Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was small and there was no room for a desk or storage space for clothes, so not a great choice when staying on a business trip. The bathroom was also very tight but serviceable. Parking is limited, managed to get the last space, but great to have.

Tight room if you should need to get ready for a formal night and no storage provided other than 2 hangers on hooks. Cheaper than most but would only book again if Travelodge or Premier Inn were not available.

Room was very cramped, you have to walk sideways like a crab to get between bed and walls. No wardrobe, only two coathangers, only one towel (but reception happy to supply more if asked) odd because we booked for two people.

Friendly and helpful front desk staff and easy check-in. The room was clean and had everything I needed for a one-night stay - bed, TV, shower. The temperature control was a bit fiddly to operate but once I got it working the room was warm. No tea/coffee making facilities or water glasses. There are a variety of places to eat and drink close by on the main road (Banbury Road) on which the hotel is located.

Clean looking hotel inside corridor and rooms only a few slight issues from me, lack of space in room no bins, no like side table to put things like cups on, no mirror on bedroom wall, tv good good good air conditioning and heating i would of stared this 5 if it had their other accessories that you normally have in hotdl room, only have a little bin for the bathroom, staff where really friendly, location looks closer then actually does in the map but its a good 2 miles bus seems better to catch like i did.

Its a standard easyhotel, so we didn't expect too much. The staff are very helpful, even though there was a self check-in/out screen. The room that we got we quite cramped, compared with the easyhotel rooms in some other cities we visited. However, it was clean and the beds were comfy, and the bathroom was quite adequate. It tends to be used by visiting schoolkids, so the corridors can get noisy. The location in summertown is far and takes 30min walk to city centre (at least), but there are great food and grocery shops around the area.

We were locked out of our room for 6 hours without our phones or money. Was checking hourly with reception on updates for someone who was going to come open the door Maintence team? Then someone else? Then a lock smith, was told will be here soon every time we checked in with them. We missed our dinner reservations and got back in to our room at 11pm luckily there was a food truck which is where we finally got some dinner. Felt like the staff were fobbing us off and not really bothered to much about us - being 3 months pregnant and worrying if we will ever get in our room again or eating dinner! We was also told we would get an email? From management in relation to compensation but 3 days have passed and no contact from anyone at the hotel. There was no management on site over the weekend which we found strange nor contact with them about this terrible situation.

However, a member of staff told us to come back at a certain time as he would give his parking space. Only thing that kept me from giving it a 5 star review is that the room even though it had a small window, it was not possible to open it and let fresh air in so it could get quite warm and dry.

The room was fine and very clean, but it is very small and there is no chair to sit in or table to put things on. There aren’t even plastic glasses in the bathroom, but they did let me use two paper coffee cups from the lobby. The parking set up was excellent and the staff were very friendly. It was also very convenient to shops and a short bus ride from the City Centre and colleges. Good value for the money.

If you’ve wondered what sleeping in an officers cabin on a submarine then this is the place for you. Except cabins on submarines are designed for the ultimate space to provide as much storage space as possible. The room was so small that I believe if you were of normal size you may still get stuck between the wall and the bed.

Instead of a block mattress base put it on sticks with an open bottom for luggage storage. 3. With everybody charging electric devices at night add a bedside table with a few draws for people to put personal items in. Also people who take medication need them near them as most people take them when they wake up or go to bed. There is no chair and no writing table which in this time many people do work on personal computers is making things difficult for guests, especially business travellers. People really need to know there is no desk area when booking. They do offer rooms without windows. That kinda tiny cruise ship cabin that will cause severe depression at the end of the trip. Without any source of natural light, the windows are too small as well, will have a detrimental affect on your emotions and physical health. This has been proven for a very long time. Staff helped us check in so was really easy. Nice and friendly staff happy to give out extra pillows and towels. Dirty towels removed from outside room when dirty. Aircon noisy and only went down to 19 degrees so hot in room all night. Ear plugs needed because of noise of aircon. Storage only under bed very little space to move around in. Stayed 3 nights but that's probably the most we could have stayed in those conditions. Great location for buses into Oxford and good shops, bars and restaurants near by.
