They did not provide a do not disturb sign for the door so twice housekeeping tried to come in while I was getting ready. The second time the guy tried to argue with me about whether I had a do not disturb sign and unlocking the door despite me asking what he wanted through the door three times.
The location was good and the supermarket a few minutes away was helpful.

No frills. You get what you pay for. AC works. If you’re bringing dive gear get a deluxe. The other rooms are very tight.

Loved the location of this property. Right in between two local attractions. Rooms were nice. Great view from the top. Close to a lot. Unfortunately they’re dogs on the side of this that bark non stop throughout the night. Not the properties fault at all! The other thing which wasn’t great is if you didn’t need room service the policy was the have your door handle flyer on red not green. But with it on red they still came into our room. My husband was in the room sleeping two separate time with them coming in unannounced. My husband wasn’t to happy about the stay but for the most part I enjoyed it.

Firstly, as I checked in I was told that I cannot flush tissue on the toilet and had to put it in the bin which of course is unsanitary when my room is shared with my family of four. Secondly, the area floor was extremely slippery, the first day an old man fell on the step, the second day my daughter and I fell. I was left in severe pain for days. The room is extremely small, the bathroom sink was smaller that a regular lunch box while the bathing area was so uncomfortable that I kept knocking over the soap holder wile I shower. I could stretch and reach from the toilet and touch the microwave , which by the way, was so small also that it couldn't even accommodate a plate. The kitchen towel by the kitchen sink was never changed throughout my 4 day torture. Decided to endure since I booked there so I could be outside touring the country. I came home at 3 one day and my room was not clean. When my husband asked the owner, he was extremely rude and disgusting, saying that it's not 4pm yet and we cannot aks him that. The room was provided with 4 towels, one per person and we were told that we cannot take them to the beach or use them by the room, the towels must always stay in the room. Meanwhile, towels were changed every 2 days even though there were no mats in the room or anything to wipe the floor. We were so happy to leave. I was also disappointed that there was no on site or nearby laundry services. Thankfully we had another booking at an all inclusive to continue our stay.

Did not have wash cloths. Receptionist was incredibly disrespectful to those who do not speak Spanish. Did not enjoy my stay had to get a refund. Decided to stay at Elements hotel. MUCH better service worst experience I ever had on vacation. No wifi horrible service in my room had to go to lobby to use my phone.

The place was average although the electricity went out on us 1 day. There was a rude receptionist that was obviously upset at the world and couldnt be bothered. The owner and his daughter were great.

Honestly after reading the reviews we were kind of nervous to stay here but overall it was pretty good. It’s a little far from everything but in Curaçao you will need a car anyway if you want to explore. The rooms were decent and you get what you pay for. The staff were really nice and answered any questions we had. The pool was so cute with the lights and water fall. They also have two different upstairs patios that were very relaxing. There were some bugs in my sister’s room but nothing out of the ordinary for a warm destination.

Over all the property is nice but, it needs a lot to be better.
Bathroom is too small, no soap or shampoo was given. it is located right next to a children school so there is a lot of noise, and also right next to a church. so every morning at 6 am, the bell sound very loud. other than that, swimming pool is nice, customer service is nice, and is afodable.

The room we were given had ants! Don’t worry, the lovely clerk told us, they don’t bite. The room’s door was encrusted with some manner of godawful crud whose composition we couldn’t make out. The floor mat in the bathroom was coming apart. There was a hole in the wall of the bathroom near the outlet. I was told to leave our key in the mailbox if we left early, so I did, but that didn’t stop someone who worked at the facility from calling me that afternoon to ask, in rather charged tones, where the key was. I was supposed to stay here again but cancelled—it’s just not worth it.

My husband and I stayed at the property for three nights and were very impressed with the cleanliness of the place. It was very cute and tastefully decorated. The owner Magdy was so helpful and resourceful. There is a kitchen downstairs for everyone to use which had different spices and all the necessities for cooking. The pool was wonderful to dip into on a hot day. We had a great stay and can't wait to come back again!

Great location for a reasonable cost. Expansion work is going on right now so not all rooms available and some minor inconvenience from the construction. This place will be very good when finished. Nice clean pool, convenient free safe parking, Manager is very helpful.

Paid for a king bed given 2 doubles no soap had to cook own breakfast and waited until 9-20 am for kitchen to open . Many smoking during meal pool not clean no pool towels or clean loung chairs staff watching tv far from office. Slow check in no suggestions for dinner

Boca Simon was a great stay, friendly and helpful staff. The place was impeccably clean, and the pool area is a nice treat if you are feeling lazy at any part of the day. Michael who manages the place is very welcoming and knowledgeable of what to do while in Curaçao. He will even make those calls to people to make sure you are taken care of. This place is close to all of the happening areas of Mambo Beach, Punda, Otrobanda, Jan Thiel and Piscadera. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to go to Curaçao at a bnb style place. I definitely will be back!

O lugar é agradável, a limpeza muito boa, piscina e áreas comuns são otimas. Cozinha compartilhada equipada e sempre limpa. No quarto chuveiro com agua quente. Bom ar condicionado. Proximo ao mambo beach e tambem da pra ir caminhado ate o centro onde fica as lojas. E na esquina tem um supermercado muito bom e posto de gasolina com atendente. Ou seja super recomendo.

Whenever I needed assistance, the staff took good care of me. The room was simple for a couple, but comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped with utensils. It's well-located and has easy access to the city center.

Er was geen zeep in de douche op handzeep na, ik heb een kakkerlak in de kamer gevonden. De kamer was naast een school en een kerk waarvan de kerkklok elke dag om 4.30 en 4.50 in de nacht afging. De koelkast lekte en de waterdruk in de badkamer viel steeds weg. De keuken was smerig en er waren continu fruitvliegjes. Ook zag het zwembad er niet schoon uit waardoor ik het niet heb gebruikt

Bueno, el lugar es agradable, la piscina ayuda al lugar y en general las habitaciones son cómodas. El lugar es silencioso y eso ayuda a descansar. El baño es pequeño, el inodoro un tanto incómodo por la altura sobre la que la montan y el lavamanos demasiado pequeño e incómodo. Incómodo asimismo que no hay jabón de baño ni shampoo. En la cocina DEMASIADAS cucarachas y eso si nos molestó mucho. Por lo demás CURAZAO es muy bonito.

Hotel muito mais bonito nas fotos. Precisa de manutenção e reforma urgente. Cama boa. Chuveiro a agua é fria. Cozinha razoável. Deveria ter uma aerea fechada para fazer as refeições, é tudo aberto e venta muito. Bom custo benefício.
