I didn't prepay for my stay and after a warm welcome back(my prior stay being 8 months or so), I mentioned not prepaying; when she asked me why? I said, \"I don't know, I wasn't sure if I was going to stay here or somewhere else, but I don't even know why I bother, I always find myself back here.\"
Appreciated the early check in around 11 or so, after a very early morning of travel. Usually have a larger room, but considering the time of check in I wasn't going to ask otherwise. If you want a bit more space book a king room for not much more, I think I forgot and booked a queen this time.
Some of the furnishings are becoming a bit worn down and the hotels while offering roku tvs, no longer offer access to roku or other streamers. Hulu did work, it may have been an issue with that particular TV, but it wasn't the most pressing issue when I just wanted to freshen up.
Everytime I pass through the lobby/check in or check out, I feel appreciated as a returning guest. My requests are always met when I stay at Found and the warm service always reminds me that I \"found hotel\"as I was told by one staff member when I first stayed a few years ago. A prime Union Square location coupled with comfortable rooms and a great staff is why I always find my way back.
