the staff was really nice, I loved how each day there was housekeeping everyday. Even from them mopping the floor, the call cabs for you if you need it, overall great experiece. If you want to stay within curacao i suggest you get somewhere closer this location is about 15 minutes from downtown.

I booked a room with a king bed. At no point during the booking process was I informed that two beds might be assigned instead. I have a photo of my confirmation showing the room type and image provided at the time of booking.
Upon arrival, a hotel employee escorted me to the room. When I opened the door, I immediately noted that the room did not have a king bed. I stated that I had paid for a king bed, and the employee informed me that none were available that night but advised me to check with the front desk the following day to be moved.
I messaged the hotel, and the manager called me back within approximately 10 minutes. She confirmed receipt of my message but stated that there were no king beds available. I explained that a staff member had told me I could move rooms once availability opened. She then stated that there was absolutely no availability for the duration of my stay and said the employee was incorrect.
I reiterated that I had paid for a king bed and requested some form of compensation, as my partner is tall and a king bed is important for our comfort. The manager responded that the length of the bed would not matter and that my partner would not fit regardless. I explained that he is able to sleep diagonally in a king bed, which works for us.
The manager then stated, and I quote, “If you want to move rooms, you need to move hotels. Feel free to leave.” I expressed my dissatisfaction with not receiving the room I paid for and informed her that I would be le

I stayed in room 17, my only complaint is that the bathroom tiles were smooth and that a hazard for falling when showering, also the shower curtains were a bit short so the bathroom got slightly flooded, those arras could be improved, a shower mat would certainly be a short term solution

The hotel is in a great location because you can walk to many restaurants, shops, and a pharmacy nearby. There is also a complimentary bus service that will take you downtown or the beach. The rooms themselves were really nice and clean, but it is important to note that there is no option for warm water in the shower.
The noise, in my opinion, was the biggest drawback. The rooms are not soundproof, making it impossible to sleep if disrespectful neighbors decide to play music and hang out outside. Additionally, housekeeping is very noisy, and I am not sure if they realize that locals also stay at the hotel and can overhear and understand their conversations.

This is a hidden gem. The property is like a tropical paradise, with trees and plants in green all over. The rooms are modern, clean and nicely appointed. Lacking any amenities whatsoever, the most uncomfortable part of the room is there is only one electrical plug by the desk and nothing near the beds to charge your phone or work on a laptop. Reception is under staffed, taxis are not on call but rather you have to wait 15 minutes or more to get one. Only one restaurant option which is Italian, good food but gets boring. Apparently they do not properly fumigate because the rooms are full of mosquitos and other insects.
