Our hotel consists of 43 suites including one two-bedroom suite. Our hotel is part of the Pietermaai Parking and mall and this gives us the possibilities to offer our guest spa, restaurants and shops just in walking distance.

Be warned!! No mention of the ongoing 3 year construction by Expedia! Unfortunately, there has been ongoing construction across the street for the last 3 years. Extremely noisy with the construction starting at 7am so don't plan on sleeping past that time. Construction will hopefully be completed by the end of November, 2026 according to the realtor that is selling the units.Ocean view is now gone as the ongoing development across the street blocks the ocean view. A/C was great! Staff was exceptional but I definitely would not have booked this property if Expedia had mentioned the construction in their description of the property.

I stayed at Majestic City Suites Curaçao (Jan 19–23, 2026) after a bad experience at another hotel and unfortunately encountered more issues here.
Check-in was scheduled for 3:00 p.m. I completed paperwork around 2:50 p.m. and was told the room would be ready shortly. After returning past 3:20 p.m., the room was still not ready and no timeframe was given. Staff blamed my “last-minute booking,” yet another guest arriving around 3:30 p.m. was told the same thing, indicating an operational problem. This was especially difficult as I was traveling with my 82-year-old relative.
Front desk professionalism was also lacking. Tina, who was present during the check-in delay, later failed to acknowledge or assist me when I requested beach towels—no greeting or response. Another staff member had to step in. This made me uncomfortable raising other concerns, including an issue with the shower drain.
I also observed a roach in the hallway, raising cleanliness concerns. I have video documentation supporting these issues.
Overall, poor communication, unprofessional service, and sanitation concerns made this stay far below expectations. I would not recommend this property without significant improvements.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. I chose it because it was the lowest price for Willemstad. Room was in good condition but not enough towels. We only had one body towel per person and no hand towels for the bathroom sink or the kitchen sink.

When i arrived the room was still like the previous guest left it. I was asked to wait 1 hour, i came back after 2 hours and it was still not ready, luckily after 3 hours i was able to enter my room. I asked for a late check out as compensation, it was okay when i asked, but on the check out day i was denied a late check out. The hotel is nice, but my experience there wasnt. I hope that the problems can be fixed so i might come back someday.

This hotel is the most disgusting hotel I have ever in my life booked. The room was so disgusting that I checked in and went into the room and within 15 minutes I was back out the room checking out of the hotel the room was very outdated The toilet seat had pee, stains all over it. The shower had mole. There was hair all over the floor. The refrigerator and The countertop was dirty. The floor was just disgusting dirt and hair all over. Let’s not talk about the front desk staff no customer service whatsoever. I checked out of the hotel within 15 minutes because I did not feel SAFE and I refuse to stay in FILTH the hotel refused to refund me my money back. They have no integrity and they do not care about their customer. Please take my advice. Take your business elsewhere. You will not enjoy your stay at this hotel it’s filthy and It’s giving cheap motel.!!

When booking in Expedia - a pre paid there should never be a $150 incidental holding fee. It’s ridiculous because there are no amenities involved.

It's a city stay where you can walk to everything. There is no beach here, and they are building a second build that blocks the beach view. The room and service were great and the price was right. They have a parking garage and we had a fine stay.

The hotel is located in such a convenient location. Not directly on the harbour which, for us, was a bonus as we weren't disturbed by any of the noise from the road.

Wi-fi was very good, common facilities very clean, and location superb.
Junior suite with a kitchen looked at active construction across the street, didn’t have any kitchen towels (to wipe hands or dry dishes), and no hand or face towels (one bath towel per person, period). Shower didn’t drain properly, so you stay in the puddle of water afraid it may overflow to the floor.
No phone in the room, so need to go down to the lobby to make ANY requests. Staff don’t tell you anything unless asked, so your trips to the lobby are frequent, and then they seem annoyed that you come and ask questions. Need to open and operate the safe after prior guest, ask (repeatedly) and a person has to come with you to open and reset it. Need beach towels? Have to ask — otherwise, nobody informs you they are available or (what a great idea) put them in the room. Need the room cleaned? Ask, and then ask again, get promised that it would be done, and then come back from a day in town only to see that the room wasn’t cleaned. And so on…
We were as smiling and easygoing as ever at any hotel around the world, yet couldn’t extract a smile from any of the front desk staff. Only when we started being a bit firm at the end, staff suddenly started smiling and the service improving. It doesn’t have to be this way.
Oh, and if you get any VIP perks promised on Hotels.com/Expedia, forget it — they wouldn’t offer or even acknowledge your perks (again, you have to “pull teeth” and beg, which isn’t good service).

Perfect location - close to everything....You're in Williamsted and just a scenic, short walk to Ortrabanda.....this property is the best...many restaurants, coffee shops, shopping areas in less thank 7 minutes walk time...... Mambo beach is just a 16 minute drive..... must stay.... i love it.
