I would like to start by saying that the hotel itself is beautiful. The facilities are excellent, the property is well maintained, and the buffet food was consistently very good throughout our stay. The location and overall atmosphere made us excited for what should have been a wonderful vacation.
Unfortunately, our experience was seriously affected by the poor customer service and the complete lack of resolution regarding a major issue with our room.
When we arrived and were taken to our oceanfront room, we immediately noticed that the air conditioning was not working properly. We reported the problem to the front desk right away. Someone came to the room and supposedly fixed it, but the issue continued. We returned to the front desk multiple times to explain that the room was becoming unbearably hot, especially at night.
At one point, I was told that we could be moved to another room, but only to a lower-category room than the oceanfront room that I had paid for. Naturally, I declined. If I paid for an oceanfront room, I should not be expected to accept a downgrade because the hotel could not provide the amenities that were advertised and included in my reservation.
For the entire nine-day stay, the air conditioning never worked properly. We woke up in the middle of the night sweating and uncomfortable. Despite multiple complaints, the problem was never resolved. I specifically booked a room with air conditioning, and that is not what I received.

We enjoyed the food, the drinks, the staff were friendly and helpful. We were in total 4 families with 2 staying at the Rif and two at Mangrove . I think it’s unfair that the rif has exclusive areas just for their guests when it’s a shared property and the Mangrove rates are sometimes higher than the Rif.
Other than that it was a very enjoyable experience.

Overall , it’s a beautiful resort . Majority of the staff was very helpful. Some not so much . One thing I hate about the resort is the dining accommodations . In order to eat at one of the reservation restaurants you have to book the day prior . I flecked in on a Monday around 5pm. That meant I didn’t have an option for Monday for a nice sit down dinner , as well as Tuesday . I booked a reservation for Wednesday . The only time slot available was for 6pm . I had an excursion that ended well after 5:30 pm. So basically, I was stuck eating at the buffet my whole trip . Very disappointing. And no staff attempted to make any accommodations. I was told one thing at check in and another when time to make dinner plans .

This was my 3rd time staying with my family at this resort in the last few years so my expectation the 3rd time around was that I would have the same level of comfort that I experienced the first two times. I paid for an ocean view and unfortunately when I checked in I did not. The Front desk person could not help us and did not appear to know the running's of the compound as they also gave us wrong information with regards to meals services at night. They advised me to see guest services the following day. I must say that guest services easily resolved the issue and we were relocated to a new room with proper ocean views. Later than night the AC in the room would not work and when we called the front desk, we were informed that a certain part of the building that the AC was in need of service. We were located to another room just for the night in order to get a good night's rest with a proper working AC. The next day we moved back to our ocean view room where the AC was checked daily. The guest service personnel were great though and tried their best to ensure all was well. One of the only premium bars on the compound no longer carried a certain brand of alcohol that they carried the year prior so that was a little disappointing.

Overall the experience was good and I thank the guest services personnel for doing their best despite the challenges we had.

Lamentablemente en esta occasion no todo salio como yo esperaba, eramos un grupo de aproximadamente 35 personas
Desafortunadamente la fiesta que organizamos para esa celebracion no era lo que habiamos acordado con la Sra Tamara Allen , hubo mucha falta de informacion y cambios a ultimo momento que no estaba previsto que fuera de esa manera.
Definitivamente no volveria a organizar otro evento en este lugar o con la misma persona, aunque debo de decir que mis invitados a pesar de los inconvenientes pudieron tener una velada agradable ya que Tamara a pesar de los cambios de ultimo momento logro que este evento fuera posible (aunque no fue por lo que yo pague).
Muchas de las personas que se alojaron en este hotel , tuvieron problemas de liqueo de agua en el cuarto por lo que los tuvieron que cambiar de habitacion,a otros se fue la luz en su cuarto, y a otros la habitacion que les habian asignado ya habian otras personas usando la habitacion.
Personalmente mi habitacion no tuvo ningun problema ,era muy espaciosa ,me gusto muchos sus amenidades, y sus inmediaciones .
En el restaurante las personas que nos atendieron fueron serviciales y amables.
Por ser un grupo grande fue IMPOSIBLE hacer una reserva en sus restaurantes .
En general el hotel es bonito, sus playas muy lindas pero tienen que hacer cambios , con mucha tristeza dire que NO fue lo que yo esperaba para esta occasion tan especial.

We had a great relaxing time at Mangrove Beach resort. The food was wonderful, eating at both the buffet and restaurants. All the dining is outside but there is always a breeze and never got too hot. It was difficult to make reservations but we were pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the buffet was. The kids preferred the buffet over restaurants. There are not many activities so come to relax. The alcoholic drinks were not very good. I would recommend staying on the Riff side if prefer better alcohol. I strongly recommend tipping- even as little as a US dollar. No one here tips and when you do, the bartender remembers you and will provide quicker service.

Everything was good in my experience. We didn’t like how self served it is for what we paid. Having to find your own table at the buffet and getting your own drinks was new to us. Also many times we needed to get our own cutlery, which isnt a big deal but for a 7k trip seemed like the service didnt match the price. The staff was friendly and helpful, grounds were maintained well. The beach was Great, our kids loved the dock to jump off. It was a great trip but not worth the price.
Food was okay- we were a little shocked that we were told we couldn’t order multiple things from the menu at an all inclusive (example. We wanted a pizza to share as a family as an appetizer but they said no. Pizza is only one per person as a main) this was throughout all the restaurants which was super weird to us as we’ve never experienced that strictness at an all inclusive. The food quality was okay- everything at the restaurants could be found at the buffet except the bbq. The bbq was good but everything was dressed in bbq sauce which wasnt very good and again very strict on menu (we were a family of 4 and given a small bowl of salad to share) when we asked for another bowl they very reluctantly gave us one and made a point to say it was supposed to be one.
Overall it was a good trip but for the price we wouldn’t return.

Nice hotel. I did the all inclusive. As usual, the food off the resort was the better option. However, the resort food wasn’t bad. The drinks were good and readily accessible. Didn’t have to be up at 6am for a pool or beach chair. Overall, I enjoyed it.

Tip: don’t leave your food uncovered at the table. The birds are master thieves. But it’s nature. And nothing you can do about it, except be vigilant.

My room was nice with a good amount of space. Balcony was nice too. At the end of the day, the room is the last place you want to hang out on this beautiful island..

Note: the resort gym was better equipped than some of the local gyms at home.

The resort was really nice. I enjoyed my stay. Only thing was the food was OK. I would recommend definitely going out for dinner. Certain restaurants on the resort were not good but the overall experience was amazing. Housekeeping was so helpful and the staff was really fun. They had lots of activities during the week for the little ones and for the adults.

Do not chose this destination for any special events. no birthdays no weddings. Not good for groups. My aunts chose this hotel for a 60th birthday celebration. The manager/ event coordinator from the hotel was not responsive to questions and accommodations. Up until the last hour before the event, the changed the location of the event because the owner of the hotel was hosting a party in the room we were suppose to have our event. Added so much unnecessary stress to a very special day.

The pool area was dirty. People drinking in the water and spilling drinks. All inclusive? Not really! Open bar? no! Only beer and wine and sugary drinks. Beach is rocky.
The rooms are ok.

You will overpay for everything in Curacao from taxi rides to tours. If you like that kind of stuff, this is your place.

Very clean resort. Helpful, friendly staff especially Ari. Beautiful pools, beaches. Nice Waterpark. The mini fridge in rooms is too small and not stocked well. The idea of water bottles instead of plastic bottles is great in theory but we did not use them. The availability at the restaurants to get reservations was extremely difficult even when I tried right upon arrival. Overall, fun, relaxing, enjoyable vacation experience.

Overall, the stay was excellent and I can’t fault it. The only drawback was the air conditioning, which is centrally controlled and made the room uncomfortably cold at night. However, this is easy to overlook given everything else the hotel offers.
The property is set in a beautiful part of the Caribbean, with plenty of amenities to keep you occupied throughout a week-long holiday. Its location is ideal, and the availability of parking makes it convenient if you plan to hire a car and explore the stunning island of Curaçao.

The experience at the resort was not pleasant at all. We are a group of 37 people, and although each of us has different individual complaints, we all agree on one thing: the resort staff lacks friendliness, courtesy, professionalism, patience, and basic customer service skills when interacting with guests, answering questions, and making visitors feel welcome.
As tourists visiting Curaçao, we expected to feel comfortable and confident that we had chosen the right place to stay. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Instead, many of us felt disappointed and regretted choosing your resort for our trip.
This experience has left a very negative impression on our entire group, and personally, I would not recommend this resort to anyone.
The list of complaints is extensive, and each member of our group intends to share detailed reviews based on their personal experiences.
We hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to customer service and guest relations.

Especially Chenille, who did my check in process and was very polite and accommodating throughout my entire stay. She became a familiar face I felt comfortable coming to when in need of assistance. The brightness menu was apart, and I don’t know why they had so many different recipes of eggs everywhere. I get it maybe a lot of people like their eggs differently, but that was a whole menu. The pool was enjoyable, limited seating around the main pool. We didn’t realize until the last day that there is a silent pool with seating to the side of the 2nd building. Bars were all amazing, no issue getting drinks. 24/7 soda, juice, water, ice available. Snack bar with hotdogs, burgers, fries, chicken nuggets, ice cream open most of the day. Buffet was actually good for resort food. Major thing is you have to make dining reservations for specialty dining at 8am the day before if you want options, otherwise you might not get one. Staff was okay, nothing super friendly but felt safe around them. Beach was nice.

The resort was very clean as was the room. Be prepared to wait in lines alot, anytime you have a question, need to book excursion, or if going to the buffet or trying to get a drink at the bar...not much activity at the resort but the beach was nice and clean. There was one day/night a cargo ship did block the ocean view. We walked into town a couple of times And did a few wonderful excursions. Only real thing to be prepared for is lack of help from staff at the front desk for anything. I ended up booking excursion on line myself through Expedia.Trying to reserve special dinners was frustrating... Get the run around alot, out of 5 nights and numerous attempts, we finally got a seafood one on our last night there..the island was nice to visit and if we
ever retuned I believe we would stay somewhere else.

Today was our last day at the hotel, however our stay wasn't pleasant. We stayed at the hotels for 6 nights, from the time we checked in till our last day. We made a call to the front desk regarding the AC not functioning right , maintenance Rep was not available, our mini bar was never refilled the whole time there. Not one manager came out to speak with us. Rep Afrianna was amazing in helping us and Sharon from the Towel Station was amazing also . We weren't impressed with our stay with the hotel.

lly sealed so there’s always humidity in your room because the hot air is coming in and meeting the cold air from the AC. This also allows cockroaches to get into your rooms. I would say that the food is low quality meats are the lowest cuts that you chew on and chew on and chew on and somehow never break down or maybe you’ll get lucky like I did and get a piece of plastic in your dish. Our toilet was also broken when we arrived, when you sat on it it moved to the point where you thought it might come off the wall, they did come and fix that. I was also offended that my first evening there while I was sitting down to eat the staff will come right up to you and push you to leave a five star review while you’re sitting there and eating and don’t want to be bothered they’re so prepared for this. They already have a QR code that they promptly pull out for you to scan so you can leave a five star review this whole place feels like a scam. The front desk will discourage you from taking the bus which is just two blocks away and cost one dollar. They instead will direct you to the taxi that will cost you $40. DO NOT STAY AT CORENDON!

We stayed at the Mangrove Beach Corendon Curacao All-Inclusive Resort, Curio by Hilton and while there were a few positives, the experience overall fell short.

We appreciated early check-in, a clean, soft beach, and great service from Jonas the bartender. Unfortunately, most staff seemed disengaged. Housekeeping struggled—there was vomit left in our hallway overnight, and one day our room couldn’t be cleaned due to a water outage.

The buffet was chaotic: long waits, limited seating (we often cleaned our own tables), and lukewarm food. The only decent meals came from live stations after 30+ minute waits. Midday options were minimal, though the pizza was solid. Drinks were bottom-shelf only, and the only good coffee was at the patisserie.

There was no airflow in the dining area despite fans being present but never turned on. The water shut off mid-shower one evening, and our broken coffee maker was replaced with another broken one.

The bed was extremely firm—to the point I went to sleep on a beach chair one morning. The pool also felt overused; after 20 minutes my eyes were bright red, likely from heavy chlorination.

Noise was another issue, loud music, including a late-night rave that shook our room on a Wed. and we had to work in the am.

Tip: buy extra water. You get small bottles and you can’t drink the tap.

That said, Curaçao is beautiful. We loved BlueFinn Charters, Hato Caves, and especially Kokomo Beach. Amazing island—just not the resort we’d choose again.

Overall, it was a good stay and we enjoyed it. However, it was tough to find some quiet time as there is always loud music at pool during entire afternoon and late evening. The staff was very nice however during check in at first, I think they could be more organized to make process smooth and quick. For food, they should have more “cooked” vegetarian options during lunch and for dinner.

The Mangrove Beach Corendon Curacao All-Inclusive Resort, Curio by Hilton was a beautiful hotel. The check in service needs some work. They are thorough but the process takes a long time. They say the check in time is at 4pm however if you want to make reservations for dinner it is between the hours of 6 am-8 am online or 10am -4pm in person. Reservations also cannot be made for the same day. This issue with that is, the night of your arrival you are limited to the buffet only. The tour desk and reservation desk are two separate desks/people who often times did not have someone present. Then when they were, the WiFi was down. So we were unable to book reservations or tour in person. The “app” can be navigated via browser, not via App Store. The drinks are very watered down I’m assuming because the resort is highly family friendly. The main pool was hard to get a seat because prior to breakfast opening people reserve seats with a towel and belongings and then get breakfast. So by 8am all seats are occupied, aside from the cabanas which need a reservation for a fee of course. The room was clean, they advertised room service which one would believe would be a range of options however it was 3 sandwiches only. The phone has 4 options and wait time is long so it forces you out the room. The buffet was the best part of the trip. Food was cooked well and they had a range of options. Most of the dips and sauces were not clearly labeled which may cause issues if you have any allergies

Enjoyed a great stay for a week. Every place has its pros and cons, but overall don’t hesitate to book this place if you are easy going on vacation. Drinks were great, food was typical buffet and the restaurants were yummy. Plenty of pool and beach chairs. Volleyball everyday was fun. Beach and pool are great. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was nice. Nighttime entertainment wasn’t great. The WiFi went in and out. But neither detracted from a great stay.

The property overall is pretty nice. The pool, access to the beach is really nice. The buffet restaurant food is horrible and the other 4 restaurants you need to make reservations which is almost impossible cause it gets booked quickly. So its a lose lose situation. Your better off renting a car and driving to places you will enjoy and eat. The staff is overall mediocre. They are not all friendly and kind. They could careless if you have an issue. The women in the reception area all have attitudes. I def. Would not visit that hotel again, nor Curacao.

The resort is beautiful. The rooms have tasteful decor, kept maintained. The pools were nice the kids truly enjoyed it. The beach looked beautiful though we did not go sincd the kids really liked the pool. The bar was good all inclusive resort. The only thing we were not happy with was the hotels app was not workingto make reservations. We had to go to go to the lobby to make our reservations and they were limited. Thankfully their buffet restaurants were good. They had great options, and always clean. The location of the resort is great you can walk to their downtown in 15-20 minutes and It is very safe!

The property was walkable to Willemstad that took about 10-12 minutes. We celebrated my husband's birthday from April 15-19 2026. The staff was super nice and and helpful. We stayed in building 2 which was across from the main pool and a few steps from the beach. The beach was more of a cove than an actual beach. If you want actual beachfront, this isn't the resort for you. I must say the food at the main buffet was really good with a lot of options. The staff greeted you with cold clothe and something to drink(anything you wanted). Our A/C unit in our room wasn't as cold as we liked despite turning the temperature down as far as we could. We had to keep our curtains closed all day to keep the room as cool as possible. Overall we had a good time and would come back to Curacao again. This resort is family friendly and there's no adult only option. We also experienced a lot of humidity in our room that made the room floor slick either from the shower or opening the sliding glass door which was your main entrance. That was annoying, but we managed. The room was cleaned and moped our entire stay and that was greatly appreciated.

The hotel and property itself are nice. The beach has great snorkeling and the food is good. We had belongings stolen from the luggage room. I went to report the incident at the front desk and asked to speak to the manager on duty and was told they would be in at 10am. So I went back a second time, this time they told me the manger wasn’t here yet. I went back a third time and this time they told me they couldn’t find her. This situation has not been resolved and I’m still waiting for someone to contact me. Really disappointed about how this situation was handled.

We did not partake in the pool as we are ocean people. The pool bar had great selection and even better service. On two occasions, the bar tender looked up a drink to see how it was made. We really appreciated their dedication to providing the customers with any drink they desired.

A/c throughout building does not work well. Max low temp on room units is 22c/72f. This was unexpected and uncomfortable for us, as room never cooled below 74. We changed rooms and same issue. Beautiful facility, most of staff is lovely. This is a european corodon hotel, not a hilton by USA standards.

Hilton honors staff nice, got the 2 hotel package and never went to the Rif as my hotel was better, the restaurants short capacity operation, the buffet was good a challenge in all areas to mantain clean and to pick up dirty disged and glasses. Towells just in the morning nothing in the afternoon.

Rooms weren’t cleaned efficiently on a Daily basis. They would replenish towels and make the bed at best. The food at the Buffett was very good. The food was good in every restaurant but the service was terrible. It always felt like you were inconveniencing the staff by asking for a drink. They did a horrible job of keeping the resort clean. Dirty dishes and food was left all over the pool and beach area for the whole day. It was disgusting and ants would start to swarm making other people not want to lay on those chairs by the pool. The resort is in a good location and has potential but the staff just really needs to do a better job!

The pools aren’t good for families with younger kids as all main pools have water at 5 feet. Very good buffet. Good restaurants not great but good. Beach is rocky but calm. This is good for kids. Dinner reservation system is frustrating. Main bar has premium drink labels, beach and pool bars are basic. Good gym. Rooms are decent size for 4 people but fridge is small. Water pressure problems around 5-6 pm but rest of day had hot water and pressure.

The room was clean but ac was not as cold. Not many staff in the bars. Pool was decent. Food in the buffet was good for breakfast but not for diner. Food does not stay warm. Reservations to the restaurants are a must as soon as you arrive, gets full quickly. Rent a car to explore beaches to the west, it’s magnificent!

No service staff at the pool or beach. Disappointing for a large brand (Hilton).
Most wait staff indifferent with no smiles. Not very hospitable. Everywhere else on the island the people were warm and friendly. Most of the hotel staff, too. Just not the bar staff.

The pool wasn’t as clean as id like to see it when spending so much money. On two separate occasions there was a questionable substance floating in the pool and around the pool swim up bar. Might’ve been throw up but it was definitely unsanitary leaving me and my family feel underwhelmed.

From the rooms with partial beach and pool view, the view of the pool was not good because of the palm trees blocking the view. The entertainment was not good compared to other results we have visited. The BBQ restaurant is excellent. Overall the stay was good but not great.

I knew the rooms were outdated but there was no room to put any of my stuff. Every time I went to one of the bars I had to wait and wait and also at the front desk. The front desk staff was always on their phone and weren’t very helpful. The snack bar could also be better.

This place has potential however it’s in need of direction and proper management. It has nice architecture, a nice main pool with two side pools. The beach is private and protected by a sea break wall. Relatively clean as employees were constantly cleaning and picking up. The buffets were nice however the specialty restaurants ambiance, service and food are subpar. Think beach cabana for a Sicilian “Restaurant” or picnic tables in a hedged off area for a BBQ “restaurant”. At one, the server didn’t bring water or our drink order. After several requests, we got our own at the pool bar. It’s nearly impossible to get reservations. We were told all were completely booked as soon as the app opened. We needed a supervisors intervention to get reservations. Speaking of management, only two were willing to assist us: Ali the Bellman and Sven, a supervisor. The rest of the staff would give inaccurate or opposing answers. Check-in is 4pm - two out of three rooms for our group were not ready. Our expectations of a Hilton “resort” property were not met. While beach chairs and umbrellas were available - chairs under a Palapa were an extra charge. Night entertainment was meh. Not many activities.
My advice - make your own fun - rent a car or take an excursion. Dont rely on the Mangrove to be your all-inclusive for excitement or dining experiences.

On the outside looking in, the resort is beautiful. However, there is so much room for improvement when it comes to the overall cleanliness, support, staff friendliness, and food.

Our rooms were only cleaned once during a 4 night/3 day stay; despite multiple requests to have the rooms cleaned. Support staff and housekeeping are unavailable after 11 PM. The food was very mediocre, and options are limited. The water in the showers stopped working on the second day. Housekeeping ran out of washcloths and towels. And finally, some of the bartending staff members were extremely rude and impatient.

Overall, Curacao is a beautiful country, and I would highly recommend that everyone visit. However, based on my experience, this particular resort might not be the best option.

I traveled with a party of 8 females for my birthday, and we were all disappointed with the resort stay and staff.
