The air conditioning was dysfunctional, meaning the room was stiflingly hot and unbearable throughout the stay.
When I informed staff of this nothing at all was done.
That's not how you deal with an unhappy guest/ customer.
I have since made a formal written complaint to head office, but again I was fobbed off , and the issue wasn't taken on board.
Wouldn't return to, or recommend this hotel, there's far better (and less expensive) hotelyon the same area.

AC worked the first night on geat and it was fine, the next day it did not work and we were instructed to use heaters but they weren't fully heating but it wasn't a big deal.

The reception, amenities, location, etc were excellent.

Definitely will be on my list to visit again.

Lovely hotel in excellent location.Airport bus/local buses/metro nearby.Excellent breakfast-I tried all the a la carte options-on different days!
Loses marks for noisy air conditioning.Also noise from overhead gym woke us up on first night-second floor room.Not sure gym on 3 rd floor was a sensible option when users slam down equipment on the floor but reception sorted it out after I rang them.Staff lovely especially the breakfast crew.

The ONLY place to stay in Warsaw

Magdalena and her team were courteous, knowledgable and accommodating.

The hotel is renovated to perfection. The rooms and bathroom are generously spacious and luxe!

The hotel is in a prime spot to “walk” to all that Warsaw has to offer. One block away from the metro.

Breakfast was fantastic but a little pricey. A huge selection of restaurants around the hotel.

Highly recommended as the only place to stay in WARSAW!!!!

Wonderful 4-star hotel located off the main boulevard near the statue of Copernicus. Easy check-in; pleasant staff. We had an upgraded room, which made our 3 day stay more pleasant. Modern, hi-tech European-style hotel with an old world ambiance. Great shower (rain head), good bed, and bar area with a sink.

Modern looking hotel. Looks like it was just remodeled. The rooms are clean and everything looks new. The room was big with enough space to move around. Specious bathroom with multiple amenities. Polite and helpful staff. Will definitely stay again and would recommend it.

The hotel is quite new, and so all the furnishings, bedding, and room environment are immaculate and well-kept. We enjoyed the spacious room, the comfortable bed, and the features of this room.
The wifi worked really well, the staff went the extra mile to help us out, and the location can't be beat. I'd say that Hotel Flaner is the place to stay in Warsaw!

Great location

Overall a very nice property. It is well located with an easy walk to Old Town, train station, and good shopping and restaurants. Property is modern, very clean and has a good quality restaurant and buffet. Only challenge we had was the room temperature. We could not get the air conditioning to function properly during g our stay nor could the staff. Other than this it is both a very comfortable and safe place to stay.

Beautiful hotel with too little closet space

Really pleasant stay. Hotel is beautiful and in great condition. Staff is sweet. Bed was perfect, would have loved alternative pillows, but that’s a detail.
Room was dead silent, huuuuge plus from my side.
Breakfast was delicious (a la carte is included, should you wonder).
Fitness room is sparse but a really pleasant room with the basics you need.
Only issue I had was the closet. It was beautifully integrated, but way too short. Many of my things were too long and therefore partly laid on the floor. The closet also only had one small shelf for things laying flat. (But plus for many hangers, that’s often an issue when traveling for business!) There also weren’t any hooks for coats, and only one for towels in the bathroom. This was a bit frustrating. (But the iron worked perfectly and efficiently, for the things that got wrinkled.)
For the long-haired: there’s conditioner in addition to the shampoo, so if your traveling hand luggage only, you do not need to bring this.
Loved my stay except for the storing issue.

Wonderful stay at the Flaner Hotel. Everything was perfect - staff, hotel cleanliness, facilities, location. Couldn't be much better.

A couple of little things - could do with a light over the sink area in the room, and USB ports would have been great, but nothing important.

All staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for you.

Hotel e staff meravigliosi. Posizione perfetta per girare in centro a piedi, pulizia impeccabile e stile ricercato. Estrema gentilezza e disponibilità a seguito della cancellazione del nostro volo, li ho chiamati e ci hanno trovato una stanza per poter rientrare e dormire una notte extra, preparando un pasto per la bambina nonostante non fosse disponibile il room service durante il cenone di capodanno. Ci hanno fatto rimanere in stanza tutto il tempo necessario oltre all’orario di checkout dato che il volo che abbiamo riprogrammato era nel tardo pomeriggio. Un sentito grazie a tutto lo staff
