The room was amazing! Very spacious. This is our second time at this resort, and second time was definitely much better experience. It is conveniently located walking distance from the beach, also few mins from the Aquarium. Convenience store on premises for basic necessities/snacks. Breakfast at the Reefs Cafe was always delicious, and staff were nice and friendly, but very long wait time. Nemo restaurant at the nearby resort was also great for dinner. If you ever need to call a taxi, be prepared to wait a while, so plan ahead. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful especially Chantal who assisted us in staying extra days after our flight was canceled. Rooms are large and clean, the pool is warm and the spa is nice. It’s a 3 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Very good location.

The staff was awesome, always quick to respond and resolve any issues. They provided suggestions of places to go and went above and beyond to ensure everything was great. Pool is adequate with lots of loungers but we walked to the beach and only used the pool one evening for a quick dip. Room was clean and had a nice small kitchen including dishes and utensils, a fridge, dishwasher and convection/microwave which was nice if you wanted to make your own breakfast, lunch or dinner. Balcony was a great bonus, very spacious.

This is the second time this year my girlfriend and I stayed here and we love this place. The staff is incredibly friendly and fun. The cafe food is excellent. The atmosphere is relaxing and the cafe and pool area are beautiful and serene.

I loved staying here because it was right across the street from Mambo Beach so it was very convenient. I also loved the amazing staff and service. Chantal and Leanne were always so sweet and helpful no matter how much I bothered them. The property itself was nice. My room was like a mini apartment. I was close to the pool so it was a bit noisy with the families swimming, but there was a private pool on the other side that stayed quiet. My door was broken and safe wasn’t working, but Chantal And Leann made sure to check in and get those things taken care of right away. Thank you to the maintenance man and the cleaning ladies for fixing issues and always making sure the room was cleaned and restored with towels. There was also a store near by with necessities and souvenirs. Shout out to Rachel for the wonderful massage. ♥️ I loved it here. Only thing would be the restaurant that’s apart of the hotel closes early :(

The suite we stayed in was beautiful and very spacious. Everything appeared to be new and well maintained. We had a 2 bedroom suite and the beds were very comfortable.
The cleaning staff would change our towels every 2 days, and a do a deep clean every 4 days, which we found was very appropriate. There was parking available for our rented car, the pool and facilities were exceptional,
and the free yoga class offered once a week was fantastic. Take it if you have a chance! We appreciated the free beach chairs and access to Mambo Beach... a great plus to this hotel stay.
There is also a walking trail behind the hotel that takes you to the next town Jan Thiel... we walked halfway and the views along the coast are spectacular. The front desk staff (Charlize, Leanne, Chantal) were very friendly, attentive and helpful, and made you feel very welcome. I would definitely come back to this hotel, and recommend it to anyone looking for great value at walking distance to the beach.

I just stayed at your establishment. My wife and I had a wonderful stay. We both loved the property very much. The room was clean, nice and cool and fit our needs.

There was a small issue with water condensation in the bathroom above the toilet. I spoke to the front desk attendant and after asking three times someone came up to look at it. He came in and checked the ceiling which had water build up and was brown from continued water saturation in the area. He stated that it was water condensation from the air conditioning system. The good thing is that after he looked at it the water stopped leaking. Not sure if he fixed it or not.

The other issue I had was the parking. There were approximately 12 to 15 spots allocated for hotel guests which were always taken. My wife and I rented a vehicle so we were out exploring Curacao every day. When we would come back there we no spots so we were directed by the security guard at the booth to park in the big lot and we were charged $3.00 US. He told us we would get reimbursed by the hotel. I found this to be extremely annoying because the hotel front desk attendant gave me a placard to put in my vehicle stating I am a hotel guest. I really hope they can do something better with this system.

Other than that, we loved the resort and the wonderful employees that work there. They were all very pleasant, respectful and hospitable. I am definitely coming back to stay at the Dolphin Suites and Wellness resort again.

The place and premises are good. Parking space is limited to few vehicles.
They did not clean the room every day, I was told that they usually clean every other day, however garbage in toilet remained since Tuesday we arrived until Friday I personally took it out and delivered to reception.
Restaurant is good, I had an excellent coffee and portions were enough.

I booked Dolphin Suites & Wellness Curaçao specifically because my mother needed accessible accommodations—and it turned out to be the perfect choice. 💙

The room was spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully designed for easy accessibility. What really stood out was the exceptional staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and truly went above and beyond to make sure my mother was comfortable during our stay.

They assisted with accessible tours, arranged reliable taxi service to and from the airport, and ensured every request we had for the room was handled with care and attention.

The staff at Dolphin Suites & Wellness are incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and free of bugs or any of those strange odors you sometimes encounter at other hotels. It’s within walking distance to fantastic restaurants, the aquarium, adventure tours, beautiful stretches of beach, and a variety of shops.

There’s also a scenic trail right behind the hotel that leads to a stunning beach where you can spot flamingos during certain seasons definitely a hidden gem!

I’m sure I’m forgetting something, but I can’t recommend this place enough. It truly exceeded my expectations.

I really enjoyed staying here, we stayed in the Deluxe Room and it’s was amazing, the automatic lights were a great touch to the bathroom, the showers!! Too good, we caught some beautiful sunsets from our room too! The staff was absolutely fantastic, I wish I got everyone’s name, but the waitress’ at The Reef were pleasant and accommodating, especially the women with the red locks was so kind and patient, she always kept a smile on her face. Also the women at the front desk, taller women, she was so kind. I can’t wait to come back this is now my favorite memory. I GOT ENGAGED HERE!! ❤️💍

I stayed for six days for a girls trip in March 2025. We had a deluxe suite. The rooms were spacious, clean and stocked with everything we needed. We did need European power adapters which we brought along but they handled our phones, laptops, kindles and everything no problem. The hotel has an amazing pool in the back that gets shade in the afternoon for a perfect cool-off. The Reef Cafe had amazing breakfasts and drinks. Just a short walk to Mambo beach for swimming, shopping and restaurants as well as access to many other nearby hotels for other dining options. We had a rental car so the free parking was a perk and the hotel was easy to find! We absolutely loved our time at Dolphin and are already looking at next year.

We had a horrible experience at this hotel and DO NOT recommend anyone to stay here. The grounds are nice but the hotel has issues and the staff is mostly rude.
We were on the ground floor and the walkout door did not lock. We asked Front Desk to fix it and they said it'll be on the list for maintenance the next day. We did not feel safe, so we looked for a stick to add to the door so it wouldn't open. The next day they did come and 'fix' it but it failed the following day so we kept the stick. Our AC kept failing (a common problem at this hotel, our neighbours had the same issue) and on our 2nd to last day, they told us we had to change rooms! We were shocked - no apology for the inconvenience. We explained we have a ton of gear, most of it still wet from diving, and our days were packed so we had no time for packing, could they just move the incoming guests for one night until we were out, they said no. They moved us to a horrible room, the bathroom had no sink, there was no lighting in the bathroom either except for an ambient light, no hair dryer.
Ok, I get sometimes things come up, but the way they dealt with it was unprofessional. Martine the manager was rude, cold and showed no compassion. They could've offered a glass of wine at the bar, a breakfast, something to show they were sorry about the inconvenience. Nothing. Other guests we met were also moved on their last night. NEVER AGAIN, so many nicer hotels in the area.

We've just came back from a 9-night stay at Dolphin Suites and everything was excellent. Even before we arrived we have been organizing part of our trip with them through WhatsApp, such as the tour to Klein Curacao and looking for affordable car rental (DO plan ahead of time and reserve your rental prior to arrival as during high season you'll find that there's not much available). The staff has been always attentive to our needs and resolved them promptly, not that we have a lot of them but the ones we had were solved as described. If you are not intending to look for a hotel near or in Willemstad, I'd say try Mambo Beach and Dolphin Suites instead: it's 1 1/2 miles away
from downtown so it's close enough. To get to the most popular beaches in Curacao it may add you 10 more minutes of travel time as opposed to staying in down town. We didn't mind it at all.
Dolphin Suites does have limited parking space within the hotel's premises, but it has a private parking lot next to it that will charge you USD 3 every time you park. However, the hotel we'll reimburse you every single time once you present the pay receipt.
The hotel has an arrangement with the Madero Ocean Club at Mambo Beach, so you get free passes to the beach and their sun beds. They also give you beach towels for free that you can take with you as you visit all of Curacao's beaches. The Reef's Cafe at the hotel serves breakfast for an extra charge that is really good, and I'd say of better quality than the ones ser

I really like this hotel and I would not hesitate to stay here again and again. The staff were friendly and helpful and made you feel like a friend rather than a customer. The rooms are large and comfortable and ours had a full kitchen which was nice.
The small restaurant serves breakfast and lunch and the food was very good and the staff friendly and helpful.
It is very close to many restaurants and bars and a small, overpriced, shopping area. They all run along a beach area that is accessible to hotel guests but often gets crowded during the day.
The pool area is lovely and quiet most of the time, and it’s wheelchair accessible, truly a gift for those who need it. It has an accessibility pool lift that is easy to use and lots of pool floats and water hammocks etc for everyone to use. I was happy to spend the majority of my last stay reading on the pool ledge.
Curaçao is a lovely island, and I hope to come back many times and I hope to stay at dolphin suites when I do.

We enjoyed our stay at Dolphin Suites. We were a disappointed that we didn't have a cooktop in our room as we brought food to cook but we managed. The location is great, near the aquarium, beach, shopping and restaurants. One weird thing was that we were never issued washcloths. I don't know if that's common throughout the island but it was inconvenient when taking showers. Staff was wonderful.

The hotel is walking distance to Mambo beach, but in a quiet area. Our suite was spacious and had a nice view, and we enjoyed our morning coffee with the sound of the local troupials. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Sanne is probably the most pleasant host we have ever met - thank you for making our stay so enjoyable 🙂.

I was concerned because I wasn’t sure what the set up of our room would be like. It was actually perfect. Two bedrooms (1 king bed, 2 twin beds). A decent sized living/dining/kitchen. And a good sized deck. Everything was brand new and sparkling clean. The property is very pretty, with a lot of spaces to gather and relax. The restaurant was good. Extremely friendly staff at hotel and restaurant. You do have to walk across the street and through another property and down the beach a bit to get to the reserved chairs, so that’s kind of awkward. But we didn’t mind. Mambo Beach is also very nice, and not loud like we had worried. Overall, a perfect stay. We were sad to leave.

I really enjoyed the property's location, near the beach and lots of restraunts in the sand and on the water. The staff were really nice. It was also convient to have parking included. I believe they use a laundry company and we had to exchange our sheets several times to get a clean set (one set had shoe marks, another had a streak of something). Upon check in they did not give us the upgraded top floor room that we booked and we did not realize till a couple days later. They then upgraded us, but I didn't like that it got missed at check in. The garden, pool and parking lot sides of the hotel are pretty quiet, but the ocean view side can hear music some nights from across the street. All in all I would love to stay there again.

Amazing family vacation

Amazing stay at the Dolphin Suites and Wellness. The suite was clean, comfortable, with a well equipped and functional kitchen and great organization. The pool had toys for the kid. There was free beach access a few minutes walk away on a sandy beach protected from waves. They supplied beach / pool towels. And the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay especially with family. We had a top floor suite that had a gorgeous view of the sunset and nightly fireworks. easy walk to the beach and aquarium. My only takeaway is that if we go back we will rent a car because it's not close to downtown. The room was clean for the most part, besides the rug needed to be vacuumed or swept.

As locals we enjoyed our weekend getaway! We rented out the deluxe suite. We had a full equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a gorgeous bathroom and a big balcony. The pool is nice and quiet. I honestly did miss some night activities. The restaurant closes early and there are no F&B available after 4:00 PM. But we were aware of this and prepared in advance. There are many great restaurants in walking distance from the hotel. All by all a very nice location and friendly employees. I will definitely return

It was only for one night. Staff was wonderful. Room very spacious, clean and comfortable. Bed was perfect. Very nice facility. Just had little to no amenities. Wasn’t able to get extra coffee or sugar in the evening or in the morning. No one around to help ask questions.

We stayed here for about a week and this hotel was the best part of the entire week. The suite was large and in excellent condition. The front desk was manned substantially by interns from Europe who were both knowledgeable and helpful. The kitchen has a sufficient amount of equipment. This hotel is within easy walking distance of very nice beach and nice restaurants. The hotel also offers a nice little café, two pools and a nice garden. If you stay here, you may want to rent a car unless you're going to spend the week getting Sun at the beach. The drive to downtown is about 15 minutes. The drive to a market is about seven minutes. About an hour away by car you will find The opportunity to swim with sea turtles.

If I were going to make a few suggestions I would want the hotel to add a better variety of pillows and I noticed that some of the mattresses should have been flipped or replaced.

This property overall was last min booked and I wasn't aware it was an acessibility hotel. Funny enough I safe guard homes for the disabled and those effected by Alzheimers and Dementia and have over 21 years experience. This hotel is not accessible it's child proofed. Because you have a ramp and a lift in a pool doesn't mean you are accessible. The rooms- everything is blacked out no instruction or proper labels for on off on stoves having a disability doesn't mean you are incompetent of following instructions high potential getting more injured as sitting you won't be able to see the top of the stove
if you are in a wheelchair you would not be able to effectively use the stove or get cups plates or pots as its really low and deep in potential area for falling.
Bathroom- same everything blacked out no indication for hot or cold on faucets it's child proof where you have to turn it a specific way before you get warm water smells also from drainage
No one at front desk after 7pm so any emergency you're on your own
Elevators- if you are impaired in visual no braille on numbers or no voice indication speaking to let you know you are on a floor
Ramps are fairly steep angle and smooth I would recommend grip tape to add friction I seen two ppl went flying as they didn't had an aid

I travel a lot, and I'd rank the professionalism of the staff here a 10/10. Everyone was courteous and caring. The property & room were immaculately clean. The food in the restaurant was the best we ate during our 4-day stay in Curaçao. I'd definitely stay here again! I highly recommend this hotel.

It’s a nice place for a short stay. Still under construction and lacking the amenities of other properties nearby. Limited restaurant. No bar. Set back from the beach. Had to pay for extra coffee pods for the in room machine.
