We absolutely loved our stay here, equisite attention to detail, stunning location and decor, luxury without formality, and quite simply the most delicious breakfast you could wish for (make sure you try the granola!!) Will be recommending to everyone and hope to return again one day. Many thanks for a wonderful stay.

Although this was a nice property, was not
worth the high price as room very small, bathroom cramped, and only one bath towel between two. Very overpriced!!

Staying at Sissinghurst gardens is wonderful but isolated from dining and nighttime entertainment. The property is fine but light on amenities one would expect at a luxury property: one towel per person, no washclothes (flannels), mediocre pillows, no area map and information. Standard room is on the small side.

Finally, I can give a rave review

Beautifully furnished. Comfortable. Tea w cake served and full breakfast with pleasant staff. National Trust and management to be highly commended. Only suggestion would be to hang a sign on front door that room key will fit, so dont have to ring the bell and roust the staff.

Arrived at this beautiful house with stunning gardens and checked in. Met the resident labrador in reception, so cute. Friendly and informative welcome. Tasty afternoon tea waiting for guests upon arrival, lovely treat. Comfy beds, clean room, great shower, tasteful decor, plenty of tea, coffee selections in the room. Supply of sweets and biscuits in the room too, which my daughter appreciated! Breakfast was delicious. Good selection and generous portions, served in a beautiful breakfast room. My daughter and I were very impressed. We booked this B&B for easy access to Sissinghurst Castle & Gardens.

This is lovely place to stay. We had a 2 night stay starting with a warm welcome from Anna, with tea and cakes awaiting us. Beautiful room and facilities. Excellent breakfast.

Wonderful views.

Sissinghurst castle is a one minute walk away.

Plenty of good restaurant choices around.

Plenty to see and do within relatively easy reach. Car essential, although the hotel will assist with getting to and from nearby restaurants.

Really relaxing and a prefect getaway destination.

No secure bike stand
Breakfast service could have been better - it was slow, forgot toast and forgot sauce which was ordered. Not good enough for the amount paid to stay there.

Really lovely B&B in the grounds of the Sissinghurst national trust property. We stayed in the Maplehurst room which had a lovely outlook over the countryside . The bed was very comfortable but the pillows slightly hard for our preference.

Wonderful Two Night Stay

Lovely welcome and tea and cake immediately available (4 til 6pm). The Farmhouse has very comfortable, very spacious rooms. Delicious breakfast. Locations is brilliant for Sissinghurst Castle and many other tourist sites in Kent and E Sussex.

Not Covid safe and awful attitude

The first day was lovely-friendly welcome, with tea and cakes. Room was clean and fresh and the breakfast the following morning was lovely.
However on our return to our room after our morning trip out we found that our room had been cleaned, our clothing moved and the cleaning staff were not wearing masks.we’d booked the bnb specifically as they said on their website that once you checked in they wouldn’t enter your room to maintain Covid safety and as I’ve been shielding this was extremely important . When we spoke to the owner she tried to blame us for not telling her we’d been shielding! She also said they’d recently changed their cleaning routine (but hasn’t told us when we checked in). I was so upset by their attitude we left.

Calme absolu, B&B d'excellent confort.

Ambiance très cozy et très British pour cette gentilhommière très confortable et parfaitement calme, dans le cadre historique du château. Lits excellents, salon très agréable, service très dévoué. Excellents petits-déjeuners. Salles de bains un peu exiguës mais bien équipées. C'est mon deuxième séjour de plusieurs jours. Voiture conseillée.

Séjour de charme à la campagne !

Ambiance « Château à la campagne » dans un bel environnement; accueil charmant; propreté parfaite; chambre confortable; thé et pâtisseries offertes à 16h. Le plateau-repas du soir est très généreux mais toujours le même si vous séjournez plusieurs jours. Internet sans faille. Je recommande pour les adultes. Voiture indispensable !
