
Por lo demás, el apartamento estaba limpio, tal vez algo anticuado pero más que suficiente. El hotel tiene una piscina pequeña para darte un chapuzón, lo cual agradecimos debido al calor que hacía.
La WIFI era de pésima calidad. El personal es amable en el trato, aunque al hacer el check out la persona que nos atendió no hablaba inglés.

C'est la première fois que nous prenons un appartement et nous en sommes ravis.
Très spacieux, pratique, bien chauffé, propre, calme.
Nous n'attachons pas d'importance à l'écran TV, ni aux programmes étant là pour nous reposer en étape d'un voyage. Nous ne cherchons pas le luxe, juste le nécessaire.
Accueil sympa et horaires convenables (jusqu'à 19 h), avec proposition d'aide pour les bagages, prix honnête et très abordable.
Avons croisé d'autres clients satisfaits, même un couple avec deux chiens
Nous y retournerons volontiers, même pour y séjourner un jour de plus pour visiter Beaune.

Réception qui ferme à 19h00 mais ne préviens pas. Du coup si vous réservez pour la piscine et le sauna, ce qui était mon cas, arrivé 17h25 et tout est fermé. J'ai appelé heureusement mai sinon j'avais porté fermé. En plus il faut Réserver son petit déjeuner.. Mais personne ne vous le dit. Bref très moyen. Pas de télé dans les chambres et celle du salon date des années 2000.

Les lits des enfants n’etaient pas fait. Le sol est sale et colle aux pieds. Toiles d’arraignées dans les coins. Même la vaisselle est sale. Personne n’a dû faire le ménage depuis des mois.

L’établissement et le mobilier sont vieux.

A éviter. Ne vaut pas le prix payé.

Ontbijt zou ik bij de McDonalds in de buurt doen. Die is een stuk goedkoper en er loopt geen gestresst personeel rond.

Vond het verder wel wat vergane glorie allemaal. Voor 1 nachtje ok (mits het niet te warm is geweest die dag) maar zeker niet voor meerdere dagen. Het is wel dicht bij de snelweg gelegen.

De transit, nous avons eu le plaisir d'avoir un bel espace + cuisine. Très pratique lorsqu'on a 3 enfants de pouvoir se préparer un diner + pdj dans son appartement. Très bon accueil + service. On reviendra.

Appartement bij golfbaan

Niet echt sfeervol appartement met een slecht hard bed.
Zelfs voor 1 overnachting zoals veel mensen het gebruiken op doorreis zou ik het niet meer doen.

Tres bien

Séjour d une nuit agréable le cadre comme l hôtel et les chambres.piscine bien mais un peu fraîche avec des enfants de 1 et 3 ans.
Petit déjeuner correct.
A recommander pour un cour ou long séjour pour visiter les caves.

Tussenstop op weg naar wintersport

Ondanks vooraf gestuurde vraag bij boeken en aansluitend gestuurde mail en bellen naar hotel - waarvan ze zeggen niets ontvangen te hebben - was er voor ons geen ontbijt geregeld en ook onze late aankomst was hen niet bekend. Hierdoor konden wij niet ontbijten in het hotel. Het was vol. Na enig aandringen kregen om toch nog een keer naar de mail en de boeking te kijken. Konden we wel broodjes op de kamer krijgen met wat jam want we hadden tenslotte een appartement met keukentje en er stond al koffie en thee dus alles was aanwezig. Aangezien wij weer vroeg op pad wilde en geen zin hadden om dan ook nog even af te wassen voor je weg kan etc. was dit voor ons geen alternatief. Toen wij vertrokken om 08.00 uur was de ontbijtzaal nog voor zeker 3/4e leeg .... erg frustrerend.

Sejour tres agréable

Sommes venus à 4 en novembre. Appartement agréable, bien agencé avec un grand balcon. Cuisine avec le matériel de base pour un repas pour 4, y compris cafetiere filtre. Petite piscine couverte et hammam sympas en hiver, qui ferment à 19h. Quelques couvertures en plus seraient bienvenues.

Prima overnachting

Complex ligt prima op doorreis vanuit Spanje naar Nederland. We waren met 6 personen en hebben comfortabel geslapen. Ligt zo'n 2 km van de snelweg. Wifi is helaas niet zo goed.

très bien mais piscine à revoir

La piscine s'est bien dégradée depuis notre dernier séjour.
Le liner se décolle et fait apparaitre de la moisissure par dessous, pas très ragoutant....
Dommage car l'hotel en lui même est très bien, très calme avec de la verdure, idéal avec un chien et des enfants.

Militärunterkunft ohne Charme

Ungepflegte Anlage mit dem Charme einer Militärunterkunft. Küche schlecht ausgestattet, insbesondere keine Reinigungsutensilien und -mittel vorhanden. Das Personal ist desinteressiert und unfreundlich. Die Appartements sind spartanisch und sehr klein. Insbesondere Unterkünfte im Parterre sind ungemütlich. Ich werde diese Unterkunft nicht noch einmal wählen.
