Avoid this place! It is a transition housing for homeless. The place is absolutely disgusting. They didn't wash sheets, didn't clean the toilet for who who knows how long. It is being changed to a Super 8 but no way they gonna help this place! Meth capital of the area. Pool hasn't been active in at least a year. Wait till you see the photos I have, I'll post if this site lets me.

The photos are not recent at all. It is not clean looking or safe-feeling. I ended up requesting a refund because I was not comfortable staying there. It is also under a different company name too so the Expedia website for it is not up to date. The front desk staff was super nice and understanding and told me I would get a full refund.

Check in was pleasant. The room itself was gross. The floor, nightstand, headboards, and dresser were all delaminating, and had stains and scratches. Several outlets were missing covers and others were broken or missing screws. There was no dead bolt. The bathroom was missing tile and the latch side of the door jamb.

As soon as I was turning to go into property, I knew it was unsafe. People who seemed to be on some substance all over the parking lot and around. They looked like zombies, i was like yup, can’t stay here, bye. Front desk clerk was actually nice and told me she would refund my deposit.

We never got to check in. I trusted that this was a nice motel. It was in a ghetto with sign for guns. They were asking for $50 deposit with cash only. We drove 4 hours and tired. We had to look for another room. Was nothing like the picture. It should not be on website for expedia.

The room was falling apart. The floor had parts that were sticking up and my daughter ended up with a pretty bad cut on her leg as a result. The room smelled like smoke even though its a non-smoking hotel. The tub looked like it was ready to fall through the floor at any moment. The pool looked like it hadnt been cleaned in months. We spent 3 days with no water and were not informed prior of shut offs. They require a $50 cash \"deposit\" but refuse to return the deposit on checkout even though nothing says the deposit is non-refundable. There were constant fights each night among guests. I would recommend finding different accommodations

It was the worst experience I have ever had. The AC leaks all over the floor. The area is horrible. Nothing works in the room. The TV doesn’t work. The sheets were dirty. The towels were dirty and there was no trash cans in the room. Would definitely not recommend this to anyone. It is not worth $50 a night.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. The customer service I received was poor, and I felt unsafe due to the presence of unsavory people lingering on the property. I also observed a high volume of different people going in and out of various rooms. The property itself was poorly maintained, with inadequate lighting, debris scattered near the buildings, and a strong smell of urine near the entrance.

This was not the experience I expected, and it's certainly not the standard of hospitality I believe you should be providing.

1.The room didn't have any towels for bathing or washing up. 2. Pillow was very thinonly had 2 for 2 beds. 3. Toilet didn't flush. 4. No lighting above the sink area. 5. The entry was not very secure. You could see the exterior light coming in around the lock. If someone wanted to come in they could break the door down easily.
I didn't stay the second night of my reservation as I didn't think it was safe and it had sanitary issues. I have Photos if you want them. I will be contacting Rodeway Inns Corporate pertaining to this motel as I am sure they wouldn't want their name attached to this building. It is also in a very rundown area and the motel fits the area as it is very rundown also. I truly feel that I should recieve a refund at least for the second night.

I checked in at 3 pm our room did not have 2 beds; the room was not cleaned; so they switched my family without my knowledge to a room without any running water; the toilet was broken until I fixed it; there was no shower rod to take showers; I had to install one with my own money. The property is doing renovations but still is renting rooms with no amenities. I definitely wouldn’t recommend having any fiends or families of mines rent or inquire about the econo lodge nor the rodeway inn because it’s two(2) businesses in one. The staff is rude and very unprofessional. I would like a full refund please

We were put in a room that had black brown marks on the wall stains on the sheets no TV missing handle on the sink handle falling off on the bathtub no lid on the toilet tank door barely worked. Had to constantly go get our keys redone to get in our room and that was after it took forever to get checked in because no one's paying attention to their front desk luckily I was desperate or I would have dropped out right there

Dont go i know its cheap but this place is not worth it first room we got had no tv in it but a big ass mirror that was not even on the wall it was just leaning aginst the wall ready to fall off so we got another room this one had a tv but it dint work 2 remote non worked the tv 1 towel n some soap . The room was nice n ac keep it cold the lamp in there for light was like someone stold it left it there they just used it the beds were ok there pet frendly but someone the pets are not had an owner with a lil white dog go by as we were leaving loading up the car his dog came chraging in to our room scared my son the owner was even yelling at his dog as soon he took off not to go in there meaning the room we were in oh there was no shower curtian in the bathroom they did have a pool it had water dint go dint trust the place

I would give this place no stars. The customer service was not the best. Our room had holes on the walls, holes on the curtains, the ceiling was falling apart, our restroom had no door, we had two beds, but only one pillow and no blankets. There was no phone so we could not call the office from our room. When I called from my cellphone, no one answered. Some random man working on the property was banging on our door in the morning to ask us something. It was just a horrible experience overall. This was not the hotel I had booked. The hotel I had booked couldn’t honor my reservation, I don’t know why, and an agent from Expedia booked us this room instead. I was traveling with my husband and kids and it was so horrible. I will never again book with Expedia.

This place was scary! My room had been broken into, so the door jamb was all busted up and barely closed. The inside of the door had some unintelligible graffiti scrawled on it. The drapes did not work properly. The floor and baseboards were a wreck and needed redoing. I took a shower but the water would not shut off. Noise from the freeway was intolerable. I was so distraught I packed up and drove to a friend's house and slept in my car. Really the place should be condemned.

The photos on the website are very old. The property does not look it does in the photos nor do the rooms. Our flour and roof were coming apart. Every piece of furniture and item was broken, faded paint, graffitied on or not working. The bed was just on top of box spring that sat on the floor. There was a roach crawling around when we entered. The whole room smelt like a toilet.

This hotel was dirty the first room was gross and didn’t have a tv. The second room had a tv but we couldn’t use it because it wasn’t connected to internet and there were no local channels. There’s holes in the walls. No towels writing on the walls and furniture the lamps are ripped up. The door has so much damage and looked like it’s been stabbed. We had to take it the chair under the door handle for extra security, the curtains were ripped and the bathroom lights didn’t work

This hotel is in a scary part of town. There is a reason it is low priced and we did not stay. The staff told us upfront that the bed is probably broken, the microwaves do not work and the TV is iffy. He asked do you want to check in, and I said no. Beware that this is in bad shape. As we left the property, we passed two different groups of \"ladies of the night\". The whole property is surrounded by a security fence and the front desk is closed off behind bullet proof glass shield. Scariest hotel I have ever booked thru Orbitz - DID NOT STAY - and did not get our money back!

Long wait at front desk to check in and for any questions/concerns. They don't answer their phone either. No waste basket, no towel bars or toilet paper holder. No ice at motel and no fridge in room. No working light in bathroom which also had no door. Ceiling was falling off, and deadbolt on door was unfunctional. Key card quit working on day 2. Swimming pool vacant because it is disgusting. Noisey freeway nearby was drowned out by even noisier neighbors. Photo online is deceptive/misleading. Avoid this place unless you're absolutely desperate with nowhere else to go.

The pictures did not match at all. Holes in walls, broken locks, toilet chain gets stuck, curtains broken allowing in the sun, other residents screaming and fighting outside at 6 AM. Check in was at 3pm but had to come back an hour later because rooms weren’t available yet. Finally get a room and NON-SMOKING room at that. The room stunk of cigarettes and mold. The walls had mold and in the middle of the room was a puddle of water that came from the leaking AC unit. Stayed for about 5 minutes before I headed out and get another room at a different hotel.

This place is just absolute filth. We came from out of state. Doesn’t look like the pictures at all. It’s totally run down and looks like a crackhead motel. Roach infested. Drug infested. Graffiti in the rooms. Holes everywhere and everything held up by blue tape. The furniture wasn’t even whole. Mattress on the floor with old headboards on the walls. Smells like animal feces and urine everywhere. The room next to us was just completely trashed. See pictures. Made you feel really uneasy. Management gave off weird vibes as well. There’s a METHADONE clinic right down the street. Found this out later. So the druggies are all hanging out there. We left and slept in our car instead. I wanted to vomit and the room gives “hollers murdered in them” vibes. Not safe and disgusting. Save yourselves the stress and avoid this place.

The bathroom did not have a door on it. The plugs didn’t work. They gave me two pillows for 2 queen size beds. One of the worst places I have ever been at by far. The pictures online of the rooms DID NOT match what I walked into.. the door barely latched along with a flimsy deadbolt. It looked like the door at been broken into multiple times (Room 228). There was no shower curtain, no tv, no lamp shades, no phone (everything that was shown in the pictures). Looked like carpet had been pulled out never replaced. I booked for 3 days but only stayed one because I was an afraid of someone breaking in. I ended up having to stay on a friend’s couch. I don’t complain often but this was an awful experience. We had an awful experience at this place. The first room we were given had a dirty bathroom, and the no lock on the door, terrible bath tub, basically unusable, so we requested a different one. The second room was even worse—the toilet didn’t flush, it was messy, roof looked like its gonna fall on us, furniture was all falling apart (NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES), lamp shades were missing and bathroom door was broken. Since it was 3 AM and we had just arrived from Michigan, we had no choice but to return to the first room. Unfortunately, it smelled terrible, very noisy, we felt very unsafe, me and my friend couldn’t sleep all night, and in the morning, I found animal hair all over my clothes. There was no trash cans in the room and black trash bags were lying all over in the corridors. Even the bed sheets and blankets were unwashed. This was one of the WORST stays I’ve ever had, and I’m shocked that Hotels.com lists this property on their website. We did feel like we’ve hit the rock bottom and paid for it too. Definitely not worth the money!\"

We got in late to the hotel and had to return to the front desk four times to have our key card checked because it would not open the room. Finally security came to help and the poor guy had no better solution. They couldn’t open the door at all and had to try three more rooms until they found one that would unlock. Pretty huge hazard not being able to get into the rooms. Another lady checking in said her key also would not open her door. We ended up not getting into our room for about an hour, putting us at 2am when we got to bed. Our room was one of the “nicer” ones and still had blood on the floor, mold, and other questionable stains around the area. The bed was fine.

First of all the rooms were completely different than what was advertised. The king bed had no sofa and the room was filthy. There was no desk or sitting in the room.The bathroom was missing the door. The plugs were unsafe to use. We asked to get a different room. As a women traveling alone, I did not feel very safe. There was bugs crawling around, door not locking or closing fully, and furniture not in full condition. The office was not helpful they did not proved a map to the room, WiFi codes, and receipt of stay. I was suppose to pay on site but card was already charged before arrival so my discount was not added.
Although the only good part is by being close to the freeway it was quiet.

Cockroaches, no running water until 20 minutes after checkin, no phone in room, cigarrete burns in the blanket of both beds, no rack to hang clothes, no tv service without a ROKU subscription, bathroom door so badly damaged it was barely operable, flooring needs replacement, window curtains in need of repair (half of the curtain hangers missing), no ice available, no washclothes in the room, unrepaired holes in the walls, defective smoke alarm beeping until replaced by a nice maintenance man 30 minutes after checkin, wiring to A.C. hazardous, wrong toilet tank cover, desk clerk needs attitude improvement. This property is horrible. It should not even be in business. They are dirty. They have people roaming around the facility. They don’t even have TVs on the wall. There are holes in the wall. The doors look like someone has been trying to break them open the window don’t have screens on them. This is a very poor establishment and I do not recommend this to anybody especially people who are traveling with kids. This place does not look like anything that the website is showing. If you want this to be your last night on earth...

Toilet seat had a very weird drawing on it, see pic. There was feces on the toilet seat. Electrical sockets are exposed see pic. Fan in bathroom missing from ceiling see pic.The sink faucet was so loose it almost came off the counter when I tried to use it. Door deadbolt lock is broken. Light bulbs have no shades on them, just bare bulbs.
This is like a Quentin Tarantino movie.

Got to the property at 3 to check in but was told it was closed until 3:30 so we left. We got back around 8-9pm. Once checked in went to room and we put the lock on and got stuck in the room (had to use my phone as an hammer to get the lock to open) and the bed and headboard were all messed up. Went back to the office to try a different room. The second room was soooo much worse!!! Every drawer was open on the dresser, there was 1 pillow, the tiles were broken going to the bathroom, the floor was all messed up in the room area, the shower rod was bent in half and all rusted, the air vent in the bathroom was missing, there were holes in the wall, the ceiling has water damage and the door was all banged up. Rooms smell like cigarettes and as soon as you open the car door smells like sewer. I have a 5 month old and could not stay there.

Currently in the process of trying to get a refund through Expedia because of this disaster hotel. Had to find another place at night in a city I don’t know.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The entire property is broken down, urine on sidewalks. The rooms have holes in the walls and doors and graffiti on the walls. Many vagrants and drug users around. Every surface is stained. Every door is broken. Everything is in disrepair. Welcome to the pit of despair.

homless people eyerywhere that is apparently their customer goal.first room door would not unlock.someone from office tried showed me the TRICK to open.that room was filty.asked for another room,preferribly with a good lock.the second room even more disgusting.asked for and recieved a refund.life lesson;all that glitters is not gold. expedia should offer this to their users

What a rat hole !!!!!

My man and I were trying to get away for a night and he left me there because of the hotel conditions. Saying he wasn't going to stay in this rat hole.

No TV to watch, cable cut.

No hot water to take a shower.

Bathroom door was badly damaged.

Numerous other damages throughout the room.

I thought to myself dam this place can't have many maintenance people or they just don't give a dam about the property.

Anyway I had to call a taxi and go to my friend's house for the night.

What a big waste of money and time.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.

The only good thing to say about this place was the front desk clerk and security guard were both very friendly and polite.

Would not stay here EVER in life again!!! Didn’t see any bugs but the rooms was just DISRESPECTFUL!!! First room had poop in the toilet, a dust pan in the bathtub, no covers, stains on the sheets, & the tv was ripped off the wall!! The second room wasn’t much better except it was decent enough to lay down in. This room at least had a tv. Paid for 2 beds and only got one which was a pain because there were 4 of us. We made the best of it that night and left the next morning

Filthy, you should be ashamed!

This place gave me a dirty room to start off with. Had no hot water. I took a cold
Shower. Was invited by the roaches and to see the sheets had makeup, lipstick to be exact on the sheets and holes in the walls. Nothing pretty about this place… I won’t post pictures because I don’t want to embarrass them with any more other than words.

Nasty!!!!!

I paid for two queen beds but was given a room with one bed and they refused to.give me an extra pillow or blanket to accommodate. There was no door on my bathroom and the toilete kept running. There was also no tv and they said they didnt have one to put in my room. I asked for towels and was given one small towel and told they were out of towels. There was cockroaches everywhere.

Rooms are in the process of being renovated (I think), but they are still renting rooms that look like they were homeless housing (which we received). The list of problems is so great I will just say we asked for and received a full refund and went up the street to a competitor. Office staff was friendly, but rooms… absolutely no excuses are acceptable for their condition. If you choose to stay here, check out the room prior to moving anything from your car into the room. Good luck!
