The shower unit was not clean, the water did not run away after shower, the sink had brown marks which I had to clean before using, the plugs, bottom of tv and headboards were dusty. The room was not cleaned next day, used towels not collected or replaced, tea and coffee sachets not topped up or toilet rolls replenished. After complaining we were offered complimentary water about 19.00, clean towels and toilet rolls were then brought to the room. Seriously unprofessional, altogether not good experience.

The room was lovely, the reception area was nice, and the staff were great. Our only gripe, and unfortunately it was a big problem hence why I couldn't give 5 stars, was how uncomfortable the beds were. They were that bad that my husband has had back ache all day since leaving the hotel. Neither of us slept much due to the awful mattress, There's no point having a lovely hotel but an awful bed. Sadly that lets it down massively. But 4 dtars for everything else.

Really nice modern bright hotel, convenient for a quick exit to the M40, although no local restaurants or pubs within walking distance. Rooms are very good with large bed and TV, SMEG kettle and fridge included in the room but fridge decided to make very strange noises at 3am in the morning! Also the mattress in room 224 is past its best and needs replacing, springs very squeaky and uncomfortable when moving around, I would have mentioned this at check out but was not asked how our stay was, on the plus side they did wavier the onsite parking charge. Breakfast was great with full hot English options available along with the usual continental options. A few niggles as mentioned, but would recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay again when visiting the area.

Stayed in 12 hotels during this trip. This Hampton in High Wycombe was by far the best and was not the dearest by any manner. It is an almost perfect Hôtel. Great staff. Spotlessly clean. Amazingly designed rooms where everything just works. Space at sink for your supplies, large comfortable shower with good water pressure and hot water. Kettle, fridge, hairdryer, iron, big screen television, air conditioning, comfortable bed, lots of space. Just a really well designed and cared for Hôtel. Cannot recommend highly enough!

We found it a bit cold in the reception/breakfast area , this would of been great a few weeks back when weather was so hot.We turned air con off in our room but still found it cold at night.
The room could have done with a bit more of a dusting in some areas as I dropped my phone down side of sofa and discovered big clumps of dust behind .But other than this we had a very enjoyable stay.

This is a relatively new hotel so the decor and feel of the hotel a good. However this was let down by the cleanliness of the room. Hairs in the shower tray, dirty shower head and waste of inches of dust under the bed. Not too much of an issue unless you drop something on the floor to be met by a cloud of dust coming out at you. Also very disappointed by the very noisy springs in the mattress. So don’t move an inch at night of you want a quite nights sleep. I have reported this to the hotel with video and photos but no response.

Most of the staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. One woman at breakfast was rather brusque and bossy and a initimidating in her manner. I believe she has a disability with one of her arms. I had forgotten that the breakfast time was different on weekdays than on the weekend and arrived a bit late when the coffee machine had already been switched off. She treated me like a small child to be told off, which I found to be an inappropriate way to address any customer. Therefore, I recommend better customer service training in manners and professional conduct for the kitchen/breakfast staff. I found the room to be clean and comfortable, though the bathroom is a bit small and you have to step up to get into the shower cubicle, which is not very convenient. There was a dirty stain in the carpet in front of the room across from my room which I reported and which was then only partially cleaned. I liked that the room was quiet and the the cleaners did not wake me by making banging noises while cleaning adjacent rooms, as has happened at many other hotels that I have stayed at. The hotel has a big Waitrose just a few min walk away, which is very convenient. However the prices at the Waitrose were quite high. The reception staff were all helpful. However, I had a major issue with the taxi driver from the company called by the hotel. The taxi driver was rude + very aggressive and I asked him to return me to the hotel within minutes of leaving as I felt concerned for my safety.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and once again, it did not disappoint. The rooms were spotless and incredibly spacious. The staff at check-in were warm, welcoming, and accommodating. We had a fantastic night's sleep, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. A special mention to the lovely staff member with red hair—she was exceptionally kind and went out of her way to ensure everyone felt comfortable and well cared for during breakfast. This is a nice hotel with polite and helpful staff and was quite a contrast from many other hotels I have stayed at recently in the UK. I liked the larger than average fridge in the room and decor. The breakfast was good, though it would be nice if it finished later during the week with the same timings as on the weekends. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, though the bathroom was a little small, but manageable. A walk in shower would definitely be better. Unfortunately, the taxis called by the hotel were not very professional, but apparently there are not very good taxi services in the area.

Very easy to get to and good parking. Staff were helpful. If you park at the back of the hotel and enter your reg at the check in desk, the parking is free. Room was very well appointed and comfortable. Had a fridge, iron, ironing board, hair dryer , safe and kettle. Can't think of anything else that anyone would need.
