We loved our March stay! The oceanfront room was beautiful and very clean. The beds were incredibly soft, and the room setup with a king and two twins worked perfectly for our family. The food was amazing — you could really tell they took time to make quality meals. The only downside was that the lines could get a little long at times, but that seemed to be because everything was made fresh. The ocean was absolutely beautiful and calm so perfect with kids. Pools were not over crowded! It was a bit windy during our stay, but overall we had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back. Make sure you pack snorkel gear or googles to see all the beautiful fish.

We recently stayed here for a family vacation and unfortunately the experience didn’t quite meet our expectations.

One of the biggest issues was the very loud nightly music, which made it difficult for our kids to sleep. After quite a bit of back and forth with management we were eventually moved to another room, which we appreciated, but the process was a hassle.

The dining system was also frustrating. Having to stand in line between 10am–4pm just to reserve dinner for the next night felt inconvenient for an all-inclusive resort. We also found the food to be average overall at best.

Our son has food allergies, which made dining stressful. At the buffet there wasn’t clear ingredient information, and even at the restaurants it was difficult to get clear answers about ingredients. Service at dinner was also extremely slow, which made the experience even more challenging with kids.

Overall, many parts of the resort, including lounge chairs and common areas felt quite dated, and most staff interactions felt somewhat unfriendly until the last couple days of our stay when we did meet a few helpful staff members.

Curaçao itself is so beautiful, but the resort experience fell short of what we were hoping.

No,I was unable to enjoy the pool. The resort has daily passes. During the weekends it gets busy with local people. No space and chairs available to accommodate guests at the pool area or at the beach. If you plan ahead to spend quality time with your family at the resort on the weekends you will be disappointed.I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

From the super friendly staff, to the delicious buffet, and the clean rooms. I couldn’t say enough about this resort. I would go back in a heartbeat. Ignore the negative reviews, go and visit this place. You won’t be disappointed. The restaurants were yummy, the ease of booking reservations either through the app or down at the desk.

We had a great stay! The rooms were clean and modern. Housekeeping came everyday. The pool was big and had a swim up bar. The beach was easy to get to - literally right outside our door! The food was plentiful, lots of variety and available almost around the clock. We also liked that the hotel was a quick 5 min walk to town. We would come back for sure!

I went to this hotel in January of 2026. I went with a group of girls and we had a good time. The rooms were clean and well kept. However, customer service is not that great. The front desk ladies were not friendly and did not seem to have the patience to explain how to make dinner reservation, etc. There were a few people that were nice but most of the staff were not helpful. Also, the staff who work at the pool bar were very slow and did not have any custom service skills! Other than that, it was a good hotel and the buffet had decent wide ranges of food selection.

This was the most expensive trip we’ve taken in years and unfortunately the worst resort experience we’ve had. Check-in took two hours with no apology or urgency. From there, the issues continued — AC problems, inconsistent water (at times no shower or flushing toilets), key cards not working, and housekeeping leaving doors unlocked. Linens were not changed, rooms had bugs, and there is no bottled drinking water provided in the rooms.

The property itself is not well maintained. Hallways and stairwells were dirty, there were bugs in the elevators, and overall the resort feels neglected. Many “ocean view” rooms do not have an ocean view at all, and cruise ships dock directly in front of the resort blocking what little view there is.

Dining was extremely frustrating. Restaurants require reservations but were always “full,” and we secured only one reservation all week. The buffet closes daily from 2:30–7pm, leaving very limited options. One evening guests arrived for dinner at 9pm (during posted hours) and were told the buffet was closing early. For an all-inclusive resort, food access was surprisingly limited. We ended up paying to eat off property multiple times.

Service was minimal at best. Drinks at the buffet are self-serve, tables often needed to be cleaned by guests, front desk calls go unanswered, and staff were generally unfriendly and unhelpful. Adults-only areas were not enforced.

For the price paid, the lack of service, maintenance, & hospitality was unacceptable

Staff were accommodating and overall friendly. Felt safe from theft, still have to always be on guard esp. for young adult solo female travelers. Food options are not the best. Amenities/maintenance/wifi could have been much better. (Broken toilet paper holder) Lost WiFi for an entire day while planning to work. Beach is man made however lovely to swim, no waves. Beach access is minimal and you have to get to the beach early to get a chair. Overall this resort served our purposes to relax and not worry while here.

From the time we checked in it was the most unorganized Hilton we have ever stayed at. Our whole stay was like we were invisible. We could walk up to a bar that had 3 or 4 bartenders just talking. It would take us saying something to them after being ignored to get them to serve us. Our safe in our room would not lock. The whole experience was awful.

The room was lovely and clean. Housekeeping staff was terrific. However, the folks at the reception area were quite frankly, awful. For this to have been an Autograph Hilton property, the service was abysmal. The front desk wouldn’t even answer the phone when you needed something. Several times I saw folks on their cell phones but wouldn’t answer the business line.

Although there was a tremendously large and fresh selection of foods from all over the world in the buffet, it was just ok. Nothing special.
The system for a reservation at one of their speciality restaurants - which incidentally is only 4 (Italian, sushi, bbq and seafood), it was nearly impossible to get a reservation. We did secure a dinner in the bbq restaurant and it really was not very good. Same as the buffet.

I will say that one girl in the front desk area went above and beyond to secure an electricity converter for us (It should have been highly noted within the ad copy on Expedia that one would be needed) as we needed for a CPAP breathing machine.

This resort disappointed me so much I regretted my trip to Curacao as a result. Major disappointment!!! And, they refused to give me Hilton Honors points!

Don’t make the same mistake I did and stay here. Vacations are few and far for most of us and I hope yours isn’t a let down just because you chose this resort (which is also adjacent to the Rif, owned and operated by the same folks).

FYI… Rif is adults only. Mangrove Beach Corendon is children and adult

I was hesitant about this trip given the reviews - a balanced review from my opinion:
First time to Curacao -

Hotel property and rooms were great
Liked that everything was close by (restaurants, pool, beach )
Food options were great - restaurants all outdoor vibe - some like it, some don’t - we liked it.

Please improve:
-Clarity on Rif vs Mangrove rules - never had a consistent explanation from multiple staff or a clear sign (we ate at both properties, but not sure if we are allowed to or not). Each staff we asked gave a different answer.
- all the reviews about the staff attitude/morale have merit to it. Of 4 nights there - 2 staff were kind/pleasant. The pool bar staff was especially horrendous. We felt like we were bothering them. Slow service is one thing (which it was) but it seemed like they hated their job. It wasn’t just one or two - it was all expect for one person.
- if you’re expecting happy staff that are there to make you feel welcome- not happening, unfortunately.
- don’t know if it’s the hotel or a larger issue with wages or a wider systemic problem. Since it was our first time, and I’ve never experienced this in other islands, did a bit of research on the history of the country and visited the museum. Suggest you do the same. It may give you perspective.

All said, beautiful country, but probably will not return.

Très déçus de notre séjour. Le personnel n’était pas souriant, à l’exception des deux filles au bar du lobby. Chaque demande semblait déranger. Nous sommes des gens respectueux et ne nous attendons pas à être servis de A à Z, mais un minimum de politesse et de bonne humeur est essentiel.
Même nos enfants ont remarqué le manque de sourire des employés, en nous demandant : « pourquoi la madame est toujours fâchée quand on demande une crème glacée en disant s’il vous plaît? »
Avant d’arriver, j’avais lu plusieurs mauvais avis concernant le staff et la nourriture. J’ai voulu donner une chance à l’hôtel en pensant que les gens exagéraient, mais malheureusement, ce n’était pas le cas.
Les installations sont en mauvais état et manquent clairement d’entretien. Les piscines et glissades d’eau semblent très vieilles et mon enfant s’est blessé sur une tuile brisée, ce qui est inacceptable.
Le prix du séjour (6 000 $ pour l’hôtel seulement) ne reflète pas du tout la qualité offerte.
La plage est petite, remplie de coraux, et les chaises sont usées. Au bar de la piscine et de la plage, très peu de variété d’alcool.
Le buffet est de très mauvaise qualité : majoritairement friture et surgelé. Nous revenions d’Aruba et Bonaire et c’est de loin la pire nourriture que nous ayons vue.
Nous avons dû louer une voiture pour manger ailleurs et découvrir de vraies plages, car rien à cet endroit ne représente le vrai Curaçao.
Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel.

This place is just ok. The grounds, pools, rooms everything is nice. Just a lack of pride in service. Which is none. Ridiculous trying to get a dinner reservation. You have to stand in line for an hour. Food is not very good either, or at all. Plus all of this costs more than a vacay anywhere else. I won’t be back.

Came to this resort for my BFF 55th Birthday. Upon arrival we were greeted by Edwin one of the front desk staff. He was very pleasant and helpful. Once we got to our room I was greeted with the fresh smell of a clean room. There was a nice welcome letter with a nice cheese platter.
Day 2 was when we realized how under staffed they are. In my group it was 17 and the only time we were all together was on an outing or at dinner. This resort is very UNDER STAFFED and it shows.
There were a few staff members that seemed more pleasant than others (mainly the women were rude). When we asked if there were any staff that walked the pool/beach area to ensure the guest are taken care of and I was looked at like an alien. However on the 4th day of our 6th day we inquired about bottle service since we were all at the pool for the day and Maxi was the best. She made sure to check on us which was to me a HUGE PLUS.
Breakfast buffet the same as any other all inclusive resort nothing special. Specialty restaurants no big hype. The BBQ spot is ok for those that eat meat. For those that don't is hard to get something to eat that hasn't been cooked on top of beef and pork.
When my travel partner asked for her room to be cleaned while we were gone tor the entire day the room was NEVER cleaned. She phoned and an hour later they sent a pregnant lady to clean.(SMH). There were 2 bartenders that we nicknamed M&M they were GREAT. I have a lot to say but this won't allow me to type too much.

Disorganized in every department and lazy staff.
King bed is 2 twins next to each other.
Rooms are surface cleaned; saw same junk food in hallways/staircase for over a week.
Hard to check in or get a restaurant reservation; mayhem. Can’t even be seated at the reservation time they’re too overwhelmed.
Staff constantly on phones and eating behind food counters; this is not what I took time off for to stand at the counter for 20 minutes before being served or seated.
Buffet not cleaned timely and waiting while staff standing there. I cleaned my own table. Buffet full of horse flies on food but decent tasting.
What type of pool bar runs out of pina colada?
Pretty place but service not good at all.
The only pleasant people were the ladies at the scuba shack (Liz and Christina are amazing) otherwise do not rely on a smile from anyone.
Ask staff where things are they don’t know. So what do they know?
Poor training in all topics; cleaning, customer service and food sanitation.
Beach was nice but all rocks and no service.
Awful WiFi.
Great resort for kids however.

The room was clean. My only issue was booking any restaurant other than buffet. When we checked in we were told you have to go to the 3rd desk and book only the day before. Turned out it was desk 2 and Everyday we attempted as soon as it opened 10am and was told they were booked up already. On the last day another person staying told us you can scan the menu barcode on this desk and book from there. Staff never told us this even the lady at the desk. This was the only issue we had but it is a decision maker for future stays elsewhere. We had what was supposed to be a deluxe king room, it was just another king bed room. It was next to a small pool and that wasn’t very busy.

This property should not be categorized as \"all inclusive\" because it does not provide all-inclusive services. This location should be categorized as \"self-service\" because the Hilton provides access to food and watered-down drinks all day but everyone is required to get their own food and alcohol. I was surprised and disappointed to learn that there was no pool or beach service - I was required to get up and walk to the lobby bar (from the pool) or walk to the pool bar to request a drink. Unfortunately, the staff are not service-centered so each member of my 17 person group had to wait to be served for longer than 7 mins for simple drinks. The pool bar staff spent more time talking to each other than delivering great service to guests. When I asked questions about the liquor-type (well or brand), their responses were dismissvie and rude. I would not recommend this property for anyone in my family or network. After being frustrated with the service level we received, I reached out to the head of F&B (Grec) to share our disappointments. Grec worked hard to secure reservations at the speciality restaurants to improve our stay which helped. Our day experiences were horrible. We travel at lesat 2x per year as a large group and expect to receive service aligned with our price-point. The Hilton should be ashame of its corporate brand to run this property so poorly. Edwin and Shana (front desk and guest services) worked hard to improve our stay but it didn't erase disasppointment.

The bed linin & pillows smelled like wet gym clothes. Called the front desk multiple times to restock my mini fridge & they told me multiple times they would send someone & that never happened. My safe in my room was dysfunctional & a lot of important items were stuck in there. When maintenance arrived he was very rude & unprofessional. Staff was not welcoming & made you feel like your presence was an inconvenience. Some staff in the restaurants would roll their eyes when asked for directions. Yesterday the whole hotel had no running hot water for an hr which made me lose a reservation @ a restaurant because I could not get ready & I had to settle for buffet dinner which wasn’t satisfactory because it was cold. Overall a low quality experience for what was spent in a “five star” hotel. Lots of negative reviews but I decided to overlook them when booking,

Debería haber más limpieza en la zona de restaurante, las cucharas, copas, vasos mal lavados! La hora del almuerzo en el buffet dura muy poco, las reservas a los restaurantes tienes que hacerlo con 2 días de anticipación porque nos quedamos sin poder ir a los restaurantes, las toallas de la habitación olían mal!! Poner a funcionar las máquinas de cola, cerveza porque habían unas que pasaron dañadas, el personal que trabaja les falta ser atentos con las personas y tratar de mantener el espacio donde se come limpio, hay mucho desorden, en el bar del lobby hubo un problema con uno que trabaja y nunca puso la cerveza solo se fue y no le importó que más personas estábamos ahí!

I really wanted to love this hotel but unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

The hotel is outdated and does not appear like the pictures. There was a sewage smell coming from the shower drain, stained carpeting, paint chipping off the walls, and our headboards were dusty all the time. The pool is 5 feet and deeper with only a few shelves for anyone shorter to be able to stand (up to their ankles) so if you are shorter than 5 feet you really can’t be in the pool without a float. The breakfast buffet was good if you got there early otherwise they were quick to run out of food and not replenish it quick enough. it’s a shame that the restaurants are not open for lunch and your only option was to return to the buffet or eat junk food poolside snacks, which were subpar. we did not eat at the resort for dinner and the offsite restaurants in Curaçao are fantastic and worth exploring. we did hear from people that making reservations for dinner at the restaurants on site is nearly impossible. The website indicated they had an arcade room for teens which they do not when I asked management. They said “we used to” so that was very disappointing. Also, the activities desk was constantly out of amenities they should’ve had like a ball pump and balls and activities for the kids.

The best part about the hotel is the beach set up. The reef is perfect for snorkeling and the sand is powdery white. The waterpark was really fun as well.

I hate to ever leave a negative review but when it's warranted it has to be done. Overall, the hotel is decent, not bad not great, decent. When you first pullup to the front desk area to check in its a little chaotic as the guest that are checking in/out or waiting for their transport to depart from the resort block up the area and it is very disorganized. No one calls you over so if you're not waiting to jump in front of the next open check in desk you can find yourself being skipped a few times. The check in process was quite fast as they really don't explain to anything other than the building you're in or how to get to your room. We were never told about the types of restaurants that were on the property or how to or when you should make a reservation for them if you would like to dine at one of them. When you finally are able to get a reservation, everything feels like they want you in and o and the staff kind of make you feel like it's a bother that your even there. From the waiting to get a drink to getting someone's attention for utensils, it's a wait. I get the whole island time thing and I do

The hotel offers a really great all-inclusive package. You really don’t need to come off the resort for anything other than site seeing.
They were entertainment each night and good food options.
However, they should be some upgrade to the elevator and better explanation as to what amenities require reservations.

This isn’t my first time at this resort, and I was extremely disappointed with my experience!!! The personal were all extremely rude and not accommodating, it was hard to book reservations for dining, in addition to everyplace being extremely dirty. The personal doesn’t clean in the buffet, it’s very hard to find a table that is actually clean and if you ask the staff to clean it they were very nasty!!! Next, the beach was disgusting there were cups, and trash everywhere and none of the workers would clean it up. Compared to the other time I vacationed at this resort it’s very sad that they didn’t improve they only got worse. Please try to improve your services because overall the hotel is nice and the location is great however something needs to be done regarding the cleanliness of the resort!!!

Room was very clean. Staff was a little rude. Hotel store is a little shiesty. Went in to purchase earphones was given 2 different prices. One store associate quoted $61 US and another store associate quoted $80 US. First night there they ran out of beer which should never happen for all inclusive resort. Good in buffet always cold, need a better resource to keep the food warm.

The room in the hotel were clean; the housekeeping staff was awesome; the lobby staff was OK; the gym was great; pool water was a bit cold but no big deal; the beach was clean and so was the water; would’ve given it five stars if the service staff had a better attitude-bartenders, specially. Not all but 90% of them didn’t really have a welcoming face or it seemed like they didn’t wanna be there-lazy and grumpy attitudes. I’ve worked in the Hotel industry, my whole life and trust me, I understand how hard it is to deal with people all the time but still that’s part of customer service. 4/5

The hotel itself was nice & clean. The AC in my room was leaking. I wish there was more entertainment during the day and evening for everyone. The bartenders need a bit more training. A lot did not know how to make certain drinks. There should have been someone walking around the pool asking people for their drinks as well. My main concern was the food. It could have been better. The food was pretty average and not enough range at the main buffet. The wait time for the food at their restaurants was long as well.

When I first arrived was put in a room that someone had just got out the bed.They say they have these different restaurants but forget to say you need to make a reservation to eat there then the ones we were able to get in when we get there the first thing they say is we don't have these three things whats the purpose of a reservation if you not going to have food for the guest at a resort I'm used to being catered to with them coming and taking drink orders when you are lounging on the property none of that at this hotel.the elevator was broke two days and being on the third floor is no joke trying to get back to your room after a few cocktails

Stay was great. The hotel is right in the beach and you can swim in any weather because if the riffs that prevent the waves from coming from the ocean. That’s a great plus. Good for kids and adults. You can snorkel right at those riffs or even close to the beach. Fish are everywhere.
Lots of palapas and lounge chairs with umbrellas.
The negative and very upsetting part though is that you have to pay for palapas $20 per day. It doesn’t make sense. It should be included. Does hotel want to come to their beach and burn?
There is no system if palapa reservation either.
You can pay $20 to a person at the beach and then once you leave for excursion with your towel, somebody else takes your paid palapa.
And you cannot get more towels to preserve your palapa because you are o my given one towel per a card. Another useless system with card for towel. Why it’s not enough yo have a hotel bracelet to get beach towels?
Food was great for any taste. Drinks at the pool bar especially were awful. The bar people do not know even how to make drinks. Plus they do not care. The guys would stand and look at you and pretend you were not there for 20 minutes talking to each other and the girls.
Forget about reserving a restaurant for another two days if you arrive after 4 to the hotel. We spent 10 hours coming from Boston and arrived to hotel after 4. There was no reservation for the same evening and even for the next day.
Otherwise the stay was great. Hope hotel will address these issyes.

I enjoyed the actual resort and the food the had to offer. The location of the resort is ideal if you want to spend some time in Willemstad. I thought the food selection was great only trying 3 restaurants. I thought all restaurants that I tried were delicious. My only negative thought about it was the room - I didn't think it was very high end. The room was good but I have been to other hotels that were rated the same and had a more luxurious appeal to them. I also had some problems in the hotel, like AC issues and the fact that the vent in the bathroom was on nonstop and there was no way to turn it off or at least we couldn't find it, which made it noisy to sleep with.

The room was fine. Housekeeping should make sure to face towels in the room. More hut sitting at the beach, so you are not fighting locals to get a set at the beach. The dining and lobby should be closed off so air conditioning can happen. It's uncomfortable eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the humidity.

The grounds are beautiful; however, I was very disappointed in the customer service at this location. Unfortunately my luggage was lost by the airline. On my first night, I was tired and napped through dinner. I ordered room service and it never came. They charge $15 for room service, so I had to get it removed off my bill. My luggage was delivered to the hotel on my second day and NOBODY EVER TOLD ME OR DELIVERED MY LUGGAGE to my room. I went to the airport complaining and they informed me that the luggage was delivered. When I went back to the hotel, they nonchalantly gave me my luggage like it hadn’t been there for almost 24 hours. There was a crack in my shower and I had ants, I complained multiple times and it was never properly addressed. Housekeeping never came to adequately clean my room and one day they came only when I complained. There was only one day I had a DND sign on the door. My friend stayed in another room and he never had any issue with housekeeping, so it was definitely an isolated issue. The cheese tray they give you when you arrive was not removed until Monday evening after housekeeping had already come and I arrived on Saturday. I had to keep asking for towels after they had taken towels and wash clothes from my room. The restaurants are also impossible to get reservations at through the app, maybe going to the front desk is better. Definitely won’t be returning.

Dear Customer Service Team,

I hope you are well. I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding the service my family and I received during our stay this past Saturday. We were visiting to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, but several issues made the experience very disappointing.

Our check-in was delayed until 4:15 PM, and when I asked the front desk representative for updates, her attitude was dismissive rather than helpful. I was told the delay was due to the marathon, but this did not explain the lack of communication.

The refrigerator in our room was also not refilled daily, which required me to request refills each day while traveling with two minors. In addition, one of the security guards followed my daughter and me to check our bracelets, which made us uncomfortable even though we were wearing them.

These issues made what should have been a special celebration unnecessarily stressful. I respectfully request that you review my concerns and provide an explanation and appropriate resolution.

The staff was kind and friendly .i injured my ankle and they help with ice and ointment for my injuries. Each day the staff will check up o. Me. The rooms were good i sept like a baby on that mattress. My only negative was the dining experience. The food wasnt good.i stand on a line each day to book dinner and still end up at the buffet.I would recommend to dine out..

I liked the hotel but it can be better with the service.
I dine at the Italian restaurant and the Mexican restaurant but the service I got from the staff wasn’t great.

The beach was nice, the pool bar I enjoyed the most thanks to the two most genuine and friendly bartender Estrella and channel, I can honestly say they definitely improved, elevated my stay, thank you for being so attentive, welcoming and with such a positive and happy energy.

Room was alright. Staff were friendly but definitely not very customer service. If you’re going here to stay at the hotel & be “served” this is not the place. The service was not to Hiltons name or expectations. We came for our honeymoon, our room door had to be slammed or it wouldn’t close, we had found it unlocked when we came back before. Our bedsheets were only cleaned once out of 10 days & many of the other things weren’t stocked like water or towels etc.
food was ok for buffet, but the restaurants to book was very hard to book, couldn’t book online, you have to go at 10am (so if you’re doing anything off the resort you miss the whole booking window). Only one person at the bar so some nights would take 15+ mins to get a drink. Nice location, beautiful beach though the cruise ships do come probably 5/7 days a week.

Amazing amazing. Drink selections great, food so many options. Staff is helpful and 95% are appealing to the eye. The island of Curacao has gorgeous looking people. You have to make reservations online or at the help desk 24 hours in advance. Cannot be made the same day. But if you ask kindly day of and they have a reservation they will get you in. Buffet options are plethora. Water slide is so fun for adults and kids. The property is gorgeous them rooms are clean. I can go on but you get the point. I would definitely stay here again if I had the chance. Or the rif side if I want to drink Hennessy on my next visit with my all inclusive package.

For someone who frequents Hilton properties and was looking forward to staying here to celebrate a birthday, this stay was extremely underwhelming. From the lackluster hospitality, the poorly cleaned room, non functioning amenities, the list goes on.

As a whole, my husband and I were very disappointed with our stay. Upon arrival, we were met with a room that had stained carpet, dusty surfaces, and a safe that did not work. In addition, the customer service here seemed to be the least of the staff’s concerns. As very few members of the staff were friendly. The majority of the exchanges we had with the employees were unpleasant, one of them even hissed their teeth at my husband and I when we were getting off of the elevator. Another major issue was the room/turn down service. On our third day, we requested housekeeping to come and clean, change sheets, and fresh towels. The hotel advertises that you can request housekeeping up until 4:30pm, so we did so around 1:30 pm as we had missed the early morning cleaners. Imagine our surprise when we made it back to the room (after being out for most of the day) to find that not an ounce of the room had been cleaned, no sheets changed, and dirty plates of food left behind… but they managed to leave new towels in the bathroom. Unbelievable!

We rarely ordered food from room service but when we did, it would take a minimum of two hours just for them to tell us what we originally ordered was not available. The final straw was trash bags

Please do not waste your money at this resort! The day we arrived to Mangrove, Hilton was the day that the resort started ripping up half of the pool deck to renovate. While trying to relax at the pool you felt like you were in a construction zone and needed a hard hat. With half of the deck under construction, it crowded the rest of the seating areas. And don't get me started about the noise. Everyone around us were complaing about how loud it was. It grated on your nerves and took away every ounce of peace. It also didn't end there. The staff were working on this past 10PM and you could hear them sawing and drilling in your room.

Sadly, this wasn't my only complaint. Next was be prepared for lines.. long, long lines. The resort has about 5 onsite restaurants for you to explore. In order to eat at them, you have to stand in line by 10AM to get a reservation for the next evening. It's first come first served. And we were told they book up by 11:00AM. Unfortunately, we had to eat at the buffet most evenings. At the buffet, the resort was extremely under staffed. So good luck finding a clean, available table. They couldn't keep up with the turn over on clean dishes, plates, glasses, or silverware. You were drinking wine out of coffee cups or water glasses. Basically, whatever you could find available. They have about 6 single serve coffee stations there and most were broken. So many more complaints however I'm only allowed 1500 characters.Curacao beautiful, Mangrove HORRIBLE

I absolutely loved my stay at this resort . For one the food was great for an all inclusive the only complaint I had would be the service among the employees (not the best attitudes) other than that it was a really nice resort . Overall I would recommend staying at this resort , about a 15 minute walk from the downtown area , rent a car if you can cabs tend to add up for short distances. Not much night life so you would have to leave the resort if you’re looking for parties
