It was a modern clean nicely equipped room. Our sliding patio door to our balcony was facing the oceanfront. Large bathroom, comfortable bed, large flatscreen. All in all a very nice stay at a very nice oceanfront resort.

We loved the views and the room. I especially liked the bathroom/closet set up- made it very convenient to have the closet in the bathroom.
Only negative was we were located at the end of the hotel next to a public park, I believe. There was often activity and loud thumping music at night.

Our room and overall experience was amazing. Our concierge Bryan was very accommodating and helped us with everything from getting a taxi to making a plethora of recommendations for us to try. The room was spotless, the shower pressure and lighting (for makeup) were great, and the best part was the view! Waking up to the sound of waves crashing on the stunning private beach, relaxing to epic sunsets and enjoying the food and cocktail offerings at the different restaurants made this stay perfect for the birthday that we were celebrating.

An amazing property, great restaurants, and very nice staff. The beach and Curacao is a very windy island, which made the beach even more fun. Up and down on waves in sift, shallow sand. Great fun for all ages! Our room was a bit challenging. On the flip side, the sliding door to the bathroom is a thousand pounds and tough to stay closed after you pull really hard. Also, the lock to the balcony was also very difficult to clip shut. These really need to be fixed. Oh, we needed to ask the front desk 3 times for conditioner which they never did bring. We asked the cleaning team at our door when cleaning the room and they gave it to us. Weird.

Our room was not indicative to a four or five star rating! At best it was a 3. Missed one day where it was properly made up. No real selection of bathroom amenities. Construction in back are. Being a BonVoy member has no benefits in this case. Hotel proper was very nice. Room no.

We had an amazing stay at the Marriott Beach Resort. The hotel was lovely, without being over the top. We had a beautiful oceanfront room near the adult pool, which I highly recommend. The room was spacious and clean- the whole property was well maintained. The lobby and bar area were so pretty-open and airy and we really enjoyed hanging out there in the evenings. The beach was beautiful and we were always able to get chairs with an umbrella. The pools were also very large and well kept. There was beach service for drinks and lunch and a great restaurant by the pool. We ate at all of the restaurants in the hotel and enjoyed them very much. The staff was so accommodating- helping us in the evening when we needed a taxi. We also used the gym every day and it had all the equipment one would need and was very clean. Even all of the bathrooms were spotless. There was a cute coffee shop in the lobby with a huge selection of beverages and treats. I highly recommend this resort!!

The resort is lovely, the beach areas and pools are great, the grounds are beautiful. Fantastic breakfast buffet ($30). However, even at $400+ per night we were given a room on the bottom floor, facing the parking lot and some sort of weird storage area. The sliding door inner curtain was missing, so for privacy we had to keep the blackout drapes drawn, which meant we were basically staying in a dark cave the entire week. Resort was “97% booked” so we were not moved (which, if true, I do understand).Our neighbors in the next room were overheard also asking to be moved, and they had booked through Expedia as well, which made me wonder if the guests who use 3rd party apps are given the worst rooms….
I would stay here again- but I would pay the extra $$ up front to upgrade the room choice.

Staff was amazing, RJ, Karina, Emmeleton, Shanti, all exceptional at their jobs. Made me feel extremely cared for. Ryan stood out as a manager as he identified during our conversation at Marriot Bonvoy Managers reception that it was my wife's birthday and the next day and had a beautiful piece of cake sent to the room for her.

Room cleanliness excellent. I took my family here last April 2025 (4 of us) for a week, great experience. Took my family again plus 2 other adults (6 in total across 2 rooms) for a week. Overall service quality, busyness of hotel (seemed like 20-30% more people- lots of events), difficult to get spot on the beach or by pool (lots of towels on chairs nobody attending). No servers on beach. Lots of new staff, lots of repeating same information etc. Overall Okay!

We had an excellent stay at the Curaçao Marriott Beach Resort. The resort is beautiful, clean, and very relaxing, with a great beach and amazing sunset views. The staff was friendly and attentive, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the food and drinks were consistently good. Perfect location—peaceful yet close to Willemstad. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
Would of been five stars for me if they had an all-inclusive option..

Rooms were cleaned after 4 pm and it was only the beds that were tucked and nothing else. Towels were replaced with an unpleasant odor. Pool area pavement was not once cleaned. Floors were always sandy. Breakfast can be improved. Won’t be coming back to this resort.

Very nice property. Room was not ready at check in time. Waited an hour and a half to get in room. They did have a clean bathroom for changing. After an hour wait, offered us $40 in F&B credit. Prices are so expensive that wasn’t enough for two drinks. Room is very nice.

The hotel is definitely NOT 5 stars, the food is really good but very very expensive. They do not have sufficient staff to take care of a full house, the beach lacks chairs. And overall they lack personnel for so many people.

On the bright side the beach and the sunset are spectacular!!!

The rooms were nice. The fridge is not very big, so don’t plan on keeping much cold. The AC didn’t really keep the room cold at night, no matter how hard you tried. They need to look into be all inclusive from the time of purchase it can be added for $1200 a person.

Second time staying here, service was horrible this time, rooms didn’t feel clean, asked for an adapter twice, nobody came to my room to bring it although they said they would. It just didn’t feel like the first time which wasn’t even a year ago. Check in was at 4pm, but didn’t have my room ready until 5:30pm.

Hotel and property are beautiful. Free parking if you rent a car. The private beach is beautiful. Water shoes are highly recommended as most of the beaches on the island have at least a small amount of rock/coral you have to walk over to get into the water. We dined at 2 of the four restaurants on the property, and frequented the coffee shop in the am. The find dining restaurant requires reservations, and the food was ok. The casual restaurant on the beach (Salty Iguana) was excellent and we went there more than once. Overall this hotel is one of the cleanest and most well maintained we have ever visited. The staff are very friendly and responsive to any thing you ask for. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. There is food and drink service available to the pools and the beach. I highly recommend renting a car and venturing out to explore the island, and try some local restaurants. We did and found some great places and beautiful beaches. The island is beautiful!

This was my husband’s and my first trip together in seven years since having children, and it was exactly what we needed. The resort was never crowded, with direct access to a beautiful private beach and two excellent pools. The food was delicious, though a bit on the pricey side. We enjoyed live music almost every evening. Our room was perfect—clean, cool, and comfortable—and the staff was consistently friendly, helpful, and attentive.

We’ll be returning in 2026 with our children. It’s a very family-friendly resort with plenty of enjoyable activities for them.

First time going to Curacao and chose to stay here. The staff was super friendly with the exception of one employee that worked at the market where they sell sandwiches and coffee. I was scared to order because of the attitude lol but otherwise everyone was very attentive and friendly. The resort is beautiful. I had an oceanfront room on the left wing of the resort. Very private with the exception of the people who would go in through the public beach right next to it. The most beautiful sunsets at this property. The food was very good as well. The main beach was amazing. The beach right outside of my room was rocky but with some water shoes that was solved. Beautiful either way. I Recommend the property 😁

I really liked this resort. It was close to town while not being in it. We rented a car (not necessary, but it did help us explore) and easy parking on site helped. The food options were expansive, though sometimes too bland. I wish we had some hot sauce with us or something. That's not a comment on the service or cooking skills! But for non-seafood eaters ... we sought out outside options.

The resort was perfect and was able to accommodate last minute changes for our reservation. We stayed longer than expected because we loved our Beach Side King Room. However, some staff members were helpful while others seemed like they were bothered whenever you asked them questions or assistance. The morning staff members are the best. We were celebrating a birthday for our 1 year old son and informed them of this, hoping for special accommodation or decoration, but it did not happen. When talking to another couple who were also celebrating their child’s birthday we discovered they decorated their room free of charge and without request… interesting. We did not let this ruin our stay. We enjoyed our room as the beach is perfectly located. The breakfast is also worth paying for as you can get the daily buffet and it is worth it due to the immense variety of food and amazing quality.
