Also across the street you will find a tramway station, which is very well connected if you want to go to the surroundings of this city. The staff was wonderful (we spilled our water bottle in the lobby), the room was exactly what we needed (no more, no less) so the room and bathroom were easily navigated, the room was clean and simple, the buffet was fabulous, and the common room was spacious for all to eat (with big windows) and clean as well. The hotel was clean, friendly and our room was very big and airy. The breakfast buffet was nice with a great choice of foods and beverages. The location was very good with its transport links,local shops and huge mall opposite the hotel. We walked everywhere and only had to walk 35 minutes to get to the nightlife and all of the local attractions.

My only criticism is a tiny one but our room only had a mirror in the bathroom….it would have been nice to have one in the main room….other than that….a very enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Great hotel, clean, 24/7 complimentary coffee/tea/water station in the lobby. Metro is right outside of the hotel and a shopping centre across the hotel as well. This hotel is just outside of Porto but you can easily walk or take the train. The only complaint isnthat the bed was not that comfortable (you could feel the springs) otherwise, a great stay !

Nice, clean, perfectly located in Gaia, outside of the noisy areas of the city, but close enough to the Morro if you are in the mood for having a good time. Because I was not driving the location was fantastic! Just walk to the metro station and in less than 10 minutes you are in Porto. The breakfast was nice enough to keep you going in the morning.

As a solo traveler it was perfect having the metro stop in front of the hotel. 15 min walk downhill walk to Porto, with little shops and cafes along the way. Shopping center in the same block, with all kinds of shopping, food court, and groceries. I will be back for sure!

Very nice newish hotel, very clean and tidy with room service each day. I got the feeling it is aimed more for business use rather than tourism as the rooms are nice but quite basic. Just a basic uncomfortable chair to sit on and 4 coat hangers - this is for 2 people staying 5 nights, nowhere near enough. Breakfast is very nice but can be a bit haphazard as to what is available at any one time, though I do not blame to staff as they are the same people who have to run the front desk, checking in and out phones etc. as well as look after the breakfast counter. But if you pointed out something was missing they sorted it fairly quickly. The location is very good, with the Metro stop outside the door, so very easy to get into the main parts of Porto, though it was quite a bit further to walk than I had anticipated, coupled with Porto hills it could be an effort to get back. Not much in the area - a few cafes and shops but nothing compared to the main areas of Porto so spent most of the time over there.

It is conveniently located directly across from the train and it’s very easy to commute around. It is also located across from a mall in case you need additional clothes or stuff. It is almost a brand new propert decorated in a very artistic and modern way. Room was big, very clean with a very clean good size bathroom. Metro is right in front of the property. It takes only few minutes to get to the city centre where all the action is. Would definitely stay again.

Right beside the train station to Centro, and a large very nice department store was across the promenade. Perfect overnight accommodation if you plan on spending most of your time out of the room.

Hotel bem localizado, com equipe muito atenciosa. O quarto é espaçoso e limpo. Camas boas, lençois e toalhas de qualidade muito boa. O ponto negativo é o pequeno espaço para guardar roupas, mas para poucos dias de hospedagem é suficiente. No meu caso fiquei 11 dias em dois periodos. Recomendo muito esse hotel comobom custo beneficio. Outro ponto positivo é uma máquina de café 24 hs a disposição na recepão com capuccinos, café com leite, etc

We had a room at the 8th floor and the view was nice. The hotel room and the hotel itself were clean. The breakfast gives you the choice of different kind of bread, sweet portugese pastries, fresh pressed orange juice, and other general stuff. Good to know is that they have also lactose free milk. We missed freshly sliced fruits like watermelon.

Eu diria que o ponto alto é a localização, metrô na porta, a 5 minutos da estação São Bento, no centro histórico do Porto. Além disso, o hotel fica ao lado do Corte Inglês. Quarto e banheiro de tamanho adequado e bem cuidados, café da manhã bom.

Relativ neues Hotel in Gaia, komfortables Bett, nahe zu öV. Einziger Punkt, der mich gestört hat, ist dass man die nahegelegene Autobahn hört.

Lage war gut. Direkte Anbindung zur Metro.
Frühstück war sehr einfach gehalten. Speisesaal war dreckig. Die Lebensmittel gingen aus, wenn man nach 08:00 Uhr beim Frühstücken war. Es hat Besteck gefehlt. Teller teilweise dreckig. Die Maschine für die Säfte ging über unseren Aufenthalt (6 Tage) leider nie.

Lage war gut. Direkte Anbindung zur Metro.
Frühstück war sehr einfach gehalten. Speisesaal war dreckig. Die Lebensmittel gingen aus, wenn man nach 08:00 Uhr beim Frühstücken war. Es hat Besteck gefehlt. Teller teilweise dreckig. Die Maschine für die Säfte ging über unseren Aufenthalt (6 Tage) leider nie.
Außer dem Frühstück können wir das Hotel gut empfehlen. Für eine Städtereise ausreichend. Preis/Leistung gut.
