I think our stay with the property was great. The staff and property were above expectations.

My frustration has been with billing. By booking through Expedia, we don't have an IHG Itinerary number which is what you need for any IHG billing. Avid charged a $50 incidental fee that the front desk said we would get back upon leaving. It's actually 4-7 days.

To find this out, I've been on the phone with an AI bot from AVID for almost 90 minutes who has been a gate keeper to talking with anyone. Finally, I got around the AI bot to find out I can't get an itinerary number or my money back until the time passes. I just wish they were transparent about this from when we checked into the hotel versus saying we would get it back upon check out.

Overall experience was great. Staff was very helpful and able to accommodate for an early check-in. Hotel and room was clean with plentiful space. Beds were comfy and had everything a hotel should have. Gym was nice. Was not able to take advantage of the pool or breakfast. However, the pool did look warm and very welcoming at night.

Very good experience and the location was close to a good selection of fast food + Target. It's also very close to the airport which is always a plus.

It was a good and comfortable stay.. we were there for 4 days, house keeping tidied the room every day and the on day 2 they replaced sheets and everything. There are no microwaves in the room or ice machine on floors — only in lobby. The breakfast was good on the first morning we were there but other days it was stale. Not sure if there were different cooks; and not much options to choose from but that’s the only improvement I’d recommend. I enjoyed my stay though!

The hotel was clean and has friendly customer service. In my room: the main light at the door worked& the bathroom light. Because I was only there to sleep and leave extra early in the morning. I didn’t bother to complain. If I was staying longer, I would have changed rooms. Also some amenities in regular rooms were not there like an iron ironing board or closet.
