The room was very well kept and housekeeping came by atleast twice a day to make sure fresh linen was given. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Shelly and Dèe Dee were a delight as well as Glennys. The food at the grille that was poolside was yummy too. The bartenders were nice.

This is the place to be! Great staff, amazing food and access to Dreams across the street giving you the best of both worlds!! The room was gorgeous and even though it was all inclusive they weren’t cheap about it. High quality drinks and food daily!

Resort and room were beautiful and zen-like. Friendly and accommodating staff. The menu was consistent all week (very slight changes, would have enjoyed more variety). Service/Staff was kind and responsive when we asked for what we needed but was not proactive (restocking water in room, coffee/drinks at meals). The wildlife is lovely, lush vegetation, clean common areas and well kept rooms/grounds. It was quiet and low-key. Easy access to dreams resort, requesting cab service or golf cart to dreams. The coffee and specialty coffee was great, alcoholic beverages were consistently well made, the food was decent. Overall a good experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Zoetry Curacao! The hotel features a wonderful atmosphere, complemented by the nicest employees. The food choices were delicious, showcasing a great variety. The service and hospitality were absolutely exceptional, with a special shout-out to Alex and Calinica, who truly love what they do. El hotel está bien, pero el personal no es amable para nada, porque pides ayuda y no lo solucionan rápido con lo que necesitas. la comida en los restaurantes la hacen todos los días diferente manera un día está bien y el otro día pides lo mismo y ya no te gusta. Los de recepción no tienen buen servicio al cliente. Hoy es 4 de enero y por problema políticos de Venezuela cerraron los aeropuertos y no podemos volver a nuestro pais, pedimos ayuda por la estadía pero no te dan ninguna respuesta. Solo te dicen que esperes es lo único y hasta te responden de mala manera

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and I was a little disappointed to be honest. The room and pool were very clean, however the service was not great. On our first night we tried to have dinner at the Zoetry restaurant, and after being seated for 30 minutes without our drink order being taken, we left and got the shuttle to Dreams for dinner. We ended up eating most of our meals over there so it was nice they had a shuttle. I wish the food options were more diverse, a lot of the restaurants had the same items. We waited over an hour for room service as well. One day they played violent music with guns on the TV at the pool bar. All of the pools were freezing, so it would’ve been nice if they were heated. I got badly bruised during my massage at Dreams. But one good thing is we absolutely LOVED one of the staff members named Alex at Dreams. He was so funny, kind, and made amazing drinks!

The mini fridge was not topped up with water every day, we had to keep asking for water daily. The resort restaurants did not cater a wider range of vegetarian meals and the menus were very very limited in variety of meals offered. Disappointed there were no means of contacting housekeeping or room service by phone, we were told we had to use the App and the App did not offer any options to request your requirements.

I chose to stay at Zoetry hoping to have a great experience, however the hotel don’t meet expectations. Staff was definitely catering to white guests more than people of color. Service at “The Bloom” restaurant was terrible. Options are very limited at this resort for food. The plus is there’s access to Dreams & Ilhara via golf cart so you do not have to just stay at Zoetry. There are A LOT of mosquitoes in the rooms, which I’m actually not used to on vacation, I would expect them to be more outside. So bring bug spray if you choose to stay here. Overall I would not stay here again & would not recommend.

The resort itself is beautiful. The experience was poor. Staff is inconsistent in terms of customer service. Some staff would not speak or greet at all, and several members would go out of their way to help white guests (the majority of guests were white) but gave me substandard service as a person of color. This was especially apparent in the restaurant (but not limited to there), where the staff went out of their way to back each other up when they helped white patrons. I had to wait forever for my food, was served on one occasion burned food, and never got backup or any of the flare the white guests got. I go out of my way to be polite and say please and even tipped generously so my treatment was never a question. I wound up leaving breakfast after never being acknowledged. The one exception was someone I believe was a manager who checked on me, especially one day after I never received my room service order.
Also there was no hot water my entire 5-night stay. This is unacceptable and unsanitary. I was offered a different room but it had the same issue. The hot tub and spa also were cold water. Boiler was out. I could not wash my hair and it made my spa treatments miserable. The spa is nice but not a luxury experience. The upsell genie is pointless because appointments are not held and I had to stay on the concierge about scheduling repeatedly what I had reserved. The resort is more concerned about selling vacation packages than the experience. It was a stressful trip.

Food variety could’ve been better it was the same options every single day. Annoying cat that was around everyday during lunch time don’t want a cat around while I’m eating. Hot water was not hot at all during my stay. Didn’t get my welcome bag until the day i left after asking multiple times. Paid for 80 min massage for my wife didn’t get our full 80 mins at all bar tenders was great. They cleaned our room n refreshed our towels 3 times a day.

No direct access to the beach; the one available thru a partnering hotel is very small. The images and promotional videos are deceiving. The room was great, but the positive review stop there. The most striking part of the resort is the staff; only a few of the members maintained a positive attitude. Most of the staff was very dry with some being rude. Not the usual caribbean atmosphere.

1 small pool. No amenities/activities other than gym (sauna/steam) . Staff was attentive for the most part.

When having a problem with booking through third party ( Expedia), one out of the three of the staff members (that we discuss the issue with) gave a hard time and expected us just to figure it out.

It’s clean , however , not worth the price of $400-$500 a night . Wouldn’t go back. That’s why we left earlier than expected.

We thankfully brought $1 and $5 bills to tip throughout our trip The $200 for their comp dollars to use at Zoetry was not fair. It was a coupon book of spa and bottle service (i.e.- $40 on first day for any spa service such as a $150 regular massage or a bottle of champagne that was $60 and they gave a $10 coupon).

Loved this property. Very clean. The property was very quiet and tranquil. Although not beachfront you have access to Dreams across the street in which they can take you in a golf cart. Staff was top tier. Queeny was the nicest concierge person I’ve ever meet.she even placed balloons in my room for my birthday which was very sweet. She was Always willing to assist. The bartenders were great as well Latoya,Deion,and Ignu(not sure how to spell his name or if I’m pronouncing it correctly, my apologies, but he was at the Flora bar). I would rebook this hotel anything.

My stay in Curaçao exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious, spotless, and well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond—friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. They even surprised us by decorating our room for my boyfriend’s birthday and bringing him a dessert. This thoughtful gesture made our trip extra special. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Curaçao!

The food at the resort is not good. I suggest going to local restaurants to eat. The pools also close super early. The property provided an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by welcoming staff who gave us a tour of the property and brought our luggage from our rental vehicle to the room after valeting it. I cannot speak enough about how helpful the were and how beautiful the property was. Also all the meals and drinks were included in the all-inclusive package and were all good. I also appreciated that amenities at the sister resort Dreams (right across the street) were included which allowed us access to a private beach (which was very nice because shoreline was one thing the Zoetry was missing). The only issue we had during our stay was our Television was working for about 3 days but it was due to a technical issue with the room's LAN which required an IT tech to come out physically so it took a while to get one out. Other than that, a very great time.

My partner and I had a wonderful time with our stay at Zoetry! The staff were so welcoming, attentive, and accommodating. Might I add very knowledgeable as well. All receptionist were some of the nicest I’ve encountered. While this hotel isn’t one for a loud turn up, it is one that invites great relaxation. In terms of dining, there was quite a long wait for breakfast/room service. Lunch and dinner by the pool area was absolutely delicious. Not too long of a wait. The crew were also very friendly. There was various activities for guest to enjoy throughout the day. Overall, the grounds are gorgeous and the rooms are beautiful as well. Only down side is the AC doesn’t seem to be consistent. The pool area is beautiful, however the actual pool could be maintained better throughout the day for debris removal. The jets didn’t seem to work properly as well. Transportation was easy to neighboring properties and around curaçao with the help of the Hotel staff for taxi assistance. Overall, Zoetry has a ton of potential. I look forward to seeing its growth in the coming years.

The property was ok. The rooms were dated. Only two restaurants and a pool bar with food. It is a small, quiet resort. The food was just ok, not fantastic. Room service is practically nonexistent. You put an order in, and sometimes some items will be delivered. Sometimes nothing. On the positive side. The staff was nice. Would I stay here again? Mostly not, but I would recommend it for someone who wants a quiet getaway with not-too-perfect food.

Check in was quick and easy, room was beautiful as expected. Property is considered a boutique hotel which made it very quiet and peaceful. The bartender Latoya was full of life and super sweet. The hotel is tropical and not much of a party zone, the size made it a little difficult to retrieve pool towels and chairs. People took two and three towels at a time, which resulted in us visiting the sister properties Dreams and I’mare. The golf carts were a plus and the drivers were extremely nice and attentive. We visited Blu and received exceptional service from Shakiel, Hubert and Johnathan! We were also able to be apart of a painting class by the water which was beautiful. Our overall experience was great and we plan to visit once more.

The Check In
The staff at the welcome desk are exactly that, welcoming. I honestly have never had a better check in experience at any resort or hotel in my life. Nothing short of an amazing front desk staff.

Food
The food on day one was good. The food on day 2 was similar. But that’s when it ended. Ordered Eggs Benedict with poached eggs resembling a hard boiled egg. Fish was tough and the skin soggy. The French onion soup had no crusty bread in or on the soup and no cheese melted (or in existence at all) on top. The flavor was abysmal. Panera makes a better French onion soup. Ouch. My husbands seafood soup had one piece of floating shrimp, and the flavor was bland.

Food Service
Slow, with food and beverages coming out after LONG periods of time. A drink ordered with dinner came out after dinner had been served.

Pool/Amenities
Pool was clean, with plenty of chairs and towels. The gym had several broken machines or equipment, without notices on them at all.

VIP Services
The $200 voucher, is several coupons toward either $10 off one of the wines in their wine cellar, $40 off a massage, or $60 off one of their exclusive dining events. Not worth it at all.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Noetry in Curacoa and the rooms are very spacious and clean and the room was very comfortable overall. We had the master suite and the living room and bedroom area was very large and it came with two balconies, which was a wonderful surprise! The room attendants kept the room very clean and there was always a nightly turn down service also.

We usually ate breakfast at The Bloom and the staff and the food there was always great. A special thank you to Sjari for always taking wonderful care of us there, as well as several of the other servers! Some things on the dinner menu were good at The Bloom but other items were not that great, so we started eating dinner at the il mare at The Battellino restaurant and the food was amazing there! We were sad that we didn’t discover it sooner, but grateful that we got to enjoy it for 3 nights in a row. I’d like to extend a special thank you to Shanice and Gabrielle for their amazing service that was extended to us there as well, as it was immensely appreciated! I also need to mention Jason and Dyeon, two of the bartenders at The Flora bar, who were always very attentive and kind and made great drinks and we greatly appreciated both of their service and kindness! A special thank you to Didi at the security gate for always making us smile and for all of her kindness and her beautiful soul!

Everything was just top of the world great. If you never left the compound, you wouldn't know you were on a desert island. The palm trees and flowers will make you believe you are someplace else. The rooms are fabulous, poolside bar, pool with some privacy. Limited occupancy leaves you plenty of room when you just want to hangout. Access to restaurants and other amenities with the resort across the road which has a beach. There's a golf cart shuttle to get you there and back.

AVOID THIS HOTEL: MISLEADING & DISAPPOINTING

If you’re considering Zoëtry Curaçao for its advertised beach location, think again. The resort's 'elegant beach property' description is completely misleading—the beach shown in their profile pictures belongs to a neighboring property. Guests have to call for a golf cart to access it, making this feel more like a scam than a luxury experience.

The biggest disappointment, however, was the service. The staff across the property, particularly at the front desk, were shockingly rude and unhelpful. The property itself is beautiful, offering a private and peaceful setting. But the resort is small, with only two restaurants, so dining options quickly become repetitive.

While the hotel looks stunning, the lack of hospitality and honesty makes it an experience we cannot recommend.

WARNING: DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

My family and I have vacationed on many Caribbean islands, but Zoëtry in Curaçao was by far our most disappointing experience. The hotel advertises itself as a beach resort with stunning ocean views, but here's the truth: the beautiful beach shown in their profile pictures is not part of the hotel. Zoëtry does not have direct beach access—you have to request a golf cart to take you to a neighboring property’s beach. This misleading marketing alone feels like a scam.

However, what truly ruined our stay was the appallingly rude staff. From the front desk, where the employees were both dismissive and unhelpful, to many of the waiters and other staff, we encountered poor service at every turn. When we brought up the false advertising about the beach, the manager brushed it off, claiming it wasn’t their responsibility to update online platforms with accurate information.

On the plus side, the hotel itself is aesthetically beautiful, offering a private and serene atmosphere. Our room matched the photos online—it was clean and well-designed. Unfortunately, the property is small, with only two restaurants, which made dining options feel repetitive during our short stay.

Ultimately, the lack of hospitality and the false advertising led us to leave early. It’s a shame, as the rude and incompetent service overshadowed everything else.

Zoetry is a resort for comfort and relaxation. The staff was excellent and made our vacation memorable. Dyon and Latoya are the best bartenders around! Hyatt can definitely help the staff by ensuring that they are always fully stocked but that didn’t stop the staff from finding other ways to meet our needs and requests. We will definitely come back because of them!

Property was clean, green and secluded. Personal was amazing. The restaurant service was very slow and we walked everyday to sister-hotel Dreams which has a buffet style restaurant and access to the beach. We did not mind to walk or ride a golf cart to Dreams. Entertainment program at the Dreams needs to be improved

I like that the resort was very quiet and intimate. I had vip access through expedia and my room wasnt upgraded for free. Didnt receive my spa credits. It had 1 pool with limited loungers. Only 2 restaurants. If you want more variety of food, entertainment even the beach you can go to Dreams. Its a quick 2 min golf cart away. Bathrooms in lobby of dreams horrible. Would I go back to Zoetry...highly doubt it.

The property in really nice, quiet, VIP. Customer service excelent. Only negative is there is no direct beach access, we have to ride a cart to another property for beach access. Food can be better and also the food service at the restaurants its very slow.

Even though there may be pictures of a beach, there isn’t one on the property. The people of the island are very friendly and hospitable. The staff is very hospitable; however, be prepared for jaw dropping, turtle paced service. I ordered room service at 5:15P for delivery at 7P to make up for the slowness, and still didn’t get it until 9:30P. Trying to talk to management also lead to ghosting and overpromises. We paid extra for pool view and we experienced noisy parties throughout our stay. When they hold special events, they happen at the expense of paying guests, so be prepared for lack of seating and service at dining. Since I was warned about slow service by a previous guest, it seems to be something the resort has been doing for a while, and Hyatt doesn’t seem to want to change it. This is unfortunate because I think if this changed, the resort would be amazing.
