Great stylish studio apartment. Location is good- able to walk everywhere or take public transportation. The apartment was clean, comfortable and quiet. The checkin and check out was easy and the staff was friendly. I would easily recommend it.

Wrll positioned with a safe and reasonably priced nearby parking.
Tv had no remote control and there were hazardous wires hanging off/near the air conditioning unit.
Can be quite loud with people talking/singing below windows in the dead of night.
We had to leave a day earlier and the management did not see fit to even give us a small discount for the payment of the room and no attendance. I thought that was unfriendly and a bit short sighted.

Exterior looks like a building occupied by punkers. Reception was tiny and busy, but effective. We got a day short on our keys, but it was fixed quick enough. Rooms were clean, cool, quiet, and functional. Nothing fancy at all but we had a very good sleep over 3 nights. Showerhead was terrible.

Fantastic location... with a few issues.

This place is a fantastic spot to stay in Ljubljana. It is right next to Dragon Bridge, and not even 5 minutes from the main Old Town area. Ten minute walk to the train station. That all being said.... I gave it 3 stars for the following reasons.
The fridge, which I definitely planned on using... did not work. I went to the place where you check in and told them, and the man at the desk basically said \"well, I guess it'll have to be fixed then.\" No kidding... it did not get fixed. The shower had hot water... most of the time, but the pressure was so high it actually hurt the most sensitive parts of the body. The room is very small, which wasn't a problem for me being solo, but 2 people would probably be a crowd. I stayed for 3 nights.... the second night there was a terrible smell in the room that I could not figure out. It disappeared after that night, but it was bad. Lastly, the walls are not soundproof. I could hear the neighbour's snoring throughout the nights I was there.

Other than those things, the place is great for your stay in Ljubljana, and would be a great place to use as a base for seeing Ljubljana. I just wasn't impressed with the interaction with staff and the other small things. If the fridge worked, and the shower didn't feel like razorblades, I'd stay here again for sure.

I stayed two nights at this hotel, and I was very happy with my stay the only downfall they were having a bit of issues with the Wi-Fi, but it was corrected once I informed them twice that it was not working if you cannot do stairs do not say it at this hotel there is no elevator. it was the perfect location and I had a beautiful room looking over the river would definitely stay here and recommend this hotel

Comfy stay in an urban area of town.

Super comfy bed and pillows. Awesome view of the river and perfect location. Very friendly staff.

However, one of the doors didn’t work and I was locked out and had to wait for someone else to come let me in. And the shower is like needles, it can hurt sensitive parts of the body.

It’s their policy….

As a forign traveller, I don’t have any local phone. We all know that.
Some restaurants take reservation by phone calls. So I asked to make reservation but the person at the front desk said “we dont do that” and wouldn’t do that “as their policy”. I have to show some understanding, but it was very inconvenient and I ended up walking to the restaurant to make a reservation.

What a gem!

An absolute yes to staying here again. Perfect location- a few steps away from the Dragon Bridge and a 10 minute walk to/from the bus station. The room was a perfect size for me since I was traveling solo. Very clean, and you can’t beat the price per night!

Slovenia is one of the more expensive countries in the Balkans. With that said, this hostel is pretty reasonable based on the location and proximity to the touristic sites and bus/train station. I had a private room for 2 nights. Very small but didn't need much either. Staff members were very friendly and helpful at all times. Only small issue, walls in hotel are paper thin and taking a warm shower in the evening was impossible. It seems like the hot water was limited to so many gallons a day so by the end of the day all you get is lukewarm water. Very disappointing for people like me who live for a taking a hot shower at the end of the day. Otherwise all was good and I would highly recommend this hotel/hostel.

This was a great spot to stay. I ended up arriving in the middle of the night, and the hotel staff made arrangements for me so that I was able to get in easily. The room itself was clean and had everything I needed. The building itself was a bit run down, but the entire area where the rooms are was renovated and nice. The location really can't be beaten, its walkable to everywhere you would need to go and a quick walk to the train and bus station as well. Would recommend this spot to anyone!

A great place to stay

This place has a great location and when it is finished will be a really good place. Upon arrival the building looks tatty and not very promising, you check in at a hostel desk in a building about 50m down the street and they have luggage storage available however it is outside in a locked cage in a courtyard. The staff were helpful on check in and showed us to the room in the building down the street. The building appears to be a work in progress. Our room was very good, it was perhaps a bit small for 3 people as it was a triple room but being just 2 people it was ok for us. The beds were very comfortable, kettle, cups and teabags in the room was great, lots and lots of tv channels including lots of channels in english. There are a few minor issues such as a couple of electrical cables coming out of the walls/ceiling (work in progress) there is no bed side light, we couldnt find any heating controls, we think this is what the wire out of the wall was for. We could open the window if it got too hot so it wasnt an issue. The room was modern and everything was new, just a few finishing touches needed. The best thing though is the location, just a few minutes from the train station and bus station and literaly a few yards from the dragon bridge and all the city centre attractions yet in a relatively quiet spot.

I stayed here in a private room with my dog, and the staff were very sweet. The room was basic, as was attention to detail, but what more do you need? Location was excellent, they had luggage storage, and they were also very accommodating of my request for a late check-out!

Good location for exploring Ljubljana. Staff were friendly and helpful, but seemed to be very busy with only one staff member looking after the place. The room was spacious and clean. The outside of the building might look a little rough but the inside was great! Appreciated the coffee machine in the hallway.

Great room in perfect location.

Clean comfortable room right by the Dragon Bridge, for a great price.

I booked a double room w shared bathroom and was allocated the room on the top floor, so the bathroom was only used by me. The bathroom had the view of the castle and looked brand new. Room is spacious and comfy.

Check in is at H20 hostel on number 47 of the same street. The building looks a bit dodgy from the outside but the room's great.

In the heart of the old town

Check in at the hostel 4 doors down. Rooms are located at the Dragon bridge.

There is a bit of a sewage smell in the room to begin with but we just opened the window. Room still need some things done to it as wires still hanging out the wall. The shower was excellent

Excellent location just off the Dragon Bridge. 10 minute walk from the train station, 5 minutes from the main square and 2 minutes from two sizeable supermarkets. Check-in is at the hostel 50m down the street. Staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful with our laundry. Room was very functional and clean.

Budget hostel at best.

Good location along the river bank, 100 m from the Dragon Bridge. But a tiny cramped room on the second floor, no lift.No reception, key is a few doors down the street. Small but clean bathroom. Close to markets and sights in the city centre.

As per my request, I got dragon bridge & cathedral window view. There was kettle & glass for making hot tea/coffee. It's useful especially there was rainy day.

Great Location in the Hart of the City

Excellent location right beside the river, and just steps from the main square. The exterior of the building is old, but the rooms are completely renovated, which gives you the best of both worlds. It's also not that far to the bus/train station on foot.

Tip: if you go to Lake Bled, go in the morning, because that's when the sunlight hits the church island.

A localização é excelente, próximo a ponte do dragão, fizemos o roteiro todo a pé. O quarto estava impecável! Bem limpo, ar condicionado funcionando, chuveiro excelente. Chegamos pela madrugada, a recepção não é 24h, mas eles tiveram o cuidado de deixar a chave do meu quarto com as instruções de como chegar nele (literalmente o passo a passo com fotos e setas - amei isso). Eu havia entrado em contato com eles antes e avisado sobre a minha previsão de chegada e deu tudo certo. (Só tive dificuldade de achar os números, mas eles deixaram fotos da entrada).

Situé à proximité du centre-ville de ljubljana, nous avons pu découvrir cette magnifique ville avant de nous rendre en Croatie.
Le rapport qualité prix est tres competitif pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants.

立地はよく、ドラゴンブリッジが至近距離です。川の反対側（お城側）にSPARとHOFAというスーパーがあり、食料品等の買い出しにも便利でした。

部屋についても清潔です。川沿いだからか、やや部屋が湿気を感じましたけれども、エアコンをつけて少し除湿すれば快適です。

チェックイン時間前に到着したものの、部屋のクリーニングが終わっているとのことで、すぐ部屋に案内していただき、大変助かりました。

I don't know which score this ends up at. But it was actually really, really nice. The place was nice, nicely located (really nicely located actually!) the girl at the reception was friendly and helped me out with a few things which was helpful being a turist and all.

Unfortunately I was staying next to, I think, a family who had no respect for anyone what so ever. Smoking in their room, running on the hallway, being noisy (they were noisy at 22:00 when I went to sleep), shouting, crying, knocking on their own door (???). I guess, since the rooms were in a different building than the reception, there isn't a lot of upkeep vis a vis dumb guests. Not the hotels fault though, sometimes you just get unlucky with whoever else is staying there. Maybe the walls were thin, I don't know. I would definitely stay here again if I went to Slovenia.
