Where to begin? The room pricing was considerably higher than it should have been for the quality. You had to turn in the room key by 9:30 to get the room serviced. The refrigerator in the kitchenette would not get cold. Notified the front desk. Maintenance determined that the frig was not functioning. Did not hear from anyone. Pushed to get the issue taken care of. Two days later, a different frig showed up from another room. Would not fit where the original was set. Had to be left on the floor outside of the cabinet. At least that one worked. The upstairs restaurant was very poor quality and everything was overcooked and tasteless. The \"pool close by\" was in the middle of a construction zone and had no water. If there is no pool access, please do not advertise it. The bathroom appeared to be designed by someone that had no clue. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. The toilet was a miniature commode set so close to the shower that you had to sit side-wise to keep from knocking your knees on the shower wall. Room repairs and maintenance appeared to be severely lacking. For the price paid I would like that someone could at least check to see that everything was working.
I will not be returning to this hotel ever. Very disappointing.
Really sorry to bring this to light, but hopefully the owner and management can improve some of these items.

The hotel is run-down and only rates two-stars at best. There was a damaged electrical outlet in the bathroom that was an extreme hazard. There is no TV. There are numerous things that need to be done to bring it u0p to three stars.

Whole location of the hotel is great, the rest is terrible. The first room we were placed in smelled terrible and air con unit was clearly moldy. We were able to switch to a different room with non-moldy unit and much cleaner. No basic toiletries (a small tube of bubble bath soap and even no hand soap). Advertised continental breakfast was 2 sad containers of cereal crumbs, jar of Nutella with a knife sticking out, 5 slices of bread and container of oj. Luckily we were there only for one night due to the flight delay.

This is a great spot for an active traveler looking to spend most of their time outdoors. That being said, the accommodations are not bad. The room did include a microwave, kettle and fridge. This was very convenient for keeping food and drink purchased while out.

My reservation was at a set price, and at the property they informed me that they couldn’t check me in unless I paid over significantly more, saying that it “wasn’t a good price” that I reserved it for. Since it was too late to get a reservation at another place, I had to just pay. Not sure how this happened or if they were telling the truth but. Scam.

They lied to their guess they say they have a shuttle waiting for you at the airport and they don’t have it. I went and talk to the manager and he looked the other way that’s a rip off they should not lie to their guess they don’t have shadow and they say they have it. I should get my money back it cost me $ $80 and Taxi back-and-forth to the airport they rip me off

The property is very old. Looks nothing like the pictures on the internet. However, the area is very walkable and there is a lot to do nearby that doesn’t require a taxi. The hirt girl who works the bar was very aggressive and down right rude my last night. I asked for a drink and she literally said “Oh my God” and then started speaking in her native tongue slamming and throwing things around. A young man came over and took my payment. He was very nice. But that girl needs to quit if she’s that unhappy about making a drink for a paying customer. Especially when the drinks are over priced as well as the hotel! The gentleman who works the desk is super nice and even let me use some lotion because I left mine. He is the only reason I’m giving them any stars. Hotel needs to be remodeled and deep cleaned.

It was a nice stay for us who needed one night between flights
The place is celan. Air conditioner in the room nice and cool. Hot water in the shower and it was nice and clean
The staff was kind and always smiling especially the girl at the front desk.
The location is amazing. We could walk to the Kura Huland and enjoy dining, and also walk to the floating bridge and all the area around Otrobanda
Also walking distance to lots of amenities

Asked to speak to manager msg not given front desk did not care

Pillows terrible and ripped, queried it never addressed

Wrong room given queried it never addressed

Rude front desk guy grey hair , did not care about having a baby and offloading the family at front before parking

No parking secured small limited and told to park on road when no park found

The only memorable positive is the cook on morning she was friendly and caring.

I'd like one of the owners to contact me on this if they actually care about their paying customers

Otherwise I suggest future persons stay away from here it isn't worth it . I would give here 1 star

The room service was bad if you left any food in your room and step out when you come back it in the bin the breakfast is not good bread and butter the toaster to toast the bread not working but they will not change it the restaurant service is very bad you have to beg for a glass of water

As a local I stayed there during the Kaya Kaya event that was held in Otrobanda on the 24th of August'24 and the Curaçao North Sea Jazz Festival that was on the 29th till the 30 of August'24. It was convient for me because, I live far from the events. This hotel was near the events which saved me money on gas and time to park the car somewhere. However, parking lots at the hotel are limited
The rooms were clean and it had good wifi connection. The rooms had smart TV so you could easily connect to your Youtube or Netflix account.
The breakfast was simple but good. I saw that there was a pool but it's out of order.

The room was clean and the wifi system was fine. The hotel is central and is around any nearby events like Kaya Kaya, Curaçao North Sea Jazz and other cultural activities happening in the area of Otrobanda.
Only there is limited parking space and outsiders tend to park on the limited parking lot causing visitors with cars will have difficulty parking. Advisable is to restrict outsiders from parking on the hotel parking lot

The location is perfect!

The staff helpful and willing, especially Reception. I got assistance with a shuttle from the the airport and the shuttle owner, Albert was more than willing to assist in further transportation.

For such a convenient location, the condition of the facilities be greatly improved and better maintained.

The price I paid was quite affordable as was the available parking for the rental.

This property is not as advertised. The bathroom ceiling had water stains, peeling furniture, broken arm on sofa, mold in shower, stained front door, dilapidated ironing board, basically the hotel is run down and need a massive overhaul. Breakfast is skimpy and not that great. Front desk staff was friendly. No pool as advertised. It costs too much for the condition the hotel is in.

This hotel is in a very nice location for walking down to the restaurants, museums and shopping by the water. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant on the roof for included daily breakfast and Indian food for dinner is very nice. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice enough. The fridge and coffee/tea maker was okay too. The place itself, however, even though mostly renovated, is still old and needs more work. The ceiling in our room had leaked and had water marks on it. The pillows were very old and not clean. The outside of the hotel is not very attractive and next to a couple of very noisy streets. One of the weekend nights, the continuous flow of cars and a jerk on a motorcycle that went thru and purposely set off a car alarm every 5 minutes, kept us up very late. The parking is limited, so if everyone staying there had a car, it would have been impossible to park.
But overall, with a reasonable price and being close to a lot of activities, I think it is still a good place to stay in Willemstead.

We stayed here for 1 night. Hotel has a nice location, walking distance to Willemstad. Rooms are looking old but pretty clean. Rooftop restaurant of the hotel was cute and food was pretty good with ok service.
I wouldn’t stay here for more than 1 night though…

Our stay at Curacao Suites was a good one. There was an issue where the wifi wasn't working but that was eventually rectified. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and accomodating, while the breakfast menu is a balanced menu the same thing is served every morning consideration should be given to serve something a bit different as well. I love that the hotel is situated walking distance from the Queen Emma Bridge, the shopping area as well as the taxi and bus service.

The worst hotel i ever stayed at. The pictures on their website don't reflect the reality. There's no pool but when you search images on goggle, it suggests the hotel has a pool. Even though the accommodation includes breakfast, there was never enough of it. It's like they cooked 2 pancakes at the time and were skimpy about anything. Just terrible. Obviously the manager doesn't like to feed their guests. The hotel needs updates throughout. No elevator so you need to drag your baggage up the stairs. Calling the reception which is 24/7, no one picks up. Dirty, most things are broken and need replacement. No coffee available after breakfast, just skimpy on everything. We stayed in one room with our child. 3 people, two towels...With a little investment, this place has a potential.

When i did the checkout the lady told us that she have to look at the room condition before we go,
I notice that is not a policy I saw guests leaving the Hotel without inspection . The bathroom stink i bought cleaning supplies to do the cleaning myself , the location is amazing, close to everything but the condition of the property is neglected. The lady in the kitchen is Amazing ! So sweet and gentle.

The hotel is centrally located, within an easy walk of many of Willemstad's attractions, restaurants, etc. as well as one of the principal bus stations. The staff was very helpful, in particular the hotel manager, who helped me arrange local tours and get me to the airport upon my departure. I also liked that breakfast was included every morning.

This place is a hidden gem. Very good price with breakfast included. Great location its located in the middle of willemstad, 5mins walk to punda. Room are good and clean. Renish was very helpful, tentative, and friendly! He will go out of his way if you need extra service. Dont rent a car from the big car services, ask Renish where to find reliable transportation around the island.
