We greatly appreciate the property staff's friendliness and excellent communication. The convenient location, just a short walk to Porto, and complimentary parking in the building were definite highlights. However, the bed was uncomfortable, and the shower curtain showed signs of dirt and mold. The amenities were good enough, but the overall decor was unappealing. On a positive note, we value the option to keep our car parked after checking out, avoiding extra parking fees while exploring Porto.

This place is a hidden gem. While not the easiest to find, it is pleasant, quiet, and across the street from the metro.
Bharat is super friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was beyond delicious, and will allow you to skip a meal later in the day. You might even make a friend at breakfast, as you will be paired with another set of travelers. There is a grocery store close by that has everything to wind down after a busy day. They have utensils and have a kitchen with plates/glasses should you decide to bring food/beer/wine back.
The shower was so great, and the view from the room was spectacular.

The location was perfect, and around a minute walk to the nearest metro station. The person in-charge of the property (don't want to mention his name because of privacy reasons) was friendly to the guests. The breakfast was also good. The rooms with the private bathrooms were clean, spacious, and met our expectations.

Great place to stay. Didn’t realise our bathroom was outside the room but worked it out ok. Great breakfast, helpful and friendly staff. Easy walk to the main attraction or an easy tram ride outside. Supermarket nearby, use of kitchen was a bonus.. very clean, tidy, big room and deck. When arriving god leads you to directly to 1125 which highlights finance company, trust the gas and check the door at 1125 , the hotel is not identified from outside by name highly recommend this place, would stay here again

Amazing Place - Hidden Gem in Porto
The Hotel is Amazing, The rooms are very comfortable and really have a home away from home feel. The host are especially wonderful and very helpful and made everything possible to make us feel welcomed and have a memorable stay in Porto. Truly a hidden gem in the city. The Hotel is located very close to a metro station and walking distance from Sao Bento (close to major tourist spots), and a good mall for shopping with a good food court.
The hotel is located in a multi room apartment and is not so easily visible from outside, the host did whats app us the building images to find our way there. The breakfast was very satisfying, not a buffet but a well planned full meal with fresh cut fruits.
We had booked the Suite room with private bathroom, there is also option for rooms with shared bathroom in the corridor. The place is very clean and well organised, it also has a kitchen and a common room for small gatherings or meeting (Not sure if it is a public space or just for the host, we did not really use the space during our stay).
Overall, i would definitely recommend this place for your stay in Porto.

Bit of an odd checkin, had a hard time finding the place. Travel agency we found next door had never heard of it but had the good sense to look closely at the address, which solved that problem! But let's just say they have a low-key street presence. :-)

Room is good size. But no service at all. You get one thin towel per person. You use that through out your stay. No one cleans even dustbin. Breakfast of sour milk coffee? Good fruits. Never again.

Very good location, there is a Tram stop right out front and you are only a 10 minute walk from the bridge. I got a glass of Port when I checked in. (one glass goes a long way after a transatlantic flight!) My only knock on the place is the room doors are thin. You can hear anyone moving in the hallway outside your room. It's a small place though, so there aren't a ton of people roaming around.

Arrived at the property at approx 2100hrs having already informed them of arrival time was not able to gain access to the apartment building even though according to Expedia reception open until 2200hrs! In the end had to find another hotel which we knew about in the local area from a previous visit, which was sold out on Expedia but they managed to find a room but we had to pay a higher rate for this. Complained to Expedia about this property and they offered us a £25.00 credit which did not even cover the cost of the original booking as the property would not authorise a refund. After a short debate Expedia agreed to refund the total booking amount. Would definitely not recommend this property if this is the level of service you can expect.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet Hôtel/Hostel, certaines chambres disposent de SDB individuelle, d’autres d’une SDB commune. Sanjay était à l’écoute et très professionnel. Le petit déjeuner est très efficace, la salle commune accueillante avec le balcon pour les fumeurs. Je recommande !

Wir hatten anfangs etwas Schwierigkeiten mit der Kommunikation, aber unser Vermieter hat uns sogar abgeholt als wir unseren Standort gesendet haben. Unser Auto konnten wird für 10€ sicher in der privaten Garage der Unterkunft abstellen.
In die Stadt ging es mir 3 S-Bahn Stationen oder 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Besser kann man für den Preis nicht wohnen.
Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und gut. Ich hätte mir ein bisschen Ablagefläche gewünscht für z.B. Kosmetik. Weil wir hatten das Gemeinschaftsbad, was nicht so sauber war, aber das kann an unseren Mitbenutzern liegen. Mein Fehler!
Es wurde ein reichhaltiges Frühstück geboten und der Aufenthaltsraum war auch ansprechend eingerichtet. Wenn jetzt noch die Goldfische von dem Fishbowl in ein Aquarium umziehen, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Bon séjour de trois jours proche du Porto historique et du Douro. Non loin du métro pour aller à Porto rapidement, quartier calme la nuit côté jardin. Excellente relation avec notre hôte, personne accueillante, sympathique et très serviable. Le petit déjeuner compris était très correct.

Reservamos la habitación doble delux, con baño dentro de la habitación y balcón. La habitación super limpia y nos dejaron una jarra con agua y dos vasos. El chico nos atendió siempre con amabilidad y estuvo a nuestra disposición para cualquier duda a través de whatsapp. El desayuno se hacía en una pequeña cocina, en la qual si coincides con otro grupo se hace un poco pequeña, pero la comida muy variada y buena (fruta, pan, mermelada, embutido, cereales, yogurt, leche, zumo..). Respecto la ubicación, si tenéis pensado ir andando esta un poco lejos del centro (35 min), teniendo en cuenta que además es cuesta arriba, aunque por otro lado si teneis pensado coger transporte publico, en apenas 10 minutos estaréis en el centro.

Bien accueilli, grande chambre lumineuse et balcon. La salle de bain est totalement a revoir, petite baignoire, lavabo sans bonde, wc difficile d'accès, porte abimée et sans sécurité et surtout la lumière trop faible. O ponto positivo vai apenas para a localização. Em frente a uma estação do metro. No restante, a experiência foi terrivel. O banheiro fora do quarto (ainda que privativo) é pouco conveniente e ainda houve um episódio onde uma funcionária tentou entrar com a chave mestra ignorando os alertas de ocupação, não preciso nem evidenciar o desconforto e desrespeito desse trágico momento. No café da manhã, em plena pandemia, a mesma funcionária não estava de máscara num ambiente minúsculo onde o mesmo era servido. A cama muito barulhenta e os travesseiros desconfortáveis. Não entendo a nomenclarura \"hotel\" já que suas instalações mais parecia de um albergue, pois trata-se de um apartamento dentro de um prédio residencial. Não recomentdo a estadia.
