The best stay in my entire trip , 10 min walk to the train station and water bus station, nice and clean room , and I have to mention , super fast internet. Breakfast will be brought to the room , nice and delicious.

Room was basic at best. They advertised air conditioning but the air unit wouldn’t work, had to sleep with one window open because the other window did not have a screen and mosquitoes came in the room. With the window open, the room became very noisy as it sits very close to the canal.
Location is convenient and it was in a safe area.
We had an issue with the drain in the bathroom sink but it was taken care of within 24 hours. The bathroom is not in the room, you must walk out a small corridor.
Vaporeto station is within 40 meters from the building.

Overall, the room was very lovely quite spacious for a bed-and-breakfast type environment. The staff was so friendly and very accommodating. The room was very clean. The breakfast was wonderful! I would say the only negative was the bathroom layout. We had to walk out into the hallway to use our private bathroom and it didn’t feel very private.

We only stayed a couple of nights after a trip to the Dolomites but we were made to feel so welcome. Icing on the cake was the lovely welcome and breakfast brought to our room in the morning. Even though we had to leave early on the 2nd day a light breakfast was left in the fridge for us.
The position of the accommodation was ideal. A short walk to the bus stop (we used the number 5 bus to and from the airport) and to the Rialto bridge, it really did feel like you were in the thick of it.

I loved this property, perfect location for easy access from the train and bus station. Very central, a beautiful view (spent an hour this morning just watching the world go by). This is the best B&B we ever stayed at. Laura, the host is very friendly and organized. The place is conveniently located near Vaperotto stop close to Piazza Roma which makes going to airport or to St.Mark’s place easy. The breakfast was awesome, especially the croissants which Laura baked every morning. The place has an elevator and hence taking luggage to 3rd floor is easy. Our flight to US got delayed by 4hrs. Laura kindly helped in letting us store the luggage for a few hours after checkout at 10AM. The place is very clean and bathroom has extra towels. I strongly recommend this place for anyone visiting Venice, especially a family with 2 kids.

This property was perfect for our family of four. Our room included a king size bed, and two twin beds. The view from the room was absolutely beautiful. We really enjoyed the breakfast that was delivered to our room every morning. We also were able to use the common area living room and kitchen. There was cappuccino and espresso that we could serve ourselves as needed. The owners were so nice and helpful.. We would definitely stay there again if we go back to Venice.

Our stay here made Venice the highlight of our Italy trip! Laura and Guido were so kind and helpful, even helping me book a reservation at a tiny popular restaurant months in advance. The provided directions were perfect and the property was easy to find - and Guido gave us a beautiful tour of the building and took the time to explain some of the history. We loved our view of the grand canal and that our windows had screens! If you’ve traveled much in Europe, you’ll understand this is a true luxury. Breakfast each morning was perfect - the chocolate croissants will haunt my dreams. And as if it could be better, Laura and Guido have two affectionate cats that often greet guests - my daughters were so delighted. We also loved staying away from the noisy crowds in the St Marks area - but getting there either by foot or by vaparetto was so easy. We really enjoyed exploring the nearby neighborhoods - it made Venice intimate in a way I hadn’t experienced it before.

We loved staying here. Laura was so nice to us, nothing was too much for her. From the warm welcome, providing information about Venice to the wonderful breakfast, she was always happy to help. The room was very spacious, on the left there is a day bed to relax and read a book, to the right there is two comfortable chairs with a table to enjoy a cup of tea. The bed is in the centre and was very comfortable. You can also relax in the living room watching the boats pass by on the Grand Canal. It is only a ten minute walk from the train station and water bus stop is right in front.There are lots of great restaurants nearby. We highly recommend this place. Thanks Laura.

The room was large and had a really nice sized bathroom as well. View from the room was simply amazing, location was convenient, only one street over from the vaporetto station, so easy to get around. Laura and her husband were very helpful in providing the transportation information and local suggestions. We only had breakfast one of the days since we were taking an early flight the next day, it was served on a cart and such a nice & relaxing experience enjoying the breakfast while looking out the window. Only suggestion would be to add some darker curtains to the windows so the light doesn’t wake us up so early in the morning.

Absolutely stunning vacation rental! Laura is an exceptional host, from greeting you with a smile to answering any questions and having all info about Venice available. The attic room was perfect for the four of us, especially the breakfast delivered to the room in the morning. The host was very kind. Room big enough for four. Bathroom a little challenging if you are tall but is manageable. (We had the attic suite) Breakfast was brought to our room and was very nice. We chose this location for its proximity to the train station as we had a 5:15 am train to catch for our departure and it is just a 10 min walk. The main sights are on the other end of the island which is quite a bit farther but we enjoyed navigating the bridges, narrow alleyways, and courtyards on our sightseeing journey. The B and B is on the Grand Canal but in a quieter location which was nice.

Laura greeted us, assisted with our luggage and reviewed the facilities, breakfast and gave us a map along with a booklet of recommended dining, shops, ferry info, etc. We stayed in the Attica room sharing with our friends for 2 nights. I wish we could have stayed 2 additional nights. It rained on and off both days and the first evening we brought a few groceries in from a local market and sat at the table in our “suite” with a bottle of wine, cheeses and fresh bread chatting! Later we enjoyed drinks at a local pizzeria then dinner at a fine restaurant from the recommended list. A frig is provided in the kitchen for your items and a carafe of water is provided as well! The views from our unit were limited but we were able to see the Grande Canal. The ferry pick up and drop is right out front! Will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

Laura is an outstandingly lovely and professional host. Laura’s B&B is very welcoming, making you feel at home from the beginning. Laura takes the time to chat with each guest upon arrival. She has put together a very good visitors guide for local restaurants, grocery shops, pharmacy and bottle shops. The location is perfect with a water bus top only 40 metres away but also easy walking to the attractions like St.Mark’s square. The B&B is only one stop from the train station. Our room was spotlessly clean and serviced every day to a high standard. The bed has the best mattress I have slept on at any accommodation anywhere in the world and we have travelled extensively. I highly recommend this B&B.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Our suite was a nice size for our family of 4 and the location was perfect for access to the station and airport bus departure as well as walking to all the main sights.
The room was clean, comfortable and the view just fabulous! We got used to the tooting horns of the boats and loved watching the boat traffic pass by.

Terrific B&B with lovely service (and breakfasts) from Laura - located just by a vaporetto stop on the Grand Canal, away from the main tourist areas but within easy reach. Very good dining options nearby - La Zucca especially, but ask Laura for others. Reasonably priced, very good simple facilities, exactly what we were hoping for. I'm sure we'll return.

Attic room was more than wonderful, lot of light, view to the Canal Grande, super clean and loved all little details in the room and bathroom. We were 4, 2 adults and 2 teenagers, very spacy room with very comfortable queen beds. Useful and important tips on Venice were given to us. Delicious breakfast served in the room. B&B at 10 minutes waking from the railway station and some 20-30 minutes walking to St. Mark's Square. Locker room available for the luggage after check out. We recommend the property to all, we were more than satisfied by all services and if going back we'll stay again there for sure. Thank you very much again to the owners!

She has a notebook filled restaurants and helpful hints of what to see/do and deal with any issue. The restaurants she suggested were excellent. We had a girls trip to Venice and three of us stayed in the quad room. It felt spacious enough for all of us not to be in each others way and had enough of everything we needed.
The location is great, easy to get to from airport, vaporetto stops and most things were easily walking distance. It’s out of the main tourist area so things were quieter and cheaper, but still so lovely and scenic.

The place is about a 10 minute walk from the bus station. The host was informative and had a binder of local favorites. The room was nice and clean. We stayed on the 3rd floor and there was a small elevator to use, which was a pleasant surprise. Every morning the host brought us breakfast to our room. Definitely recommend.

Before we arrived we were contacted by the owner Laura who helped us with the best way to navigate our way to the accommodation on the Venice transport options. We had the attic suite which was two double beds and private bathroom with shared access to kitchen etc.. The owner(s) couldn't have been more helpful with directions, local amenities, tips on where to eat or get ice cream, the accommodation was clean, comfortable, secure and thankfully air conditioned! Our family of four stayed here two nights in July. The location was excellent, 5 minute walk from train station and 15 minutes to the main square. The view of the grand canal was amazing.

Anna was the absolute best! We had the quad room in the attic which was perfect for a family of four. The B&B was centrally located and near Vaporetto stops, but in overcrowded touristy areas. Breakfast was amazing and dinner recommendations were superb. When our departing train was impacted by the rail strike, she was so helpful, as well. If we come back, we'll certainly book there again. 5 STARS!!

What a great way to start our trip to Italy! great location friendly and very helpful. located right on the canal with easy boat access to everywhere. Dining and shopping all close by. Laura is a great host and made us feel very welcome. If we were to travel to Venice again, we hope to stay at the Vista sul Canal Grande.

This property exceeded our expectation! The proprietors were always quick to respond to our inquiries. The directions to the location were clear and the room we had was so lovely and clean. They did have A/C in our room which was a wonderful bonus. There was some noise from the canal, but that is to be expected if you want the gorgeous view. I recommend an eye mask if you want to sleep in (we always bring them just in case) as our room was very bright in the morning. The breakfast was delivered to our room and it was fantastic. I would stay here again it was so wonderful!!

Breakfast was delivered to our room every morning and was really great as were able to pick things that we like. It was a quieter area which I really appreciated after walking to some of the more touristy places. The owner gave us recommendations of restaurants that the locals go to and were close by and they proved to be fabulous and reasonable!

The view was amazing, it was super close to a Water Taxi stop, and the made to order breakfast was delicious. Owners were accommodating with our luggage allowing us to check out but leave the luggage in a secured location thus allowing us to walk around Venice for a few more hours before our departure, I feel the view made it an unforgettable trip for us

Excellent stay close to the train station. We stayed in the family room and it was by far the largest room we have stayed in throughout Italy. It was comfortable, well decorated, and you can’t beat the view of the Grand Canal from the window. Breakfast was served in-room and was amazing. The hosts were very nice to deal with.
