A dump/homeless shelter, my first room, roach infested, move to another room worse than the first one roach infested, so moved to the third room, roach infested but not as bad, drinking and drug use in public areas party time when the sun goes down till 3 AM, couldn’t get sleep tried calling the office. No one answering the phone ever, saw absolutely no security, homeless, and drug addicts and sketchy people roaming the place, no one picking up after their dogs company policies and rules not being enforced at all. Do yourself a favor stay away from this place.

My room was dirty and roach infested. There was broken furniture. We had a lot of homeless and sketchy people roaming around the property no one picking up after their dogs, drinking and drug use in public loud music and noise. No one ever answering the phone in the office no security that I saw this is not a safe place.

Horrible, booked non smoking, was given smoking. When asked about it, lady at counter gave us a key to go check a different room. It still smelled of smoke but we were willing to take it. She then said it was booked, called customer service, they could see non smoking was booked and that hotel changed to smoking. Another couple came in behind us complaining about horrid smell of smoke too. She ended up giving the room that they just had us check out and said was booked to them. Took two weeks to finally get refund because we could not stay there. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!! WE WILL NEVER GO TO STUDIO 6s EVER AGAIN!!

Kitchen counters were dirty, A/C didn't work/ blew hot air, showerhead & handle had a lot of calcium buildup, staff was everything but helpful, never gave us spare towels, druggies EVERYWHERE, the front desk was practically non-existent. We asked to switch rooms as soon as we noticed the ac didn't work, and the front desk told us basically that we were screwed, we booked online, so he couldn't move us for some reason?

The housekeeping staff were way behind. I arrived at the hotel at 630pm, and they were still cleaning room. Initially I was told my room was not available, and I'd have to wait about an hour. But Sebastian, the staff member at checkin desk asked me to wait and he went and checked personally and came back and said he had a room. The room was in poor shape. The mattress had little support, initially there was no wash cloth, the toilet backed up and I found a roach in the sink. When I went to check out, there was no one at the desk, I had to wait about 20 minutes.

I gave it two stars because the staff was friendly. That was good, because after two requests and during the four day stay, our room was never made up or cleaned. We had to get our own towels and TP. There were no bugs, but I’m surprised with a large gap around the door, which also let in smoke from those standing outside smoking.The bedding was clean despite the old cigarette burn holes in the sheet and blanket. Floor was dirty. bathroom was dirty.

Room had a hole in the bathroom door. Large portions of the paint on the wall was pealed away in multiple spots. The room said it was a non smoking room but wreaked of smoke. The chair was broken.

On a positive not the landscaping and exterior were will maintained. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Room was DIRTY. Homeless sleeping under outside stairs. Linens and bathroom FILTHY. If traveling with kids don't stay here. Sign in room said keep doors double locked. No amenities not even a hairdryer. Light was flickering like a stribe light. Tub faucet was falling off the wall. GROSS AND DISGUSTING. Because of no refund policy we were stuck.

ROACHES! Found dead and alive roaches in my room. No one at front desk for almost an hour, and water was so disgusting and chlorinated I had to shower again after I left. I’ve stayed at a lot of cheap hotels, this was the worst and the first time I had to leave.

The woman at the front desk was great, helpful and cheerful. It was downhill from there. The room was old and beat up. Mattress was lumpy and thin. Pillows were thin and small. There were several groups of people hanging out in the parking lot late night. Motorcycles coming and going all night, people talking outside..the last one overnight was 4am, first one in the morning was 7am. I booked 5 rooms for a total of - little over 800 for one night, $165 each. Never, ever again. Outrageously overpriced.

Well everything was good except we had no tv for the entire stay because someone had took the cable from the wall to the tv and we went to front desk and they said it was no way to get one until the maintenance man came back to work on Monday so all weekend from Friday until Monday no tv at all. That’s really the only complaint. Everything else was good!

Horrible horrible!!.. The pictures advertised looke like a completely different hotel..this hotel was DIRTY!!.. the table had koolaod and food stains..towel racks broken hanging off the wall. floor and walls dirty full of handprints. Could not get ahold of staff will never stay again.

I paid for a 2 bed and got 1. The whole facility was disgusting. I walked in the room and walked right back out. It was filthy. Didn't even stay there. Didn't feel safe to even go talk to anyone about it. Will absolutely never recommend this place to anyone.

Do not stay here. Dirty bedspread with holes. Thin towels. Stained countertops in the otherwise very clean kitchenette. Water pressure was very strange for the bathroom sink and made it unusable without spraying water all over. Hair still left in the shower from previous guests. Gaps in the laminated floors. But you can park right outside the room and there's a fridge.

Bird droppings cover walks. Keycards self cancel before end of reservation. Shower and towel rods pulling out of wall. Mildew on walls and shower surrounds. Burn stains on tables and tub. Faucit aerators badly scaled up. Only thing going for property is low price. It's about a 2 Star.

First, let me just say that the staff at this property is outstanding! I felt like they really cared. That said, they are not enough to overcome the property care itself. They have smoking rooms (Expedia said it was non-smoking), and I was initially assigned a smoking room. It had signs saying non-smoking on the door, but an ash tray and a multitude of burn marks definitely told a different story. The cabinets in the kitchenette were seriously water-damaged, and much of the room felt in disrepair. I walked to the front desk expecting the staff to tell me I just got the last room (they were turning people away when I checked in) and to act like they did not care.

What a pleasant surprise - she really did care! She told me she would check a room to see if it was rental-ready and would be back momentarily. Sure enough, the room had a minor issue (the door handle was upside down) and could be used. The second room was much better, but I did see a roach during my stay. She allowed me to move and this second room was in better condition.

The hotel provides coffee and a coffee pot, and the bedding and towels felt clean (though the towels were quite worn). The only soap in the room was a bar of hand soap, so be prepared for that.

Bottom line: I would NOT return, even though the staff was great!

If you like waking up to the sound of screaming, or the sound of the highway or funky smells then this is the place for you. Not to mention the random homeless people constantly walking around the property. I survived 3 nights. 2/3 of those nights police were on property. Not security, police. Bathroom door had a fist-sized hole through it. No hot water. Key cards need to be rescanned each day. If all of that appeals to you then have a stay at Studio 6.

I was extremely disappointed in the condition of the room. But most of all waking up to a roach in the bed and one in the bathroom and another in the kitchen was more than I could handle. I will NEVER stay here again. The staff was friendly was the only positive. The bathroom was not cleaned properly I know this due to a used bar of soap left on the tub floor. I guess it’s true what they say… you get what you pay for.

For starters, when we pulled into the driveway, we were greeted by someone on the curb on the nod. Check in there was nobody there. We joined a line of several other people. Ultimately got our room, which was on the second floor. I had requested first floor for medical reasons, but we were told the only available accessible room at a broken lock. The room itself was austere .For linens we were provided one washcloth one bath towel one hand towel and shower mat. Incredibly noisy seems like there was some kind of racing going on the street outside. Cigarette burn on coverlet.Will never stay in such a sketchy place again.

I paid for late check out for 2pm and at 11am they were pounding at my door to get me out and eventually opened my door while I was sleeping (I had worked a night shift). There was absolutely no communication between night and day staff.

Booked a non-smoking room. The room I was given had a very heavy smell of smoke and urine. The furniture was covered in cigarette burns. The bath tub was filthy. I stayed for 30 minutes and returned to the front desk requesting another room. The clerk gave me another room. When I entered the second room I found the bed unmade and the room also smelled of cigarette smoke. I returned to the front desk and requested a refund. The clerk said she would refund my money. It’s been three days now and I still have not received my money back. This hotel is located in a very bad area. Right off the highway. Prostitutes and shady characters hanging out. I would avoid this hotel if at all possible. The rooms are cheap for a reason.

It was supposed to be a non-smoking room and when you walked in, you could clearly smell smoke and then when I opened the nightstand, there was a pack of cigarettes with Butts in it. The extra toilet paper in the room was in the cabinet and not on a roll, but wadded up and shoved in the cabinet. It appeared that there were people that were not customers lingering on the stairwell when we were taking our luggage upstairs. We will not be staying there again.

stayed at Studio 6 Deer Valley for about two weeks and overall had a good experience. The location was convenient for getting around the Deer Valley area, and I appreciated having a full kitchenette in the room — it made a long stay much more comfortable and affordable. The staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth.
The property itself is fairly quiet, and I felt safe during my stay, which is important when you’re somewhere for more than just a night or two. Parking was easy, and the extended-stay setup worked well for my needs.
The only downsides were that a few rooms in the building had issues with roaches, the vending machines were frequently out of order, and the laundry facilities are pretty expensive at $3.75 per wash and $3.75 per dry. Those are things management could definitely improve.
Overall though, for the price and the convenience, it served its purpose well for my two-week stay, and I’d consider staying again if I needed an extended stay option in the area.

The hotel was DISGUSTING. The advertising used corporate photos. It looked decent. Room smelled of marijuana, kitchen had cigarette burns all over the counter, bed linens were dirty, only 1 pillow on each bed that sleeps 4, bathroom was filthy and only had one of each towel and washcloth. Immediately checked out and was charged for one night. The unhoused people in my community live better on the streets than this hotel offers!

I arrived around 9:30 pm and there was no one at the front desk. Saw a sign saying be back in a little bit. I waited unit 10:30 pm to check in. The poor front desk girl had to go clean a another guest room due to House keeping not doing their job. I finally got checked in and go to my room well when i opened the door my room was trashed. go back up front to let the front desk know. She had a whole lot of people their so i just told her to give me the cleaning stuff and ill just clean my own room. got back to the front desk to give back the supplies and she tells me to come back in the morning so i can talk to her manager to get compensated. well came back in the morning and i told the manager what had happened and all the manager did was say she was sorry for that. So on top of spending a good amount of money to stay there i had to clean my own room ( I was not going to make the front desk girl do it after already cleaning someone else room) because Housekeeping doesn't know how to do their job and the manager doesn't care about the guest or the employees. I should of been either refunded or compensated

Terrible service and unfriendly staff , beds are so dirty . People outside screaming yelling all hours of the night. Motel room floors were sticky and extremely dirty. Not enough towels for a 2 day stay . I would never ever stay here again or recommend to anyone. The pictures make it look nice online and clean and well put together and it was complete opposite that. Bugs in rooms . Extremely dissatisfied with the overall stay.

Staff rude, I booked through Expedia, choose to pay at the property, well they tried running my card that I used to hold the room not pay for it. Since it didn't go through they canceled my reservations. So showing up at 10 pm with my mom and kids to find out that they did that was a joke. And having to try to find another was even worse. Wow, it would be nice to get some rest, but with all the homeless and drug addicts and dealing and other kinds of trafficking, it makes it kind of tough. Then you add in the yelling, screaming, music blasting the fights and the drugged up people yelling and screaming in the parking lot or sleeping on the stairwells and what’s with all the cars that have no registration or bad tags, and it would be great if they focused on making sure guess are not harassed bothered and the quiet times are enforced for travelers can get their rest, not a lot to ask for

Reviews are bogus three stars and under more accurate, you will see homeless you will see homeless drug addicts you’ll see drug dealing you will see trafficking all kinds, You will see people selling stolen property from stores in the parking lot. You will see drugged up people, screaming, and yelling in the parking lot roaming around.I encourage law-enforcement to keep an eye on this place

lady at the front desk evening time was doing her best.i appreciated her patients. But the older white lady in the morning with NO TEETH RUDE AND JUST RUDE. SO after the 3rd attempted to find a unoccupied in clean room. Would have been better if I had towels to clean my hands and for the shower. Room is clean I appreciated the kitchen no noise complaints but the riff Raff outside the room made me check on work Chuck continuously through the nights I was there.. all I can say is the place has a lot of potential used to be better don't know what happened.

You will see drug addicts, homeless, drug dealers, trafficking of all kinds all out in the open, you had people laying against the walls and in the stairwells, the positive reviews come directly from the troublemaker themselves I truly believe that, and I do believe the staff is trying very hard, but I think they’re frustrated and don’t know exactly what to do to deal with it. Perhaps law-enforcement can help.
