A beautiful, old hotel with beautiful architecture and wonky stairs. The staff were excellent. The rooms were well equipped, the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean, modern and spacious. It is in the centre of the town. Parking is available a little way away but thete is a paying carpark on the doorstep. Dinner was superb, breakfast was delicious.

The Feathers is in a great location, being on the high street and clise to all the amenities. We parked in the nearby car park. It cost £7 for overnight parking. That is 50p less than parking in the hotel carpark.

Cloe the deputy manager was awesome! We had a medical event & she absolutely owned it! Rang 111 with us, relayed info,organised taxi to ED,showed that extra genuine care by sending us with water and biscuits, made sure the night porter knew we would need access & checked in with us in the morning extending check out without us asking! She did all this with professionalism and respect and led her team to give a seamless friendly & efficient service. Would recommend without hesitation and 5 stars!!

Room 2 was nice, reasonably spacious, comfy bed, nice en-suite, but pretty warm despite radiator not bring on and we couldn't open a window to cool it down.
The reception, bar and restaurant team were all excellent, service was good even with restaurant being busy.
The lounge and restaurant areas are lovely, the bar not quite as nicely decorated and furnished but perfectly fine.

I understand that this property is an old building and it’s difficult to do some changes but our room (11) felt as if it was on a slope. The property felt very tired and dusty and the room quite cramped there was a small table that was of no use at all. We didn’t eat at the property. Very good central location. Would have preferred a room out the back as quite a lot of road noise.

Excellent heritage hotel (former coaching inn) in thriving Ledbury. Room was clean and comfortable, with pretty terrace outside the room. Large and yet also cosy bar with great choice of drinks. The restaurant looked very inviting, but we ate at the outstanding '33 The Homend' nearby, recently granted a Michelin star. Free parking. Only negative was that the heating wasn't working but it wasn't really needed, and I am confident they will fix it

We stayed in the 1 bed cottage in the hotel complex. It was very comfortable and very clean. We didn’t need cleaning daily but they still left the refill of coffee, teabags, water etc for us which is very useful.

Our experience staying in room 22 was pretty disappointing. It seems that every other room has a secure lock on the door, while the key for room 22 had two teeth. When you're traveling with very important possessions, its an uneasy feeling leaving you belongings in a room with such little security. I understand that it is a historic hotel, but the consistency between the rooms you provide is inadequate. Room 22 also has a very noticeable pitch to the floor, which in turn makes the bed in the room difficult to sleep on. Again, I understand that it is an older hotel, but this made the experience bad. I would recommend that the hotel at least put some blocks under the headboard to level out the bed so you're guests' feet arent higher than their head while they're trying to sleep. I was traveling with family who also requested the Superior Double Room, and the differences between the two rooms that I saw couldn't go unnoticed.

Especially at the prices that you have these cocktails listed for. Really impressed with the hotel room we had, and the care and attention of staff. Room appears to have be recently remodelled. Little touches were really appreciated like welcome note, radio turned to classical station giving gentle background music ehen we entered the room. Nespresso machine was very welcome, and the comfort of the room was superb. Well done. I have stayed in many hotels, but this was the best i have stayed in in the UK. Keep it up. Ledbury is lovely town with friendly people surrounded by Malven hills.

Very nice hotel the public areas are superb, the restaurant was lovely but rather expensive, so were the drinks. But the bed was the worst bed we have ever slept in. It was so uncomfortable, we hardly slept a wink, so much so that at 05.30 we couldn’t stick it any longer so we left the hotel.

Central heating in Eve’s cottage was not working, temperature was only 15 degrees C so we had to use the 2 electric oil-filled heaters to try to warm it up, by 11pm it was comfortable!

The ancient building was what I wanted -- sloping floors, beams, complicated corridors. I love this sort of old inn. Being in the centre of the town was perfect for sightseeing and exploring, especially when one doesn't have a car.

Really historical building, wonky stairs and huge beams. Very plush furnishings. Our room was on the small size, but cosy and well appointed. All the staff were super friendly and efficient. We only ate once in the hotel as you are spoilt for choice in the area. We had cocktails which were fabulous one evening and breakfast on the last day. We chose pay as you go rather than fixed price. The eggs benedict were perfect. Highly recommend staying at this hotel.
