Very spacious, clean, and quiet room. The location is fantastic, convenient for any type of evening you want to spend. We found the staff to be really polite and helpful with everything. Breakfast... Really too good! The only downside was the non-working safe, but since it was the third place we stayed with this problem, I think that's pretty normal in certain areas of Mexico.

Las habitaciones se vean igual que los fotos, es un lugar muy tranquilo, y lindo, acogedor. Único comentario será porque es tan pequeña en la mañana de escuchaba mientras qie se libraban para almuerzo, y la gente platicando desde nuestro cuarto. No fue algo muy fuerte, nada más algo que notamos.

I had an incredible stay at the hotel. First I was in a junior suite, I didn't like the fact not to have a window, and the A/C blowing over the bed. Gabriel at the front desk was very accommodating and fast thinking, the next morning he moved me to a studio de Luxe. Spacious, very clean, lots of space. Great staff all over. One of the best boutique hotel I had in the last 7 years I come to Mérida.

Tuve una estancia increíble en el hotel. Primero estaba en una suite junior, no me gustaba el hecho de no tener una ventana, y el aire acondicionado soplando sobre la cama. The hotel shouldn’t be rated 4 star. It’s more like 2.5-3 star. The location is good but the place has major plumbing issues. The bathroom sink was clogged, they came to fix it but it didn’t work. No air flow in the rooms downstairs ( the junior suits). The towels were old too.
I wouldn’t go back to that hotel.

The best reason for staying at Casona Las Tres Marias was Daniela because of her 5 star customer service and friendliness.

The rooms were average due to the very limited amenities like drinking glasses and facial tissue. The TV was difficult to use because it was controlled by 2 remotes to turn on/off and change the channels and volume control. Additionally, we could not obtain a 4th pillow because the property had a pillow shortage.

The best feature of our room was the air conditioner; it was excellent quickly cooling off our room.

This is a nice property and would be acceptable if you were visiting outside the hot season which in Merida is brief. But what is completely unacceptable is the treatment that you will receive if you book this property through a certain travel website or its subsidiary website that focuses exclusively on hotels. Specifically, we booked the most expensive room option at this hotel (a master suite) but were downgraded to the most basic accommodation as a consequence of not booking through the hotel's website where the hotel charges higher rates. We were offered no options, in particular a refund of the extra monies that we paid for the master suite that we were refused access to. There was no coffee service and no refrigerator in the room. The pool was tiny, received solar gain the entire day, and lacked any privacy being located next to a wall of glass next to the office. It was of no use whatsoever in trying to regulate our temperature in a very hot stretch of weather in Merida. The master suite that we booked and paid for had a private plunge pool and was the ONLY reason we booked this place. If sensory deprivation and a sweat lodge experience sounds good to you, this place would be a great choice. Caveat emptor.

The property have potential but they need employees there is only one person and they don’t give you Kleenex or glasses for water. The first day the little outdoor pool was dirty and was no one that can clean it until the next day, also the shower was not working properly.
The good think is that we went to many tours and we where out most of the time and Aldo did not stay the seven day we stay five days and we book another hotel in Cancun. And this hotel is not that cheap compare to another hotels in the area that people in our tours told us. I don’t like te give bad reviews but we really didn’t have a good experience.

The hotel was excellent. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Many of whom spoke english, which is a plus for me as a modo language, english speaker. The room was always clean, beautiful, and accidentally air-conditioned, though lacking a few peripheral amenities no mini refrigerator or microwave. They offer tours andining suggestions for the area around the hotel and Merida in general. The area around the hotel is extremely walkable, You can get to some extremely nice restaurants and shopping locations with a 5 minute walk. Overall, 10 of 10 would return.

The towels have seen better days. They should have more than two umbrellas available in the entire hotel and they should provide more soap/body wash. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. They reserved us a taxi to the airport that never showed up but the staff was quick to get us alternate transportation for less than the cost of the taxi. Always felts safe at and around the hotel. There is plenty to do, eat, drink all walking distance. PS, we learned the hard way that ride shares are not allowed to pick passengers at the airport, only drop off. The airport bus stops about a block or so from the hotel and is a very quick and easy ride.

Our stay at Casona Las Tres Marias was fantastic. The manager and staff we so friendly and accommodating. Always helpful with anything we needed. The rooms were spacious and nicely appointed. Even though it is located on a somewhat busy street we heard no excessive noise. The location was great and very walkable to many restaurants and shops. My wife was coughing all night as they were mould on the ceiling and walls
They offered us another room more (healthy) for our second night hopefully but if not they refused to refund!
Also the room chosen was with a small interior pool that I was not able to use as the bath plug was not sealing

A beautiful hotel for smokers.

The hotel is luxurious, with the window closed the room was quiet. It is unfortunate that they allow smoking in the inner courtyard as the vapors hung over the pool and waft up to the third floor. Despite policy saying otherwise. Perhaps allowing smokers to utilize an upper level outdoor balcony would make it more comfortable for other guests.
As well, it seems the policy regarding masks was not clearly mandated. A tour group of Americans moved freely through the hotel without masks.
Since signs are posted. This is a clear disregard for the staff since the citizens of Merida take the pandemic seriously.

I reserved here for my first visit to Mérida. Not knowing hotels, neighborhoods it was a decision to go to a branded hotel and use points or a boutique hotel for an insanely affordable room. I chose the later and it was a great decision.
The staff was great. Hotel clean and had all the necessities. Morning coffee/pastries/fruit all delicious. Room was big and comfortable and clean. All worked as should be expected.
For anyone wanting to experience life in Centro this is an ideal location. Walking distance to shops/all the main plazas/popular music bars with their great food and drinks (Dzalbay and La Negrita)/and one of the coolest and oldest bakeries a block away. There was even a new Argentine “boutique “ steakhouse just across the street from Dalbay that just opened. Very tender/tasty Tomahawk steak.
Can’t expound enough the benefits of staying here.

Easily walkable to the city center which is the hub of activity. Many restaurants near by. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, lots of storage for clothing and a nice desk space. Private patio with plunge pool was an added luxury that made the room feel very special. Very strong water pressure in the room which was nice. The bathroom was large with huge shower. The common space in the hotel is attractive and well maintained. The lobby is inviting. The courtyard has a small lap pool for everyone to enjoy. Breakfast at the sister-hotel across the street was very good. Parking is close and was easy to get to. Very nice and comfortable stay in Merida.

Small, quirky hotel in a great area.

The hotel itself is small but has everything you need and is in a convenient location with most sights, restaurants within walking distance and a great local cantina round the corner. Rooms have high ceilings and are comfortable. The only slight point is parking is not on sight and did not appear to be too secure (no security) and the lobby desk wasn't always manned - in these instances people could easily walk in from the outside in to the area with rooms. That being said, we didn't face any security issues and had a lovely stay.
