The hotel is in an AWESOME location. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The greatest negative was the music BLARING (at some point, I tested the music volume to our in-room tv and had to turn it to 40 to begin to equal the same volume) until 1:30am. There are a couple of bars on the property. Honestly, I would never stay here again just for the music issue.

This property is in extremely poor condition, and I strongly recommend avoiding a stay here. The carpets in the lobby are filthy, the noise from the street is constant, and a live band plays on the rooftop until midnight, making it nearly impossible to relax.

There are also water leaks coming from the ceiling, and you can clearly hear water rushing through the pipes every time someone upstairs uses the bathroom. Overall, the experience was terrible, and the condition of the property is completely unacceptable.

We randomly met the owner in the elevator, he and his staff treated us like family. The rooftop pool area is EVERYTHING!!! I’d stay here again without question. Its walking distance to everything you need. Go to the restaurant downstairs. The staff was great and the food delicious!!!

My stay at Elementals Hotel was nice overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the basic amenities were provided, including water, tissues, coffee, tea, and a coffee maker in the room.

However, there was no iron or microwave available, which would have been helpful. Breakfast was available to order from the menu, but I had booked my stay with breakfast included, and the hotel did not seem to receive that information.

I had lunch and dinner elsewhere because there were not many menu options that suited my preference. Other than that, the stay was pleasant, and the staff/property provided a comfortable experience.

Excellent hotel at a great location. Everything was 10/10. We stayed in the balcony room and the views were spectacular every evening. Only con is that we Friday & Saturday nights, the club is quite loud and plays music til 12 midnight so consider that if you are traveling with kids. But other than that it was good vibes!

My stay in curacao was made all the better at the Elements Hotel. The room wasn't spacious but comfortable enough.
Pros:
CLEAN with modern finish, fridge, safe and comfortable, Ooo the BED, nice. The staff was bilingual, all so helpful.
Cons:
Construction in stores downstairs, only 220V supply (which i was caution ⚠️ 😅), no iron, pay for parking.
I would recommend anyone wanting to stay in the city book! Should I be back i will.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff were accommodating throughout my stay. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

However, there were some drawbacks. Maintenance work was taking place during my visit, with dusty passageways and carpets being removed. It would have been helpful if the hotel had informed guests about this in advance. I was also disappointed that Cascada declined my reservation request on a Thursday, citing it as their busiest night; I would have expected hotel guests to be given some priority.

Breakfast was served at Mia Terra, but I was overcharged and told that the prices had changed from those listed on the menu, which was frustrating. Additionally, music from the surrounding area continued until around midnight, which may be disruptive for light sleepers.

Overall, the stay was pleasant, but better communication regarding maintenance, restaurant reservations, and pricing would improve the guest experience.

The hotel is located at a great place in Willemstad. You are close to restaurants, stores, the fresh market. The staff was very friendly and helpful for all our matters. The cleaning staff was great and did a great job. The hotel was clean and well maintained. It has three restaurants in the building. Cascada on the top floor has very good entertainment and the food was amazing. The rooms were clean. They were still partial in upgrading the room but it did not affect the function or cleanliness of the room. They have security in front of the stairs / elevator. We got to know Oscar very well. He did an amazing job!
Thursdays till Sunday Cascada has great entertainment but the music will be loud until 12am. But they warn you before booking. But it did not bother us. Great stay!

I booked 2 rooms and 1 room had a stinky smell to it (all my clothes came back smelling like that), 1 of the mirrors with light in bathroom didn't work or the plugs to blow dry hair. I wanted wash cloths and I waited 2 days before I got them. They also failed to mention that at night they play loud music either on the rooftop or entrance of hotel! The lights are pretty dim in both the room and bathroom. I did like the shower and how big it was. Parking can be hard to find, especially in the evening. Hotel would be ideal for people that like to party.

Nice hotel ideally located in centre. Close to almost everything. The floating bridge, shops and many restaurants within walking distance and also at the hotel.
Staff were all super helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
Our room was very nice with balcony but a few things could do with a little tlc. Peeling paint, lounger needed fixing as there was no privacy from the rooftop bar.
We did enjoy our stay mainly due to the location of the hotel and the amazing staff and we will return and stay here again.

Elements hotel was a great stay. Our room was cleaned daily and the staff were attentive to all our needs.
Being in the enter of Punda you have access to all the shops and restaurants near by. Our favourite was Mar & Tierra situated downstairs of the hotel.
The seafood platter for two was super delicious. A must try.
Would recommend to stay for the location, cleanliness and friendliness of staff.

I like this hotel. I had a great view. Shops, restaurants etc. were literally close to the hotel. It was easy to book and check out even when the staff wasn't physically there. I had an early check out and the only thing i had to do was put the cards in a box. No list of paperwork. Really recommended especially for people who travel alone.

Let me share my wonderful experience during my recent stay in room 416 at Elements hotel in Curacoa.

The room was very nice for a small hotel, and I particularly enjoyed the upper-level view of the ocean and street activities. The sizable balcony, equipped with comfortable chairs and the Balearic day bed, was a highlight of the stay. I also wanted to specifically mention how much I enjoyed the bed; it was incredibly soft and welcoming, as were the pillows. I truly felt like I was sleeping on a cloud.

Furthermore, your staff has been exceptionally helpful and professional. I appreciated the abundance of bottled water made available to guests. In particular, Armando and Mia demonstrated great soft skills and are truly customer-centered. Please extend my thanks to the entire team, including the housekeeping staff, for their excellent service.

The property is on a Central location which was plus but very noisy with Club Cascada which is very busy makes it not very comfortable with the noise and business. Restaurants on property very busy as well. Room was clean but toilet was broken, water marks on bathroom counter. Bed comfortable which was a plus. Little encounter with staff. I give it a higher rating this year than last year because the property has improved and upgrades are being made .

Get to know the parking area well in advance because it's paid parking. With different hours of operation. If you don't find parking in the lot in front of the hotel , you can go to a parking garage around the corner or try the municipal parking lot after business hours. They will boot you !
Sometimes the hotel doesn't have coins for the parking meter, you can download flowBird app and add money to a virtual card . Minimum charge is $12 usd even though parking is only around 50 cents to 1$ per hour .

The swimming pool is an extra large bathtub. It should not be called a swimming pool. staff was not very friendly. I would not recommend to anyone we took our own luggage to the room. also, the room does not have a phone to call the front desk you have to go downstairs if you need to talk to someone or need something..

Upon arrival my room was horrible my bathroom sink was sticky with some residue and stained and dirty. Walking onto elevator the floor was dirty and stained. The carpets we filthy with stains and dirt. I reported it to the front desk who said they couldn't do anything until the nexy day. I contacted Expedia right away and they assured me that i would receive a refund for such a bad encounter.

Shops nearby all in walking distances from the hotel. Very centrally located to all the tourists activity esp to Queen Emma Bridge.
For people looking to book this hotel. Be mindful there is parking charges but they are very minisule in parking lot in front of the hotel. 65cents per hour from (8a-6pm Mon-sat; free on Sunday and after 6pm. Would recommend to bring eu outlet adapters. We didn’t have one… luckily we were able to purchase one for $6 from
The hotel. our US hair dryers and curlers are too strong of voltage for the outlet in the bathroom; so we struggled with that…. Luckily the staff provided us an extension cord to be able to plug it in the living area and use it in the bathroom… also things close relatively early in the area…so dinner after 10pm is almost impossible.

This property is centrally located and has the best staff. The downsides was the loud music played on the rooftop that goes on until 10 - 12am depending on the night. You unfortunately cannot go to sleep until the music stops playing if you are sensitive to noises. The wifi was also pretty bad so you will need a sim or e-sim card if you want to stay connected.

The staff was the highlight of this property, especially the men and women who worked the front desk.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming—from security to the front desk and housekeeping. The front desk team went above and beyond, helping us arrange taxis and providing helpful information about rental cars, which made getting around so easy.

Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping our room spotless, especially after our beach days—they were amazing at taking care of all the sand we brought back with us!

The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance and everything conveniently close by. Overall, a fantastic experience—we would definitely stay here again!

Let me first say that the staff was friendly and wonderful. The hotel was at a great location close to all shops and restaurants. In my opinion, the property itself however needed some work. The room I had was terribly. There were bed bugs, the bathroom shower didn’t drain properly so every time I finished showering it would fill up like a bathtub. The pool at the roof top had sediments in there and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Lastly, the hallways in the hotel smelled a little odd and funky. Overall not a great comfortable stay and had to check out early because of the bed bugs.

We were very pleased with the location! It was right in the middle of everything. The room was good and the bed comfortable although a bit soft. We stayed 8 nights. Thursday through Saturday were quite noisy although, oddly enough, we had no issue sleeping. Noise stops at midnight. Staff was excellent. Would stay again.

Cleaning staff is wonderful. Concierge staff also wonderful - very helpful. The hotel is updated and modern although some small half ass work remodeling - still pretty good. The location is perfect. Walk everywhere or catch a tour or taxi right in front. It is loud due to the Cascada bar upstairs but that didn’t bother me. I joined the fun and went to sleep afterwards. My balcony room was great. 402. View of the ocean and the city. The reviews about the carpet were not accurate on my floor - 3. Carpets were clean and new. No worries about security. Most nights there was a security guard at the entrance. The door to the floors can only be accessed with room card

Mar Y Tierra restaurant was great. I ate there a few times. There are plenty of options all over the place. Please walk around. Cross the Queen Emma Bridge. Google Maps will be useful. Casanova. Toasted Buns. Piace Bieu for local food. Kuda Handa Village. Get a tour for the beaches - mambo. Kenepa. The hato caves were spectacular. The San Marino casino was not good

If it's your first time to Curacao, this is a perfect place to stay. Despite some drawbacks, explained later, the location and overall vibe and amenities make this fantastic place to stay. No regrets! The room was comfortable - beds cozy with nice sheets and duvet, excellent pillow coverage (8 between two beds!! Without asking for extra). The bathroom was extraordinary and honestly on the list of things I miss from vacation. Huge shower. Excellent water flow. The air circulation and assume in floor heat must be pretty stellar because within an hour of three of us all showering the bathroom was completely dry. Air conditioner in the room was perfect, no issues. Slept great. Always a welcomed place to get back to the cool air after being out and about in the gorgeous Curacao heat and sun. WiFi was excellent, no issues three of us using it on our phones. Tv in room worked well, some buffering of Netflix occasionally but basically as good as home. The pool on rooftop is small but there was never anyone in it besides myself and teen daughters so it was perfect place for a quick dip after a day out or midday cooldown. View of Willemstad from that rooftop is unmatched. Go see it for yourself! Staff were kind and personable. No language barriers anywhere on the island and same true for this hotel. We didn't have our room cleaned through the week by choice. Kept it tidy ourselves and swapped out towels once during our week-long stay. One downside is it's loud from 7-12 pm. Earplugs.

GREAT LOCATION! Perfect for Punda Nights and Cascada. Rooms are really small but didn’t both us. Staff friendly. Have to communicate through WhatsApp or go to the front desk if you need anything. May take a while for a response in the App. Hallway carpet is filthy which gives you the impression your room may not be clean but our room was from what we could see. Would definitely stay again. Bring US adapter for plugs!!!

The entire staff was fantastic and very attentive to me. The property itself is lovely and the courtyard has a welcoming vibe. The pool area was lovely and hot. I think a few umbrellas would have been nice to have to make the pool area more inviting to lounge around during the daytime. I would not recommend staying at this property if you are older and have young children. The noise level on the rooftop is next level during the club hours, which is 7 days a week. It’s a hot spot for dinner and dancing which is fantastic! But not if you are looking for something more relaxed in the evenings. The location is great for those whom want a pure Punda experience which makes exploring the city so easy.

plentiful in the downtown area. The view of the ocean was as pictured with cruise ships visible. The major setback for us was the exceptionally loud music on Thursday, Friday,
and Saturday nights with the commensurate activity going on well into the early morning. Parking in the area is also inconvenient.

Staff is friendly and helpful. It's loud at night because of the rooftop restaurant but that was not a problem for us. However, cleanliness was a problem. They really need to update the carpets in hallway, replace/ repaint areas that need fixing. Also, not every room is the same. We had a room with no closet, non-working safe, hangers, etc. Having the friendly staff and the rooftop views is what gave this hotel 3 stars.

For the price, the hotel is sufficient. However, it is very loud due to the rooftop bar, with noise continuing until about 1 a.m., which made it difficult to rest.

The room also lacked basic essentials such as an iron and a phone to contact the front desk, which was inconvenient.

Additionally, I was concerned about the lack of security. Hotel guests and rooftop bar patrons use the same stairwell and elevator to enter and exit the rooftop. This shared access could present a significant safety issue.

Overall, while the pricing may be reasonable, there are important improvements needed in both amenities and security.

Hotel was not on the beach but turned out to be a 5 minute walk to a nice private but piblic beach
Hotel did not have 4 pools one on 4th floor overlooking Willemstad which turned out to be used by only us for the week but was not maintained very well no jets on and turned cloudy also no shaded area available only 2 chairs with shade too that did not work

Carpets were very dirty but being replaced as we were leaving
Room was clean but had a funny smell
But housekeeper put in a deodorizer which helped the situation
Alexandra was incredibly helpful in getting adapters so my wife could use hair dryer and curling iron she also got Netflix which was a huge help however no electricity in the bathroom meant my wife had to dry and curl her hair in the bedroom
Part rather than bathroom bed had no sheets and only comforter and very very soft no support
Amondi was very helpful with towels, water, and info about things to do and organizing a taxi for us to the airport
Hotel turned out to be a very good choice !!

The room is a decent size for two people but anymore than that and it would be too small. Don’t book if you have kids. The rooftop plays music loudly until at least 11pm every night so they won’t be able to sleep if you do have kids. Not a huge issue for me. The a/c worked very well. Staff was overall pleasant and helpful.

The 1st room smelled like something was dead.
Had to get a 2nd room it was not much better. The hotel is dirty and they have air fresheners all over the hallway trying to mask the smell.
Air freshener in the rooms . I did contact hotels .com . This listing should not even be on the web sight . The beds are so bad they are like sleeping on a bean bag . The so called pool is the size of 2 picnic tables and there a little tiny ladder to get in it that’s not worth 2 cents . The loud music night down stairs plays till 1 in the morning so you can’t sleep. I would not say this is a 10 hotel maybe a 1 NOT WORTH T H E MONEY
