Rooms were nice, location great. Night staff Karen, wonderful. Morning staff Tom's customer service, horrible. They came to my room twice and called twice before check out tome, then harassed us while taking our things down to our car. 8 minutes after 11am he complained about. . It takes time to get up and down the stairs and to make sure you dont leaves anything. He was disrespectful towards me and my wife. He has horrible customer service. Other than that, San Jose was nice. Jokoy shpw was amazing.

The staff at front desk was great.The housekeeper did not clean the room every day. When she did clean it we had the same bed sheets there was lots of hair in the bed on our first day upon arrival. The rooms are ok not the best. But they will do when everything else is booked during superbowl week. Would not stay here or wouldn't recommend it.

Our room was never clean or asked if we wanted it cleaned, and in order to get new towels we had to take the dirty ones to the feint desk for inspection and then they would give you new ones .. if towels were damaged then they would take it out of your deposit

I was not told about the marathon going on the morning after my stay. I was unable to move my car from the parking lot and had to walk quite a ways to catch an Uber. The staff should have mentioned this so I could find other accommodations.

I got 2 twin beds ( 3 people traveling) and no handicap accessible no smoking didnt care about the non smoking HOWEVER the beds was SO SMALL i ended up sleepingin my car. The lady at hotel that was helping reserved the room became ignorant and unprofessional after resevation was completed on line. Got their and the guy was like well thats what you got so have a day

There was rarely anybody in the office to ask for additional items need like soap, they didn't offer shampoo, only gave us 2 soaps for 4 people for 3 days 2 nights, couldn't get additional trash bags. We asked for pool to be opened they said pool was open but every time we went it was locked and we saw others ask and it was locked. It was like the only time someone was in the office was check in and check out.

Arrived on a Thursday early afternoon, was not given a 2 bed that had been booked months prior and not sure why, as it was not crowded. Several issues with key cards on their doors.
Next day given 2 bed room, room had dried watermarks on sink and in bathroom. We were provided the bare minimum towels, had to get several key cards, they had to change their faulty key scan on the door twice...
Dust bunnies under pillows and several other floor and storage spaces, no cleaning service while there a few days.
Cleaning people did not apear to change out bedding while going from room to room, i stood in the parking lot and was at my vehicle observing this while i was doing stuff on my phone. The staff were seldomly helpful and didnt seem to know what was going on.

I have been here multiple times before, never had an issue until now I cut myself shaving grabbed a towel to stop the bleeding and they took 20.00 from my deposit. For a crappy towel that they will over bleach and use again. Much worse goes on in these rooms. I could have bought a whole set of better towels for 20.00 never staying here again

The room had a smell to it on check in. It felt humid and the bath tub was definitely not the cleanest, the pillow cases were stained we had to buy our own pillows “the bedding was itchy we bought a blanket and slept on top of the comforter and on our last night we had to listen to a domestic violence incident taking place .. I would not recommend a stay here spend the extra for better!!

To start off the receptionist there was utterly unhelpful when it came to getting a room. So I booked it through the App in order to not have further issues getting a room using my account with my fiance's card because of ID issues. They didn't even want to give me the WiFi password, let alone write it on my room card holder. The bedding had burn holes in it. The pillows seemed like wadded cotton in a case and the bed was worse than jail! Never coming back to that place, plus I hold my standards higher than that!

I read the many negative reviews on this place but I feel like I need to remind people that you get what you pay for. My room was sufficiently clean but the mattress in room 134 is worn out. Not a big deal as I was so tired from a long day at work, I probably could have slept on a park bench. There were no cockroaches and everything in my room was functional. If needed in a pinch, I would stay here again.

The room was OK but the tweekers up all night. Slamming doors;, talking on their phones right outside the door and having loud conversations. It was so hard to get any sleep. Only stayed here because it allowed pets with no addl fees. Other than that not a good experience.

I love that this property is short walking distance (1/2 mile) from Amtrak and if you need to rent a car that Hertz is across the street. Five Guys restaurant is down the road and San Jose International airport is 10 minutes away by car. Property is basic no frills but I was able to access my room right away. I did not have to wait after traveling all night.

I was not able to talk to a manager. After first night of waking up in an oven. A/C failed. Went to full heat and would not shut off. Asked to move to another room they did not have one. Asked for fans they did not have that either. They pulled power to a/c unit. They were able to repair a/c while I was working local convention but it was a miserable day with having no sleep. Also one in our group stayed also. Said they had no A/C and some tried to enter there room. Stranger had a key that worked on their door. This place is barely functioning and is not secure. No compensation for horrible stay.

The first room they gave me had a bed with a blanket covered in cigarette burn marks…the flooring had 3 inch gaps between the “planks” and was also peeling up. Second room wasn’t much better but no cigarette burn marks. Bathroom was disgusting. Cant even describe it. Oh, the sink and mirror is in the open area of the room so your family or whoever can watch you get ready.
Do not waste your time or money here! A migrant hotel is a few doors down and the whole street and surrounding area is filthy!

This hotel should not be on any list it is horrible. I think it's a place where people live like apartments. There was lots of vehicles coming and going, also I believe forgive me if I'm wrong but there might have been prostitution occurring.

The staff was kind and understanding. Check-in was fine, then I got to my room. Approx. 1 dozen children playing in parking area near my car. There were social service offices occupying 2 or 3 rooms. Belligerent youth smoking marijuana directly in front of my 2nd floor unit. I felt unsafe. This is not a property to reserve for your guests without proper warning. They need to make up their minds whether this is a motor inn or housing for the downtrodden. The price was comparable to other properties, and more than airport units. I chose the property because I was traveling with pets and wanted a motel style rental with close proximately to my brand new car.

Great location for SAP. Manager was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was fairly quiet and there was plenty of parking. The beds were pretty uncomfortable as you could feel the springs in the mattress. It was in a relatively safe area with plenty of restaurants/food within walking distance.

not my kinda place to stay i was not happy with this motel. no closet, no iron you can get on from the desk put you have to leave your license. No coffee pot or tea. No ironing board i had to iron my clothes on the bed. The shower curtain had a dried snot on it.

Placed us right next to the stairs, people going up or down sounded like the window was shaking. All in all for a motel 6 I guess its standard. Need a bed and thats it? Then go here. Plan to sleep? There was no stay as my reservation was given to someone else 15 minutes before my arrival. After 45 minutes of the manager calling other rooms in the area she found me a place to stay 5 miles away. Why make a reservation if the room is given away before you arrive

They didn't have a thermostat in the room, they didn't offer shampoo or toothbrush when I forgot mine. In fact they wanted me to spend over $3 out of a machine for the toothbrush. The staff was kind and respectful.
