The hotel seemed very nice, though had an unpleasant surprise on the last evening when we found some little bugs on the bed, they turned out to be bed bugs and i was fully feasted on for the 2 evenings. A week later and im still itchy, we did report and supplied a dead bug when we checked out.

Hopefully they can resolve as its a nice modern hotel with loads of parking.

Room was fine, bed was very uncomfortable and the elastic on the mattress protector was broken meaning the under sheet was wrinkled and came away from the mattress. Overhead light constantly flickered. Swimming pool was lovely, reception helpful and welcoming. Breakfast plentiful.

The hotel overall is nice, clean and the staff was super friendly. However, what surprised me was that the pool was for an additional fee. I do not know if Orbitz forgot to mention about it or the hotel. Also, no mini fridge in the room was unacceptable. Breakfast was tasty but pricey. The location is quite good, close to mall and convivence stores. Also, be prepare to pay for the parking lot.

The hotel was very good, but they would charge extra for using the pool. The mini bar was more like a box for storing things. It would never cool. The service desk was usually empty. We had to ring the bell for assistance. It was very far from the old town. Once in the old town, it was very hard to find a parking spot.

20 minutes to city centre by bus or taxi. Basic room. One day got tidied up by this my clothes on bed put in floor and beds made even though not tucked in but just straightened. I could have done this myself. Swimming pool is additional cost and next door so is the breakfast which is also in next door hotel.

1. The hotel we were supposed to stay at was closed and under renovation. We were directed to another hotel - no one informed me about this in andvane. (primer hotel)

2. We ordered a room with a queen bed, I received two single beds. When I said I would like to get a room with one bed, we were moved to a room with two single beds pushed together - unbelievable.

3. No room service - no one came after the first night to refill coffee or tea, change towels for clean ones, etc.

4. The refrigerator wasn't working.

I have stayed at this hotel before. This time the room was run down, bathroom tiles cracked, sharp under foot as grout also had cone out. Wallpaper ripped and hanging off the walls. Had requested a shower but got a bath. Moved rooms the next day and was given another room with a bath. Moved again. No apology as such. Very noisy as they had some sort of conference and many people.

Bed was comfy. Room was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Long wait for check in and to get ice from bar when a party is booked. Breakfast was excellent, except eggs were cold and runny. Pool could have been a little warmer and it was next door. One of the Pool guys needs to stay out of ladies changing room, and give women some time to change and rushing us out before 10 p.m. Store was close by but everything thing else was at least 20 minutes away by bus. Only restaurant in area is the hotel's with a limited menu.

The location was great, convenient to #130 bus to the old city of Krakow. The breakfasts were fantastic! The beds were not comfortable, hard as a rock and no mattress pad,and a rubber sheet instead, which wadterriblely uncomfortable. The directions to the hotel on gps only showed it as Best Weatern Premier.

A Ok hotel with friendly staff.

In general, my experience was Ok. The room was clean but the shampoo bottle was empty and I had to request one, one minute after I checked in. The trash was not gone daily.
People were so nice an really willing to help. However, I would recommend to the reception team that they improve their English a bit for an easier communication.

Have stayed at many hotels around the world, including a number of Best Westerns. This is the first hotel I can recall that uses a rubber sheet on the mattress beneath the regular sheets. Did not sleep well at all due to the noise from the rubber and due to the retention of heat and humidity by the rubber sheet.

Great for business and private stays. Short drive to the airport and within a walking distance to a large shopping centre. Nice breakfasts and lovely rooms with free tea, coffee and bottled water. Free sauna and swimming pool access in next building.

Great economy hotel

Krakow is amazing for everything: history, antiques, shopping and food. This hotel is a bit away from the centre, but great value for money and taxis are cheap. Very nice full buffet breakfast included. We had to take three rooms for friends and relatives, and it was all less than the Hilton (which is really very good in Krakow as well).

We contacted the hotel weeks in advance to book a tour to Auschwitz. They told us everything was booked. We offered to pay in advance and they assured us it was unnecessary. Upon arrival, we confirmed and they updated the time we needed to be in the lobby in the morning. We came downstairs an hour later to pay for the trip only to find out it was never booked. They scrambled and were able to find and book a tour but it required that we leave 2 hours earlier. They said we could have breakfast at 7 but breakfast doesn't start till 7:30. We pushed our way into a group for their breakfast which was not right but we had no other option. The hotel staff was just horrible.

This hotel is on the periphery of the city and overlooks a highway. Very touristy, large groups and basic. It did the job for one night but I wouldn't stay here again. Parking costs 10/EUR night.

The hotels in Poland have really not met my standards and this one is no exception.
We were on the first level and the second we got off the elevator we noticed that the floor was damp and soggy as if there was a flood. It smelled mad.
The rooms were very tiny and the wifi was pretty weak
Breakfast was included and despite great selection the food was really greasy. That is not common for Poland
The parking pass is extra and it never worked for us. We had go each time we left to tell them to open the gate
Location if hotel is good. It's next to Best Western and when we went to that hotel it's like night and day
I would not stay in this hotel. I think they covered up water damage and just in general very outdated

Very good hotel for a budget trip to Krakow.

On arrival after a long drive we were told that our room had a technical problem and that there were no alternatives. But the reception had booked us into the adjacent Best Western which shared the same car park as the HIE. We checked into the Best Western and the following morning had breakfast and packed our bags before going into Krakow. On arrival back at the HIE in the evening our room was ready and our bags had been delivered to the room. On the penultimate day of our stay we decided to book for an extra night and the HIE confirmed that the room was available, then suggested that as there was a wedding party it may be a little noisy in the evening. They offered us another room that would be away from the wedding party and again organised for our bags to be transferred whilst we were out. Needless to say we were impressed by the efficiency of the desk staff, who also cancelled our car parking charges.

Travel into Krakow is by frequent bus (2.5Zloty) or taxi (20-25 zloty). Bus stop is 10 minute walk. Breakfast very good and staff continuously topping up. The evening meals had a limited menu if you eat there every night, but were of good quality and reasonable price. Staff were all welcoming and friendly.

There were large student groups but these eat in a separate area, left promptly in the mornings, and we hear nothing and had no disturbance from them at nights.

Free wifi is not easy for downloads as the servers did not seem able to cope with student smartphones.

Maids who cleaned our room were EXCELLANT, front desk people were helpfull, Bartenders were some of the WORST I had ever had wait on us. Breakfast was very very good and plentiful. Our room was very quiet and we never heard any noise from the next rooms or in the hallways. Most of the people we dealt with had a very very limited knowledge of the English language even though there were a lot of British, Irish and Scottish people we met at the hotel.

Convenient for the Airport, Comfortable and Affordable

We stayed in two hotels during our trip to Krakow and this one was chosen due to its location closer to the Airport. It is a modern hotel of a Western European design and purpose built. Rooms are a little on the smaller side but were perfectly adequate for us (2 Adults and a 2 yr old on the Sofa Bed). It is very easy to get to from the Airport and there is ample parking. A shuttle bus runs to the city centre. The surrounding area is not the prettiest in Krakow by any stretch but the area felt safe and secure. There are no nearby restaurants other than a couple of fast food outlets but we had a pleasant meal in the restaurant in the evening. Choice is poor but quality is good so great for a meal after a long trip but not good to eat in night after night! Also good value food and accommodation wise. All in all I would recommend this hotel for a night or two, especially if you have a car and intend to tour (as parking in the City is costly and difficult) but if you are looking for a hotel as a base for a city break to Krakow then there are better options...

Despite having requested a room cleaning, when I returned back around 4:00 PM, the room still hadn't been made up (with the \"make up my room\" sign still attached to the door).
I requested a cleaning, specifying that I would be going out again for a couple of hours to the SPA Center, and they assured me the staff would come immediately.
When I returned, the room still hadn't been cleaned. I went back to reception, and the staff was even rude, claiming that the hotel was full and that the cleaners would be working until 8:00 PM!
Unacceptable. I will never book here again.

Furthermore, the SPA Center shown in the photos isn't inside the hotel, but in an adjacent building.
It's certainly close (a 1-2 minute walk), but you still have to leave the hotel to enter another building.

Für eine Nacht akzeptabel. Etwas abgewohnt, Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, Spülung im Bad auch nur manchmal.
Frühstück im Nachbarhotel, genauso wie das Restaurant. Parkplatz kostenpflichtig.
Auf keinen Fall 4 Sterne.
Freundliche Mitarbeiter, werde aber nicht noch mal dort buchen.

Just great hotel: excellent price quality rating. Good beds, basic but good bathroom. Parking place you need to pay a fee. Swimming pool you also re charged extra. Location is great at one of the main roads around the city, shopping center nearly. Location is also quiet (even with the road nearby).

Great value

Perfect hotel for the price, friendly staff at reception. Hotel does not have a pool however, which I find interesting since pictures are included in the Hotels.com page and facilities also mention a pool (and I double checked the hotel info in the app after asking reception for it).

Pone que es un hotel de cuatro estrellas, pero más bien debería ser de dos. El pasillo huele bastante mal. En nuestra habitación, en una parte del suelo, pisabas sobre la moqueta y se te hundía el pie porque había un boquete. La cama no es cómoda. A cualquier persona le recomendaría alojarse en otro hotel. Lo bueno: la amabilidad de los recepcionistas. No puedo valorar el desayuno porque no desayuné en él. Es un hotel barato, pero la relación calidad-precio no merece la pena.

Il faut se remettre en question.

Arrivée 22H16, personnel pas débordé, pendant 10 minutes cherche ma réservation, appelle l'hôtel à côté en étant sûr que je me trompe d'endroit, l'autre hôtel lui dit que non, je lui montre ma réservation voulant l'aider, il m'ignore...tout d'un coup me tend la carte de la chambre sans m'adresser la parole.
Je demande si le bar est encore ouvert : non car ferme à 22h. Pour un hôtel censé accueillir une clientèle \"affaires\" je trouve que c'est moyen, d'autant plus qu'aux alentours il n'y a que des habitations.
Arrivé dans la chambre quelconque (mais prix correct), je trouve une peau de banane noire sur le bord de la fenêtre, à l'intérieur de la chambre...

Model ekonomiczny w każdym detalu wyposażenia pokoju, korytarzu itd. Obsługa OK, ale jakby nieobecna, za każdym razem trzeba przyzywać dzwonkiem, przynajmniej tak było w moim przypadku. Plus za śniadanie i duży parking

Salle de bain très grande.
Lit confortable.
Bouilloire et thé et café dans la chambre.
Hôtel proche de l’autoroute mais un peu loin du centre.

Pulizia ottima della stanza ma troppo piiccola ed il letto non idoneo lavori di ristrutturazione mentre si fa colazione,non è il massimo.
