Top class hotel. Good hotels in good proximity to the motorway are few and far between in France (usually Accor chains - Ibis, Novotel or Kyriad, Mercure. This is a gem. Gorgeous sized rooms, good food (looks to be - didn't eat here) super friendly staff. Got a five star vibe.
Only downside is the cost of the drinks, a little steep but it falls into insignificance with the high quality of the hotel overall! Do not hesitate to book here. We will be back!

Water leaked from the ceiling, woke us up, and the night receptionist came up and saw it. He offered to move us, obviously confirming what he witnessed, but we didn't want to pack up and move rooms at close to midnight. We also did not want to be further disturbed by the manager; since the water had stopped leaking, we just wanted to go back to sleep, particularly since we had to get up early the next day. The next day the manager called late in the afternoon the following day after I had complained and asked for a refund. Unbelievably, he denied there was had been any problem, as the water had dried up by the morning. He also claimed that the hotel had been taken care of the problem last year. He promised to send documents confirming this, which he never did. The room and the hotel were actually very nice, notwithstanding the issue of our being woken up by water coming out of the ceiling, but beware, if you go there, the attitude of the manager if you have any issue is that \"the customer is alway wrong.\" It's not how I would handle the situation. I've generally used Hotels.com for 20-45 nights a year, for several years, and never once have I asked for a refund. Rather than offer anything let alone be sympathetic, the manager took no responsibility and essentially accused of a making a false report. Maybe the manager was able to save IHG a few hundred dollars, but what he did was indisputably bad for business.

Lovely hotel 25 min walk from town

We had booked this hotel for 3 nights hoping the weather would be good so we could relax around the gorgeous swimming pool as part of a 2 week round trip around France. Unfortunately the weather was only good on one day and beaune is quite small with not a lot to do so we checked out a day early. The hotel itself is lovely but it is quite the walk into town. A few niggles for a hotel that is new, the shower head was broken and there were what looked like coffee splash marks up the walls and no English channels that worked on the TV.

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable et reposant.
L'hôtel est magnifique, calme. Le personnel est au petit soin. Le SPA est neuf, c'est un bonheur de s'y détendre.
Le restaurant prépare le petit déjeuner qui est classique et bien fourni. Le brunch du dimanche est très diversifié. Il est possible de demander une adaptation du menu végétarienne.

Une étape incontournable a beaune

Quelle belle découverte.
Pour commencer l’acces est tres facile avec un grand parking équipé de bornes électriques.
L’accueil est avec le sourire aussi bien a l'enregistrement qu’au petit déjeuner. Tout est fait pour se sentir bien. Les chambres sont tres spacieuses et décorées avec beaucoup de goût. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et tres diversifié. Difficile de ne pas trouver son bonheur et de se faire plaisir. Je conseil vivement et c’est sûr je vais le mettre dans mes favoris.
