The location is a bit off of where you want to be, however there’s excellent access to public transportation very near by. The staff is very friendly and helpful and breakfast is amazing. Didn’t really see any amenities.

The hotel was really clean and staff were friendly; however, the rooms have no sound isolation and I could hear everything happening out in the hallway and in the restaurant below my room since my room was on the second floor. The room size was fantastic and the bathroom was very clean, but there were multiple plumbing issues with the bidet and the shower handle both leaking and the sink not draining properly. Also, the room had no view and overlooked a couple of alleyways and a parking lot. I was definitely expecting so much more from a 4-star rating hotel.

The hotel was nice and the staff were helpfull and respectful. check in and out was easy and convienient. The only thing was we were suprised to find that we did not recieve parking on location which was suprising because it did not state that anywhere on the hotel website. Finding parking around the hotel was very difficult and required an additional payment every two hours. Asside from that, the breakfast was good and the rooms were modern, comfortable and clean. If you come without a car I would definintly recomend and if you do, you will need to figure out the parking before hand.

Good location, close to nice restaurants. Some rooms are modern and some still have baths. Stayed here a few times in the last few weeks but I won't go back. Staff are rude, especially Tania who works at the bar. She does not understand customer service. We had to fight to get our VIP benefit. Wrote to the hotel manager and did not receive a response.

Excellent sleep quality, lovely large bed and even with our daughter on a single bed sharing the room, it was a perfect size for our small family.

Expedia perk of a free bottle of wine was redeemed at the bar (but we took it to our room). Minibar fridge was useful (for our own drinks!) and transport options to the centre were plentiful with a bus stop close by and metro 10-minutes walk away. For £56 a night, unbeatable value and would highly recommend.

Hotel staff is very friendly and it was very clean- breakfast was wonderful as well as self park facility. Due to construction in the area it was a little difficult to get around the hotel and it also has no gym. No snacks or restaurants for lunch or dinner- only a bar with limited snack selection

The staff were so nice, helpful and the hotel is In great location. About 10-15minutes from the city center, 15-20min from the airport. Lots of little local stores and dinning options. Bus route and easy for uber to find. I would recommend a broader and more expansive breakfast options bc its little expensive 22$ when its only a basic contentional breakfast. Breakfast at the local restaurant off site have more options and lower price points but that is my only recommendation. I would stay here again

Lovely just a little far out!
Booked this as we got a great deal for a 4star hotel. Rooms were spacious and very clean. The property is just a little far out being a good 30min walk to the main sights. The upside is it’s only 10min from the airport and beach. Staff friendly and Lidl right near for anything you need

Very nice hotel that has no real faults but is not outstanding at anything. Located on the edge of town it is a long walk to the centre of town and the main tourist areas, but this is reflected in the price. We walked in and back from town but I would imagine some would want to take a taxi. Overall, I like the hotel, not so much the location.

Good value but watch out for the extra fees

The hotel was clean, updated with very friendly staff but they required that you needed to pay a €3 fee per day for the safe. This resulted in a sour feeling as I checked out as I stayed for 10 days which equals an extra charge of €30. You would expect more from a four star hotel. Also, the WIFI is very slow. The area is a bit out of the main downtown attractions but getting everywhere was very cheap with Uber.

Clean, good sized rooms but oh so bland

We stayed for 3 days in June and this hotel provided a bed, a shower, cleanliness and good staff. It didn’t provide much more though. It seems it is being operated on the least expenditure possible. As an example there is tea and coffee making facilities in the room, i.e a kettle and cups. Each day there was 1 teabag provided. There were 2 people in the room. 2 cups provided. 1 teabag!

The rooms are beige. The carpets in the hallways are beige. The curtains are beige. The doors are beige. The lounges in hallways are beige.

So it’s clean, it’s relatively roomy. The staff are good but it’s oh so bland and certainly not 4 star facilities as the marketing suggests.

Efficient hotel, mix of business and tourists. 5 minutes to Metro,on bus route, close to renowned Concert hall. Spacious room, good breakfast choices.

Enjoyed staying at this location. Nice area, quiet part of town. Clean room and bath. Were able to park car out front, and on weekends it's free. In between 2 Hop-On Bus stops to see the city. 2 Malls within walking distance with lots of small restaurants. Nice inexpensive breakfast in new downstairs area.
