Perfect location for our visit to Ljubljana. Canal view through our window. Lively activity outside the window, but when you shut the window you could not hear the street activity. Great bed and terrific shower. Staff were pleasant and helpful. We would book again.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. On some levels it met my expectations and other times it was a disappointment.
Strict welcome - room not ready at 1.30pm. Fair enough as check in is not till 3pm. Even though a couple before me got their room. Luck of the draw. Sign a waiver that they are not responsible for luggage you leave with them. Didn't make me feel terribly confident.

housekeeping had left previous guests' shampoo & body wash bottles in the shower & an odd slipper under a chair. I couldn't be bothered to get them to come up again as after a long international connecting flight, I just wanted a bed to sleep.

Breakfast - Good with choices. Coffee machine did not work the whole time, so they had to help make. Ran out of croissants and told that would be 30-40 minutes for more. It is a lovely little hotel in the old part of the city. Next to the river. The young man who checked us in (and out) was really helpful and lovely! Our room was number 33. It’s a good size and very nicely decorated. The bedding and bathroom were super clean which is great. Comfortable bed and pillows. There were a lot of cobwebs in the room (which I didn’t like!) the tv only had two channels that were working and the kettle didn’t turn itself off but apart from that, it was great! Breakfast was very good. A choice of hot food alongside breads and pastries. The waitresses weren’t great with allergens (allergic to cheese). We ordered one ham omelette and one ham and cheese omelette and I got the one with cheese (she said it was without cheese). I always double check so didn’t eat it until I’d inspected both! I would definitely stay here again-all the negatives I’ve mentioned were really minor so would recommend this place.

The location is undoubtedly in the middle of things, which is great but limiting on that there's no way you could sleep with the window open due to the noise, either later on or 7am tunes blaring whilst breakfast set up is going on (music stopped by 8 when breakfast started). On the plus side the double glazing is amazingly effective and cuts all this out, the downside then being you will swelter in the heat of the room with the totally pathetic air con. This can be set to 20 but no lower and the strength of the fan is rubbish. Terrible night's sleep. The room and hotel were nicely decorated. The people on reception when we checked in and out could have been friendlier.

It is in the desirable area where good restaurants in back streets are in proximity. The room was good and spacious, and generally very quiet though in the middle of the city. There was a loud music going after 2 am nearby, surprising that is legal. The bar staff are a little oblivious to pay attention as it was not clear how breakfast was to be ordered. Great location.

スロヴェニア出張で上司と1泊しました。朝9:15に到着し、さすがにアーリー・チェックインは無理でしたが、リュブリャーナ城など、観光スポットのど真ん中で、周辺にレストラン・バー、スーパーなどの買い物施設も多く、非常に便利でした。ウェルカム・ドリンクはもちろん、翌朝の出発が早く、朝食を取れないことを伝えると、朝ごはんのお弁当を用意してくれたり、出発のタクシーも定刻の10分前に到着するなど、最初から最後まで安心のサービスでした。今回は利用しませんでしたが、ホテル接続のレストランもミシュラン選出歴がある模様で、また泊まりたいです。

Wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of old town with a multitude of shops, sights and dining options within steps. Bit of a walk with luggage from where the car drop off is however the benefit is that the area is essentially a pedestrian only zone which is wonderful when out and about both day and night.

Ljubljana was a real treat! This place is THE definition of a cafe culture. So many awesome dining and grind options within a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel restaurant is even a Michelin star in 2021… great food and great place!

I feel obliged to give this hotel a good review even though I checked out early, simply because the staff here is truly outstanding. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the air conditioning during a heatwave, and the room was unbearably hot. However, the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout, and allowed me to check out early with a partial refund. I would not hesitate to come back here during the spring or fall when air conditioning would not be an issue.

The hotel is down a small side street off the main walkway along the river. There are lots of dining options in the immediate vicinity, and the Vander Urbani has a restaurant where we ate breakfast each morning. Our spacious room was contemporary, with a large bath enclosed by a glass wall with curtains for privacy. Double windows shut out the noise from people dining alfresco nearby. We like it, and would recommend to friends.

Wonderful stylish hotel and restaurant located right on the pedestrian promenade by the river. I had a room open to the side street and it was quiet enough with the windows open. I also relaxed by the rooftop infinity pool in the setting sun. Would have stayed a 2nd night but it was fully booked.

Great location for exploring the city - everywhere is walkable from the hotel. Hotel has a lovely modern and friendly boutique feel. Staff all very accommodating. Great breakfast included with lots of options and large portions. Only thing visitors may want to consider is our bathroom had a transparent glass wall and door which may not be suitable for all people sharing a room! Not sure if all rooms have this feature.

Boutique hotel in the centre of Ljubjlana. The location was great as was the food at breakfast, and the service in the restaurant, and they did a nice breakfast dessert for my partner's birthday.

The curtain was hanging off in the room, and there was no fridge in the cupboard in our room. It was clean, but felt tired. Hotel is located literally in the centre of town so it's massively convenient for all city attractions. Room was very clean although the hotel wi-fi strength didn't reach the room which given it was only the 2nd floor (room 26) was a disappointment given a) this is a 4 star hotel and b) its nearly a given to have in modern times. Air-con in room was good and the noise from the street was excellently blocked out by triple glazed windows (couldn't hear a thing!). Bed was great, breakfast was really good, staff overall friendly although seemed a tad bored(!) at times ... overall I would recommend this hotel.

Very good location! The reception women were very nice and helpful. The rooms a little dated, especially the well-used purple carpet and horrible old sofa couch. Many small bars and restaurants very close. The hotel bar was small tables mainly outside, because the weather was nice, the problem with that is that most people smoked, and we don’t like to smell cigarette smoke especially while dining. We did eat one dinner inside the hotel, and the food was fine, but not great.
Our best meal was at Ta Bar just a block or so away. We also had a nice dinner up at the castle (Gostilna Na Gradu 2000) and a very nice lunch at the sister restaurant in the castle at Lake Bled, with a view of the lake. Makalonca is a nice bar on the river. We loved Ljubljana and Slovenia!

An ok experience, however I guess I had wrong expectations. The rooms are small (but that's it in the very city center), Zen rooms don't have a desk for light working, the building next door looks directly into the room, hence one has to pull up curtains which obviously makes the room dark. There were only 2 wall plugs that I could find, paradoxically one on the exact opposite side of the room, making charging phones, tablets etc, a bit challenging.
Beyond that the hotel has a nice vibe, stylishly decorated and I'm sure it probably comes to life more in the summer, as it has a nice lounge at the roof top. The restaurant at the ground floor is ok.
There is no parking at the hotel, obviously since it's in the walking area of the Ljubljana, so if you come with a car it's another ~20€ for overnight parking, just keep that in mind.

Location on the river is superb for access to everything within walking distance. Roof top deck and pool was a very enjoyable area to lounge in the evening and hear music and see the lights from the city below with fantastic views of the castle on the hill behind the hotel. The Interior décor was modern. The morning continental breakfast was excellent with many options including ability to order from the kitchen. Staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Top marks for location, you are on the river right in the centre of the old town. The hotel offers a good standard of accommodation but because it is built in converted buildings the rooms are on the smaller side, then again you will be wanting to spend most of the time out in the streets enjoying the food, drink and atmosphere of the town. Be aware that you can not drive to the hotel but there are electric buggies that can pick you up from the local car parks and take you to the hotel.

This luxury boutique hotel is centrally located in the old town immediately adjacent to the river. The contemporary decor is comfortable although it will not be to everyone’s tastes. There were issues with the air-conditioning during our stay but the staff was very accommodating and there was a fan in the room. The rooftop pool is beautiful and worth a visit. Great location - entrance is 1/2 block off the River and some rooms overlook the River. The vibe is uber cool - lots of gray and transparent glass views into the bathroom - more appropriate for couples than singles traveling together (my husband and I shared one room) our sisters in law shared another and were a bit put off by the bathroom vibe.

The hotel location was fantastic, right in the middle of the old town. Which means you will need to wheel your suitcase for approx 500m, as cars aren’t allowed in the old town. Small price to pay for such a great location.
