The room is cozy, the bed was fantastically comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. Quiet, didn’t hear a thing outside. Two flights of quite steep narrow stairs to go up inside. There are several neighborhood bars around the corner. It was a short walk from the train station. Coop a few blocks over. We didn’t see or meet the hosts. It is self serve. The only thing missing was an iron. Would definitely stay again.

The rooms were very nice and remote check-in was easy. The only drawback for us were the very steep and long and narrow staircase with our large suitcases.

Great location not too far from the train station, so you can get situated and settled after a ~7 min walk from the main station. The staff is friendly and made sure the place was very nice and clean. Regardless of the room you choose, you’re sharing the building with 3 other rooms and noises travel fairly easily throughout the building but nothing overwhelming. Overall, we deeply enjoyed our stay and thought it was the perfect place to be to enjoy Venice comfortably.

I had it reserved for 2 nights, I couldn't even check in in the first night since they didn't receive my calls. On the 2nd night with the help of Hotels.com I was able to check in after waiting outside for 2 hours.
Do yourself a favor and book another property. This will just ruin your day waiting hours to check in and even after checking in you'll find your room is at 5th floor on a building without any elevator!

Everything was clean, with extraordinary bedding! The room was very small up steep flights of stairs, and other than the noise that travels too easily through walls, it was a comfortable stay!

Spotless room, close to train station, walkable distance of everything there is to see in Venice.I did not see any staff, but they were present if needed. And I know they were there, every time I'd come back in the late afternoon, my room has been cleaned up, bed was made, coffee replenished, new towel in bathroom. Nothing bad to say about the place.

Excellent Location - close to bus station to airport and train station and vaporetto stops. Walking distance to Rialto bridge crossing and St Marks but in quieter area . We had the top floor room which was larger and quiet.

I used Maps.me and downloaded Venice map before I left. Didn’t have to turn on my cell service in Venice. The place is easy to find. Maps.me is accurate, down to the house number. I arrived around 5:30pm. Easy check in. Slept comfortably. I could hear people at the next room but not a problem. The room and bathroom are very clean. Plenty of clean towels. There’s a supermarket within 3 mins of walking. Grabbed some salad for dinner. Central location.

Location and cleaniness was good. However we would not recommed staying here as we felt uncomfortable our entire stay. The walls are paper thin, so there is little to no privacy. Even if you try to be quiet, the doors all squeak. We never saw a staff member, how they do busines is interesting.
We were accused of being nosiey coming home one night (before 10pm). Apparently there are residential tenents living downstairs. If they cannot handle guests coming and leaving at different hours, maybe don't have a hotel.

I liked the fact it was tucked in away from crowds, but still accessible to all our activities. It was a 20 min walk to major attractions. You have to walk up stairs. It’s a shared kitchen/dining area and the rooms are close together. It wasn’t a problem for me, but my boyfriend didn’t like the closeness. We both didn’t like the bed. It was uncomfortable. We were there 2 nights. Laura was very nice. If you have a quick stay in Venice, I recommend this property.

We really liked staying here! Very convenient to the train station. Some delicious restaurants around the corner. We walked down to St Marks square and the Rialto bridge, via signage on buildings. Our sim cards did not provide great data for google maps, so finding the hotel at night was a little tricky. But thankfully they have a beautiful garden out front as a landmark.

We loved the handy location and it's also not too far from the bus/train station. We loved our room (junior suite), lots of space and everything we needed BUT the kettle in our room didn't work and the toilet seat was virtually hanging off the loo (a broken bracket). I messaged the owners on day 1 about these two items and was told they would try to sort out the issues on Monday. Nothing was ever done about this (we had chosen this room as we wanted a kettle in our room so that was disappointing). However, the room was spacious and the bathroom lovely (except for the squeaky doors). We really enjoyed the shared kitchen area and would probably stay here again.

Inaccurate location, bad service but clean place
The location stated on Google maps were not accurate and we spent an hour loitering the neighbourhood. When we finally found the location, the bed and breakfast guy refused to let us in even though we have booked the place. This resulted in us having to call the hotel while standing outside the hotel, in the rain.

Do not book this property. I called three days before our flight from the USA to Venice to confirm our rooms. The morning we started our flight to Italy the property emailed me that my card did not go through and they were going to cancel the room. Unfortunately I was travelling all day with no access to email. We flew for 14 hours and stood on the front door of this hotel only to be told they cancelled our rooms. We were stranded. Thankfully another hotel took us in. More $. I had booked this 9 months in advance and had credit card fraud months before the trip. I changed my card #. Even though I confirmed this hotel by phone (international call from USA) they still left us stranded after a full day of travelling. Very very disappointed. The other hotel we booked in Venice at the end of the week had contacted us a week before the trip and verified everything. No problems at all with the other hotel.

After we walked our luggage from the train station we were met by the proprietor, we were told there was plumbing issues and that we would have to walk 5 mins... no apology, no offer for compansation, no help with bag, 5 mins turned into all the way across the city (had we known we would have taken ferry instead of hauling our large luggage through an over packed city with lots of steps) This is after emailing us the previous dy to find out when we would be there, which would have been the time to tell us we would not be staying in the place we rented. The place that we were put had no shared kitchen, no amenities, and the TINY bathroom didn't drain, very bad experience, with no apology or anything to make it right.

The location is amazing. From the main train station it’s just a quick walk over the first bridge, and a few turns before you’ve arrived. Signs marking the ferrovia make it easy to get back to the station or grand canal.

TERRIBLE CLIENT SERVICE, literally this agency is only revenue focused and not at all in client experience focus. I asked for some flexibility on the checkin process and the answer was a NO, I asked for the wifi to be checked since it was not working NO ANSWER. Finally checkout time for them is max 10 am, I asked for some flexibility on checkout and they allowed only 30 minutes more. At 10,15 there was already someone knocking on our door hurrying us to leave. Hope they check their processes and specially their concierge and frontdesk area.

The facility was very nice but hard to find. Clean and comfortable room. Staff very helpful during check-in but then they leave and you’re on your own. A negative is the 4th floor walkup on narrow stairs. No elevator. Difficult when dragging suitcases up or down.

Quite location but still a close walk to many of the attractions. They have an electronic door that can be unlocked remotely by the owners when you buzz in. This makes checkin very easy. This also made it easy for us to leave our bags inside after checkout and swing by later to grab them before the train (which is very close). The rooms were updated, clean and comfortable. I booked this hotel as the photos looked great. On arrival, during our stay and on check out we didn't have any staff members of the hotel present. We then resulted to WhatsApp messaging and calling the number if we had any requests or issues (e.g. When our shower was leaking - which was quickly fixed the day after we notified them). We found the room and toilet quite tight for space too. Overall we were quite disappointed.

La Loggia was great for a brief stay in Venice. It’s an easy 10 minute walk from the train station, and it’s clear from the street that it’s the correct door. Mauricio and Laura weren’t there right when we arrived, but left keys and were there shortly after. The room is small but very clean, and the bathroom was fantastic. The shower was great. Would definitely stay again!

Very convinient location close to the train and bus stations. Also walking distance to Venice main attractions. A lot of restaurants, coffee places and shops around. Just google the address and review the streets before go because most of the GPS gets confused in Venice. The lodge is small but cozy. Only 4 rooms. 3 on the 2nd or 3rd floor(not sure how they count there) and the junior suite one floor up. So be prepared for narrow stairs. The rooms are modern, lovely bathrooms, windows, tv, air conditioning and a good bed. Coffee and cookies always available in the pantry area. Communication with the owners was excellent all the time. I really recommend this little paradaise in Venezia.

It took my husband and I a while to find this B&B and when we did, we were pretty much exhausted having lugged our suitcases around in the heat. We then found that we had to carry our suitcases up 2/3 steep narrow staircases to our room. The reception from the owner was not great. Although the room was ensuite and very clean, there was not a great deal of room and therefore wasn't very comfortable.
Would recommend that clear instructions are handed out to future guest on how to locate this B&B (not a hotel) and how to access it. Would also suggest pointing out that there is no lift!!

We had the room up in the rafters and it was cosy. There are a few steep stairs from the street enterance door to the room. The kitchen is shared with the other guests staying in the other rooms. The kitchen and all of the items in there were filthy, so not sure from other guests not cleaning up properly or if they are not checked from the cleaning staff. Our shower door was broken and couldn't close all the way so we always ended up with a bathroom floor covered in water

A lovely base for a short city break. . Handy kitchenette area with fridge was a bonus for keeping drinks chilled. Only slight issue was a dripping air con unit which we had to switch off which left the room rather stuffy and the drip a bit annoying at night .

Unexpected upgrade
Our flight from Madrid to Venice was delayed (strike in France) and we’d prepaid for two nights at La Loggia Della Luna. The owners felt badly for our troubles so when we arrived finally they informed us we’d been upgraded to their “Charming Palace” apartment nearly the Rialto Bridge. It’s a two story apartment (5th floor, walk-up) and is very nice with full kitchen, dining room, sitting room and bedroom. Very tastefully decorated, on a quiet little “campo”. Owner Maurizio was very kind, let us in right away, and allowed us to store our luggage after checking out the next day until we were ready to go on to our next stop. This upgraded accommodation for one night was easily worth the two nights we’d paid for and La Loggia Della Luna. Have no clue was La Loggia is like.

My husband and I had a remarkable stay. Everything was comfortable and clean. The area was a little hidden from the crowds but so quiet and worth it. Laura and Maurizo the owners were so kind and had great hospitality when offering snacks and drinks. We felt so comfortable in our stay and felt at home. Beds were very comfortable and although the room was a little small, it was perfect. I enjoyed our stay!

Fab place to stay- so kind with the mini Lindt Easter bunnies! Loved it. There were a couple of suspect dirt marks on the bedding (not stains) but only from where I suspect it had been briefly touched the floor outside before being put on the bed?
Other than that immaculate. Could do with a couple more coat hangers - great nespresso and biscuits. good shower, hairdryer and even ear buds! Excellent place- highly recommend.

La habitación es bastante cómoda, con espacio y el baño bastante grande, el uso de la cocina es compartida pero siempre fue ameno. Personal agradable y nos apoyaron con poder dejar el equipaje antes del check in sin costo, por lo que eso suma mucho. Cerca de la estación de trenes, pero un poco lejano al centro de Venecia, si no es inconveniente caminar es buena ubicación, ya que es tranquilo.
La escalera para llegar es un poco estrecha, por lo que si llevan equipaje grande puede ser un poco pesado.

It’s a good neighborhood to live in, there are a lot of local gems nearby and you still live within easy walking distance of all attractions and easy transport in and out of Venice.
The rooms are spacious enough and have all the necessary amenities that one would need.
However- as several other have pointed out there is a steep flight of stair of 2-3 floors to get to your room. I was a bit decieved by the pictures, the kitchen is a shared space between floors.
The check in and out was contact-less, I never met any staff except the cleaner (very nice guy!). However, the communication through Wattsapp was fast and efficient. It was also a lot of noice coming from outside and between rooms. If you’re staying here, bring only handluggage and some earplugs and something to cover your eyes to sleep longer than what the sun otherwise would allow.
