Unfortunately my experience was not positive. The room felt very outdated and in need of renovation, with old furniture and carpeted floors throughout the hotel that gave it a worn, musty feel.

The most concerning issue, however, is that after returning home I discovered a bed bug in my bed. While I cannot be absolutely certain it came from this hotel, the timing strongly suggests it. Bringing home a pest problem is extremely stressful, and it has completely overshadowed my stay.

Apparently this hotel is classed as being in the business district. It's about 2.5 miles from Old Town so no issue for me who likes to walk. Otherwise taxis are cheap enough but to avoid the tourist over charging, prebook and pay via Uber or Bolt so it's about 25-30 zloty rather than a steep 80 from others.
Room was clean and beds comfortable thanks to thick toppers.
Housekeeping was a little hit or miss. One day they came, one day they didn't until we got back on the evening and spoke to reception.
I woulds have no issues in booking here again, especially for the price I paid.

Hotel was very clean with a good sized pool. Unfortunately I never got chance to take advantage of it. Rooms were a decent size with a bath and shower. Beds were comfortable and the room temperature was roughly 20 degrees without us having to adjust it. Towels were plentiful and our room was cleaned with freshly made beds everyday, Only issue we had was the location as it was about 15 minute taxi ride into centre. Wasn’t too bad as we used bolt taxi service which cost us 20 - 25 zloty (£5) as opposed to normal taxi 60 zloty (£12) Didn’t eat at hotel so can’t comment on the food.

The hotel is not well maintained. The shower was broken, the door was broken in the shower and all the water was blown out. Really cold water in the pool, so we couldn't stay there for a few minutes, sauna didn't work at all. Not

This by far from all hotels I stayed so far in this long trip to Europe, the best hotel. A breakfast like a 5 star hotel - excellent. Great staff, super clean, great location and easy access to transportation. I loved this hotel and I’ll recommend my family when visiting this beautiful city of Krakow.

Stayed here after flying from the US before we drove to friend’s house. Nice hotel, friendly staff and good rooms. Our staff spoke very good English. The breakfast was good, although different than American breakfast. I would arrange with the hotel about airport shuttle before arrival.

Lovely hotel!

Very nice, modern hotel close to the airport and only 10 mins by taxi into the town centre. Taxi during the day called for us by the hotel cost 22 zloty into town centre but watch out in the evenings as we felt we were ripped off. 3 nights, 3 different prices - 51 zloty, 40 zloty then a whopping 65 zloty!

great looking hotel that is starting to LOOK tired

Hotel is modern enough looking & well laid out .... However the maintenance of the hotel is slipping and the decoration is loosing its shine..... en suit in room beautifully laid out and nice touches in it. However the heated towel rail didn't work, the grouting in the tiles floor and walls was stained and yellowing.... the worst bit was the shower riser rail had broken .... the result being a shower head at the bottom of the rail and only suitable for hobbits, when I complained to the desk I was told that they would look at it.... the next day I jammed a coffee sachet in it so I could shower standing up... it stayed that way till we departed 2 days later NO ACTION from the desk or the maintenance company..the wall paper in the bedroom had started to peel back and stained in a couple of areas... generally there was quite a few really nice touches EG sauna and swimming pool was beautiful but let down by the lack of the fountains not working and a few plants (even good plastic ones) in there would have lifted the place hugely... planters in the out door patio were nicely laid out but EMPTY !!! I have to say as a builder and landscape gardener that completes most of the second fixings in properties ie kitchens bathrooms saunas wet rooms specialist paint and plaster effects lawn and soft and hard landscaping with a huge knowledge of plants all to a high standard ... if you need a good site manager with an eye for detail id take it on and make it a 5* hotel again :-)

Less than a 3star Hotel far from Center of krakov

Well I was expecting a much better Hotel , According to Expedia this hotel has a Steam room as mentioned on Expedia website but this is not correct !! Hotel is Old with old furniture , the ventilation system is a central AC the keeps running even when u close your thermostat it was a very cold room with a cold weather I asked for a heater in August to warm our room a bit I felt sick because of our freezing room ..
The breakfast is poor and this hotel is overrated ..I don't advise people to take it ...

A needed hotel in a beautiful city

Staff in restaurant overwhelmed for a 4 star hotel - not listening, not caring, sometimes rude. Shower and light above sink didn't work, no apologies. But the shower was fixed. One receptionist promised a new room the next day, the other day was laughing about it the next day.
It is still sad, the guest is not the king yet but the staff.
The room was clean, bed excellent,

Food was awful room was boiling hot as air con not working so asked staff to look at it or perhaps change rooms. However nothing was done. A little out from Old Market Square but not a bad base. Overall u enjoyed my break in Krackow but that was more to do with the place not the hotel

Hotel reception very helpful for ordering taxis, organising tours and even a late night pizza! Room was clean, breakfast average but was included in the price. Location 7 min taxi ride from the town costs around 6€ or 25 zloty very cheap!!

Expensive but not great for the price

We had huge expectations as this was the most expensive hotel we've stayed in Krakow so far. Started with rude receptionist during our checkin, followed by dirty cover on bed in the room and room bathroom where it looked like someone did not flash the water properly after doing number one.
On the good side: responsive aircon, did the job properly with 31 C degrees outside. Breakfast ok. In general: cheaper and better hotel next time.

The Hotel was Perfect!

I booked this hotel for me and another friend who were visiting Krakow for a weekend during our study abroad session. When we finally arrived at our hotel, we saw that it was slightly in the middle of nowhere. However, what this hotel lacks in location it makes up in with service, staff, and comfort. When we went to check-in the person at the reception desk answered all of our questions regarding what we wanted to do that weekend, gave us bus route directions to the T, and also recommend other things we should do while we were visiting Krakow basically talking to us for almost 15/20 min patiently. After checking in, when we got to our room the room was clean, comfortable,and we had no complaints with it what so ever. We also find out that the hotel has an indoor pool and sauna available to guests for no additional cost. After our 3 night stay when we told the person as the receptions desk that we needed to leave early and would miss breakfast, he had to-go breakfast ready to go, printed our boarding passes for us (we emailed them to him) and also called a cab for us at no additional cost. I can honestly say that if I was to visit Krakow anytime in the future, I would book a room here without any hesitations.

Great hotel for a weekend

The hotel was a great deal and represents it star rating well. Although it is not very close to the city it was at a good central/convienient point even though there was bad construction on the road during our visit. The restaurant is great and easy. The staff are very helpful and always availabe.

Positives:
Nice clean room, reasonable room rate, very good buffet breakfast, friendly staff, lovely hotel.

Negatives:
Bit far from city (about 5km) but okay with car, fridge didnt work in our room, free Wifi but hopeless connection, dinner is a total rip off (very tasty but tiny portions), no restaurants nearby. Need to pay 30pln per day for parking (not guarded), hard to find even with GPS.

Overall: Nice hotel but a bit far from everything.Wouldnt reccomend eating there.

Beautiful clean hotel, found it a bit from the city centre maybe a 10 minute taxi ride, but with taxi drivers that are out to fleece you puts a dampner on the location.

He viajado mucho durante cerca de treinta años y he visto pensiones y hostales \"de poca monta\" con mucho mejor servicio,en tres días no nos hicieron la cama ni \"limpiado\" la habitación,ni cambiaron las toallas,casi nos quedamos sin poder ducharnos porque se terminó el gel y no nos pusieron más,el pasillo con suelo muy inestable,con grietas,hoyos y demás,se tapó con una moqueta y listo,y se supone que es \" de lujo\"(cuatro estrellas), pero como digo es un quiero y no puedo, resumiendo,no se lo recomiendo absolutamente A NADIE....
Su único punto a favor,es económico, pero sinceramente, prefiero pagar más pero estar MEJOR ATENDIDO...

Otel güzel fakat girişi 15'te ve çıkışı 11:00 buna dikkat edin. Biz sabah erken gedlik ama sitede boş odalar gözüküyordu buna rağmen yardımcı olamadılar.
Odalar geniş, temiz, su cay kahve vardı, ama terlik bulamadık, ve kulak çubuğu makyaj pamuk yoktu.
Onun dışında bir sorun yoktu.
Kahvaltı yapmadık şehir merkezine gittik.

Førsteinntrykket var at det var slitent. Du må betale 40 zl per dag for å parkere. Aircondition anlegget fungerer ikke på rommet. Svettet oss gjennom natten. Klagde på forholdet, de sa de skulle sende en tekniker, men ikke noe skjedde. Svømmebassenget var ute av drift i hele oppholdet. Meldte selv om blodflekker på to håndklær etter en mindre skade. Måtte betale 75 zl i erstatning. Stedet ligger langt unna sentrum og old town.

Obsługa niestety na niskim poziomie jeżeli chodzi o sprzątanie pokoju nie otrzymaliśmy mimo ponownej prośby wody która nam przysługuje na każdy dzień pobytu. Dodatkowo lodówka która była w pokoju była niedziałająca, na zwrócenie informacji w rejestracji otrzymaliśmy wiadomość że tak ma być:) jak chcemy sobie coś schłodzić możemy przyjść do rejestracji itam jest działająca lodówka
Chwilę wcześniej byliśmy w Hilton Garden i tam absolutnie nie można było się do niczego doczepić
Na Plus zaliczamy basen i saunę

Alles im allgemeinen ist gut, aber auf der offiziellen Seite des Hozels haben ich gesehen dass es ein Fittnesstudio hat. Der Rezepionist sagte jedoch dass es keines gibt. Ich habe aber nur aus diesem grund dieses hozel gebuchz und nichz ein anderes. Das ist ein Betrug.
