Great hotel in a great location. The room was spacious and clean. I payed for a room overlooking the bay which was amazing. The staff at the hotel were all very nice including the gentleman that arranged a late check out for me as I had a late flight. I would defo stay here again

A beautiful hotel, very clean, delicious meals especially at the Zest restaurant, and an amazing set of staff. Great location also.
2 members of staff stood out for me and they were Ojo and Prem if I recall well. So professional and always ready to help going above and beyond. They singlehandedly organised my holiday for me, suggesting things to do, giving out directions and everything else. Thank you so much guys. You made my stay in Malta so amazing. Hotel Juliani, you have a customer for life cos I will be back. Thank you.

Location, in the middle of everything. A bus stop is across the street from the hotel that even takes you to the airport, Valletta, Mdina etc. Has an Asian restaurant that is Michelin rated, also next to McDonalds and Wagamama restaurant. Can walk to great restaurants. Modern hotel. Nice and excellent staff. Offers great breakfast buffet.

A Pleasant Stay at Hotel Juliani:

My husband and I recently spent six nights at Hotel Juliani, and overall, it was a delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the reception staff, particularly Manuel, who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. His kindness truly made a difference.

The hotel's location is fantastic, conveniently situated near a bus stop, which made our transportation to and from various attractions hassle-free. We also enjoyed being surrounded by an array of cafes and restaurants, perfect for exploring local cuisine.

One of the highlights was the breathtaking view from the rooftop, where we spent some relaxing evenings taking in the scenery.

Our room was spacious and comfortable; however, we did encounter a couple of issues. The toilet had trouble flushing properly, and the air conditioning system would occasionally turn off and on, which was a bit disruptive.

Despite these minor inconveniences, our overall experience was very positive. I would recommend Hotel Juliani to anyone looking for a welcoming stay in Malta!

Cons: Parking very limited, there were road blockages at night so we had to find somewhere else to park and walk a good distance. Stains in shower, carpet and walls. We wanted to try out the spa but was thrown off by the paint patches on the walls, wasn’t very inviting.

Great place in centre of St Julians. Right across from a lovely marina area that you can sunbathe and swim in the water. The Zest restaurant was lovely, highly recommend and cocktail menu is great. Our room was located near the lift and looking out to the seaview, we thought it would be quite loud but it wasn't.

The room was great and spacious, the only thing was the mattress and pillows were soft (personal preference) and the aircon went on & off every 15 minutes or so. The room got quite warm while it was off during the night. This wouldn't put me off staying again though. Perfect for 3 nights in Malta.

I've had a fantastic stay at Hotel Juliani! I had the harbour view room the view is stunning looking out to the harbour, highly recommend this room. The hotel is very centrally located with lots of restaurants and bars at doorstep. I was a lone traveller so that was very convenient. The room was very spacious, bright and clean.

I hired a car, the hotel have ots own parking facility which was handy, however its only a small parking area so i would suggest get there early in the day to get a space. If you're not driving the bus stop is literally outside the hotel and have busses going directly to Valleta, airport, Saliema and Buggiba.

I only had breakfast at the hotel. The choice of food was very good.

Will definitely stay here again if I return to Malta.

Perfect stay that's not far away

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy boutique property. The reception was kind and helpful, the buffet breakfast was simple but enough. The hotel was very clean and the room was nice with a great view of the water.
There is a nice rooftop pool and bar where we ejoyed winding down our day.
The location is perfect to walk to restaurants, bars, and easy access to transportation right in front of the hotel.
We would 100% stay here again if we were to stay in the area of St. Julians.

It's the most beautiful area and I had the most amazing view out of my balcony overlooking the bay. Catching a cab was a little tricky because they are not alowed to load in front of the hotel. Shout out to Ojo at the front desk. Amazing service. Also a shout out the my Argetinian bartender whom unfortunately I do not recall his name. He makes the best mango margaritas. I only wish I could have enjoyed one more for the road.

Room was very clean and had everything we needed. We requested an ironing board, iron and fan (the weather was warm for March) and they were delivered to the room straight away. The on-site Spa was also really good, as was Cafe Juliana. Would highly recommend Hotel Juliana. 🙂

An incredible GEM with timeless views from balcony

What an incredible GEM of a hotel. The restaurant in the hotel is like a 2 Star Michelin experience. Truly incredible. Rooms were a bit generic, but the St. George's Bay view is timeless and worth every penny. Make sure you get that room with the balcony. Great breakfast area, great lobby and center of the universe. Will make this my new mainstay for quick trips.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay here the staff were so friendly and welcoming. This continued throughout our stay, they were eager to help with anything we needed. The hotel itself is in a great spot there were a few bus stops very close by less than 1 minute walk to get us around the island. There were also a number of restaurants nearby. The roof of the hotel with pool was lovely and I went up a few mornings to watch the sunrise which was great. I didn't try the restaurant, breakfast or room service at the hotel but what I saw in passing looked good. I would definitely recommend this hotel and Malta in fact I am considering going back after having such a positive trip.

One morning was was woken by building works on the rooftop and it was usually loud in the mornings due to the rearranging of furniture. Perfect area also it's close to everything and far enough from the Nightlife!

The staff were warm, courteous, and attentive: Ojo, Kevin, Andrea, Gerta, and the entire Cafe Julian team. Thank you for looking after us!

Bedroom was comfy with good quality accessories.

Good range of options for breakfast to start our day.
Dinners at the Zest restaurant was superb! Highly recommended.
We enjoyed the live music at the Zest on one of the evenings.

Two evenings at the Roof top bar was all we could manage. Unfortunately. We were not fans of those high-perch stools and tables or the bean bags. Especially after a couple cocktails!
Live music on one of the evenings was lovely.

Two suggestions:
Do fix the leaking ceiling air conditioner in Cafe Julian. Not great to have water drops on food or guests.

The Toilets in the Cafe are not in sync with the high standards of Juliani -my opinion.

We highly recommend a stay at this hotel!

This is an amazing hotel with friendly and very helpful staff. The hotel was spotless, breakfasts plentiful d. Everyone we talked to were super helpful. Roof top pool was great too. St Julian/St Georges are center of night clubs and bars for the young’uns. Long past those days for me but I can see that appeal. This hotel was an oasis amongst it all. Couldn’t hear a thing from the room so don’t be put off.

My daughter and I stayed in a very lovely large room looking out over Spinola Bay. The room and all the areas of the hotel was spotlessly clean. The large bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds that I have slept in. Our whole stay from our very warm welcome to the service we received at breakfast was excellent. We will definitely stay here again.

Stayed over Christmas. Had two rooms, upgraded to seafront view with a small balcony. The room with twin was very spacious, the room with the double bed was average size. Hotel is well located on the seafront in the heart of the town and we could walk everywhere Rooms were well equipped and beds comfortable. The staff were welcoming.

Clean, comfortable, and contemporary style and the hotel was small enough not to feel impersonal. Our room (a Junior Suite) was at the front overlooking Spinola harbour, so the views were spectacular throughout the day. The staff were professional and very friendly and courteous without being pushy. Plenty of food options nearby (and a Japanese-style restaurant at the hotel), and bus stops right outside the hotel.

As guests staying for our 30th Wedding anniversary, this hotel was ideally placed for eating out, local transport and accessing all available attractions.

The hotel and staff were excellent, extremely helpful, polite and accommodating to any queries or questions.

As per all of the major tourist locations, the surrounding areas of the hotel were a little grubby however this is due to shear volume of footfall and vehicles on the island.

Excellent spacious and modern rooms and paying a little extra for a seafront facing room is definitely worthwhile. Food at the Zest restaurant is highly recommended. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Pool on the roof top terrace is a peaceful escape from the busy streets near the hotel - highly recommend.

I booked a deluxe sea-view room and requested a high floor. Instead, they put me in a second-floor suite without asking me if I wanted it. I hardly slept due to noise from a bar next door and machinery in the parking garage on the floor above. This seems like a nice hotel in a great location, so I'm sure I would have liked it better if they had not switched my room.
