If looking for breakfast as a determining feature while booking, this is a must stay! What a selection and the attention to each guest was must appreciated. We didn't take full use of the pool or sauna however, it was clean and the area was looked after. The staff were attentive and helpful in booking transportation, restaurant reservations, and local sights & excursions. They also kept our luggage before our check-in time, at no charge in a safe and locked room, as well as after we checked out. I thought this was helpful, and much appreciated,
as we didn't have to drag our luggage with us for the last day in the area. Thank you!

Two night stay in Lisbon. Area is very quiet- located on a street with some embassies. We found it a bit too far west from the action. A solid 30 minute walk from the main area. We had some issues checking in. We arrived in the rain and the main entry door is always locked. Apparently there’s a button to push (which never was obvious to us) that connects to the reception. Thankfully someone heard us knocking. Not sure why the button isn’t mentioned in the welcome email. Breakfast was well appointed- eggs prepared to your liking.
Room was a nice size- quiet even though we faced the street. It would be nice to have the pool to come back to after a long day of sightseeing in warmer weather. The inner courtyard is very peaceful!

I love the location of this place. It’s a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Lapa. everything you need. Very attentive staff at reception and breakfast. Lovely size rooms . My only criticism would be to have a robe in the room so that you could go to the pool when the weather is nice enough to have a dip. Other than that, this place is a little gem.

I've been to Lisbon on many occasions and this is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed. I've stayed at the Ritz, Tivoli, and Vermelho (Christian Louboutin hotel in Melides) and none of them compares to Jardim da Lapa. Jardim da Lapa is a chic and quiet place, where you will feel at home. Lapa is the best neighborhood in Lisbon, quiet and residential and, yet, close to the best restaurants and attraction of town. Breakfast a Jardim da Lapa is absolutely extraordinary with a huge variety of fresh fruits and juices, breads and cakes, multiple options of coffee and chef to prepare your eggs as you would like. The staff is highly-friend and they seem to be trained at the best hotel schools in Switzerland. I highly recommend this place and I would absolutely return in heart beat.

This was a nice surprise! When you arrive, you are greeted with a charming and inviting space. Carla, at reception, was very friendly and brought us directly to our room. The room was spacious and clean and the complimentary wine was a nice extra! The breakfast spread was delicious and I was brought a hot fried egg which was perfect. We would have stayed another night but they were already booked. It may be a bit away from the mainstream but I would recommend it!!

Lovely setting, with its garden and pool, generous room and with great breakfast. Its location is good but not ideal as it doesn’t have a lot of transport options around, nor any amenities nearby. The second night I smelled a lot of cigarette smoke throughout as someone was smoking in the garden near my room. Also, a staff member could not accommodate me when the taxi driver who brought me there that evening had no change- I asked reception to make me some change but she said she couldn’t do that, and with nothing else around the hotel, I had to give the driver my €10 note with no change, instead of €6.50, which was not pleasant.

My husband and I thoughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at this wonderful boutique hotel. The staff were very accomodating. The rooms were very comfortable with lots of little extras like a towel warming rack, glass of water, etc. We loved the breakfast.

We were incredibly impressed with the staff at this property. Our flight arrived very early in the morning, in hindsight we should have booked the night before. The staff offered us breakfast and worked hard to get our room ready early as we were exhausted. The hotel is clean, comfortable and in a very cool location. The rooms are well appointed and stylish. We would highly recommend staying here.

This was a little oasis in the city, and I absolutely loved it. I came with a big group and the hotel was very accommodating and extra friendly. It felt less like a hotel and more like a luxury bed and breakfast. I felt at home. I will be coming back VERY soon.

The hotel is ok, but Not good value for money. It is directly in the flight path, causing sign noise. More Hopis cam from work on buildings around (hammering) and from internal alarms they failed to switch off from 10pm to 2am.

This was a place we picked up off the internet Hotels. com The staff was excellent and worked very hard to make your stay very enjoyable. Ana, Miguel, Catarina,and Cardina to name a few were just excellent. These young people spoke many languages and were quick to help. Thank you for a great stay. Our room was cleaned daily, there was a pool and a very good breakfast provided before you headed out in the morning. It was located in a quiet area with quick access with Uber to downtown. There was a bus stop/trolly stop at the far end of the block. We are seniors and were well received. There were many different age groups and all enjoyed their stays.

Experiência impactada negativa com a estrutura por conta do não funcionamento do ar-condicionado do quarto no dia da chegada. Eu, minha esposa e minha filha de 2 anos aguardamos uma solução até tarde da noite e, sem alternativas melhores, fomos alocados em um quarto menor. Ciente da nossa insatisfação com o “downgrade”, o hotel ofereceu um quarto maior apenas no dia seguinte. Apesar da solução tardia, a experiência foi frustrante, uma vez que não é de se esperar um problema tão grave de estrutura nos hotéis “by shiadu.
