One elevator was out of service when we arrived and remained out of service during the length of our stay Construction ongoing reduced the riverwalk aesthetic. Tea and coffee supplies were few and stingy. Airconditioning worked well and noise from neighbors was no issue. Breakfast was adequate.

Our experience overall was good. The location of the hotel is perfect. Walking distance to everything! The staff was pleasant, but appeared to be working short. Three calls to the main desk were left unanswered. Housekeeping is not done automatically and the front desk informed us that we had to call down to have someone clean the room. As mentioned, those cause went unanswered. Instead, we asked the housekeeping staff directly. Housekeeping staff did not respond to our request to clean the room. We had a double bed, which was comfortable with clean sheets and blankets. There were two other beds available, One was a rollout from under the bed and the other was a sleeper lounge. Our view was not ideal. We overlooked an alley and a dumpster. There was a lot of construction going on around the hotel; however, the noise disruption was minimal. Breakfast was cooked well and there were plenty of choices. For the full access breakfast it cost €15 per person. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to be in the middle of town, near city center. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance and there is easy access to public transportation. Check in and check out was efficient.

Well located hotel but pretty unhelpful staff. We forgot a pair of air buds in our room, called them the day about it and couldn’t get anybody to help us. We could see the ear phones located in the hotel through the Find My app but couldn’t get them to go check the room. After the first day they either simply stopped answering our calls or there wasn’t anybody to pick up at the reception, which always seemed unattended everytime we passed by during our stay. We stayed at a bunch of hotels during our trip in Ireland but that one clearly had the worst service…

There was not any nearby parking, so you had to find a parking garage. There is so much construction, that its hard to navigate. They did offer to validate city hall parking a few blocks away though.

The property offers parking which it does not have. The car park is an 8 minute walk away. There is regeneration work at the hotel right outside the door so the roads are closed. The city centre is one way so it adds almost 20 minutes on to the drive & then a drive to the car park in the same one way! None of this is advertised. The hotel could give you this info before hand & save 30 minutes.

Despite having a double room for two guests there was only one towel, cup etc. When I asked for 2 on my way out at reception I was told to ask on my way back in, why couldn’t they pop them in the room?

As requested I did so & was then asked why I didn’t ask for them to be put in my room earlier?! I did!

In the morning, I wanted a drink of water, the urn was empty, the machine didn’t work, despite asking the answer was no.

If you had wanted to eat the restaurant was closed for a private event! Good job there’s other places!

By far the worst Premier Bin EVER!

The two blonde ladies in reception are really great. Very friendly and efficient. Also the little guy on nights was great, so nice to come down to a smile in the morning and he also was very friendly and accommodating.

Only gripe I had was the loos downstairs behind bar. The ladies were always unclean and my husband said gents too. Think they are short staffed which probably is reason.

But overall, had a great stay, room comfortable and clean, breakfast delightful. Thanks

First thing to say is great location in the heart of the city. Hotel looked a bit tired and was obviously understaffed. Same staff who were covering check in were also serving in the bar. This led to long delay checking in. Fire alarm went off during our first night at approx 3:30 am. We got dressed and looked out into corridor along with everyone else on our floor, the alarm sounded for a couple of minutes then stopped. We all just had to assume it was ok to go back to bed but there was no sweep by staff, or anyone coming round to give information.
Overall we would come back but some improvements need to be made.

I would recommend this hotel. The only downside of this place is no onsite or near by parking. You need to park in parkades that are about a 10-min walk from the hotel. With any booking you make in the Ireland, always book the breakfast of you intend to eat breakfast. It will save you a ton if you prebook and pay for it.

Our room was overall very comfortable with air conditioning, a hot large shower, tv, free coffee and tea, and a beautiful view of the river and city. The buffet breakfast was good. The only issue was parking. We were lucky enough to find a spot a block away for free, but be prepared to park at City Hall and pay 12 euros as there is no parking on the hotel's property. Otherwise, great place to stay.

We stayed here for three nights. It's a great location, though unfortunately one of the roads leading to it was under construction while we were there. But everything was easily walkable. The room was huge and the beds comfy, with great air conditioning and ample plugins. One critique I would have would be about the bathroom towels. There was only one large towel in the room. I understand about the environment but when there's two people in the room I think two human-size towels should be expected. We had breakfast here twice, which was decent. Wifi could be a bit spotty. Overall would stay again.

The hotel itself is nice as was the breakfast and restaurant options. The area around the hotel is kind of off the main path of crowds so it’s a little quieter but still just a few minutes walk to most attractions and public transportation. The area around the building also seems a little sketchy with a lot of graffiti and empty alley ways but as a female solo traveler I had no issues. Just be alert of your surroundings.

The only thing I would suggest is to allow guests to check in as soon as their room is ready. Check in is 3:00, but if guest arrive and room is readyit would be nice to ne able to go to the room.People were waiting for a room and the line was backed up because they didn’t want to pay extra to get in earlier then 3.

Overall, decent hotel conviently located but was under going large scale construction out front and along river. Parking situation is horrible, their website says 5 minute walk, Google maps says 9 minutes so it's a misrepresentation from the hotel. The parking garage is also very narrow, just read reviews and if you have luggage plan on a 10 minute plus walk.

Honestly, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. It was our first time trying this brand. The location is kind of odd as you have to enter from the back of the building. Not a great place to drop off luggage and check in. We had reserved two rooms. They were no where near each other (we did not have an early check in- we came well after 5p) and initially the first room we were given smelled like urine. I couldn’t stand it. We were given another room right away but after getting into the shower my children realized the bathroom shower curtain was covered in yellow stains and also smelled like urine. I immediately removed the curtain and threw it in the hallway. Which by the way smelled of smoke and cannabis. My children complained of the smells every time we had to leave the room. Our air conditioning was not working on top of everything. It was just a gross hotel, the beds were clean and comfortable but that’s about it. So may loud noises and we had a lovely view of graffiti out our windows. I would never stay at a Premier Inn after this experience.

The property can use some maintenance. The fan in the bathroom sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. The room is not cleaned daily and requesting a room cleaning is like pulling tooth. During our 4-night stay, we requested room cleaning once, We requested before 8 am and left for our activity. Came back around 3, and the room wasn't cleaned. We called and was told that sometimes they finish between 4 and 6. But some guy didn't come until after 6 and wanted to clean the room. We were tired and ended up didn't have the room cleaned and lived with a dirty toilet for the rest of the stay.

The room was not even properly cleaned every thing was tired looking bed was not comfortable. Only a few stations on the tv. Breakfast isn’t good at all. They also seem low staff during the morning. They opened breakfast late and made us wait to be seated so they could go help someone with check out.

Bathroom in lobby had water all over the floor

Snack vending machine stopped working but they didn’t put an out of order song on it. People kept paying and not getting their food so the machine was just eating the money.

We somehow ended up with a wheelchair room (maybe I clicked the wrong one when booking, I’m not sure) but I found it odd that they didn’t ask if we intended to book that room. The entire time I felt bad and was worried I may have been taking the room away from someone who needed it.
