Small clean room with great location. My room had a twin bed and small bathroom but perfect for me as I only slept and showered in the room. Short walk to the bus and train station - easy to find. There is a market nearby where you can buy wine, water and snacks. Would stay again.

Room was very basic and small. We were told we were given a bigger room, god knows what the original room would have been like as it was small. It stated in the info curtains or blinds, we just had shutters. It also said the room had a safe it did not. The staff were lovely, the whole of the hotel just needed a bit of love and updating.

The staff we dealt with were great help and service. The hotel is a few minutes walking distance from the trains and buses, very convenient.
The room was a good size but the mattress was a little bit bigger than the base so the edges of the matress weren't well supported at the extremities, and the mattress was not that comfortable so we did not sleep well. Our bathroom was not in the room it was a few steps away and we had it to ourselves though.
But the bathroom needs some clean up and new caulking as there were dark spots in multiple areas of the caulking and grout.
And although I could hear the fan working, I don't think it was pulling much or any humidity out of the air.

Good budget hotel in great location near railway station/bus station/car parking so you don't have to carry lots of luggage across Venice. Very friendly staff, basic breakfast, no aircon but provided fan kept us cool.
Vaparettos leave nearby, avoid No2 as it very busy, No1 is often quieter.
Nearby Ristorante Roma on the Grand Canal is great for drinks and food. (Place gets bad reviews from people expecting premium canalside tables for a couple of espressos, but those are reserved for diners. It'sa good place.)

It is NOT even worth the lower price. This place didn’t even qualify (imo) for 1 star. The site had WiFi at the check-in desk, BUT we could not connect in our 3rd floor room. It repeatedly said that we were not within range. When asked to share the password, the QR code came back “incorrect.” (Photos below) The AC did not work well. Our first night, the room was too warm. We called the front desk to lower the thermostat because it was NOT controlled in the room. Although the front desk claimed it was changed, the room only got hotter throughout the night and woke us up. The shower was exceptionally small with little water pressure. And the shower had mold to an extent that it appeared it had not been well cleaned for quite some time.

The property is old but decent. Enough space for a family of 3. Just the shower tile is slippery. The room is just hot and i'm not sure if air con was working. Breakfast was included and it was great (breads, yogurt, cereals, ham, cheese, boiled eggs, juice, coffee, and fruits) Location for us is very convenient. 3 min walk from the Sta. Lucia train station. Since we travelled via train, it was a great location with so many dining options nearby. If anyone is travelling with a lot of luggage and via train station, i highly recommend to stay close to the station without taking the ferry. I see a lot of people carrying their luggages in the bridge and there is so many stairs. It is easier to travel inside the town of san marco or rialto without dragging your luggages. So far it was a good stay.

I booked the double room and from the pictures, the room looks spacious enough but the actual room given to us was tooooo small. We can barely open the door of the bathroom because the bed is right in front of it. We need to go side ways to go out of the bathroom. We also can't open our luggages comfortably because there is only very little space in the room. We went to the front desk to ask for a different room because the one I booked was definitely not it and we were told we will be transferred in the morning since they are fully booked that night (mind you there was a walk in guest who is inquiring and he told him they have available room). I just did not want to cause a commotion so I said okay, we'll wait till the morning but the other staff in the morning told us the guy in the evening shift did not make a transfer request for us so now the rooms are booked. The room also says it has an air conditioning unit but there was none, there was a small tiny electric fan. We can't also leave the windows open because there no screen and some bugs can enter while we sleep. We were so uncomfortable the whole time but we just suck it up to not ruin our trip.

Great place in the heartvof Venice!

Really enjoyed our stay here! Perfect budget hotel right in the heart of Venice! It is very basic, so maybe not right if you prefer to relax in the hotel a lot, but if you just want a safe comfortable place to stay in the city this is a great choice. Staff were so nice and went above and beyond to help. Location is PERFECT! Just minutes walking from the bus stop, ferry station, and train station, so however you arrive, its easy to get to. You can easily explore the streets of venice from here by foot or it's close to a waterbus stop if you prefer. As I said, it is basic, so there is no microwave, kettle, or fridge, or temp control in the rooms, so it did quite stuffy, but the bed was very comfortable snd the staff gave us a fan to use to help with the air. If you want to stay in the city of Venice but can't afford the other prices you're seeing, this is a really great option and i highly recommend. One word of caution though - the website is outdated. It says they offer breakfast as well as airport pickup, which they apparently no longer do, just FYI.

This was our third stay here! We love the close location to the train station and bus to the airport. Also the boat taxi is only a few minutes walk. Plenty of restaurants and shopping. Rooms provide minimal amenities with older decor but perfect for a couple of nights. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful. They also provide breakfast although we have not taken it. I will definitely stay here again!

Good location for train station

Not a reflection on the hotel but there is no English speaking channel in Italy and with so much going on in the world, it is unsettling to be in the dark! Thank goodness for cell phones.

Look, it was Venice - Canal city. The room was very small and aircon did not work. Told this to the Spanish concierge who did her best to fix the problem. She shifted us to another room for the second night. Don't leave windows open or mosquitoes will bite. Rooms have no bar fridge...another disadvantage.

Great location right on grand canal short walk to train and bus station. Bed was a little hard but pillows were nice. We have stayed here 5 times and will stay again. Good value for this excellent location with many restaurants and a grocery stor close by.

Overall it did the job. Room was clean, location was great, and you couldn't hear the noise from the street.

My biggest issue was poor air conditioning. I kept having to ask them to turn on the a/c, and I kept being told that it would be turned on, but the room temperature kept getting warmer. This went on for the first 4 nights I was there. Eventually the a/c was fixed - I just felt somewhat dismissed (but no one was rude about it) the first few days I had asked about it.

Water pressure in the shower was also poor.

Excellent location, just a few steps away from the train station. It is a basic hotel and it is ok if you just want to spent a day or two in Venice without lots of conforts. For its price (almost 200 per night) i guess it could have offered us more. For example an extra pillow (it was very thin) or a bigger breakfast area. Breakfast was included in the price but the space was very small (only a few tables) and the waiters had to serve us. it was a bit weird.A buffet would have been better. Also there was a lot of noise coming from the street during the evening and it was difficult to sleep. Very friendly staff. They let us check in earlier and also keep our luggage the day of check out so we could stay a bit longer in Venice.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the train station and various restaurants, and at a good price. The decor was clean and simple if not a little dated. The windows were well-insulated from the street noise. We had a great night’s sleep ! Breakfast was very simple but tasty

El hotel está a unos cuantos minutos a pie de dónde termina el transporte de autobús desde el aeropuerto, por lo que la llegada fue rápida.
El hotel también está situado a unos cuantos metros de la estación de transporte a través de los canales, que es básico para recorrer la ciudad y llegar a las islas aledañas. Cerca hay muchos restaurantes (en toda la ciudad) y una pequeña tienda de conveniencia.
La localización es muy buena!
Además el personal fue muy amable y dió consejos importantes para recorrer y disfrutar de la ciudad.
El hotel ofrece un pequeño desayuno para empezar el día.

Enjoyable stay

The hotel is very convenient. We arrived by train and left by air and the hotel was a short and easy walk from both the station and terminal for the shuttle bus to the airport.
The room was small-ish and clean, the bathroom was very clean albeit slightly old fashioned and very compact.
Breakfast was cold items only (plus tea or coffee) in quite a small communal room and represented fair value for the price paid.
There are plenty of reasonably priced bars and restaurants nearby. It is easy to walk to the tourist centre of Venice from the hotel and get a water bus back.
The front desk staff were pleasant and enthusiastic. A good experience.
