I booked an Ocean View Junior Suite, but unfortunately was never placed in that room due to a pipe burst prior to my arrival. Instead, I was moved to a two-bedroom room with additional space that I did not need.

The room I was placed in also had no hot water and drainage issues, which made the stay frustrating. During the trip, I was then asked to move rooms again to accommodate another reservation, which added to the inconvenience.

Communication from the property manager was inconsistent and the overall handling of the situation felt disorganized. I was offered a drink voucher, birthday decorations (which I never received), and a 4% refund as compensation.

The restaurant and pool staff were the highlight of the stay — they were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and the food was delicious. The view from the property is also beautiful.

However, for a hotel with an 8.8/10 rating, I expected a much smoother and more professional experience. Hopefully management takes feedback like this seriously so future guests have a better stay.

The good: The staff was wonderful. The 2nd bedroom was lacking a mirror, we put in a request and had a mirror within a couple hours. Awesome!!! The hotel is very clean and well kept.

The bad: We couldn’t get the cooktop to work in our room (unit 8). The windows are very thin allowing the construction sound to penetrate through out the entire suite that is happening at the hotel next door and the master bedroom has windows on each side, which allows the hallway/stairwell noise. If you are a light sleeper and enjoy sleeping in, think again.

Room was very clean and accommodating. The view is beautiful to sit by pool with everyday. Friday night the place turns into a dance club from 8-12 pm. It was fine we put our headphones and went to bed but it did sound fun. The only thing is i thought transportation was provided to and from hotel. However they had taxi pick us up and at the end it cost me 45 dollars. So when it says shuttle provided that’s all it means. lol. Overall for the money and proximity of everything the place was perfect. We walked to many places and felt very safe! Thank you for a fantastic visit.

The pool and club areas were amazing. The location was perfect for what i was looking for, a quick 10 minute walk to Punda, but also right in the neighborhood, there was a stretch of bars and restaurants that were super fun. I got the room with the kitchenette and street-facing balcony. I probably wouldn't get that again. The balcony just faced their maintenance courtyard. Outside the bedroom window is a walkway that maintenance tools their cats through. At night, you hear constant noise from hotel guests clacking their flip-flops on the stairs, and in the early morning, you hear maintenance rolling their carts.

This property exceeded every expectation, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The staff was truly out of this world, warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in creating an experience. Huge shoutout to Jamir, who took good care of us poolside all weekend. The food was phenomenal, the rooms were gorgeous, and the views were absolutely stunning. The entire hotel was a whole vibe that felt both relaxed and energizing at the same time. Really glad we chose this over an all-inclusive, as the location is perfectly central to additional restaurants, shopping, and nightlife, while still offering retreat when we wanted to unwind. I highly, highly, highly recommend this property and will absolutely be coming back.

I enjoyed this property. I enjoyed the ocean view and the decor of the room but the employees should be more careful when helping someone to their room. Someone definitely gave the employee the wrong room number and I was woken up at 2am to hearing my door open. Otherwise from that I never unsafe once.

jamir and the bartenders were the stars here but sadly the hotel has alot of potential but for some reason they don’t do nearly enough up keep or renovations to this property the pool is falling apart and needs a lot of work and the cabanas are old and the pillows are viable nasty . The cheery on top we stayed in room 33 and there was a nasty smell from the bathroom pipes in the shower we let them know the first day and i think they came and poured down bleach and it went away for about a day and it came right back and sadly they didnt have any rooms to switch or even try and do any compensation for our dealing with the smell . will come back for drinks but will not be staying here again until the put some money back into the property and they def are making enough for how busy it is . check out the art hotel next door it’s more up to par

My stay at St. Tropez was wonderful. Our room was clean, well-stocked, and very comfortable. After enjoying the nightlife, it was still quiet and relaxing, which we truly appreciated. The music and crowd never bothered us at all; in fact, we enjoyed participating in the activities taking place.
Our room was located above the bar, but this was not an issue whatsoever. The views were beautiful, and the common areas were clean, well-maintained, and inviting.
This is truly a beautiful hotel in a great location, very convenient to many of the places we visited. I would absolutely recommend staying here and would gladly stay again.
Last but definitely not least, the staff. Everyone was amazing, welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The owner is such a sweet and kind lady, and the night security was awesome and very friendly as well.
The beds were comfortable, and overall, I can’t rave enough about how amazing my experience was in Curaçao, with St. Tropez playing a big part in that experience.

They grabed our bags by the handles up and down the stairs hitting them in everey step breaking our wheels and handles. Why make one more trip when you can take two bags and make it quicker, right?

Amenities: there were no small hand towels. I’ve stayed in multiple hotels throughout the world and never have I stayed at a hotel with no hand towels. There should be hand towels because people use them to shower or wash their face.
Room: the room was very cold. Granted, the outside temperature is high but guests should have the ability to change the temp. I’m not sure if my room had a defective AC but I couldn’t change or turn off the AC.
Also, there was a weird smell in the room. Not sure what it was. After the house keeper cleaned the room, it smelled nice for a short time but after some time the smell would return.
Check in/out: there really wasn’t anyone available to assist with luggage especially the fact that the rooms are upstairs with no elevator.

Sheets never changed, dirty pillow cases upon arrival. Dirty towels were left on the floor for 4 days straight. Air-conditioner was broken and leaking all over the floor & over an extension cord. And to top it all off, we left the room for the entire day & came back to the door open.

I’m going to give the property a five star for many reasons, it was in the heart of everything, restaurants, shopping, bars, night club and excursions. The views from the hotel and the pool were breathtaking. The bar the had on the property was called BLACKJACK and they had some good from and drinks. We had one problem with our stay, when we arrived the bathroom had sand all over the floor and the toilet still had urine in it, we called front office and they immediate sent someone up to clean the bathroom. This hotel is a 10/10 and I highly recommend.

First time visiting Curacao. Glad we stayed in the area that we did as it's withing walking distance of downtown, and several cool areas with tons of restaurants (the food was amazing). The hotel itself is nice and we enjoyed it. There was work going on outside the hotel that seemed to be sewer related. This led to some nasty smells. The hotel actually had to move us, but put us in a much larger room, (apartment) which was great. Do know that this hotel does not have any beach access, but does have a nice pool. Personally, if I'm by the ocean, I don't care about pools, but it was within our price range so we compromised. And, we actually walked to the Avila resort a couple of times and took advantage of their day pass.

The property does not look as the pictures on hotels.com. The property needs a revamp. A lot of rust and old furniture around the pool area. There was also construction going on during our stay which woke us up at 7am one day. There is no complimentary water in the mini bar. They do however provide vouchers for a free non alcoholic drink per guest. Every Friday night they have a dj. We were also provided with free vouchers for drinks for that night. The dj plays house music the entire night which is not okay. My fiancé and I are both of Caribbean descent so it would have been nice to hear other genres. The food and drinks at the restaurant/bar were good. They also serve hookah which was good as well. There is a lot of rust at the bottom of the pool by the steps to enter the pool. My fiancée and I paid additional money for breakfast each morning, the breakfast meat is only pork which my fiancée and I do not eat. It would be nice to add turkey and/or beef sausage and bacon to the menu

The pictures do not do this boutique hotel justice! It’s beautiful and the staff was phenomenal. The food and drinks were all picture worthy if you’re an foodie like me! Even the owners would check on you. Keep in mind with it not have too many levels this boutique does not have elevators so be prepared for steps. It’s a great location and walking distance to local restaurants and the Floating Market and floating Bridge. The staff will help you to book excursions, or make taxi reservations. You will need a taxi to beaches. Or just stay at the hotel and enjoy the view and all the accommodations. It’s also the place to be on Friday Nights with a live DJ. I will definitely return to this hotel in hopes a ocean view room will be available

I was really looking forward to my stay at this boutique hotel, especially given its 9.2 rating on Expedia. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that score.

While the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, the hotel itself feels quite outdated. There are no elevators, which may be difficult for some guests (I was fortunate to be on the second floor). The room lacked basic conveniences—for example, there was no in-room phone, and reaching the front desk was inconvenient. The WhatsApp service did not work, and I had to walk to reception any time I needed assistance.

The quality of the towels were so bad. They were extremely rough and clearly very worn out from overuse. They were so uncomfortable on my skin that I often had to air dry instead.

For the price, I expected a much higher level of comfort and amenities. The charm of a boutique hotel should come with attention to detail and guest comfort, and sadly, that wasn’t my experience.

I stayed 7 nights with my husband. The property was nice, but the room was only ok. There was a lot of construction nearby. I don’t know if that’s why the windows were so dirty, but we couldn’t get a good view of the ocean unless we left the doors open. The sliding door to the balcony did not lock. The shower did not drain well, which is a personal pet peeve, and the shower was set to spray from the back wall directly into the curtain, which led to bathroom flooding. It took about 5 days to figure out how to take a shower with the water turned off long enough to prevent flooding. The water temperature was good though. The location was amazing for walking to restaurants and the town, and had I known I could go next door for a small fee for water access, I would have done so earlier in the week.

We traveled to Curacao for our wedding anniversary, so expectations were relatively high. We selected this hotel based on its photos on the internet which we found to be very representable of reality. The room was spacious with a nice and practical design, the pool is beautiful, the restaurant on the other side of the hotel is really great with a good variety of food and drinks. All the facilities are well built and kept tidy. I found the hotel staff to be way above standard. They were very helpful since the beginning and openly shared their advice on what places to visit, how and when and what to consider. I would be happy to recommend this hotel for a similar type of visit and will definitely book again for our next stay.

I was nervous after I booked this trip. I traveled solo to Curacao from the US and I did not regret not one min! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. This hotel was a VIBE!! The views of the ocean from the restaurant, the pool, the food, the night life, music, the drinks, the crowd was just great! Staff were awesome!! The location great! walking distance to a lot of other pubs/ restaurants.The decor of the rooms gave boutique vibes. WHEN I visit again, I'll be staying here. 10 out of 10, will be back again!!

Excellent service in the lobby.

The hotel is very nice and has a very beachy atmosphere. The pool area is beautiful. The room was beautifully decorated, but it had too much of a scent from air fresheners, which gave me severe allergies and a migraine. Beautiful view.

The restaurant is right by the sea. It has a spectacular view. At lunchtime, the only option if you want to eat fish is tuna. It feels very strange to visit an island and eat beef right by the sea. I would have preferred a steak or churrasco with any of the fish of the day. The waiters are very friendly.

You can hear the music in the room even if you have the windows closed. The room has a mini-fridge that cools the room very well. It doesn't have a microwave. The air conditioning also cools the room very well. The linens are in perfect condition.

I recently stayed at Saint Tropez Curacao and overall had a wonderful experience. The property is beautiful, the atmosphere is lively yet relaxing, and the service from the staff was excellent. Housekeeping was very attentive and made sure to check in on our room daily, which I really appreciated. However, it would have been even better to have the option to indicate whether room service was needed ahead of time, perhaps with a door sign or a digital option, to make it a little more convenient.

One thing to note is that there was quite a bit of outside noise from maintenance activities early in the mornings, which made it hard to sleep in. It wasn’t a major issue, but light sleepers might want to plan accordingly.

Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Saint Tropez Curacao for its great location, friendly service, and vibrant atmosphere. Looking forward to visiting again!

When we arrived at the hotel around 1 PM to drop off our luggage (well ahead of the 3 PM check-in), we were informed that they could no longer accommodate us due to a broken AC unit in our room. What’s frustrating is that the issue was reportedly discovered the night before, yet no one reached out to us that morning to communicate the change in plans.

They did make arrangements for us to stay at a neighboring hotel, but unfortunately, the experience did not compare. We were originally booked in a suite with ocean views and were downgraded to a standard room, which was a huge letdown, especially since this was part of our honeymoon stay. While they did allow us to use their pool, it didn’t make up for the disruption and overall disappointment we felt during what was meant to be a special and memorable time.

The staff at this hotel were amazing. I made a mistake with my booking and they went above and beyond to accommodate me. We had an amazing stay great location and the room was beautiful. I highly recommend it.

I stayed here for my birthday trip and it was a good experience. Although, the reception staff is not as attentive to email as they are on WhatsApp. My boyfriend was trying to arrange some decorations for our room as a surprise to me for my birthday but they were not very responsive however, they are very responsive on whatsapp. They have a good breakfast and lunch menu. The staff is very nice and friendly!

Beautiful property. The ocean club is amazing and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. Only negative is the spiral staircases to rooms which you have to drag suitcases up, so when they offer help take them up on it. But it is more than made up for by the beauty and quality of everything else.

Property was nice. Room was clean. No issues except our safe didn’t work, got a key from reception and was told maintenance would come by. They never did so we just kept using the key. We were given two room keys, one didn’t work. When we brought this to their attention we were asked what room we were in and then told “oh, only one key works for that room”. Lot of locals in the restaurant and sometimes in the pool. There was a party one evening that went late and you could hear it all in the room. Finding a parking space near was sometimes difficult.

Staff was exceptional. They went above and beyond. Needs a little fine tuning with repairs. Pool and restaurants were great! Room was great. We will be back but be aware there is not an elevator..
